The Time of Our Lives

Neil stared at her in disbelief, even though he had plenty of girls that wanted to sleep with him after they slept with Danny but he never did because he wanted to find his own women. "I... I'm sorry," he said as he stepped back from her. "I'm not going to sleep with you after you still have sex juices on you from sleeping with Danny," he said with a shrug.

Danny walked out just in time to hear what Neil had said. He chuckled quietly in amusement as he walked over and patted his bandmates shoulder. "Don't worry, you'll find someone for tonight," he grinned before turning to wink at Krissy.

Krissy flinched. She looked down. "I never said anything about sex." she had been thinking it sure but maybe for once someone interesting wanted to just hang out with her. She bit her bottom lip and nodded as she wrapped an arm around herself. She heard Danny's door open and turned really red. He came over and winked at her as he talked to Neil. She frowned looking at Danny confused. She was not going to force Neil into anything or trick him... would she? "I need a drink." she said and moved around the two men suddenly feeling cheap, used and disgusting. Why did it have to be like that. What she had with Danny had been nice. And she liked talking with Neil he made her feel inspired. But all of this was suddenly making her feel like a whore.

Neil frowned at the way Krissy was walking away. He rushed after her, grabbing her arm and sighing quietly. "At least let me buy you the drink to make up for being a dick," he said to her quietly. He felt like a major asshole for saying what he said to her but he was so sick of all of the same people that slept with Danny trying to sleep with him. It made him feel like he was being used by the girls and he just wanted to find someone he could be happy with.

Krissy gasped as she looked up at him. She frowned and bit her lip looking down. "I don't want your pity Neil... I just... I want someone to see me as more then just a sex object. Guys do that all the time. I only slept with Danny because... I needed to feel something. I hadn't had sex for three years before that. I just want someone to get to know me. So if you want to buy me a drink and sit down and talk with me. Great." she shrugged. "But don't buy me a drink because you pity me." She said and gently pulled her arm from his grip. She sighed and looked down. She was already mostly drunk but not drunk enough to not feel pain and rejection. She wasn't this kind of person normally and when Neil seemed to think she was well it hurt.

Neil sighed quietly and led her to the private bar they hand for his band. He sat down at the bar with her and ordered both of them a drink, licking over his lips slowly. "For starters, what's your name?" he asked her quietly while looking over at her. He felt bad that she felt that way and that's why he wasn't trying to have sex with her. He didn't like objectifying women for his own personal needs.

As Neil asked her name it hit her that Danny didn't even know her name and she looked down taking a deep breath then looked up at Neil again. "My name's Krissy." she said and smiled at him. She crossed her legs and smiled as a drink was put into her hand. She smiled and took a gulp of it relaxing some her glossy eyes looking at Neil sweetly. Krissy was really glad that Neil was a nice guy and stopped her form doing something stupid.

Neil took a sip of his drink, not really being one for drinking even though he was a world famous rock star. He watched Krissy closely and smiled at her name. She had a beautiful name and it fit her looks and personality in a way even though he barely knew her but what he did know of her. "I'm Neil, even though you already knew that," he chuckled.

Krissy smiled. She giggled as he told her his name. "It's nice to really meet you Neil." she said and smiled leaning into the bar. "So tell me what d you love about drumming?" she asked her head on her hand. She looked adorable sitting there watching him. Krissy looked tired and she was defiantly not going to be able to drive anywhere in her condition. Krissy refused to sleep though because she wanted to stay up all night talking to a man that was truly extraordinary.

Neil chuckled and shrugged a shoulder lightly at Krissy's question. He didn't really know what all he loved about drumming. "I've been doing it since I was a kid and it's my passion. There's no specific thing I love about it," he said quietly with a small smile.

Krissy smiled imagining him as a kid. "I bet you were a cute kid." she said and sipped her drink. "I bet all the girls wanted to date you in high school." she said and looked at him happily. It was nice to think of high school. What would it have been like to meet Neil when she was a teenager. She bet that he would have been her first. He was kind and sexy as hell playing the drums.

Neil moved his body a bit in an awkward way. He coughed slightly as he rubbed his forehead gently. Maybe bringing her to get even more alcohol in her system than before was a bad idea. He could see the look on her face and could tell what was running through her head. "Uh, do you need me to call you a taxi?"

Krissy frowned and sighed. "No." she looked at the drink and sighed pushing it away. "I need coffee." she said and went to get up but stumbled a little. She blushed holding onto the side of the bar to hold her up. "Sorry Neil... you don't need to take care of me. I can do it." she said but obviously she was in a bad way at the moment and needed someone there for her to watch out for her.

Neil grabbed her, wrapping his arm around her waist. "I've got you," he told her quietly as he led her out to the bus. He wanted to make sure she was okay and didn't get taken advatange of so he was going to take her to his bus and take care of her there on his own since they were in his hometown and it was the last stop of the tour.

Krissy bit her lip. "Okay." she said and wrapped her arms around his neck. She closed her eyes and let him take her wherever he wanted. She was shocked that he was so kind and it made her sad and feel bad. She had meet Danny first and if she hadn't she wouldn't have met Neil and he was so kind to her. She curled up in his arms her head on his shoulder and before she realized it she was asleep. Krissy slept all night without stirring and she looked so sweet as she did.

Neil took Krissy to his bus and laid her down on the couch. He went to his bunk and laid down, going to sleep after placing advil and a bottle of water next to the couch on the stand. He fell asleep, wondering how he had gotten himself roped into this whole situation.

Krissy woke in the morning a light headache throbbing in her head but she had always been lucky with her lack of hangovers. Krissy sat up and saw the pills and water. She smiled and took them drinking all the water. She found a mirror and fixed herself. She bit her lip faintly remembering Neil picking her up. Krissy walked around trying to find the bathroom. She found it slipping in and doing what she needed trying to freshen up some too. Krissy slipped out and went back to the couch laying down. She wanted to thank Neil even though she had a feeling he would be happier if she just left.

Neil woke up when he heard someone moving around the bus. He waited until there was no noise before moving out of his bunk. He walked into the living area and smiled lightly at the sight of Krissy being awake. "You were a mess last night," he mentioned as he sat down on the chair across from the couch. "Are you okay this morning?"

Krissy blushed and looked down holding her knees. She looked back up at him. He looked good with his messy hair and his shirt off. "Yeah I am... I'm sorry about last night... I am not usually like that." She said and bit her lip. "I can only imagine what you must think of me." Krissy said and laid her legs to the side as she fidgeted with the edge of her skirt.

Neil shrugged a shoulder lightly at her and smiled lightly. "Krissy, you're fine. Don't worry about it," he told her quietly. He crossed one of his legs over the other and placed his hands in his lap while sighing quietly. "Are you okay?"

Danny walked out of the bunk room and looked between Krissy and Neil with an arched brow. "You two are doing the dirty now?" He questioned them curiously with a slight smirk passing onto his face while wiggling his brows at Neil suggestively.

Krispy was about to say something when Danny walked out. She turned bright red and looked down. She rubbed her arm going to let Neil deal with this. She was sure he had dealt with Danny on more than one occasion. She bit her bottom lip and glance up at Neil wondering what he was thinking. She understood not wanting sloppy seconds. She felt the tears stinging her eyes. "I should go." She said and got up searching for her shoes.
