Takt of Heroes is giving me some serious Percy Jackson vibes, and it's probably about time I reread the whole series. I can't remember the last time I did, but it was probably a few years ago. It'll be fun to relive the series that got me into reading/writing and fantasy.

Hey WAYT, what is everyone up too? I have been able to relax over the last month, which is super refreshing.

Welp, it looks like we may have a flea problem at home. And my cat is in isolation because she tried to scratch/bite my mom and sister when they went to check her for fleas last night. Poor Topaz is just not having any luck since we got Esmeralda.

Also, we got a new kitten last month, a stray that a friend of my mom's coworker caught and wanted to find a home for. Look at this darling.

I love world building. Although no one will ever fully know the details of the ranks of knights and magics knights in my universe and the various territories, for example, it makes me so happy to be able to flesh them out, so I can better understand my characters. Also, character questionnaires. It definitely helped me better explain (and understand, myself) why my main character's name means armpit, lmao.

Woo! I got all my Mibba Halloween stuffs done!

Incidentally, though, I do still have some goodies left if anybody else wants to take any ("candy" bowl is linked in my sig.) Just note that any requests I get within the next few days may or may not actually get filled by Halloween (but they'll get filled eventually!!)

Awesome! Well, good luck with finding a job! I finally got my degree earlier this year (I had to settle some bullcrap with my university so I couldn't get it for a while, but that's a whole other story I don't wanna get into. ) I still have yet to find a job, but I am hopeful the right opportunity will come along when it's meant to.

There's always times of the day when Mibba just feels dead. There's no new comments on the forums, no new blogs, no new activity. It always makes me feel so lonely. Like walking around a ghost town.
