He sighed, "It's not like we can't talk, I just don't like leaving her alone for dinner is all,' he said as he looked at him.

She snorted a little, "He'd have a fit," she murmured lightly.

“Whatever helps you, my friend is you, and I will do what I can to help you. Jongdae as well, though Luhan is his friend, he’d do anything to keep me happy even if that meant helping you over Luhan.” She smiles a little. “Just tell me what you need and I’ll have it done.”

He snorted. “I guess you really are happy,” He sighed. “Well if you just, I won’t keep you from her. I would just rather keep space from her but I’ll be okay.”

Lyanna sighed as she pushed a hand over her face, nursing their son who seemed to be crying more often than not these days. Of course she was alone, her husband couldn't probably care less about her. The whole thing had imploded in her face, she hadn't even spoken to him in person; her heart ached. She hated men and what they represented for women, a life of servitude.

Alexandra had put their daughter to sleep and decided to take a walk through the grounds. She wondered if this was meant to be her life, she was neither happy nor sad, neither entertained nor miserable, and she wondered what might be wrong with her or if it might be something she had to deal with.

Luhan was back at their manor and he followed the sounds of his son before standing in the doorway watching him. “If he’s tired when you’re done give him to the maid, I can hear him in my office.”

Lyanna looked up and sighed, "sorry," she whispered gently as she looked at him, "he's been so fussy the last two days," her fingers moving through his dark hair. The only perfect thing she'd ever been able to accomplish, there would be nothing else for her once he was grown up. So taking her time with him now was what she'd do.

Alexandra went back into the house and stood by the door to Jongdaes office. “What are you doing?”

He sighed. “Does he need anything? I don’t like hearing him cry so loudly all of the time.”

"I don't know, the doctors come to see him already - said it's normal that he is breaking teeth in," she murmured gently, "there isn't much to do but wait till they cut in," she whispered softly as her son whined while he nursed.

He smiled as he looked up, "I'm working on the layout of the farm - I had this idea how we were planning on having more work for hte city? This is even better, taking those who are stuggling for work and giving it to them,"

She went into the office and went over behind his desk to see what he was looking at. She didn’t know how to tell him thay she wanted attention but she hoped he might understand her. “Are you busy then, should I come back later?”

He sighed as he watched her. “Do you want me to take him for a while so you can rest? Not for nothing but you look like you haven’t slept.”

She looked up at him then down at their son, "Yeah, I suppose I should sleep... I haven't been sleeping well," she admitted.

He shook his head, "No, no come in," he said pulling a stood up next to his desk,"

She sat down next to him and looked at the plans he had. “You should switch the housing, it gets too warm there. It would be best to put the homes on the side of the riverbank, access to water and we could build wells,” She suggested.

He went into the room and sighed, rubbing his sons head. “I’ll takehim when he finishes, you could do for a few hours I think, rest up.”

He looked at her, "you think so? Maybe the sun would be good for the crops," he murmured, "but then they have to carry buckets of water pretty far for watering,"

She nodded a little then looked down and sighed, "Okay," she said gently, "I wonder if we cried this much, my mom stopped answering my letters," she said with a sad expression. "Its like theyve cut me off,"

“Do you think we could build a small canal?” She asked him. “So that they will still have access to plenty of water, and not have to walk as far? We could make a small dam to prevent overflow and have it feed back into the river.”

Luhan looked at her and sighed. “Then it’s their mistake. But you don’t need them, remember I’m not remarrying anyone,” He told her. “They can be upset all they like.”

He looked at the plans then wet his lips a little, "I'm sure we could - it'd take a while though," he said lightly," could use stone to wall it off so it doesn't dry up as quickly - even so far as adding in some fish from other river to add food supply," Jongdae liked working with her like this. It felt like they were connecting on a higher level, he didn't like leaving her out of things.

Lyanna shook her head, "I know you're not," she murmured softly, "But I don't feel like you're even married to me," with a small shrug she fixed her top then handed their son to him. He seemed peaceful for the moment but she knew this wouldn't last. He'd be screaming within the next half hour.
