The Chase

Elliott McCorory was at the back of his school with his latest boy toy. He had a freshman boy pushed up against the brick of the school building, they weren't doing anything to risky though, just making out. Elliott had gotten acustom to making out with boys since he started high school. With no women on the campus and no women in his life Elliott found it to be extremely normal and fine to want to be with another guy.

Elliott really enjoying fooling around with boys on the school campus. The rush of the idea of getting caught made it so muchc better. Elliott never kept any boy too close with him though. He only ever got with a boy twice if he was expescially good. Elliott wasn't good with commitment or the idea of having a relationship but fooling around was great. He didn't really keep anyone around but his one friend, who he called his friend with benefits, since being friends with someone counted as too much of a commitment.

Elliott and the boy who he had up against the back of the school were already late for class. The younger boy trying to push Elliott away to get to class, but Elliott wasn't quite ready to go in. He held the boy down tighter before pulling away as smiling. "One tardy isn't going to kill you kid," he told the boy as he backed away. The boy didn't say anything, he picked up his bag and hurried in to getti his class.

Elliott sighed and lent back against the brick. He stood there for a few minutes longer before deciding it was probably best for him to get to class. He didn't need anyone to try and call his house again for having to many tardys. Elliott fixed his shirt a little and ran a hand through his hair before grabbing his bag and walking into the school to his class.

Nathan Wither walked into class a few minutes early as per usual as other lingered in the hallway, taking his seat at the back of the class. Unable to make eye contact with anyone, he hurried off to his seat while keeping his eyes glued to the floor. He easily slid into his seat and opened his notebook to a fresh page for today's notes, wanting the day to end as soon as possible. It was his last year at an all-boys academy, and it was difficult enough staying for the first three. Nathan ran a hand through his dirty blonde hair as the bell rang, and the teacher filed in not long afterward to take attendance. "Everyone in their seats!" The teacher announced before running through the names of the entire class. Going down the list of students, the teacher eventually called for Elliott McCorory as the man's eyes glanced around the room when no response was heard. Nathan's eyes slid over to the vacant seat next to his where the other boy sat, having an idea of why he was not present. Elliott was known in the school for breaking every single rule without a care in the world, not to mention that he was into other guys. That sent a shiver down Nathan's spine. The mere thought of being with another boy made him sick to his stomach. A relationship was between one man and one woman, and there was no changing his mind. "Alright, no Elliott then." The teacher concluded and marked him down as absent. After finishing with attendance, the teacher turned to the whiteboard before him to start the lecture.

Elliott walked into his class, not even trying to sneak in. "Sorry I'm late, I saw a lost kitten on the side of the road and I couldn't just leave the poor thing there all alone," he lied easily putting on a sweet smile. He was sure the teacher wouldn't buy his lie but he liked creating up new stories everyday just for the fun of it. He didn't wait for a response from the teacher, he just made his way down the rows of desk.

Elliott sat down at his seat and pulled out his notebook. He dug threw his backpack for a few minutes before finally giving up looking for a pencil or a pen. Elliott looked around the room a little bit before his eyes landed on the boy beside him. He hadn't really ever talked to the kid but he was hot. "Hey cutie, you got a pencil I could borrow?" Elliott asked leaning over in his chair so that he was closer to the boy beside him.

"Yes, and the day before you had to help an old woman cross the street. If you are that charitable, that you can donate some of your time to me after school, Mr. Corory." The teacher stated after being cut off in the middle of the lecture. Nathan withheld a sigh since this happened every single day in class, not that he minded the interruption though. Keeping his eyes on his paper, Nathan heard the sound of the chair scrapping against the ground beside him as Elliott sat down. "Now, where was I? Right.." The teacher started off once more as Nathan started to write notes again. It was not long after when he heard Elliott's voice calling out to him. A part of him wondered how long it would take for the other boy to leave him alone, but it was best not to chance it. Nathan furrowed his eyebrow's slightly at the name, glaring over in his direction. "No, I don't." He stated, returning his eyes back to the front of the classroom.

Elliott smirked as soon as he saw Nathan glaring at him. "That's okay sugar," he told Nathan winking at him. Elliott sat back in his seat and turned to the guy behind him. "You got a pencil I could borrow man?" He asked a lot less sexual then he had asked Nathan. He'd already made out with the guy behind him before he didn't want the kid to think he actually liked him. The kid rolled his eyes but handed over a pencil to Elliott so he would shut up. "Thanks," Elliott smiled at him before turning back to his notebook. Elliott turned off his mind for the rest of the class and just wrote what was on the board easily following along on auto-pilot.

Nathan merely rolled his eyes in return, hearing his affectionate words. Some eyes lingered on the both of them as if they were sympathetic toward Elliott's new target. Everyone knew that it was practically impossible to escape his clutches once he had his sights set on another person. A small frown crossed her features when Elliott turned to casually ask the guy behind him in a completely different tone. If he had asked like that in the first place, maybe he would have lent him the pencil. A sigh escaped his lips while he returned his focus back to the lecture, scribbling down everything the teacher said. The time seemed to pass slowly in class, even more slowly than usual for Nathan, and he was relieved when the bell rang for the end of the day. He quickly gathered his stuff to scurry out of the room to get to his locker, hoping to avoid Elliott as much as possible.

As soon as the bell rang Elliott already had his notebook in his bag, ready to leave. Elliott was quick to leave the room and make his way to his locker. He left the things he wouldn't need in his locker and then started down the halls. Elliott kind of wanted to fine a boy to fool around with but he also wanted to just leave the school. He was feeling torn but that all went away when he saw Nathen, the boy from his class at his locker. A small smirk made its way onto his face and then he was walking towards the boy.

Elliott lent against the locker beside Nathan's and smiled at him. "Hey cutie," he said smoothly while he looked Nathan up and down. "What are you doing after school today?" He asked stepping a bit closer to Nathan.

Elliott wasn't really sure what he was doing but he was sure that Nathan was attractive and that he hadn't even kissed the boy yet. He wanted to hook up with Nathan by the end of the year, before they graduated. It became a mental game with himself. It made the chase that much more interesting, that much more worth it.

Hearing a series of footsteps behind him, Nathan picked up his pace to exit the classroom and rushed down the hallway to his locker. He could already hear the sounds of murmurs and whispers as word spread about him being Elliott's next target. The emotions ranged from jealousy to pity from his surrounding classmates. All Nathan wanted was to graduate from this academy and make it through the year, but, now, he was subjected to be pursued by a gay guy. Just a few more months, he reminded himself.

Nathan spun the combination to his locker, pulling the handle open. Dropping his books into the locker, he proceeded to pick up the ones he needed for homework. He paused for a moment to recall if he needed anything else when a familiar voice met his ears. Nathan could practically feel his eyes checking him out, making a feeling of disgust settle in his stomach. "I already have plans." He stated, backing up just as far as he had stepped closer. Without even checking if he had everything, Nathan slammed his locker shut and sent a glare in Elliott's direction to put a strong front. "Don't waste your time. I'm not interested. I'm not gay." He shook his head and headed for the door.

(So sorry I never replied. I've had a lot of school work and I just got a job and its hard to balance everything. Really sorry.)

Elliott was completely shocked by Nathan's rejection. Nobody rejected him. Sometimes they rejected sex but they never actually rejected him. Everyone wanted him, didn't they? Gay or not all the boys wanted him. He himself wasn't even really all that gay or anything he just liked to have fun, didn't other people just want to have fun like him? Elliott was so shocked and so confused and his mind was going a mile a minute. He was just standing there by Nathan's locker, his eyes watching the boy leave the building.

Then a wide smile made its way onto his face. Everyone wanted him, of course they did. He was just going to have to try a little harder with Nathan. He was just playing hard to get, but Elliott would get him no matter how hard it'd be.

When the front doors slammed behind him, Nathan let out a distressed sigh and hurried his way to his car in the parking lot. It seemed that he had just put Elliott in his place and figured there would be no issues with him tomorrow. He assumed that Elliott would just accept that he declined the invitation and would merely move on. Returning back home, Nathan moved straight up into his room to start homework, knowing his time was limited. In a hour or so, Nathan would need to leave the house for work down at the local grocery store.

After the time passed, he placed all of his books back into his backpack and changed into his uniform, leaving for his shift. Nathan was always early to his job since he factored in all the possibilities that could make him late. Once he signed in, he took his place at the cash register and started to check out people's groceries.
