Am I allowed to create a new account?

I wanted to have a fresh start. It feels like it might be what I need. No one is giving me much credit here, and it's rather hurtful for me as well. So, I really want to start a new account. Even if it means having this account get deleted too. I really just need a fresh start at this, and I would really like if I could create another account to get that fresh start. :/

Nevermind. I'm just going to keep this account and stay with it instead. Feel free to close this since it's not really needed. *shrug*

You can't create a new account.

If you'd like a fresh start, you can do what quite a few users have done which is delete all of your work, blogs, profile comments, and photos. Then change your username and icon pic.

That way your account will be a clean slate.
