Feels like Snow in September

Ella let out a quiet laugh at Jase, shaking her head because she definitely could do without her picture being plastered all over the internet. She slid down in her seat a little, looking down at her plate and not making eye contact with any of the girls, hoping they couldn't get a proper picture of her. She glanced up at Harry when he spoke, giving him a little sad smile. "The price of fame, huh?" She murmured, before taking a sip of her cocktail. She'd nearly finished her second one, and was definitely planning on having a third until the girls showed up. "Me and Jase could leave, if that makes it easier for you guys?" She offered quietly.

Louis grinned at Jase's words, knowing that it was definitely going to happen. Her and Ella would be referred to as 'mystery women' who are dating one of the band members. "Get ready for the death threats," he muttered, rolling his eyes. He frowned a little when Ella offered to leave with Jase, shaking his head. He didn't want that. He also didn't want to drag the two into their shit. Even though Jason joked about it, it really was horrible position to be in where half of the fans would hate her and the other half would want to know every detail about her, and would use any resources they could.

Jason nodded in agreement with Ella, shrugging her shoulders. "It's not really a big deal for us to go," she said, "We can just give you our numbers and you can hit us up later." She was already gonna give him her number, but she didn't think it'd be this soon. The girls at the door finally approached, laughing hysterically as snapped pictures of the boys, seemingly ignoring her and Ella until one of them finally spoke up, looking directly at Jase. "Are you the reason that Louis and Eleanor broke up?" Jason raised an eyebrow, mainly because she didn't know anything about his past relationship. Plus, that was a super personal question to ask when Louis was sitting right next to her. "I literally just met him, so no. And regardless of the situation, that's something that none of you need to know. It doesn't affect your lives directly, so why do you even wanna know?"

Harry shook his head along with Louis, not wanting either of the girls to leave. He was really enjoying their company, especially since they were being so chill with them. It was hard to have conversations with people who seemed to only care about how famous you were. "Yeah, unfortunately. I like the peace and quiet sometimes." When the girls approached and questioned Jase, he cringed slightly at the question, knowing Louis didn't like to talk about his relationship with Eleanor. They'd ended months ago but people seemed to think he was still completely hung up on her even though he'd seen other girls after her. Jason handled it pretty well, though, but he noticed one of the girls recorded her response, so yeah, that was gonna be public.

Ella's eyes widened when the girls approached the table, and she wished she could be anywhere but there at that moment. She knew how fucking horrible some of these girls could be, and she really didn't want to get dragged into all that shit. She quickly glanced over at Jase when the girls asked about Louis and his ex-girlfriend, going to take a sip of her cocktail but then realised it was empty. She placed the glass down with a sigh, looking at Harry with a pleading expression, wanting him to get those girls or her the fuck out of the restaurant. Yeah, Jase could take the boys' numbers, but there was no way that Ella would be meeting up with them again. She didn't need that shit.

Louis cursed under his breath when the girls started walking over, looking around the restaurant for the manager or someone to stop them. The only person around was the waitress and she seemed just as invested in ruining their meal. He tensed up when the girls asked Jase about his failed relationship like he wasn't even sitting there. He was so thankful for Jase who handled the question well, and defended him when doing it. Their management had told him to ignore all questions about Eleanor and their past relationship, so he cleared his throat, waiting for the girl with the camera to look at him before he snapped. "We're trying to have a meal here and you're clearly ruining it," he said, his tone sharp and eyes narrowed. "Either you sit down at a table far away from us and order food, or get the fuck out." He snapped, knowing he was going to get shit from management later, but he'd deal with that when it came to it. Luckily, the girls scurried off but they sat down at a table still pretty close to them.

Jason glared at the girls as they walked off before finishing off her beer, ready to order herself another one. Harry beat her to it by raising his hand to flag the waitress over. She didn't make eye contact with him as he ordered her and Ella their respective drinks before leaning back against the booth, arm slinging over the back of the booth. Jason sighed a little and looked at Louis, smirk planted on her face after he told the girls off. "So that was hot," she murmured, ignoring the muffled laughter coming from Niall, "And they deserved it. You don't go around asking people about their personal lives like that, regardless of fame. It's just ignorant."

Harry still didn't like how close the girls were sitting, and he could quite literally feel them staring at the side of his head. It was super uncomfortable. He finished one half of his burger before wiping the corner of his mouth with his napkin, folding it next to his plate. As time passed, he could feel himself losing his appetite, mainly because he didn't appreciate being watched like a hawk while he ate. Part of him was contemplating being super petty and texting one of their bodyguards to remove the girls from the restaurant, but of course, that'd bring more negative press about the entire situation, and that's the last thing he wanted. The entire thing was just shitty.

Ella raised an eyebrow when Harry ordered them more drinks. She hoped that she'd be drunk soon and wouldn't care about the girls sitting far too close to them still. She looked over at Niall when he asked what time they were going out that evening, but she stayed quiet. She wasn't going to announce that she wouldn't be joining them, not wanting to ruin Jase's day. She'd tell her later when they were back at the house or something. She, too, had lost her appetite despite only eating a handful of chips, and pushed her plate away. She could still hear the girls talking about them, about her and Jase especially. "They're not even trying to be subtle," she murmured with a frown, watching the girls take pictures of them all, and say loudly that 'Eleanor was prettier' and 'Harry could do better'.

Louis grinned cheekily when Jase said what he did was hot, shrugging his shoulders because him snapping at fans was bound to happen eventually. He would have been annoyed, but fine if they only wanted a picture each. But to bombard them while they were eating, and speak to Jase directly, well he wasn't okay with that. When Niall spoke, he looked over at him with a grin and shrugged. "We could meet later this evening, at ten or something?" He suggested, voice quieter so the girls wouldn't hear him. "Have a couple of drinks at yours before we go, maybe?" He asked Jase with a smirk, knowing that he was definitely inviting himself to hers and Ella's house. He figured they wouldn't mind.

Jason nodded at Louis' idea, more than happy to have them come over to the beach house for a few drinks - they packed enough booze to last them the entire trip, but they'd probably run out before the end of the week, what with how everything was panning out. "It's because they're twelve and need to learn to keep their noses out of shit that's not theirs." Jase gave the waitress a tight lipped smile as she sat the drinks down, stopping her with a hand on her elbow again. "Sweetheart, can I borrow your pen?" She took it once the waitress handed it to her, flipping Louis' hand over so she could write down her number and the address of the beach house on the inside of his palm, not giving two shits if the girls were gasping and most likely tweeting what was happening. Jason handed the waitress her pen back and sent her along, picking up her bottle and downing a great deal of it in one go.

Harry could tell something was going on with Ella, almost like she lost her enthusiasm. He hoped he'd be seeing her later on tonight. Well, of course he'd see her when they went over for drinks, but he hoped she'd also go out with them at whatever club they ended up at. It just sucked that some fans had to basically ruin the fun for everybody, even if they didn't think what they were doing was wrong.

Ella took a few long sips from her drink as Jason wrote down their address on Louis' palm. She could also hear the gasps from the girls and more mutters between them. "Shall we go now then?" Ella asked quickly, standing up and pulling out a few notes from her back pocket to cover her meal. She thanked Niall quietly when he moved from the booth so she could get out, aware that she hadn't even waited for Jase's answer before she got up. "It was really nice to meet you guys," she said with a polite smile, looking at Harry for a few moments. "Good luck getting out of here alive." She joked, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear while she waited for Jase.

Louis grinned when Jason took his hand, letting her write down her number and address of where they were staying. He glanced over at Ella who stood, suggesting that they leave. He felt a little bad, knowing that she wasn't comfortable with fans being around, and she probably knew that more would be showing up soon. "Well we'll see you later tonight, yeah?" He urged. He was actually really excited for them all to meet up later that evening.

Jason was sort of surprised at how fast Ella got out of her seat, but she didn't fight her on it. "Yeah, I mean, I guess." She slid out of the booth and dug a few dollars out of her pocket, leaving enough for her food and what little tip their rude waitress could get. "Most definitely," Jase said in response to Louis, offering him a smile, "I'll see you guys later." The girls from the other table tried to play it cool as Jason slung an arm across Ella's shoulders and led her out of the apartment, though she couldn't help flipping them the bird since they had put their phones down and pretended to be interested in the menus and such. Jason pushed the door open and handed Ella the keys, sighing softly as they neared the vehicle.

Harry shifted a bit in his seat as he watched the girls, nodding at Jason before the pair left. He laughed a little at Jason's action, finishing off the bit of milkshake he had. "Well, I hope they're not afraid to come 'round with us tonight. I'd hate for this experience to ruin the notion of being with us at all. I like those two quite a lot."

Ella couldn't help the little eye-roll when Jason flipped the girls off, knowing it would only make the situation worse. She elbowed her side lightly before taking the keys, heading around to the driver's side of the car. She got in but paused and looked at Jase before she started the car. "'m sorry I made us leave... but we're not going out with them later, right?" She asked quietly, a soft frown on her features. She started the car, glancing at the restaurant one last time before she pulled out of the parking space and started driving back towards the house.

Louis shook his head with a grin when he watched Jase flip the girls off, liking her more and more by the minute. He looked over at Harry when he spoke, shrugging his shoulders. "I think they'll be fine," he said confidently, pulling out his phone and putting in Jase's number into his contacts and her address into his notes page. "They're both really hot," he said with a little smirk, taking a sip of his beer. He was definitely excited for later that night.

Jason got in the car, buckling her seat belt with a frown. "I'm going out with them later," she confirmed, "If you choose to stay at home, that's on you. I'm not letting some twelve year old brats ruin my summer and I don't think you should, either. Plus, Harry was so into you, El. I think you should get to know him a little and see what happens. Shit like this doesn't happen without a reason."

Harry nodded, agreeing with everything that Louis said. The two were really fit, and he was definitely looking forward to spending the night with the both of them. "Should we let Liam and Zayn know our plans tonight and see if they wanna come along? Wouldn't want them to miss out on the fun."

Ella's frown deepened when Jase said she was going out with them, resisting the urge to make a snide comment about them going on holiday to forget all the shit back home, and mixing with those boys could create even more shit in their lives. She felt her cheeks heating up when Jase said Harry was into her, but she didn't believe a word her friend said. She stayed silent the whole car ride, which was only about five minutes. When she pulled into their driveway, she looked at Jase and sighed. "I'll have some drinks with you guys here, but I'm not going out afterwards." She said before opening the door and climbing out. She kicked it shut before heading up to the front door, opening it up and going inside.

Louis finished off the rest of his beer, not wanting to hang around in the restaurant much longer because he knew more fans would be arriving soon. They always did. "Definitely, they'll love the girls," he said confidently as he pulled out his wallet and chucked some notes down on the table. "Are you ready to go?" He asked, looking between Harry and Niall.

Jason sighed but decided not to really fight Ella about it. She didn't want her to feel comfortable or anything, so forcing her to hang out with them wouldn't be fair on her part. Jase got out of the car as well and followed after Ella, unlocking the door and closing it behind them. "I'm gonna start unpacking. I don't wanna live out of my suitcase for a month." Lucky enough, the majority of her bags were already inside except for one bag filled with makeup and accessories. Jason picked up two of her bags and headed up the stairs, anxious to see if the rooms were like the pictures. Much like the rest of the house, it was even better. Jase set her bags down and walked deeper into the room, smiling as she noticed the art along the walls and the door that opened to the ocean view balcony. She sighed softly and dropped down on her bed, content with everything that was happening in her life so far.

Harry put the tip down and slid out of the booth, stuffing his hands into pockets. "Yup," he said, already hearing the horn honking from outside, signaling that people were starting to arrive and they should hurry and get in the car. He turned on his heel and walked out the restaurant, propping the door open for Louis and Niall. "Let's hope we don't get spotted again tonight," Harry told the two.

Ella ran her fingers through her hair, fluffing it up a little before straying a load of hairspray in it. She was already dressed even though she had no intentions to actually go out, she still had to look good for when the guys showed up. She touched up the last of the makeup, glancing around her room and seeing that it was already a chaotic mess from unpacking and then trying to decide on something to wear. "Jase!" She called out, not sure where her friend actually was in the house. "I'm going to make a drink, do you want one?" She called out as she headed downstairs to the kitchen. Louis and that would be there soon, so Ella wanted just a little liquid confidence before they showed up.

Louis trailed behind the boys as they headed out of the supermarket, each of them carrying a bag filled with alcohol to take to the girls' house. He checked the address on his phone that Jase had texted him a little earlier on that day and repeated it to the driver. All of the boys were there, which Louis was very happy about. They always had a great night when they all went out together, and he was sure it would be even better with Jase and Ella around too. "Do you think we bought too much alcohol?" He asked, a little grin on his features. Five boys with five bags of alcohol. He could tell it was going to be a messy night.

Jason finished curling her last section of hair before unplugging the iron, examining her outfit in the mirror. She was pretty satisfied with what she put together, especially because the jeans she was in made her ass look absolutely fantastic. Her makeup was long done, mainly because she knew she wouldn't really have the patience to try to wing her eyeliner if she had just curled her hair for thirty minutes. "Yeah!" Jase called back to Ella, exiting her own bathroom and grabbing her phone along with a couple bills, putting both in her pocket as she headed downstairs. "Do I look alright? Or is it too American Horror Story?"

Harry shook his head at Louis' question, looking through his bag once more. He had two bottles of Deep Eddy vodka and a bottle of Fireball, both being his drinks of choice whenever he was out or back at his own apartment. "If anything, we're just making a bar at their house." He was sure they wouldn't mind all of the alcohol, and even if they did, it wouldn't be much trouble for the five guys to kill the rest of it throughout the duration of their stay. It was a good thing their bodyguard wasn't out with them yet - he would've made them put the majority of their purchases back on the shelves.

Ella had just finished pouring two generous glasses of vodka and lemonade when she heard Jase, looking up as she came downstairs and into the kitchen. They already had a load of bottles lined up on the counter top for when the guys got there. She shook her head with a grin, rushing out from behind the kitchen counter. "You look so hot, Louis is going to be all over you." She said with a nod. She pulled her phone out from her pocket as she moved to stand beside Jason. "Let me take a picture of us!" She exclaimed, pulling up her front camera before taking a selfie of her and Jase. Ella was a sucker for a good selfie and she had to document their first night out on vacation!

Louis shrugged but then nodded in reply to Harry. He wouldn't complain if someone showed up to his house with all that alcohol. Luckily, they'd managed to sneak out of the hotel without being seen, since it was getting a little later and there were less fans outside the front of their hotel. He was really hoping they wouldn't see some of the crazy fans on their night out, but hopefully all the stalker ones were underage and couldn't get into the clubs. He climbed into the car after Liam and Niall, leg bouncing up and down from excitement as the driver started towards the girl's house.

Jason smiled a little for the picture, trying to be as broody as possible for it. She grabbed the glass and took a sip of it, sighing appreciatively at the taste of it. "El, this is amazing," she said, taking another sip from it as she sat down at the counter, "And it'll just take the edge off." It wasn't that Jason was nervous about spending time with the boys but it had been a while since she had gotten dressed and went out somewhere with people. She was usually just up for drinking at the house or going to a bar - not clubbing.

Harry had half a mind to open up one of the bottles right now but he'd obviously wait for it. He was excited to get out and party - he was quite the mingler when he was in social situations, a bit more than the others. The driver got them to the house fairly quickly, but that was probably because the streets of San Diego were dying down at this time of night. Once they pulled up, he thanked the driver and got out, holding onto his bag with a half smile as he eyed their rental. "Well boys," he called, "Let's get this night started." He knocked on the door and tapped his foot, humming a little as he waited.

Ella uploaded the picture to Instagram, captioning it with a bunch of heart and wine glass emojis before picking up her own drink. "I thought we needed them nice and strong," she said with a cheeky grin. She took a long drink from the glass before she slipped her hand into front pocket, pulling out a small bag of pills and waving it in front of Jason. "Just in case we fancy something a little different later on." She grinned, putting the small bag back into her pocket. She'd picked up a good amount before they left for vacation, just in case it took them a little while to find a dealer.

Louis eagerly followed Harry out of the car when they pulled up, thanking the driver by shaking his hand before he looked up at the house. "Want me to hold your hair back when you're being sick later, babe?" He asked with a cheeky grin, tugging on one of Harry's curls before he walked past him and up to the house. He knocked loudly on the front door, not nervous at all, but really fucking excited to get stupidly drunk with some hot girls. And his mates as well.

Jason smirked at the bag of pills Ella had, pretty fucking stoked that she had thought of bringing them along with her. She knew she'd be able to find weed somewhere too, but in case she couldn't, she did bring a few baggies in some prescription bottles stashed away in her suitcase. She was much more for smoking weed than pills but hey, she wouldn't turn much down. Jase took another drink just as the knocking sounded on the door, followed by another set of louder knocking that she could probably match to Louis. She walked to the front door and opened it, devilish grin on her face as she examined each guy standing at her door. "Well I'll be damned," she said, "Y'all are hot as fuck."

Harry rolled his eyes at Louis, bumping him a bit with his hip. "If anything, I've gotta hold your hair back, mate. I'll be just fine." He let out a chuckle when Jase opened the door and spoke, only to have it escalate to full on laughter when she commented on their looks. "Can't take credit though, my mum helped with that."

Ella quickly downed her first drink when she heard loud knocking on the door, taking a few moments before following Jase, letting out a laugh when she heard how blunt she was about the boys. She stood behind her friend, looking at the boys with a little smile. Well, Jase wasn't lying. They were all very good looking boys. "Hey, cute Irish one," she said, her eyes landing on Niall and a grin on her lips. She stood aside so they could enter the house and let out another one when Niall replied with 'hey, cute American one'. She noticed all of the bags of alcohol in the boys hands before raising her eyebrows in surprise. "Holy shit, between us I think we could start our own bar." She said as she headed back towards the kitchen to make a load of drinks for the boys and more for herself and Jase.

Louis not so subtly looked Jase up and down when she opened the door, and he smirked when she said how hot they looked. "I could say the same, babe," he said with a wink. He stepped inside the house when Ella moved aside, following her towards the kitchen. He started laughing when he saw all of the girls' bottles lined up and then looked down at the bag that he was holding. "Maybe this will last us another night out." He shrugged, taking the bottles out of the bag and putting them on the counter beside the others. Zayn and Liam did the same and Louis thought they'd probably run out of counter top space soon.

Jason smiled at Louis, closing the door once everyone was inside. All the alcohol on the counter looked absolutely amazing and the fact that they'd kill a nice portion of it just tonight was very appealing. "Only if we're charging a shit ton of money," she murmured, "I don't want just anyone coming here to drink the good shit." She finished off her drink and looked over at the dark haired one who began chuckling at her. He introduced himself as Zayn and she shook his hand, sort of amazed at how sharp his features were. The guy standing next to him was next to shake her hand after he finished putting his bottles on the counter and he said his name was Liam. "Well Zayn and Liam, it's nice that you two find my bar charge entertaining," Jase said with a grin.

Harry started unpacking his bag, though it seemed that even if they wouldn't have brought anything, the night would've still been great. "What is it that you two are drinking now?" He asked, noticing that the two girls had already finished a glass of something sweet smelling. He sat down one of the chairs by the counter and crossed his arms across his chest languidly, soft smile on his face.
