I yawned lightly and slammed my hand down on the alarm clock that was beside my bed. I slipped out of it and quickly got dressed. After I had my outfit on I ran down the steps and grabbed a pop tart and my purse. Today was my first day at my new school while everyone had already been here for a couple months and i was so damn nervous I didn't know how I was going to make it through the whole day. Not to mention, I was completely on my own and had to work right after. I quickly got in my car and drove to school. I pulled into the parking lot and looked out the window. "Here goes nothing" I breathed out quietly. I got out of my car and began to walk down the hall. Before I could stop myself I slammed into someone's chest, causing a shriek to emit from my lips as I fell to the ground. Not even ten minutes into the day and I already collided into someone.

I looked up at the man I had run into. When he reached his had out to help me up I galdly accepted. "I-I'm sorry" I stuttered out as I brushed my pants off. "I should have been watching where I was going." I said softly. I reached down and picked my broken glasses up off the floor. "Shit" I muttered under my breath as i held the fragile item in my hand that had been snapped in two. I chewed on my lip and looked up at the guy who I ran into. "I'm Paige" I said softly

"It's alright. I wasn't really paying attention either." I admitted as I looked her over, she was pretty attractive not my usual type but not ugly at all. "Sorry about your glasses." I said as I looked at the broken frames in her hand. "Is their anything I can do?" I asked taking a step back so I could get just a slightly better look at her body but not making it completely obvious at least to someone who didn't know me or my techniques. She was obviously new that much was easy to see.

I looked up at him and bit on my soft pink lip. "I don't think so, I'll just have to wait until I get home to get a new pair" I said softly. I slung my purse onto my shoulder and looked down at the grounfground. "YOu wouldn't happen to know where the anatomy room is would you?" I asked softly. I ran my pale fingers through my long red hair as I noticed that the hallway was empty and that we were the only ones left in it.

I thought about it for a moment I didn't have anatomy at but I did know where it was and it could give me a few more moments with the new girl cause I probably wouldn't see her again for a while unless we somehow got a class together which wouldn't be surprising cosine ring it's not that big of a school. "Ya. I can walk you there if you want." I said with a smile as I motioned down the hall. It wasn’t like I cared if I was late I usually was and the teachers didn't really care to much anymore.

Paige
I gave him a sweet smile and began the walk down the hallway. "Thank you for helping me. " I said softly. "It always sucks being the new kid at school. " I chewed on my lip and followed him down the hallway. I really wasnt paying any attention to where I was going but I didn't really care...I should because it's my grades that I'm going to school for, and i need good grades to keep my job since my no good drug addict parents are in jail.

"Ya. Most of the people here are okay. The teachers are pretty annoying though for at least the first two weeks." I said turning down the hall and stopping a couple of doors to the left. "Anatomy class miss Paige." I said as I looked at her again. "I'll see you around. Hopefully." I added with a smile as I turned away.

"Thank you Landon" I said before placing a soft kiss on his cheek as a form of appreciation. I then turned my back to him and opened the door. The teacher looked at me and I gave him a sheepish smile. "I'm sorry for being lat Mr. Fisher, I got lost" I said softly. He gave me a sweet smile before handing me my anatomy book. I then slipped into a seat by the front door and began taking notes, unfortunately though, I wasn't able to get Landon off of my mind.

I grinned as I watched her walk away she was beautiful. I walked down the hall slipping into my history class quietly though not going unnoticed. "Thank you for joining us Mr. Harper." Mrs. Johnson said as she continued her lecture on someone I really didn't know or care to know about. I was basically asleep for the class though not really asleep just zoned out into my own little world.

Right before the bell rang I had slipped into the bathroom to slip my contacts into my eyes so I could see. I put in some solution before walking out of the bathroom. I once again slammed into someone's chest, only this time i grabbed onto their shirt to keep myself from Falling, only it backfired and he landed on top of me. I looked up to see Landon. "We uh...we should really stop meeting like this" I said to him. I just heard a chuckle andfelt him help me up. "I really am sorry for crashing into you again" I said softly. "The gym is right in the front of the school right?" I asked. He nodded his head. " I actially have gym Right now to' I heard him Say. "Do we have any other classes together?" I asked him as I handed him my schedule.

I looked over her schedual and smiled and nodded to her. "It looks likes we have English and Psychology together." I said handing her the paper back. "And I don't mind you running into me." I added with a playful wink. It was pretty good luck on my part that I'd get to see her a couple of times a day . "How about we go down this way. It's another way to the gym." I said motioning to the hall we'd have to take a loop but I'd prefer that to running into Amber who I could see just at the end of the hall.

I smiled lightly " sure" I said softly as I began to walk down the hall beside him. I then felt his arm snake around me as everyone began to stare at me and whisper. "Why is everyone staring at me?" i said softly, I felt him pull me to a stop when I heard a feminine voice. "Who's this Landon you're knew whore" she spat, causing me to flinch. I looked over the brunette who was glaring at me with nothing but pure hate. "He's just gonna break you're heart you should get out while you still can" she said to me before stalking past us. "W-what did she mean by that?" i said confused.

I froze when I saw Amber pass by. Anyone else would have completely shut down and had no idea how to recover from such a failure. "Sorry about that Paige. That was my Ex Amber." I said with an apologetic look. "I'm really sorry you had to be in the middle of that." I said as I looked down at her hoping I could recover from the shit pit Amber just forced me into.

I looked up into his dark colored eyes. "It's okay" I said softly. "I understand how exs can be" I looked at the ground before wiping the tears from my eyes. "We should probably get to class so we're not late" I said to him. I sighed quietly and began to walk down the hall with him, I really didn't want to do gym, or even finish out this day, but I had to, simply because I couldn't afford to miss a day of school.

I nodded internally sighing. Fucking Amber almost screwed it all up like always. She couldn't just stay out of my business could she? It was like even before anything happened she made it her personal mission to be a cock blocker. "Alright." I said simply deciding not to say anything about the tears though I tried to ignore it. Why did girls have to cry? I stopped by the gym. "You can go in here though you'll need to bring gym clothes tomorrow but I think Coach Anderson won't care for your first day but I have to go change." I said turning and walking towards the locker rooms.

Just as long as you had a hot body you could get a job. I chewed on my lip and watched as Landon walked back out of the locker room.
