Who will I be when I wake up next to a stranger?

  • Emmaline followed Lily closely as she didn't want to wander off into a room that she wasn't allowed to be in, but at the same time she still wanted to take the house in as it was truly beautiful. She stepped into what seemed to be Lily's bedroom, the dark walls made everything stand out perfectly. The fairy lights covered the ceiling entirely which has been a decoration idea that Emmaline has always loved, surprisingly the small lights gave off more than enough light for the room to be lit up. "Thanks," She smiled as she wandered over to the bookshelf, her eyes moved over all the books that were stacked on the wooden shelves. Most were about different kinds of animals but from all the posters around the room, it was obvious that Lily's favourite animal was a wolf.

"Have you always lived here?" She asked as she moved over to the desk and pulled the chair out for herself to sit on, "I've moved a few times in my life." She mentioned as she looked over at Lilly, she didn't expect to be there in Lily's room when she seemed to be such a private person that kept to herself. Not that Emmaline was complaining because she wouldn't, she was having a nice time with the girl she had met in the forest.

But she wasn't sure what topics she should bring up, she barely knew Lily so Emmaline had no idea where to start. "Have you always liked wolves and animals?" She asked as she figured it was the best place to start, her room was covered in posters and she had a very large collection of books. As she waited for Lily's answer she continued to look around the room, she loved the pops of white that stuck out from everything else that was dark. The plants really made the room something else, it was clear that Lily enjoyed nature and she would need to as she did live among the forest. "Did you grow these plants yourself? I've always loved gardening and having plants grow," She smiled as she didn't just enjoy drawing nature, but she filled her life with as many flowers and different plants that she could. In fact the garden that surrounded her family home was done all by her, it grew larger over the years and her parents allowed her to do whatever she wanted with the garden. It was her Grandma who first introduced Emmaline to plants and that is where her love started from, she had the biggest garden that was filled with beautiful flowers and Emmaline loved to visit her house any chance she was given.
Marlee had to brace herself against the wall of the shower after she was finished with round two with Daniel, she looked into the dark eyes that she loved so much and always melted into. "I love you too, more than anything." She whispered as she was struggling to form words, she couldn't think of anything other than what Daniel has done to her. Her body was still reeling from how amazing he has made her feel and she never wanted to stop how she felt, she pressed her lips to his for another kiss as the warm water washed over both of their naked bodies. "I'm the luckiest girl in the world," She smiled as she broke away from his soft lips, "You're more than perfect." She let the water run over them a little while longer before she turned the taps off, it was about time they finished anyways. She used Daniel's body to keep herself balanced as she stepped out of the shower, she grabbed her fluffy towel and tossed one over to Daniel when he followed her out of the shower.

She dried herself off and when she was dry she applied cream to her face and body, she brushed through her blonde locks before braiding her hair so it wouldn't form knots while she slept. She walked into her bedroom which reflected her well, it was light with colours and she had frames with photos of her and family and Daniel. All her decorations were very mismatched, like the plush penguin toy that Daniel had won for her on their second date which she adored, or the bright yellow wooden hearts that hung on the wall on either side of her desk. But Marlee loved her room and she wouldn't change a thing.

She pulled out a draw of her dresser and got her pajamas on, they were a simple tank and shorts pair but the fabric was incredibly soft and very comfy. "Here you go, babe." She handed a pair of boxers over to Daniel which he had left at her house one time, he had some clothes and bits and pieces there for when he did stay the night and hadn't planned to. It was just easier that way, "I made dessert if you still wanted some? We can watch TV in here and eat," She suggested as she had a television mounted on the wall across from her bed, they often cuddled in her bed and watched movies or binge-watch a show they liked. It was a time when they could relax and enjoy the time together.
