Lights Will Guide You Home

Emma watched as Dean pulled out a gun and shot Abaddon a couple times, but she seemed not phased by the bullets, and then the revealed her bullet proof vest. Emma sighed and looked at Dean, "Now what?" Emma asked before the demon flicked her hand to the side and sent Emma flying against a tree and hitting the ground with a thunk. She groaned and stood up slowly, "Bitch." She mumbled out as she got her bearings back.

    ---

Killian raised his eyebrows at Layla's words and was about to speak, but Sam beat him to it, "She wants to what?!" He asked his sister with a surprised tone. Killian was surprised as well, but he would never let it happen and he knew that Sam and Dean wouldn't either. Killian watched as the demons reacted to the fact that they had been caught in a bluff.

  • Dean was ready to rush over to make sure that Emma was alright, but when he saw her get up, he knew that she was okay enough. He focused his attention on Abaddon instead, knowing better than to turn his back on the knight of hell. "I want Crowley. Or what's left of him." She said, well, rather she demanded. "And what's in it for me?" He countered. He wasn't about to just give her exactly what she wanted. That would make things far too simple for her, something that he definitely didn't want. "I let you die. You give me Crowley's head, and I'll snap your neck quick and clean. You won't feel a thing, trust me." She said. "And if I don't give you what you want?" He countered. "Well, I was considering using your sister for my next meat suit, but I think you'll do just fine too. You're the perfect vessel, Dean. So go ahead and play hard to get, and I'll peel off this no demons allowed tattoo and blow smoke up your ass."
Layla chose to appear unfazed by her brother's words and continued on with what she'd been saying before. "The way I see it, I'm precious cargo. One of your guys already hit me before, and I'm pretty sure Abaddon isn't going to be very happy when she learns that you've damaged her next meat suit. I can't imagine what she'd do to you if you were to actually kill me." She said. Maybe she was stalling, she wasn't above doing so, and quite honestly the situation wasn't the best right now. Of course, she and her brothers had found themselves in some rather sticky situations in the past, but this seemed to be a bit, well, stickier. It was clear though that she had the upper hand in this conversation though. It wasn't until one of them threw her brother across the room, likely because they realized she was right and they had next to no leverage against her, that she fired off a few shots, swearing when she realized she was out of bullets. "You Winchesters are all supposed to be tough, lets see how well your brother here holds up." The demon said as he threw Sam up against the back wall. The impact seemed to have knocked him out. Moments later though, Layla watched as Sam's eyes shone blue. She knew that this was no longer her brother as he stood and threw the demon back with a wave of his hand. This was Ezekiel. His focus remained on the demons momentarily before it shifted over to Layla and Killian. "It is not safe for you two to be here right now. You both need to leave." He said. "Leave? I'm sorry, but where exactly are we---" Before she could finish, they were both thrown out the window of the building, not before there was some bizarro flash of light. She prepared herself to hit hard ground, and feel glass pricking her skin, but it never came. Instead there was the ringing of some sort of a bell and someone was shouting, "Cut!"

Emma slowly worked her way over to the bag of guns to see if she could get a shot on Abaddon that made it around the bullet proof vest. She knew that it wasn't the smartest of ideas, but it was the only one that she had and it was her best shot. She picked out one of the guns she knew would have the demon trap bullets in it. Emma lined herself up with Abaddon's side, where she knew there was no vest covering her and pulled the trigger, hoping that she hit her target.

    ---

Killian looked over when Sam was thrown against the wall and then he noticed his eyes flash blue and suddenly Ezekiel was in front of them, telling them they needed to leave because it wasn't safe. Then suddenly they were flung through a window. Killian braced himself for the impact against the hard grown, but it didn't come. He instead, heard the ringing of a bell and someone was shouting something that sounded like 'cut'. Killian had no idea what was going on. He furrowed his eyebrows as he looked around, noticing Layla beside him, "Are you alright, love?" He asked quietly as he looked over at her.

  • This wasn't right at all. Layla had an inkling as to what was going on, though she was really hoping that she was wrong. She studied her shoulder for a second, noting that the blood that was still there wasn't actual blood anymore. It was fake. So was the wound on her shoulder. She looked to Killian and nodded, frowning slightly. "Yeah, I think I'm better than alright actually." She told him before getting to her feet just as someone spoke up. "Excellent job, you two! I think that was the best take all afternoon." Looking over, Layla's inkling was sort of confirmed. There was a camera crew, cameras, men sitting in chairs a short distance behind the cameras, studio lights, and what was evidently a set for a TV show. One that she'd already ended up at once before with her brothers a few years back thanks to Balthazar. "Uh yeah, thanks." She said, forcing a small smile before turning to Killian as the men went back to talking amongst themselves, obviously rewatching whatever footage had just been filmed. "Come on, lets go run lines for the next scene." She said to him, knowing that he'd be a hell of a lot more confused than she was, but also knowing that she shouldn't act entirely off or obvious about it. If they were alone, she could explain what was going on.
"Ooh well, between you and me, it's kind of a horror show up there." Dean said, maintaining entirely unfazed by the threat he had just received. He'd faced Abaddon before, and he wasn't about to let her know that he knew that he was in over his head with this situation. His words only caused a smile to form on her face. "Oh, but it can get worse. Trust me, because once I'm on top I'll make you watch, and I'll use your body. Have you ever felt an infant's blood drip down your chin? Or listened to a girl scream as you rip her guts out? Because you will. And I'll start with blondie over there. I'll make you watch as I torture her and then maybe I'll go after that sweet boy of yours too. But it'll be you doing all the work. It'll just be you and---" The demon's little spiel stopped momentarily by a gunshot, Emma's doing, one that was soon followed by a flash of light from the building nearby. The one that Sam, Layla and Killian had ran into before. Dean shielded his eyes, he knew what that source of light could only mean, and he knew that Abaddon would know as well. The light was followed by a blast and glass blew out of the boarded up windows. "An angel?" It was obvious that the knight of hell was surprised. "Did you really think we'd roll up to this mousetrap without backup?" Dean countered with a smirk. Clearly angered by the fact that she'd just been one-upped, Abaddon threw Dean back with a wave of her hand into a window display before disappearing.

Killian gave the man giving them compliments a strange look before he looked over at Layla. He followed her, giving her the same strange look, "What the bloody hell is going on?" He asked when he and Layla were finally alone. He was so confused as to everything that had happened, "Where did the angel send us?" He questioned. There were so many things running through his mind, but he just wanted to get back to Layla's brothers, Swan, and Henry. Everything was semi normal back there. This was crazy.

    ---

Emma watched as Abaddon was clearly shocked over the fact that there was an angel with the group, but when she threw Dean into the window display, Emma rushed over to help him, "Dean!" She yelled as she got closer, "Are you alright?" She asked him as she helped him up, "I tried to get her with one of the trapping bullets, but I missed. That usually doesn't happen to me." She admitted, hating the fact that she missed and let Abaddon get away from the two, "Why do you think Ezekiel showed up?" She questioned.

  • Layla walked off with Killian, and glanced around for a moment. Once she'd spotted what she was looking for, she grabbed his hand and pulled him over to a trailer. Fake her's trailer to be exact. She remembered enough about this weird bizarro reality from the last time she'd been sent here with her brothers to know that fake her's name was Phoebe Tonkin. She also remembered that fake Sam's name was Jared Padalecki, that he was married to fake Ruby, and that fake Dean was Jensen Ackles. There were other details as well, but she figured that those were some of the more important ones. Once they were both inside the trailer, she was quick to shut the door before turning to Killian. "It's a TV show." She told him. "All of this, our lives, is a TV show...like what Charlie and I have made you watch on Netflix with us. None of it is real here. This trailer belongs to me...well, the woman who plays me on the TV show. Sam, Dean and I have ended up here before, that's why I know what's going on...sort of..."
Dean allowed Emma to help him up, brushing some of the glass bits off of him as he nodded. "Yeah, I'm fine." He told her. "Are you alright though?" He frowned slightly, reaching up to touch a bruise that forming on her cheek. He'd been worried when Abaddon had tossed her back earlier. She seemed okay, but he still wanted to make sure. "Sam must've been getting knocked around. He was probably just ensuring that the meat suit he was in didn't get more injured than it already was." He explained. That was what he was assuming was the case anyway. "We should go check and make sure they're all alright. Killian and Layla were in there too."

Killian listened as Layla explained what was going on. He was beyond confused as to how he could end up in this world, but then remembered that he had traveled to different realms before so this wasn't exactly out of the ordinary. It still felt weird, "So we are on one of those shows that you showed me?" He asked. This still was all completely bonkers to him. At least when he went to other realms before, he still got to be himself and not someone else pretending to be him. None of this felt right to him. It felt weird, "Love, I don't like any of this." He admitted as he looked around the trailer. He stopped when he saw a picture of Layla with another man, "Who the bloody hell is this?!" He asked jealously.

    ---

Emma nodded, wincing slightly when he touched the bruise, "I'm fine. I've had worse." She assured him. When he answered her question, she nodded once more in agreement before following him towards the building, "I hope they had everything under control." Emma said as she entered the building. She looked over and noticed Ezekiel walking towards them, then noticed that Layla and Killian were no where to be found, "Where's Layla and Hook?" She asked and then gave Dean a confused look.

  • "Sort of...? Not really though..." Layla said. She probably wasn't doing the best job at explaining what was going on, but it wasn't exactly the easiest thing to explain either. "Yes, everything that's happened is a TV show so it isn't actually real here, but no it's not exactly one of the shows Charlie and I have had you watch on Netflix..." She had a feeling that Sam might have been a lot better at explaining this than she was, he'd been equally as confused as she and Dean were last time, but he'd handled it a bit better. Dean just sort of got offended, especially when he realized that he was wearing makeup and then discovered the parking lot full of Impalas, and Layla had just been hellbent on finding a way back. "I know that it seems insane, but it's the truth. Another angel, Balthazar, sent Sam, Dean and I here once before, and I guess Ezekiel did the same thing. We were able to get back using a spell...I might remember the ingredients...they were a pain in the ass to get though..." She frowned. God, this would be so much easier if her brothers were here as well. While Layla liked to act all independent and like she could handle things on her own, there were instances where she sort of wished her older brothers were around to help. Sam would know where to look for information. Dean would help with some of the dirty work. They were all sort of like a well-oiled machine. She looked at the photograph when he spoke and shrugged her shoulders. "Fake me's boyfriend, I'm guessing...she definitely didn't have him last time I was here..."
Dean nodded, brushing some of her hair out of her face lightly before pulling his hand away. He was glad that she was alright, and that she hadn't gotten hurt worse. He only hoped that no one else had gotten hurt either. As they walked towards the building, he frowned when Sam walked out alone, and it evident to him that it wasn't his brother right now, but Ezekiel instead. Where were Layla and Killian? This definitely wasn't a good sign at all. "I sent your sister and her pirate away for their own safety." Was the angel's quick response to Emma's words. And boy, did Dean not like his answer at all. "What the hell do you mean you sent them away?!" He exclaimed. "Those demon's went after your brother, I took over to protect him, Dean. I doubted that you'd want your sister or the pirate to be collateral damage. They're both safe." Ezekiel explained. "That's all fine and dandy, but where the hell did you send them?" If they weren't here, where were they? "They're in another realm. I believe you and your siblings have been there once before." Dean's eyebrows rose. "Are you talking about that bizarro universe? Because, if you are, I hope you have a way to get them back."

Killian was confused as to what was going on and he didn't like that they might not know a way to get back. Then on top of that there was this boyfriend that was fake Layla's, "I don't like him. I don't like any of this. This isn't right. Your name is Layla Winchester. Not--" He looked around and saw something that had her name and face on it, "Phoebe Tonkin. That doesn't even sound like an actual name, love." He stated and frowned. He really didn't like what was going on. He was curious as to who he was in this world, "Oh bloody hell I don't even want to know what my name is. Or who I am." He ranted. This was all wrong to him. He wanted to be back in Storybrooke. He wanted to be helping his friends.

    ---

Emma’s eyes went wide at the angel’s words, “Dean what are you talking about? Where were they sent?” She asked worriedly, “How are we going to explain this to Sam?” She questioned. There were so many thoughts running through her head. She had no idea what was going on or how they were going to get Killian and Layla back, “What bizarre universe were they sent?” She asked. Emma knew that she was asking a lot of questions, but she was confused and worried for her friends and wanted them back

  • "I know that this is all confusing and that none of it really makes any sense at all, but we'll find a way back." Layla told him. She hoped that they would, and if they couldn't she hoped that Ezekiel would be able to come through and get them or something. There just had to be a way back. There had been once before, so there had to be one this time as well. "If it helps, I've been in worse situations before?" She highly doubted that was helping at all, but she figured that she'd say it anyway. "You might want to know for the sake of however long we end up stuck here. It'd make things a lot easier and maybe a little less confusing?" She offered.
"I can get them back. I just need some time to regain my strength." The angel said, causing Dean to sigh and run a hand over his face. That was just great. He didn't know if Layla remembered exactly what they'd used to get back last time, and if she didn't, well, they were stuck there until Ezekiel had enough angel juice back to retrieve them. He looked to Emma when she started asking him a bunch of different questions. He didn't blame her for asking everything that she did, after all it was clear that it was all a bit confusing and that she was worried about Killian and Layla. "Sam, Layla and I were sent to this other universe a few years ago by an angel named Balthazar. Basically everything that happens here in our lives was a TV show over there. We had to pretend that we were these actors who played us on the TV show. It was all kind of a major pain in the ass, but we used a spell to get back. I just don't know if Layla will remember the ingredients for the spell or not."

  • @ killian jones.
Killian frowned at Layla's words, still not liking being there before sighing and nodding, "So how are we going to get you to remember what ingredients you need to get us back?" He asked. He wanted to get out of this universe as fast as he could so he didn't have to pretend that he wasn't with or in love with Layla, "I'm willing to do whatever we need to in order to get back." He said honestly. He had a hard enough time adjusting to life in Storybrooke, adjusting to this was going to be a lot harder and it had took enough time learning it then and he didn't want to take the time to adjust to this world. He didn't want to adjust to this world.

    ---

Emma's eyes went wide at Ezekiel's words and then again at Dean's following words, "What happens if she doesn't remember? We can't just sit around and wait for Ezekiel to regain his angel juice. We don't have that kind of time Dean. And just you and me aren't strong enough to go against everything in your field of work." She stated. She knew she was probably overreacting just a tad bit but she had no idea what they were going to do to save Layla and Killian or to even work without them.
    March 10th, 2016 at 04:03am
  • Layla frowned. "I don't know, to be honest." She told him. When this had happened last time, Balthazar had done a spell to send her and her brothers to this universe. They'd been at Bobby's place, and the angel had been rummaging around, looking for the ingredients, all the while spewing some nonsense that made no sense to any of the three of them at the time. Needless to say, it all was fresh in their minds when they got to this place. That was a few years ago now though, so it wasn't exactly fresh in Layla's mind anymore. "I know, I am too. We'll figure something out, I'm sure of it." There had to be another way to get back if she couldn't remember the ingredients used for the spell. There just had to be.
Dean sighed. "I know we don't have that kind of time, Emma." He said, frowning slightly. "We'll figure something out. We always do." He ran a hand over his face. There had to be something that could be done to get them back here sooner. "You're certain that there's nothing you can do to get them back right now?" He asked Ezekiel. "I am far too weak to do anything right now. Any power that I had was used to send your sister and the pirate away and protect your brother. Until I have regained my strength, there is nothing I can do to help you. In the meantime, I would figure out what you will tell Sam when he regains consciousness. He will not remember any of what happened in the diner after he was rendered unconscious. I would also discuss it all with your boy. He'll ask questions as well."
    March 12th, 2016 at 02:03am
  • @ killian jones.
Killian sighed and nodded, "Okay." He stated before he frowned, "So I guess we should probably figure out who I am in this universe so I don't sound so clueless when people are calling for me." He said and nodded at the computer in her trailer, "Let's fire up that magic portable box and get this over with." He suggested with a sigh. Killian wasn't looking forward to acknowledging who he was in this realm because that meant acknowledging the fact that it was actually happening and he had to deal with it.

    ---

Emma sighed and nodded at Ezekiel's words before looking at Dean, her eyes widening in realization, "Is there any way that we can get them back with those ingredients you mentioned? Like if there was somehow a way for us to get them, could we bring them back?" She asked, "Henry's books. They could help us. Do they go that far?" She asked curiously. She figured this might be their only chance to get the two back without having to wait for Ezekiel to heal back up.
    March 14th, 2016 at 02:53am
  • Layla nodded "That's probably a good idea." She said. "Though I was under the impression that you wanted to know nothing about fake you." She punctuated her words with a slight smirk, indicating that she was only teasing him, before crossing the trailer to grab the laptop that was on the table. "Well? You're not going to learn anything about yourself standing over there." She motioned for him to come sit with her as she turned the laptop on and waited for it to boot up. She knew that he didn't want to acknowledge that this was happening, she could just tell that he didn't want to, but until they figured out how they were going to get back it was probably for the best.
Dean had never thought of it that way. Last time this had happened, no one had known they were there to help from the other side essentially. They'd had to take matters into their own hands and figure it out, and they had, but if Layla and Killian didn't do that, well, he didn't really want to wait around for Ezekiel to juice up again. He wanted to get them back ASAP. "Is that possible?" He asked, directing his question over to Ezekiel with a raised eyebrow. "I cannot guarantee that it will work, but you might wish to try." The angel responded. Dean nodded and shifted his gaze back over to Emma. "Chuck stopped writing after Sam went to Hell." He told her. "We won't find the information in the books, but we might be able to find information elsewhere. Do you think Regina might be able to help? I know angel hoodoo is completely different, but she might know something...and if not maybe Gold? I know Layla and Killian both won't enjoy hearing that he helped, but I don't care who we ask for help if it means getting them back."
    March 14th, 2016 at 07:49pm
  • @ killian jones.
Emma nodded at Ezekiel's words, "We have to try. Henry is going to kill us if we don't try everything we possibly can." She said. When Dean spoke about when Chuck stopped writing, he nodded, "I don't know how much Regina would know, but Gold has to know something. He is Rumplestiltskin. He knows everything." She agreed. Emma hated that she had to go to Gold and she knew that Layla and Killian were going to be less than thrilled about the fact that he was helping them, but she didn't care at the current moment. All she knew is that they had to get Killian and Layla back.

    ---

Killian stuck his tongue out at her, "I don't want to, but I have to. Those are two separate things, love. I need to know this information in order to be able to properly stay here." He explained before he sat down next to her and watched as she powered up her computer so they could figure out information about him so he knew enough to be able to answer when someone called his name. He needed to know at least his name. The other stuff he didn't care much about, but figured he should probably know.
    March 23rd, 2016 at 01:03am
  • Layla couldn't help laughing when he stuck his tongue out at her. It was an even funnier sight when she really thought about. The ruthless Captain Hook, who also happened to be her boyfriend, sticking his tongue out in response to her words. She was glad that the dynamic of their relationship still remained despite the current situation they were in. "Alright, no need to get all technical." She said, though a small smile tugged at the corners of her lips. She wanted to get back as much as he did, though she was glad that he was willing to at least learn some things about fake him to make this situation all a bit easier and less confusing.

"Let's see what we can find out about fake you." She said once the laptop had finished booting up. "I'm pretty sure that one of the directors called you Colin when that scene was finished so..." She trailed off as she opened up a search engine, deciding to type in fake her's name along with the name Colin to see what came up. That seemed to do the trick, and thankfully wasn't a dead end. "Alright, here we go. Colin O'Donoghue." She clicked on the wikipedia page that came up for fake him and begin to read aloud. "Colin O'Donoghue, born on the 26th of January in 1981, is an Irish actor and musician, best known for portraying Captain Killian "Hook" Jones on the TV show Once Upon A Time."
Dean nodded in response to her words, a slight frown tugging at the corners of his lips. He knew that she was right. When Henry found out what happened to Layla and Killian, he definitely wasn't going to take the news well. He wasn't happy about it either, and he was determined to find a way to bring them back sooner rather than later. "And that's what we're going to do." He said. "We're going to do whatever it takes to bring them both back here." Hell, if he had to, he'd figure out the spell Balthazar had used and go to the bizarro universe and get them back himself.

"If there's one thing I've never done it's give up on my family. Layla's my sister, and Killian's important to her now. And I know how important Layla is to Henry. We'll figure out a way to get them back." He wasn't going to give up until he figured something out. He sighed in response to Emma's later words about Gold but nodded. He knew that Killian and Layla would be less than thrilled about Gold playing a part in getting them back here, but if it got them back, he didn't really care how they did it. "I guess our best bet is to start with him and go from there."
    March 23rd, 2016 at 06:48pm
  • @ killian jones.
Killian listened as Layla spoke about fake him, "Musician? That's rubbish! And Irish?! I'm not bloody Irish!" He exclaimed and shook his head. He read down farther in the page she was scrolling through, his eyes catching something and he raised an eyebrow, hoping that Layla didn't see what he had. Fake him apparently had a wife named Helen and a son together. He didn't know how Layla would react to fake him being married with a child. He hoped that it was at least somewhat better than how he reacted to finding out fake her had a boyfriend, but he highly doubted it.

    ---

Emma nodded at Dean's words, knowing that they would do anything to get the two back from wherever the hell it was that they were. She nodded once more when he spoke about getting help from Gold to start with, "Alright. We will stop at his shop when we get back into Storybrooke." She stated before she looked over at Ezekiel, "What are we going to tell Sam?" She asked and then looked over towards Dean. Explaining things to Henry would be easy, no matter how he took it, but explaining everything to Sam was going to be a little bit more difficult.
    March 25th, 2016 at 03:33am
  • "And I'm not Australian, but in this universe, I am." Layla told Killian. She knew this was all probably extremely confusing, but it was better that he knew these facts just in case. She knew that Sam had been dragged into some interview last time they'd gotten stuck here, and if something like that were to happen to Killian, well, actually know some information about fake him might help a little bit. As she scrolled through the Wikipedia page, she scanned through the information that was there, her eyebrows raising in surprise when she saw that apparently Colin was married and had a son. She supposed it made sense, fake Sam had been married to fake Ruby, and apparently fake her was dating that Paul guy but it still sort of surprised her knowing that, here, Killian was technically taken. "Huh, apparently you're married to some woman named Helen and you have a son." She said, trying to keep the inkling of jealousy she felt building up inside her at bay.
Dean nodded. "I'll give Kevin a call too, see if can find anything back at the Bunker that the Men of Letters might have written down." He said. He figured that the more people they had trying to get this situation solved, the sooner they'd have it solved. He hoped that was going to be the case anyway. He wanted to get Layla and Killian back here ASAP. Dean sighed in response to Emma's later words and glanced over to Ezekiel. "Any ideas?" He asked. He knew that it would be a lot easier to explain this all to Henry than it would be to Sam. "Tell him that another angel showed up." Dean frowned slightly at the angel's words. "You still think lying to him is the best option?" He asked. "Dean, your brother will eject me if he finds out that I'm in him. If he ejects me, he will die."
