Adding youtube videos into blogs?

I was just wondering what the code was for linking youtube videos into blogs... I tried looking it up on here and it said to use [youtube] [/youtube] but that doesn't work :( If anyone can help I'd be gratefuk!

It's [youtube] [/youtube], but you have to make sure the link is right. If it's "https://," you have to take out the "s," and if there's all that =featureyadada stuff, you also have to take that out (you should be able to copy the link from the Embed tab under the video, but you'll still have to take out that "s" to get it to work.

Hey! I know this is a month old, but I was wondering if there was a way to link an entire Youtube playlist? I got one video (after a few attempts), but I would love to be able to have the whole playlist in my blog. :)

To my knowledge, that's not possible because you can't embed an entire playlist into a blog post (I'm not a coding expert, but I believe the playlists are a lot more complex on that front than just the simple youtube embed we have). If you want to share a playlist, you can link each individual video, embed each individual video, or just link to the youtube playlist or 8tracks playlist.

I went ahead and linked examples I have of each, just because I do this a lot

Thanks! I figured it wasn't possible when I couldn't figure out how to do it! I just added the link to the youtube page. :)
