Welcome to the Editing Hub!

This is a place where Mibbians can come to offer help with editing other Mibbians work, and for Mibbians to find someone capable of being a beta reader for them.

Although Mibba has an official team of beta readers who are willing to help ( you can find them in the requesting a site beta thread), this forum will be for 'unofficial' editors who will work on their own terms.

So take a look around, offer or receive any editing help, and ask if you need any help.

Any threads for discussing editing or writing can be found (or created) in Mibba's Writing Tips forum, and are to not be posted here.

As always, Mibba's General Site Guidelines and Bashing and Public Ridicule Rules apply.
If you're having any trouble with anything, feel free to message a site admin or Board Mod.

If you'd like to set up a thread to take requests for editing other Mibbians' work, then read the guidelines below and get started!

Guidelines:

• One hub per Mibbian.
• Each editor can create their own rules and system for their hub (i.e. how many requests they will take at a time, what genres/ratings they will not read, how they would like to be credited, etc).
• Mibbians cannot offer or accept monetary compensation. (That means, it's all free! Mibbians cannot charge others for their editing services. If anyone is asking for money, please report them to an admin.)
• Be polite.

Its been awhile and I haven't submitted anything for ages, just trying to remember. Do I have to get Reviews/articles not for the magazine pre-edited in one of these forums before I submit?

It's not necessary, but you're definitely welcome to. It's always a good idea to get someone to check over your work, especially if you're not familiar with the site's article rules.
