Love Outweighs Ignorance

Zacky frowned hearing Elizabeth's words, looking at her. "I didn't know it was leaving this early." He said before taking his phone out of his pocket turning it on. He knew that his time with Elizabeth would have been ruined by Sarah's constant badgering. Checking the time he frowned, it wasn't even noon yet. "I thought the buses were suppose to leave at one." He asked, just knowing that the buses were leaving today.

Callie frowned seeing Zoe she knew that she wouldn't like this. Standing she moved to her friend, "where's the others?" She questioned her. "Miles is sleeping and Charles never came back." She said. "Hopefully he doesn't come back." Callie scoffed hating the man, "but they were watching a movie when we started moving." She explained, she knew her friend wouldn't like the guys being here, but at least they didn't do this on purpose.

"No, I distinctly remember someone saying that the buses were leaving at noon," Elizabeth said. Sure, that still meant that they had left a little earlier than planned, but Matt and Zacky wouldn't be stuck here if they hadn't come onto the bus in the first place. Zoey looked a little skeptical of Callie's answer to her question, but she didn't say anything else as she went over to start a pot of coffee. "Hell yeah, maybe we left Charles' stupid ass behind," Elizabeth grumbled. Bandmate or not, she would be happy if she never had to see that asshole again.

"Well nobody tells us shit, apparently," Matt said, hearing Elizabeth. He glanced up as another girl came up the hallway, smirking softly to himself when he saw what looked like a hickey on her neck. He vaguely remembered seeing her with Jimmy last night, and things must've gotten interesting. "I think your friend hooked up with our drummer last night," Matt whispered to Callie. Maybe if she realized that she was the only one of the girls in her band that wasn't sleeping with one of them, she might come around a little sooner. But Matt wasn't going to rush her.

"Hostel much?" Zacky asked her, wondered where this fire cracker had come from. She'd been shy and timid around him all day. And now that their loud mouth drummer showed up she was cocky and rude. He actually like it and was quite intrigued by it and a little turned on. Smirking at her he leaned closer. "I find that extremely hot." He whispered in her ear, he didn't mean anything behind it really, just a push for her to continue doing it.

Callie rolled her eyes knowing that both her and Matt both had reached the same assumption. "I know they did." She told him, not seeing the big deal about it. Adult humans did it all the time, here he was pointing out things like a child. "Point?" She questioned him, before settling herself down so that she could continue the movie.

Elizabeth hadn't realized that Zacky could hear her until he spoke up from behind her. She just nodded at his first comment, her cheeks turning a little red when he spoke again. Was he just saying that so she would think about sleeping with him again? "I just don't like him, is all," Elizabeth mumbled. "Nobody does."

"I dunno, just trying to make conversation," Matt said. Callie didn't seem particularly interested in talking to him, so he wasn't going to bother right now. Everyone seemed more interested in the movie, anyway. "So are you girls excited about the show tonight?" Matt asked, addressing the three girls.

Zacky frowned hearing her explanation, "then why is he part of the band?" He questioned. If he couldn't stand someone then they wouldn't be apart of his band. He was so wrapped up in the thoughts of why she didn't like him, he'd almost missed her blush. His eyes however noticed it out of the corner, smirking softly. Sighing he figured she didn't like him anymore, she'd been pushing him away all day. He just wasn't taking no for an answer but maybe now he should. She was fun for one night, but that all she seemed to be looking for. It kind of stung when he had hoped they could continue seeing each other.

Callie pulled her attention from the television to Matt. "Yeah," she informed him, "more nervous than anything." She knew they'd played as headliners before, but most of them were maybe a couple of hundred of people. With Avenged headlining their shows were sold out and triple the people if not more. "I just hope I don't fall on my face." She laughed out, it was kind of an inside joke with everyone that knew about her leg.

Elizabeth just shrugged in response to his question. She honestly didn't know why Charles was in the band if nobody liked him. Maybe because they couldn't be bothered finding someone to replace him right now. Hopefully they would be able to once this tour cycle was over. "You know what, I'm tired of sitting on the floor," Elizabeth said, getting to her feet. She looked down at Zacky. "Scoot over," she told him. Once he'd done that, she squeezed in between him and the arm of the couch, sort of throwing one of her legs over his lap.

"No need to be nervous, I'm sure you guys will do great," Matt assured Callie. "Hell, we were all nervous for our first big show, and look at us now. Not a nerve between the five of us." He was sure this tour circuit would have Callie and Elizabeth's band playing for the biggest crowds they'd ever played for, and so he could understand how that could make them nervous. But he was sure they would do fine. Once they got out on stage and the adrenaline hit, they would forget all about their nervousness.

Zacky listened to her bark orders at him, nibbling on his lip he wondered where the fire cracker from last night had went. Feeling her leg over his lap, he smirked before sliding his hand down under her ass. Gently giving it a squeeze he shifted her to where she was sitting on his lap. He didn't care what anyone else said, they weren't fucking in front of them so it really didn't matter. Plus Zacky was a private kind of person, he didn't like people seeing what was his. Granted he did share a bus with a bunch of perverted men, he still had limits, and fucking in front of people wasn't happening.

Callie rolled her eyes, she knew he knew about her leg. But he didn't seem to get the joke, so she wasn't going to explain it since Zacky was here. "I'm not nervous because of the crowd." She informed him, she then let the conversation drop as she turned her attention to the movie screen. Then it hit her, where was she going to change. There was no privacy any where on the bus beside the bathroom, and she could not change in there, she didn't have enough room.

Elizabeth tried to get comfortable on the couch, but before she could, she felt Zacky's hand on her ass and then she was in his lap. She supposed this was okay, it wasn't like they were doing anything, just cuddling. She settled back against Zacky's chest, turning her attention back to the television. She'd never really been this close to a guy fro too long, mostly because she usually pushed them away. She sort of liked it.

Callie didn't seem to want to talk to him anymore, so Matt didn't try and continue on with the conversation once she let it drop. He was willing to work for her, but not too terribly hard. Callie was a beautiful girl and so far, Matt enjoyed talking to her and being around her, but he wasn't going to continue to pursue her that way if she made things too difficult.

Zacky smiled feeling her cuddling into his chest. Moving his hand up her back he gently rubbed. Licking over his lip he turn his attention to the television. The movie was almost over so he'd enjoy it while he could. Smirking he moved her hair off her neck, before placing a gentle kiss against the skin there. He let his attention move to the tv again. He acted as if it was just a normal thing for them.

Callie felt kind of bad for being hateful to him, she'd promised herself that she'd be kinder to him. Sighing she cuddled back into Matt's side, it was the least she could do after having basically shut him down again. Frowning she wondered how long he'd try and get close to her. After all last night he did chose to go off with another woman when she turned him down. They weren't dating and she knew he had needs. She just didn't know if she could help him in that department.

Elizabeth knew she shouldn't be cuddled up to Zacky like this because he technically had a girlfriend and she didn't need that sort of drama in her life. But it was so comfortable and so far Zacky hadn't made her feel uncomfortable, which was a rarity when it came to guys. She'd almost fallen asleep when the movie ended and she didn't really want to move, so she just mumbled at someone to turn on something else. If they wanted to do something besides watch TV, she would go to her bunk. Or take a nap on the couch, whichever.

Matt was a little surprised when Callie cuddled back into his side, but he wasn't going to complain. Maybe she didn't hate him after all. He rubbed her upper arm absentmindedly as he watched the movie, sitting up to stretch his arms when it ended. Hearing Elizabeth grumble at them to turn on something else, Matt laughed. "Why don't we do something else?" Matt suggested. "You guys got any games to play?"

Zacky felt her cuddling closer to him, he peered down at her knowing she was trying to fall asleep. Smiling he wrapped his arms tighter around her, he knew it was wrong to fall for someone right after a break up. Though he knew Sarah was still on his bus, he'd told her time and time again to leave. He'd never even invited her in the first place. Letting his mind wander over what he could do to get her off his back.

Callie looked at Matt, a small smile on her face. "Well we've got some cards, I don't know if we packed any board games." She said, at her words Zoey perked up. "I'd be up for some poker." She smiled knowing her and Callie got competitive when it came to poker.

"If you guys are going to play poker, just be quiet," Elizabeth said, cracking an eye open. She watched Zoey go to the cabinet and pull out the poker set. She might be coerced into playing later since they had a few hours before they reached their destination, but for now, she just wanted to relax on the couch. "You can go play poker if you want," Elizabeth said to Zacky, yawning.

"Poker sounds like fun," Matt said, getting to his feet. He smirked. "As long as you lovely ladies don't mind losing a little money." It just wasn't poker if they didn't play for real money. He went to sit at the small booth in their kitchen, waiting for the drummer to set out the poker set before he opened it and pulled out the deck of cards, starting to shuffle them. "You playing, Zack?"

"Nah I'm good." Zacky informed everyone, he knew Matt could be pretty competitive where money was concerned. "I'm good right here." He whispered out, shifting lightly he moved to where she was between his legs, but allow her the room to lay out fully. Cuddling her closer to his chest he closed his eyes, hopefully the others didn't get to loud.

Callie shook her head at how eager Matt was, smiling softly. They never played for money, so it should be fun. "Oh you silly boy." Zoe said, "we don't play for money. We strip." She smirked at him, Callie froze, glaring at her friend. Before shaking her head, it wasn't like it was a big deal to the others. Sighing softly she figured she'd have to get over it eventually. "Any one want a beer?" She asked, knowing if she was taking off clothes she need a bit in her system.

When Zacky shifted on the couch, Elizabeth cuddled up to him and laid her head on his chest. She was glad he had decided not to get up and play poker because he was a comfortable pillow. She reached back to the back of the couch and pulled down the blanket there, arranging it over her and Zacky's legs. Even as she started to fall back asleep, she was listening to the conversation happening in the kitchen, her interest peaked when she heard Zoey say they were going to strip. She snorted softly. Good luck getting Callie to take any of her clothes off.

Matt raised an eyebrow when Zoey mentioned that they were going to play strip poker. He was definitely surprised, but he wasn't going to complain about it. "Well I'm down for that," he said, dealing out the cards. He didn't really care that Zacky didn't want to play; in fact, he preferred it that way. That left him and two women, which gave him a better chance of seeing something that he actually wanted to see instead of Zacky's dick. "Alright ladies, ante up and let's get this hand started," Matt said.

Zacky rolled his eyes at the thought of playing strip poker, he might have been interested if Elizabeth was playing. But really strip poker is a drinking game, and it was just a little after noon. Laying back he closed his eyes hoping to get some rest before sound check.

Callie grabbed her a beer before sitting down next to Matt. She didn't plan on getting drunk, she still had a show to do. So she would just sip on it. Grabbing her hand she looked over the cards before anting up. She wasn't interested it really playing now that she thought about Zacky being in the place. But he seemed to be dosing so she might be able to enjoy the game.

Elizabeth focused her attention on the television, the slow rise and fall of Zacky's chest calming her to sleep again. She twisted her fingers into the fabric of his shirt, turning to snuggle her face into his chest as she yawned. It was so weird to be cuddled up on the couch with a man who supposedly had a girlfriend, who just last night Elizabeth had thought was only a one-night stand. But as long as whatever girl he'd brought along didn't find out, she saw no harm in what they were doing.

Matt peeked at his cards, lifting the corners to see an eight and a Jack, both of spades. At least the similar suit might help him out a little. He tossed in his ante before burning the first card, turning over three more. A pair of sixes and a three. At least the three and one of the sixes were spades. If Matt got lucky and got another spade on the flop or the river, he'd probably have the winning hand. "Well Callie, would you like to check, bet, or fold?" he asked her.

Callie looked at her cards, nibbling on the inside of her cheek. She had a three of diamines and an ace of clubs. "Check." She said, she was a slow started with new people. She'd see want Matt played first before really betting. She didn't want to strip down too much. Unlike Callie Zoe was a wild better, she always raise right off it was a scare tactic. Though this time she was surprise to see her friend fold. Blinking at her Callie frowned, what was she playing at.

Matt grinned when Callie checked and Zoey folded. He checked as well before continuing on, burning one card and then turning another over. A seven of spades. That gave Matt a flush and he could barely contain his grin as he looked over at Callie. "Same question again my dear: check, bet, or fold?" he asked. Really, it didn't matter which option she chose. It was highly unlikely that Callie had a hand to beat his flush, so even without the last card that was going to be played, Matt was guaranteed to win.

Callie bit her lip before looking at Matt, she knew she should fold, she could just tell that he was going to win. She just had that feeling. "Check." She said wondering if Matt's hand was even that good. But she didn't care, grabbing her beer she took a sip of it. She damn sure was going to need it.

Matt burned and turned the last two cards, not even really caring what came up on the river. He'd won the hand. Turning over the two cards in his hand, Matt turned to Callie with a smirk. "Let's see what you've got, Callie," he said to her. He knew he'd won, but he figured he'd give Callie a chance to show her cards before he asked her to start taking off her clothes. Seeing her cards, he grinned. "So...looks like I won," Matt pointed out. He knew Callie would be uncomfortable to take her clothes off, so as much as Matt wanted to see her naked, he wouldn't force her to take off her shirt or her pants too quickly.
