-Robin- I sat silently in the bar, taking a big gulp of my beer. It was my birthday but unfortunately I had no one to spend it with. Left on the side of the road when I was three years old, I had been to many orphanages and foster homes as a child, but none of them were truly my home. I also just broke up with my abusive ex boyfriend Keith, which was at least something to be happy about. Deciding to go dance, I took one last drink from my beer before walking to the dance floor.
Taking a swig of my beer, I saw a dark haired beauty walk onto the dance floor. Excusing myself from my group of friends, I walk up beside her, with a charming smile on my face. "Hi, I'm Zachary." I said over the music, watching her dance. "What's your name?" Her eyes were truly captivating, as I soon found myself lost in them. I also noticed her tattoos, which I thought were beautiful. I waited for her name, wondering if it sounded as beautiful as her.
-Robin- I looked up at the man, and I almost fainted at how handsome he looked. His dark hair fell over one of his eyes, and sweet Jesus, his eyes were like were like emeralds, green and bright. The mans arms were littered with tattoos, something I looked for in a man. And a name like Zachary, he was just too gorgeous. I composed myself before looking into the man's jade green eyes. "My name's Robin. Robin Pierce." I say calmly.
@ avengeddeathbat6661 Zacky I couldn't help but grin slightly. "Beautiful name, for a beautiful lady." With a small wink, I pushed some hair out of my face. "Want a drink? It's on me." I jerked my thumb towards the bar, with a smile on my face. I was having current problems with my wife, but I was trying to let it all go tonight. I didn't need her cramping up my style.
@ pure gold. -Robin- Even though I already had a few drinks, I couldn't pass up the offer to hang out with this beautiful man. I nodded my head, following him to the bar. I ordered a Jack and Coke, and I sat down with Zacky at one of the tables. "So, are you from around here?" I said, breaking the comfortable silence.
@ avengeddeathbat6661 "Yep. I live just down the road, actually." I said with a smirk, ordering a shot of Jack Daniels as I did so. "So, Robin, what brings you here? " With a sly smirk, I quickly checked out her body, before looking up at her. "Have you lived here for long? 'Cause I haven't seen you around." Finishing off my drink, I placed the glass down. When the bartender asked if I wanted another, I debated about it for a minute. "Eh, why not. I'm here to relax after all."
@ pure gold. I shook my head when the bartender asked me if I wanted more to drink. "I already had too much,". The bartender left, leaving the two of us alone again. "I've been living here for 6 years, so I guess you could say I've lived here for a while. And to answer your other question, I came here to celebrate my birthday. I live alone so I decided, why the hell not?"
((Quick question, how old are they supposed to be?))
((I'm not sure, how old were you thinking??)) @ avengeddeathbat6661 I grinned at Robin. "Well, happy birthday." I said, smirking ever so slightly as I finished my last shot. "It's always nice celebrating on your birthday. How old are you? If you don't mind me asking." With a chuckle, I rubbed the back of my neck kinda nervously. What the hell, Zacky? You don't just ask for their age, that was rude!, I thought inside my head. Hopefully she wouldn't mind telling me, maybe if she told me I'd tell her.
@ pure gold. I leaned forward in my chair, giving him a cheeky smirk. "As of today, I'm 25. And you are?" I said lowly. I was secretly hoping he wasn't 15 years older than me, I really liked him. Really Robin? He could be some kind of murderer, you barely know him.
@ avengeddeathbat6661 "You look good for twenty five.. I'm thirty years old, but I like to think I'm nineteen." I said the last part with a small chuckle, grinning wide. This girl, Robin, seemed the most down to earth and the most legit person in here. Nothing about her looked fake, and she was a pure girl. A pure, badass girl. "Hopefully because I'm five years older than you, you feel icky talking to me."
@ pure gold. I smiled wide, so he wasn't 15 years older than me. But damn, he looked way too good to be thirty. "Thanks. You look good yourself Zachary." I smirked. It was the truth. Zack was your typical rocker guy, only with piercings and tattoos that could make a girl weak. "So, tell me about yourself," I said with a wave of my hand. I wanted to know more about Zack, he seemed like a great guy.
@ avengeddeathbat6661 Zacky grinned, tapping his fingers against the bar top. "Me? Well, I play the guitar in my band for a living. Pays the bills all right." I said with a cheeky smirk. "I went to the local high school here. Best times of my life, met my band members there. Such crazy fuckers." With a chuckle, I looked at Robin in the eye. "What about you? You can't leave me hanging, I gotta know something about you."
@ pure gold. "You play guitar? That's awesome!" Zacky had the biggest smile on his face, you could tell he was proud of his band. "Well, there's not really that much to know about me. My parents left me on the side of the road when I was three. I've lived in Washington up until my nineteenth birthday, when I decided to move here. And I work at a place called Darkstar Ink, if that's interesting." The drinks had started kicking in and I felt dizzy. That's what you get for having 7 drinks, I thought to myself.
@ avengeddeathbat6661 "Washington? Oh, how very fancy." I said with a small wink, as I saw she started to sway slightly. "You alright? You seem, well, slightly tipsy. How many drinks have you had?" Leaning forward slightly, I felt my grin widen. "Darkstar Ink? Shit, I've heard of that! I think Matt went there recently." Pushing a stray strand of my hair out of my face, I looked at her beautiful eyes. She was beautiful, and I certantly wanted to spend more time with her.
"Very funny Zachary. And I'm fine, I only had a couple of drinks. I'm known for holding my liquor very well," I giggled. Well, maybe I was a little tipsy. "I don't want to go home though, I want to stay with you," I said. My cheeks turned a bright red, and I instantly felt embarrassed of myself. "I'm sorry I shouldn't have said that. I tend to ramble a lot, you know?" I mumbled. Damn it, I probably sounded really stupid.
I couldn't help but smirk at her embarrassment, it was very cute. "Don't worry, I find it cute when you ramble." Taking a sip of my drink, I watched her with pure curiosity. This girl was something alright. "So, you got any plans for this week?"
I blushed again for the hundredth time tonight. Zacky thought I was cute? Man, I sure was acting like a horny teenager. Not that I am horny. "Nope. Aside from work, I'm free all this week." I smiled. "What about you Zachary? Do you have some kind of crazy wife who takes up half of your free time?"
