Kat was completely and utterly confused. She didn't understand this faerie, and she hated that she couldn't tell whether or not he was playing with her. "Okay," she started as she pulled her hand from his and rubbed it against her leg. There was just something... odd feeling about being touched by a fae. "Let's say you're actually being serious." She took a step away from him and coincidentally, towards the door. "You wouldn't be coming with me, otherwise it would be sneaking me out, and you already said that wasn't going to happen." As she spoke, she took a few more steps towards the door. No, she didn't know where she was or how to get back, but she could figure it out.
"Well," Michael drawled as he held her gaze, taking half a step closer, "I could think of one thing that would take your mind off the road signs. But sadly, it isn't really the sort of thing people do while walking." But who was he kidding? None of this was really about a walk, if he was reading things correctly. So he took a chance. He took another step forward so that only mere inches separated them, and then he leaned down and brushed his lips against hers in the whisper of a kiss. "What do you think?" he asked, his mouth moving against hers as he spoke.

Blaise looked at the human curiously. She was trying to reason with him? He couldn't really read her correctly as it seemed like it had been forever since he last seen a human. He wasn't really worried about her escaping, though. He was inviting her out of the cell for a reason. Even if she made it beyond the palace walls (which wasn't very likely), and figured out how to leave this realm and get back to Earth (which was even less likely unless she found a fae that was willing to bargain with her), she still could not leave. Blaise had made sure that in the event of her finding a pathway back to Earth, said pathway would only take her right back to where she started: Faeryland. He took care of this long before she had woken up here.

"And let's say that I wasn't being serious?" He questioned, giving her a somewhat suspicious look. "Let's say that I was messing with you, offering your freedom as a joke. I can assure you that I'm not, but what would happen then?" He asked Kat, just slightly dauntingly.
Mary lifted her eyes so that she was looking up at Mike. She inhaled sharply. From where she was, she could hear his heartbeat and smell the fine perfume of pure blood just radiating off of him. She was sort of afraid that it would drive her mad, being this close to him. "I think that you are completely right, Mike," she muttered, her voice barely above a whisper. She was overwhelmed. Her senses were in over-drive, so much so that she could've sworn that she could hear singular blood cells making their way through Mike's body. It felt like the world was frozen, and she just had to take this opportunity to move forward just the slightest bit, to lock her lips to Mike's.

Kat felt terribly, horribly confused. She knew next to nothing about the fae despite the reading she had attempted to do, and it was so hard to read this one. Maybe it would have been easier if her mind weren't worrying over what he was thinking, not to mention that she was struggling with what he had said about her never leaving.

"Well, you wouldn't tell me if it was a joke, so I suppose I would have to just take my chances in that case," Kat said, glancing behind her at the open door a few feet away. Then she turned her eyes back to the fae, who hadn't seemed to take hie eyes off of her the entire conversation. "So... goodbye..." Kat stepped backwards until she reached the doorway and then turned into the hall, her skin crawling the entire time. It just didn't seem real. Any of it.
Mike smiled against Mary's lips as she agreed with him. Though he had been fairly certain she would, she could have just as easily changed her mind. He kissed her back, a hand going into her hair and cupping the back of her neck, drawing her close.

(Damn, I'm sorry Mike's is so short... I was on my phone, for one, and couldn't come up with much it seems)

(Sorry for the spacey reply. I've been sick for like a week and I sucks. I don't even understand. It's summertime. How does one even get sick?)
Blaise watched Kat with keen eyes. He exited with her and headed the opposite way, leaving her with the illusion that she was alone. Of course, she was not. He was watching her. He had to admit that he was beginning to get infatuated with this human. Maybe it was the fact that she was human, but any way you look at it, Blaise came to the same conclusion: Even if he could let her go, he wouldn't want to. She was intriguing, and he honestly wanted to see how close she would make it to finding a way out of his world and back into her own.
Mary accepted the kiss eagerly, puling a way after a moment, though. She kissed his neck, contemplating biting him then and there. She decided against it, after a slight hesitation. In her opinion, the hunt was exhilarating, even more so when she used seduction as a tool to aid her. With a quick flash of discontent on her face that she really hoped Mike didn't catch a glimpse of, she settled with whispering to him, "Care for some place a little less... Public? My apartment really isn't that far away."
