What book are you currently reading?

I'm currently reading Macbeth.

Shakespeare has always seemed a little intimidating to me, but after I read Hamlet and realized how humorous and witty his work was, I found it a lot easier to explore.
I also like that I can read an act, and then find a performance of that act to better understand the tone of the scene. For Macbeth, I've been watching clips of the new film with Michael Fassbender and Marion Cotillard, as well as Alan Cumming's "One Man Macbeth".

Hopefully, I get to finish it soon. I've been working a lot.

I am currently reading It's Kind Of A Funny Story by Ned Vizzini.

I just got done reading two biographies of my favorite horror icons. (Robert Englund & Kane Hodder), really both amazing books written by two extraordinary men. I recommend if you're into that sort of thing.

I just finished Idol by Kristen Callihan... which was alright, it was a quick and very easy read.

Now I have just started Moxie by Jennifer Mathieu and so far so good

I'm reading the An Ember in the Ashes series by Sabaa Tahir right now, I don't generally read a lot of young adult books I sort of veer more toward adult fantasy, but this series is so worth it! It's a fairly mature fantasy series that has some wonderfully strong female characters.

Good Omens by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett.

The Girl on Camera by Morgan Dun-Campbell. It was a free download on the Kindle store, and it's alright so far.

Currently reading Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo!

I am currently reading Circe by Madeline Miller! It is so good! but I am a sucker for anything about greek mythology/history

Mainly, I'm reading course-required books and other requires reading for my classes, but when I have time I am working through "A Beautiful Mind" by Sylvia Nasar.

It's the first book in Brooklyn Bruja series.

Stast Wolf by David Young. Second in a series of books about an East German homicide detective, a really interesting series of books!

I just finished Love and Other Train Wrecks and OMG, it was good! highly recommend.

I am nearly finished The Ladies Guide to Piracy and Petticoats and it is really good... a little slow at the start but it is really starting to pick up now :)

A Map of Days by Ransom Riggs. It's the fourth book of Miss Peregrine's Peculiar Children and, honestly, Riggs should've left it at three because this book is an absolute snooze.
