Morning After.

"But puddin' I..." Harley pouted trying to look cute for joker. She whimpered when she felt a sudden sting on her cheek. she no longer faced the man she loved, her focus was on the cold blank wall. Tears welled her eyes, "I was just trying to help." She looked back at him, but shrunk back in fear. That look in his eyes. She shivered backing away. "I'm sorry Mr. J please don't" she whimpered scared.

Ivy had just finished up robbing some chemicals and exotic plants for her collection. She just had to make more exotic plants, it was what her life was about. Protecting plant life was her ambition. As she quickly walked through alleys she heard yelling and slapping from an old abandon building. One of those cries were from a girl that she knew oh so well. Harley. Ivy wanted to keep walking that was anything but her business. She stopped herself though, Harley had always been so sweet to her and she felt bad. Why would she stay with that psycho anyway? Ivy put away her things in her bag and signed knowing she had to save Harley. She just walked and shoved the men guarding the doors aside with her plants . As she made her way to the joker ivy saw that he had Harley gripped by collar. "You put her down this instant or I'm going to make you regret ever being alive" she hissed.

Harley whimpered after every hit. "I'm sorry Mistah J, please stop," she said. Her eyes widened when he grabbed her by her collar. She stared at the man she loved. Why? She didn't mean to anger him. She thought she was his everything, she was trying to be nice when she caught batman for him. She thought she would make him happy. She came back from her thoughts when she heard a familiar voice. Red. "red go I don't want him to hurt you" she said worried about Ivy. Tears fell down her face when joker threw her aside. She hit the wall with a thud. Head hurting, side throbbing all she could think of was red. "run red please!" she cried out to her.

If there was one thing Ivy hated was the mistreatment of her beloved plants and friends and she wasn't going to let this clown hurt Harley anymore. Oh, he had tricks up his sleeve but not what she had. Ivy came closer and gave joker a few kicks. "She's not your harley anymore... " as they fought Ivy told harley to run. With a few last kicks and vine whips Ivy finally Had joker on the floor with a bloody face. "Never again" shouted kicking him against his groin. Ivy walked over and picked Harley up "come on Har, let's gp"

Harley watched her friend beat her lover. She was torn between what to do. Should she protect her puddin' or should she protect her best friend? Thoughts flew through her mind as she thought of the outcomes. She couldn't decided, as she ended up just watching the scene unfold in front of her. How could he get beaten so easily? She asked herself watching her man lay crumpled on the ground. She instinctively wrapped her arms around red when she was picked up. "But Mr. J," she started to say, watching him as she was carried away.

Poison Ivy quickly gathered her composure and grabbed Harley Quinn by her hand "let's go Har, you don't need this" she whispered. Ivy led Harley out of the building and quickly walked off to her secret hiding spot or place she called home. "I can't beleive you put up with that bullshit or you did because I'm not letting you go back to him"

Harley was glad ivy gave her immunity towards her toxins. She kept examining the place not really listening as red talked. That was until she heard her say she wouldnt let her go back to joker, her love. "But red i gotta go back he didnt mean ta hit me. I did something bad so so he punished me. Im ok now red" she tried to explain. She couldnt just leave the man she loved. Could she? All she ever knew now was joker, she gave up her perfect life for that psychotic man. Ivy walked into her home of plants and toxins she hsf given Harley immunity because she's her best friend . She walked over and sat down shaking her head "he doesn't love you har, he wouldn't keep hurting you if he did I just want you safe" she offered her a seat. Ivy cared deeply about Harley and it was probably because Harley was so sweet and bubbly. "You enjoy being treated that way?"

"well no but I love him red, I really do," Harley said looking at the red headed girl in front of her. She slowly sat down being mindful of her wounds. Leaning her head on poison ivys shoulder, Harley rubbed her eyes growing tired. "Everything will be all better between me and my puddin' " she said yawning. "can I spend the night here red?" she asked sweetly trying to stay awake. She snuggled her trying to her more comfortable but let out a whimper. She held her side in pain. "Red it hurts, make it better," she mumbled.

Truth be told, Ivy may have more feelings towards this adorable blonde. She smiled softly and picked harley up carrying to a bed near by, "all right lets heal up those nasty wounds"

Harley nodded holding on to Ivy. She smiled at how caring the beautiful red headed woman was. She kneeled on the bed when she was sat down. She reached around her back so she could undo the zipper to her jester like outfit. She slowly slipped the skin tight suit off. She got back on the bed when she was only in her black and red matching bra and panties. She looked down at her side seeing the huge bruise already starting to form. She light brushed it and whimpered at the pain a few tears escaping causing her makeup to run more. She turned to her best friend looking at her. She was a hot mess - kneeling on the bed in only a bra and panties, her makeup ruined from constant rubbing and tears, and bruises on her face and body.

Ivy had gathered some first aid things for Harley and as she sat down she watched her undress. She walked over and wiped her face gently with make up removal wipe. "You should try all nautural onxe in a while" she smiled softly. Ivy had some soothing ointment for Harley's bruises she kissed some of them as well. Ivy got of of get skin tight outfit and got into some comfortable pajamas because why not? She quickly braided her red hair and sat on the bed with harley. "Did you need anything?"

Harley smiled watching Ivy take care of her. It was so sweet of her. She was so amazing. But her puddin'. She shook her head. No she couldn't think of that man right now. Harley sat next to her and yawned rubbing her eyes growing more tired. She crawled up to the head of the bed and curled up under the covers. She decided she'd just sleep in her bra and panties since she didn't have any pj's. She looked at Ivy when she asked if she needed anything. She thought about, she almost said no. "Um red would ya stay with me?" she asked her.

Ivy had finished cleaning up whatever she had to do and walked back turning off lights and such. She looked at Harley and smiled "of course" she climbed into bed and rubbed Harley's back "good night Har" she said softly as she closed her eyes.

Harley smiled as ivy got into bed with her. She instantly snuggled the red head using the beautiful busty womans breast as her pillow. She slowly fell into a deep sleep, Ivy's back rubbing coaxing her into a deeper and deeeper sleep until she was out. She curled into her more wrapping a leg around her waist. She slept peacefully for a few hours but soon began to toss and turn as her swert dreams turned into her sleep. "No please, im sorry" she cried out in her sleep.

Ivy rubbed Harleys back as she slept and hummed quietly. Harley was almost like a child so innocent and sweet. Sometimes she was just so out there it was fun watching her sometimes. As she quickly fell asleep ivy was woken up a few hours later to Harley screaming. Ivy sat up and looked up "Harley wake up" she gently shook her "you're having a nightmare."

Harley woke up trembling. She looked around startled by her surroundings forgetting where she was and why she was there. Slowly everything came back to her. Tears filled her blue eyes, she turned to ivy throwing her arms around the red head. "oh red," she cried into her.
