Jake thought about it before smirking at her, "you know what it is." He teased, knowing that sex was something he was good at. And he didn't have to deal with talking and saying the wrong thing. But it wasn't the only thing he enjoyed doing. "I like running and laying in the sun doing nothing." He told her. "Oh sleeping is a good one." He chuckled. Knowing that she wanted to do something with him, but all he wanted to do was just lay there holding her and nothing more. No talking, no kissing, the touching he'd allow, as long as it didn't get to sexual. It wasn't often he got to just rest with her in his arms.
Laney smiled brightly, "I'm sorry baby, it just something I've tried to get people interested in, they can't handle my teasing." She chuckled, knowing that nobody knew her like he did either. "This was something I would always d, I practiced and practiced." She told him, smiling as he kissed her, showing her wasn't mad. Then she watched as he did over and over and until he knife stuck. "Good job baby." She told him, before walking over at getting the knife. "The key isn't balancing the knife, it's using it's own weight against it's self. That's why most people throw with the blade. Though its the most unpredictable." She said explaining. "Unless you can master how to throw it the exact same way over and over." She told him. She didn't throw the knife with the blade, and because of that all she had to do was use force and aim. Throwing the knife she stuck it in the tree.

Avery beamed after an afternoon with Jake just resting in the sun sometimes talking about nothing and sometimes she asked him questions about being a wolf but there where moments where they just laid there in silence. Avery walked into the camp and then up at Jake. "Did you want to talk to Haden together first or separately?" she asked. Avery knew there was something on his mind that he needed his alpha for. Avery could tell there had been something bugging him all day and she hoped he wasn't changing his mind about turning her. She didn't want it from anyone else. It was something intimate and she only wanted it to be her and Jake as much as was safe.
Haden was sitting with Laney back at camp stirring the stew when Jake and Avery came back into camp. He looked up at them as they walked slowly towards him. They had questions and he knew his time as not being alpha was pretty much over. He knew Jake not only came to him as his alpha but also as his friend and Haden hoped that he could help his friend through this transition. Jake was not good with personal change. He liked for those around him to be constant and dependable. No matter where they had traveled as long as the pack was the same Jake had been fine but with Avery there had been so much change it had changed his friend. Haden looked over at Laney and kissed her hand. "Vacations over." he teased.

Jake stretched having enjoyed the day he'd spent with Avery. There wasn't any need to discuss things, so he got to relax the day away. After the sun started to disappear behind the trees, he figured it was best to head back to camp while there was still light. Grabbing the blanket he folded it up the best he could to make it easier to carry. Before grabbing Avery's hand and leading her back into camp. He smiled down at her knowing that they wanted to set a firm date with his alpha. "I figured we'd talk to him together," he told her not knowing why she thought he'd want to do so with out her. It was more for her than him, though he figured he'd speak to Haden about this before they actually did it, just get his mind wrapped around changing her himself. Kind of guy time.
Laney sat in camp after help Haden throw together a stew, she kicked back relaxing. Her mind playing over the day she'd had with Haden. And the promise he made that they'd have a rematch at throwing knives. She had went easy on him, but still won. And he said she'd have to give him some time to practice. But he wanted a rematch. Hearing the sound of feet entering camp, she got up and moved next to her mate. Her eyes looking in the direction of her sister and Jake. A smile pulling at her face, it was about time they had some happiness between them. Turning to smile at her Haden. "We knew it would come, but tomorrow you're going to relax." She told him, knowing that he could sleep in and not worry about running out to run perimeter. She pressed a kiss to his lips, before turning to greet her sister and Jake. Hoping they would feel okay to talk to both her and Haden.

Avery smiled softly and nodded. They headed over and sat down with Haden and Laney. She smiled at them in greeting and looked over at Jake deciding maybe she should ask. "Haden I know you're taking a break but with everything..." Haden shook his head. "It's okay Avery go ahead." he said and Avery nodded. "I want Jake to change me and I want to have as much privacy and distance from the pack as is safe. Jake's worried about my safety as a new wolf and I understand that but I am hoping you have some idea on what we can do. I'm..." she bit her lip and looked down. "I'm afraid of being overwhelmed by the pack." She admitted and Haden nodded. "Psychic connections are probably the hardest thing to get use to." he smiled over at Laney knowing they had been talking about it as well. "I want to give you as much space as you need but Jake is right. There is a little shed a little farther off but still in the parameter run that might work for your purposes and we can just have the pack stay within cap or on the other side for a couple days. We'll still be close enough that Jake can communicate with us and if this is something you are wanting to do sooner rather than later then your father will be still running parameter with will leave us open to handle the new change and any issues that might arise." he said and looked over at Laney then Jake. "Laney what's your take on it?" he asked her and looked over at her. She was the newest to be turned so she knew what was most uncomfortable and how they could help ease Avery into it. Avery looked up at Jake to see how he was feeling about it as well before looking back at her sister.

Laney looked at her sister, "if this is really what you want, then I don't see a problem with doing it sooner than later." She told her, "but it's not like anything you've experienced, I'm still having problems getting used to it." She turned to look a Haden, bumping him lightly with her shoulder. "Though my situation was different, it's just the hardest thing you'll have to go through. Because change isn't easy. This isn't about just you anymore your wolf is going to demand things from you, things that you didn't know you were capable of." She looked at Jake before looking back at her sister. "I'm not trying to talk you out of this, I just want you to know that being a wolf means being a part of something bigger. And being selfish and immature isn't going to work anymore. You'll still be you but your wolf will want a purpose. Because it's sole job is to survive. And being mated makes things more challenging as now you've got his wolf to worry about." She jutted her head at Jake. "You'll have to learn your place, there won't be any running off to get space. You're going to feel him in every single cell of your body, you'll be more dependent on him than ever, but he'll be the same way with you." She knew that her words weren't meant to scare her sister from doing this, because if she really wanted to then nothing would change her mind. But she needed her to understand that the pack wasn't controlling, Jake wasn't controlling. Her wolf however would be the controlling factor. "But as far a protecting you, I think it's best to do it tonight or tomorrow, when ever you're ready. But it would be nice to have the extra protection while you do so." She told them her thoughts. She smiled at her sister before looking up at Haden, placing a gentle kiss to his check. "Are you sure this is what you want?" She asked before turning to look at her sister, knowing this had never been what she'd wanted. But now that she was a wolf, she didn't want to go back to being human.

Avery listened to her sister. She tried to aim it in a way that made it seem that there was no freedom in being a wolf. Yes it would be a change but the wolf would be a part of her, it wasn't like another entity that was trying to suck her control away. Avery didn't want space from Jake. She would have time with the pack to make that decision. She was sure they would let her take a while to adjust to being a wolf before they started to be concerned with her joining them. Avery smiled as her sister mentioned Jake's wolf. She loved his wolf just as much as she loved Jake. Laney asked if she was sure if this was what she wanted and Avery looked down at her lap her hands holding one of Jake's in them. "I don't think being a wolf is something you want it's something that calls to you or you are called to it." she bit her lip trying to explain to them. "What I want isn't really something I can answer to you so simply. There is this pull inside of me, an instinct. I have been trying to rationalize it and trying to connect how I should feel with how I do feel but the longer I have waited the louder this feeling inside has grown." she looked up at Haden. "I want Jake to turn me. I'm ready to be his mate completely. I am ready for what is next and I want that." she said knowing it wasn't the answer everyone wanted to hear but it was her truthful answer. Avery looked up at Jake trying to read his face.
Haden nodded softly to Avery. "Very well. Then we will support you." he said. Part of him was afraid she was turning because of the bond but the bond did not ask the other to change it simply was the link that pulled two people together. Yes usually wolves but not always. Haden looked at Laney and kissed her head. He was glad she had explained it to her sister. That was not something he would have been able to explain in that way. He didn't understand why Avery was doing this completely but he was sure she and Jake had talked it through until they were blue in the face.

Jake sat frozen as Laney unleashed on Avery, it was not what he'd expected. But then again he was never around when they had their girl time. He'd have to ask Avery if her sister was always this passionate when it came to her. Hearing Avery's words about a pull, it made him feel like it was his wolf trying to complete the bonding. And it scared him to feel that way. "The bonding is complete." Laney said like her sister was daft. And it angered Jake to hear her speak that way to his mate. But it also was a jab at him because he was always talking about completing their bond. Shaking her head Laney smiled softly at her sister. "I felt it to, but then I didn't know what was going on because I didn't know Haden was a wolf. To me it felt like dread, kind of like warning that something bad was going to happen." She knew that her bond with Haden while she was human was no where near as strong as Avery and Jake's. "But when I changed into a wolf I felt it fade, though it wasn't until I was lashing out a Haden that I'd realized it was his wolf." She chuckled, "it was telling me that my human form wasn't compatible with his wolf. It was preparing me for the inevitable, children." She told her. "As humans we'd never be able to carry a wolf's pup as they grow to fast and are way to strong. The pull was because his wolf was scared I'd get pregnant and it'll kill me." She knew it could be something else for her but it was the only thing logical to Laney. And each person was different, but she still felt that Jake's wolf was afraid of losing Avery so it was doing everything it could to sway her to change.

Avery could feel Jake stiffen next to her as Laney talked and Avery looked down as she listened to her sister trying not to pass judgment until she had head her sister through but that wasn't it. It was something else. Avery could feel that too, the pull form Jake but this was something more. "Laney." she said softly. "I'm sure about this." she said and oddly enough talking with her sister only made her want to do it sooner. "I'm not afraid of staying human and I am afraid of what I don't know about being a wolf but I'm sure... I'm sure this is the right thing to do. I am sure there is a part of the bond that I can't fully access as a human for whatever reason and if you want to say that it is or isn't complete it doesn't matter to me because I know this. Because it comes and then it fades away and I am left wanting it." she swallowed trying not to cry. Her sister just wanted to be sure to protect her and make sure she has considered everything and Avery understood it but this was not something that Laney could talk her into or out of. This was something Avery had come to on her own and int his moment she knew she had made the best decision to leave the pack for a while and hear her own thoughts though he wished she hadn't made Jake stay away. "I love you Laney but I don't need you to tell me how I am feeling or how my relationship with Jake is. I know that part. I appreciate your help. I feel more prepared having talked with you but I would like to take a walk with Jake before every comes into camp." she said knowing hey had like ten minutes or so and she stood still holding Jake's hand. She looked down at him her eyes heavy with thought.
Haden was surprised with he force that Laney laid into Avery. He rubbed her back softly hoping to sooth her and remind her to be gentle. Haden had expected this to eventually happen it was Laney's instinct to protect her sister and the change was dangerous there was no way around that. It was a shift and it hurt and it put Avery in danger from hunters and other wolves and other unseen things. When Avery stood he did as well and hugged her squeezing her. "I will support you, we all will Avery." he said and she smiled at him though she didn't fully believe him and he could see it. He couldn't blame her for it the pack was tired and her being human made everyone on edge. Haden moved back to Laney and looked into the stew. "It's about ready. Should we let everyone know to start wrapping up and heading back to camp?" he asked her.

"Come on love." Jake said as Haden released her from a hug. He wasn't sure what was circling around in his mind. Though he felt a bit better after hearing both Laney and Avery's points of view. As Laney said things he'd been trying to get out all day. And Avery made him see that she was more than ready to make the leap. However difficult the change was going to be. "What's going on in that pretty little head of yours?" He asked her, as they reached the edge of camp and was out of ear shot of Haden and Laney. He didn't want to wander to far, as neither one of them had eaten lunch today. So he was eager for dinner. Letting go of her hand he quickly wrapped his arm around her, pulling her close to his chest.
Sighing she watched as her sister left, "I didn't mean to up set her." She said, before turning to Haden. "Yeah, if you're wanting a pack dinner." She chuckled. Her mind going back to her sister. "You don't think she believes I don't support her decision do you?" She questioned him. Knowing that she pushed kind of hard at her sister. She just wanted to make sure she wasn't doing this for anyone but herself. Though she could tell from the look on Jake's face he'd felt the same way like he'd thought he'd pushed her into this decision. And it just fulled Laney. But hearing her sister's want she knew she couldn't change her mind even if she did want to do this for Jake. It did bother her. But her sister needed to grow up and she could always be the protective person she always was. That was on her and Jake now. Though Laney was having a hard time letting it go because she was always used to dealing with her sister.

Avery looked up at Jake as he asked what she was thinking. She bit her lip and snuggled into his chest as they moved slowly. "She pushes so hard. I know she does it to push me over one edge or the other but it bugs me." she sighed. "That's not what I wanted to talk to you right now about though. I know you want to get back to camp soon." she said and looked up at him stopping and turning into his chest more burying her face in him and breathing him in. Avery looked up at him. "I don't want to wait anymore. I want to spend this night with you out at that little place Haden mentioned. I want to make love to you all night and in the morning I want you to turn me." she bit her lip. "How to you feel about that?" she asked him. she didn't want to make this decision on her own though she knew everyone wanted her to but Jake was the one turning her so this had to be his choice too.
Haden kissed Laney's head. "I know you didn't love. You're her sister you're just being yourself and making sure she is doing the right thing and is safe. She knows that." Haden called the pack to let them know 15 minutes till dinner. He looked back at Laney as she asked about Avery more and he squeezed her to his side. "She knows you support her Laney, you always have, that hasn't changed." he said. Haden kissed her head. "It's going to be okay and work out." he said and smiled. "I know your worried but she will work it out she's smart and she has Jake who loves her completely. This will be a good thing you will see." he said hoping it would be easy for Avery like it had bee for Laney to shift that way she would feel like she had options. He knew some people that where changed didn't shift back into human form for months, either it was on purpose or because they couldn't though he didn't know. He knew it took him a while himself to figure it out but some of that was just because of the necessity to survive.

Jake smiled at his rubbed her back, he didn't want to get into the Laney topic because if he said something wrong it would upset the already upset Avery. Lifting her chin he quickly leaned down and captured her lips. He'd been holding himself back all day, not wanting things to get to carried away. "I love you." He told her again for what felt like the hundredth time. "And I'll be more than happy with that." He told her, his voice carried his want. He'd been stressing today and was all wound up and trying to relax helped a bit. But he knew it was the fact there was no defiant time for this changed to take place. But now that she'd been forward with what she wanted, he was over the moon about it. "Did you want to tell the pack?" He asked her, because they didn't have to know anything about it until she was ready. And if Haden had to wait until morning to drop the bomb on them then that's what Jake would ensured happened. Because this was her moment and he didn't want anything or anybody to mess it up.
Laney sighed hearing Haden's words, wrapping her arms around him she slowly started to relax. At least with the talk they'd narrowed down the window of when she was going to turn. It scared the shit out of Laney. But she knew that Haden was right, this family was here to help her through anything. "I love you." She told him, letting her hands roam up his body before resting in his hair. Pulling him down to her level she pressed her lips to his. They'd been having fun all day with Haden trying to master sticking knives in to the tree. Which resulted in Laney teasing him, and then him pinning her to a tree. He'd decided to get his pay back because after devouring her lips with a promise of more, he just walked away. Her body was still singing from his teasing. Because it was not often Haden ever got rough with her. Hearing cat calls she pulled away from him smiling softly. "Someone's enjoying themselves." She heard Kyle, turning to look at the smirk on his face. He was causally draped over Char, and she had a smile on her face. Not far off from them was Penny and Leo trailing a bit behind. They were really close and their hands were intertwined. It mad Laney chuckled, just seeing how truly different they were, but they all still made this pack a family.

Avery kissed Jake back sighing as she relaxed into him. She smiled as he spoke. "I love you too. So much." she never getting tired of hearing it or telling him that she loved him too. Avery felt more calm as he agreed to her timeline. She leaned her head on his shoulder. He spoke about the pack and she frowned. "I wouldn't know how to bring that up. Can I leave that up to what you decide to do with it?" she asked hoping she didn't have to make any more decisions for today. She was tired of making decisions and she had made enough big ones for today. She knew they would be happy and relieved but she just wanted one more normal night of being a human with Jake before everything changed in the morning. She had spent her last day as a human relaxing with Jake and worrying about the future but her last night as a human would be filled with love and that was the way she wanted it to be.
"I love you too." Haden chuckled as her hands greedily pulled him closer her lips taking his with the force of her need he had left her with. He had enjoyed teasing her back with his own weapon against her. Haden chuckled hearing the pack coming in. He looked up and pulled Laney closer to him kissing her head. "And you haven't been today?" he asked challenging with a smile. He chuckled. They sat down around the fire and he grinned seeing the best of his pack as they where all relaxed and smiling leaning into their mates. He had never seen them more happy and he wished he could figure out how to make it stay this way. Penny passed out bowls as they chatted needlessly. "You all better be careful Laney is teaching me to throw knives." Haden teased them as they joked around.

Jake nodded hearing her wants, "okay love." He told her, before slowly leading her back to camp so that they could eat. "First lets get you fed." He told her, knowing that if she wanted to spend all night making love she'd need the fuel for it. Entering camp he could see everyone sitting around already. "Ready?" He asked her, knowing this night was going to drag on. Right now he just wanted to feed and then head off with Avery to prepare for their night together. Placing a kiss to the top of Avery head he lead her to an open spot. Grabbing them a bowls and quickly dishing out some food before taking it back to her and sitting down behind her. "It's about time you showed up," Kyle teased. Causing Jake to flip him off, which made the group erupt in laughter. A smile spread on Jake's face as he slipped into ease with his pack. He'd missed just being able to be with his pack. Ever since he'd meet Avery they haven't really just been a pack anymore. Not that he'd change things because he loved her. But after tomorrow they'd get to be a full pack.
Laney thanked Penny when she handed out bowls. Turning back to listen to the guys, she couldn't help but smiled at Haden. The grin he was wearing was one she hadn't seen in a long time. He was happy and enjoying his vacation. She felt a bit of a blush when they started to tease him, using her as a tool to do so. Hearing his rebuttal she couldn't help but laugh out loud, cover her hand with her face. She didn't want to give the pack more ammunition to use against him. As his skill was still beginner. "You tell them baby." She laughed out, she smiled at Avery and Jake when they showed up. Still filling a bit bad that she'd pushed her opinion a bit to hard at her. Moving back to the conversation at hand she shook her head, when Kyle asked to see Haden's skill with throwing knives.

Avery relaxed as he agreed. She nodded as he mentioned food. She was more hungry than she had thought and the mention of food made her mouth water. They walked back to camp and she saw everyone already laughing and talking. She looked up at Jake and nodded. "Yeah let's go." she said and walked with him. She smiled as he kissed her head then sat down watching him her eyes following him. Avery smiled at Kyle's teasing and took the bowl as Jake handed it to her. She took a bite smiling as she watched them all. They where a family and Jake was very much a part of that. She was sure he was still healing from her separation with the pack as well. Avery was eating slowly just listening to the pack as they talked easily. She chuckled at Laney and Haden's adventures. She knew if Laney had been teaching then Haden most likely was a beginner at best because otherwise this conversation would be going differently.
Haden chuckled and took a bite of his stew. He smiled at Laney as she supported his false brevato. He looked at her with so much adoration. He loved hearing her laugh. Kyle challenged his abilities and Haden chuckled. "You can see my abilities when I finally out throw Laney... so never." he winked at his mate. It was all in good teasing fun. Haden asked Penny how she was feeling and the subjects around the pack changed people connecting with each other in ways they hadn't for a while. Penny talked about how she was experimenting with finding roots in wolf form to help find food and how Leo was trying to find ways to make new tools for them to use and how to sharpen knives that had less of a risk of breaking the blades. Haden loved that Penny and Leo enjoyed ingenuity on their time off and that it was something they could do together and apart. He ran his hand up Laney's back as he ate one handed.

Jake quickly ate his food, though once he was done he rested back. Letting his hand lazily drag across Avery's arm. He knew she was a slower eater and he wasn't in any rush. But he wanted to hold her and really just start their night together. He also knew he needed to speak with Haden about it tonight. But he just wanted to relax and enjoy this time with the pack. And he hoped this would happen again soon.
Laney let out a laugh as Haden and Kyle bickered about throwing knives. "You'd do fine if the target didn't move." She teased him, listening to the roar of the pack. She knew it wasn't nice to pick on him. But she couldn't remember ever seeing any of them ever this happy. And though she was now a part of the pack it was time she acted like it. And she was glad that they were enjoying their time off. It also made her happy that they weren't pushing to many issue at the moment. As most of them didn't seemed that bother about things before. And if they did it got address by them getting to spend much needed time with their mates. Looking at Avery she smiled knowing that she'd be finally joining them, and making them a complete pack. Even if she didn't really approve of her doing it, she knew it wasn't her choice. Avery was grown and she knew she needed to learn her own way.

[Sorry it's kinda crappy, I've been racking my brain about any issue the pack could have and I can't really thing of any.]

Avery finished her food and set her bowl in Jake's on the ground. She scooted closer to Jake and leaned into his arms smiling. She hummed and closed her eyes enjoying the peace of the group. She chuckled as they teased Haden and looked up at Jake. She knew he was loving this and she was very glad that they could have this night. Avery knew that tonight was going to be her last night as a human and she was saying goodbye to all the things that would change. Avery watched as the stars came out laying there in Jake's arms. She held his hand fiddling with his fingers as she relaxed. Her fingers would stroke his palm every now and again.
Haden chuckled. "Why would I need to hit a moving target when I have you?" he winked at her. Haden was racking his brain at how they would be able to do this again without Laney's father. He couldn't think of a way unless they started to really expand their pack but then they would lose some of the things that made their pack really special and felt like a family instead of a pack. He was worried about what adding new members would even look like. Sure he would happily take someone in that was like them, that didn't like violence and supported the pack but those where harder to find than many realized. A wolves nature was to be wild and to hunt but this pack didn't listen to those instincts. Haden also didn't know if he could manage a larger pack. He was alpha yes but that came with a lot of responsibility. Just adding Laney and Avery had been a stretch for his control. He felt like his attention was to divided already and his pack suffered for it. Maybe if he gave Jake more responsibility then he could manage it and he knew that Laney would help but he didn't want to share her to much because he loved her and wanted time with her too. they also needed their time.

Jake smiled as he felt Avery moved closer to him, he was thankful for the night they were sharing with his pack. But he was eager to spend time with his mate. And as the night started to slip by he felt that they were all running on fumes by now, and he motioned for Avery to get up. Before he stood. "Well guys we're off for the night." He told everyone, knowing the night was slowly dwindling by and he had promised Avery a night together. He smiled at Haden before he shook his head. Avery doesn't want to tell anyone just yet. He said as he connected minds with his Alpha. If you want to inform them, she's wanting to change in the morning. He told him, before replaying the conversation they'd had about spending the night together. He hoped Haden would understand the want for a bit of privacy. "Come on babe." He told her before pulling her towards their house, they needed to grab a few things so they could enjoy their night. "Night guys." He told the pack as they moved off. Hearing a choir of different goodbyes. Before a few agreed that the night wasn't getting any younger and they should turn in.
Laney smiled at Haden before shaking her head. "I won't always be around." She threw out there knowing they spent more time apart as of late then they did together. But she wasn't about to bring the mood down with her thoughts. "Besides if you can't hit a moving target don't come back to my bed." She teased him, laughing out as the other laughed at their playful banter. She laughed out as he nuzzled her neck and mutter to her. Knowing that she was just teasing. "Love you." She whispered to him before kissing his lips. As they lost themselves in their moments she heard movement from beside them. Then heard Jake's voice ring out. Her brows pulling together, they had yet to discuss what they were going to do with Avery turning. And as she was about to question it she noticed the change in Haden. Her eyes moving to her mate, watching as he nodded to Jake. They must have been talking just the two of them. Biting her lip she was curious as to what they'd been talking about. "Everything okay?" She questioned him, gently rubbing his chest.

Avery smiled as Jake stood and took her with him. She was glad it was time for just them. She had enjoyed the pack but it was time. Avery looked up at Jake as he connected with Haden and then slipped under his arm as he lead her back towards their place. She followed him in helping him gather everything. she set up her things so it would be easier for her and brought a bag so that her things could be taken away in a bag if needed after tonight. She walked with Jake her hand in his. She could feel her heart thumping the closer they got to the shed. Once they where inside Avery set a match lighting up a lamp. She helped Jake set up the room then sat down on the blanket and set her shoes and socks in the bag she had brought stretching out. "Hmm what a day." she made some kind of small talk just to get the focus off her for just a moment. Avery was coming to grips with the fact that she wasn't going to be human here very soon.
Haden chuckled an held her close. He would have to practice so that everyone would have to eat their words. "I'll hit a target just for you my love." he smiled. "Love you." he repeated and kissed her back his hand moving to her hips and bringing her closer. Haden raised a brow. It was a surprise that Avery didn't want to tell the pack but then again she was a private person and he could respect that. He nodded to Jake and watched them leave. He looked down at Laney as she asked about Jake and Avery. "Yes everything is fine." he said and pressed his forehead against hers. Haden shared with Laney what Jake had told him. He tried to keep it gentle and something a sister wouldn't worry about hearing. He was trying to determine what and when to tell the pack. Everyone was getting ready to head out and Haden left. "Avery has decided tomorrow she is going to shift." he admitted. "Please make sure to give her and Jake enough space and time to handle the process." he said knowing it wasn't going to be am issue.

Jake packed up a blanket and some things he felt they might need for the night. Then lead her out to the shed. He wasn't sure what she wanted to happen tonight. But he'd be more than happy to take her lead. Entering the shed he lit the lamp, before spreading out the blanket. "I know what you mean." He told her as he kicked off his shoes and joined her on the blanket. He moved to where he was propped up on his arm, facing her. "Come here." He told her as he watched her clam up. She was dealing with her thoughts and he knew it was scary for her. When she moved to him he took her into his arms. Placing sweet gentle kisses on her face and neck. "I love you." He told her, before pressing his lips to hers. His joy and excitement pouring into the kiss, doing his best to mask the fear and nerves he felt.
Laney smiled as Haden shared with him her sister's wants, knowing that this was something that she was afraid of. It was natural to feel the fear. When Haden blurted out the news Laney couldn't help but smile and shake her head. Some times he was clueless, but she loved him and wouldn't change it. "You're serious?" Penny asked the excitement in her voice evident, Laney just nodded. She could feel the happiness sweep through the group. She wasn't entirely sure why, but they were all excited for her to join them. Each having their own reason. Ans she could have sworn she heard Kyle mutter 'it's about damn time.' But she chose to ignore it. They all quieted down and started to head their own ways as the excitement still buzzed in the air. "I'm feeling up for a bath, what about you?" She questioned Haden, wondering if he just wanted to head to bed or take a dip with her. It had been a while since they'd been able to bathe together.

Avery looked over at Jake as he asked her to come closer and she scooted over snuggling into him. She looked up at him and giggled as he kissed her face and hummed as he kissed her neck. She smiled softly as he told her he loved her. "I love you too." she said and leaned into his kiss as she kissed him back her arms wrapping around him as she pressed her body into his her hips grubbing against his. She loved his kisses. Avery ran he hand down his chest and slipped it under his shirt teasing his skin with her fingertips. She wanted to enjoy every moment of this. She wanted this to be slow and heated. Avery nipped at Jake's lower lip feeling the heat spark in his kiss. Avery traced his skin under his shirt scooting closer as moved her hands higher slowly.
Haden shook his head. "Give them space." he said again and with nods and sounds of acceptance they wondered off. Haden sat back down next to Laney and looked at her. "What?" He shrugged and looked away. "I didn't want them walking in on anything. Avery will want her privacy I'm sure. She's worried about the voices in her head and that is the hardest part." he smiled and looked back at Laney. He grinned as she suggested a bath. "That sounds wonderful." he said and stood offering her his hand. Haden would happily be sleep deprived to get a chance to have more time with his mate. Once they had what they needed for a bath he took a lamp and walked with her to the water setting the lamp on the rock before he started to strip down. He watched Laney as she started to take off her cloths too. "This was a great idea Laney. Thank you. Everyone really needed this."
