Mark, Maverick, Maddock, Max, Mariah, and Murel
[sorry, having a bit of writer’s block, hope you don’t mind if I skip a bit]
Dinner went well as everyone ate and talked and laughed, and eventually things wound down. As Mark and Max had spent all day making the meal, they retired to the family room while the rest of the siblings were set to work cleaning up. Max wouldn’t hear of any of the guests, even Tony and Faye, helping, and practically sat on them to keep them out. Mark glanced at the clock. According the text he’d received from Abigail (they’d been communicating regularly), Adam should be arriving soon.

Matt
Matt pulled the shampoo out of her hands, pouring a liberal amount into his own before he began working it into her hair. “Let me pamper you,” he said, shifting to stand behind her. There was no time for fun, but he could at least do this for her.

Antonella, Edna, and Faye
Tony sighed as she was kicked out of the kitchen... again. She pouted as she made her way back into the family room, plopping straight down into Mark's lap with a sigh, "I've been kicked out. Why don't they want me to help?"

Edna sat in the little arm chair, watching Tony and shaking her head, "Well... it might have something to do with you... imaginative cooking."

Faye stretched out on the love seat, eyes closed as she rested a little bit. She was fully, stuffed to the brink, and content. Now, all she needed was Mariah to be truly comfortable and she'd be set.

Kyra and Ben
Kyra attempted to try and help clean up until she was basically pushed out of the kitchen. Ben on the other hand had no problem with leaving once he was told his help was not wanted. So the two headed into the family room with the others. Kyra and Ben sat down and after a small awkward silence the two started to talk with ease. Both of them were rather friendly and good with people so they had no problems passing the time while the others worked.
[in that case should Kyra/Maddock and Ben/Murel head home? I do have plans for Kyra/Maddock but not for Ben/Murel until she is healed]

Victoria
Her head leaned into Matt's hands, enjoying the feel of them running through her hair. "You really do not have to." Victoria said but with a small smile on her lips. Matt did not have to clean her but it did not mean she didn't enjoy it. "Though if you are going to at least let me help clean you up."

[sounds good]
Mark wrapped his arms around Tony’s waist, chuckling. “This is your first Thanksgiving, you get to enjoy it. Besides, they all know what they’re doing. Though I wouldn’t be surprised if Murel breaks a few dishes…” Almost right on cue, a crash sounded from the kitchen and he sighed. Really, what did he expect?
Max, meanwhile, had his sights set on the mystery girl, Kyra. Plopping gracefully down next to her, he smiled. “Am I interrupting? Sorry. Hey, Ben, good to see you again! I’m surprised you haven’t run in terror yet! Good on you! You’re tougher than you look! So, Kyra, was it? I’m Max, we didn’t really get a chance to be introduced before, things were a bit crazy.”

Maddock
Finally, things were clean. Well, mostly. Leaving his siblings to finish the job, Maddock headed out to where the others were, holding up his wristwatch. It was getting late, and Kyra probably had to work in the morning and they had a long drive ahead of them. “Time to go.”

Matt
“I won’t say no to that,” Matt smiled, turning her to face him so that he could rinse out the shampoo. He repeated the process with the conditioner before turning, crouching to make it easier for her to reach.

Tony laughed at the sound of crashing dishware, at first enjoying the thought of the mess and chaos that would consume... then she realized that it was probably one of her dishes that had been dropped! The new ones bought just for this dinner! She sat up in a quick movement, eyes wide, "Oh no! My turkeys!"

Kyra
She smiled at Max brightly. He seemed more than friendly- someone she could get along with. "You're not interrupting at all. Yes my name is Kyra. It is lovely to meet you Max. Oh and don't worry about it. You were busy making dinner. It was delicious by the way!" When Maddock came over, Kyra looked up at him and then got onto her feet. "Well I do have to go now. Though I hope I'll be able to talk to you if we meet again."

Ben
He leaned further back into the couch when the other two males came over. "I don't plan on running away in terror." Ben said with a chuckle before Kyra started to jump in. She clearly had the art of conversation, the ability to be warm and inviting. Though he wasn't sure about the match up on her and Maddock. Usually couples was not something he questioned but Maddock was clearly more reserved and quiet while Kyra certaintly was not.

Victoria
She laughed a bit when Matt crouched down for her. "Oh goodness I am not that short!" Victoria said as she started to lather up the shampoo and then messaged it into his hair. His curly locks actually flatted a bit against his head now that they were wet. After rinsing and repeating Victoria kissed his cheek and then headed out of the shower. They really had to get going.
