Calvin Christie
"You should tell your roommate to be careful, don't you think?" Calvin asked not necessarily popping out of nowhere but not necessarily having been there moments before.

"She's your roommate right? Anwen or something? The girl who's always hanging with Annie's boyfriend Chase... Your roommate," Calvin clarified in multiple manners.

Emilia Hanson
Emilia frowned as she heard Calvin's words. "Birdy." She clarified correcting the name he'd called her as she grabbed her now full bag and guitar. "People pretend to be more than they are sometimes. Some pretend to be nicer than they are others go different ways. I don't think he's mean just... Angry." She added softly as she watched Caiden walk away.

She returned her focus to Calvin a smile forming on her face. "We aren't just one thing." She said remembering something Mr. Kopple had told her. "We are billions of little things coming together to make one whole being so it stands to reason that we have to be capable of billions of things as well."

Calvin Christie
Calvin scrunched up his nose as he looked at Caiden... "Sure, but sometimes a cat is just a cat," he pushed out shaking his head.

"I get it, the whole, if only hitler stayed in art school shit. Just because we're billions of things or whatever that fortune cookie said doesn't mean it's good things, and she's like seven; bad things happen to kids all the time," he offed with a slight shrug and an almost sarcastic smile, "just giving you a warning," he paused before brushing past to go meet up with his cousin. Emilie was pretty, but that didn't mean she had a lick of common sense to her.

Caiden Millhouse
Caiden rolled his eyes at her rhyme. He didn't understand how she was so... happy all of the time. She was very optimistic and he didn't get it. How could she not be affected by the world around her.

He had to hold his composure slightly when she made the joke about Carson it was actually pretty funny but he couldn't let her see that. He needed to make sure she didn't get to close but nothing he did seemed to keep her away.

His eyes widened slightly when he felt her arms around him for a moment. He wasn't sure what to do and he didn't really have time to react. By the time he realized what she did she was walking away and he didn't get a chance to say anything else.

Caiden sighed shaking his head as he returned back to normal or normal for him. He wasn't really sure what had just happened but he continued on his way around campus ignoring the few people starting at him.

Emilia Hanson
"I suppose. Then I'm just the crazy hippy freak." Emilia said as he walked away. She offered a small smile before she walked into the building her little beeper going off reminding her she had to go get her blood glucose levels checked. She sighed softly as she dismissed the alarm though it would go off again in a few minutes.

Carson Anderson
Carson shook ger head as she popped the sucker on her mouth. "Nope no cramps at all." She mumbled after she took the sucker out of her mouth. "I already did." She said with a smile before putting the sucker back in her mouth. She had remembered last year well or the fact that she passed out and woke up here only to pretty much forget 3 or 4 days it was pretty foggy to her and she didn't plan on coming back for that reason again.

She gave him a thumbs up at his statement though she wasn't looking forward to it. She really didn't like needles though she should be used to it by now.

Dr. Daniel Woo
Doctor Woo took his time giving her a rather thorough examination. Carson was a favorite out of his many subjects. Honestly, she reminded him of Zoe in a way, perhaps not happy to be on the table but not a complainer either. She allowed him to do his job effectively and was one of the more civilized twins, something he could appreciate. Carson was someone he could easily test out new experiments, medication, or equipment on. This was something he did often. He needed to treat her with care, as she was much more fragile in condition than Melodie (who was rather average as statistics went). At the same time though, she was not nearly as breakable as Emilia Hanson who he had to constantly remember to restrain his curiosity with.

Applying the tourniquet Doctor Woo used his finger to skillfully palpate her antecubital fossa so that he could successfully locate her median cubital vein. Taking an alcohol swab he carefully cleaned the site in a circular motion. Picking up the needle he did not notice her apprehension instead he was focused on the work at hand placing his free hand upon her forearm and his thumb two inches below the intended application site. "You will feel a slight prick," he warned before quickly drawling the blood, and removing the tourniquet.

Carson Anderson
Carson stayed silent as he did his examinations. She always sat through them quietly with little to no protest. As time seemed to pass at the Academy she seemed more and more obedient. This was nothing compared to what would happeb if she faught it. He wasn't such a bad doctor but she knew not to trust him. They hid something they all did but she didn't know what just yet. She was finally almost to phase 2 of her plan phase 1 was simply the longest.

She inhaled a large breath as she felt the needle break through her skin earning a hiss. She still hated needles no matter how many times it pierced her skin. Her eyes were closed tightly before feeling the needle leave her skin. "I-Is it over?" She asked refusing to open her eyes.

Nadine Kopple
Nadine sighed in annoyance as she watched her walk through the halls on her video feed. God did she hate her she was almost an exact replica of Heather even the name made her disgusted. She'd tried to ruin everything from the beginning. She saw through the fake smile and the words and she saw her as what she was someone desperate to ruin everything they had at any cost and Emelia would do the same but as of now she was harmless.

The second she stepped out of line she planned on acting. She wouldn't let a Heather happen again. They would have lost Eric and he was a key component in everything. They spent their whole lives on this and she wasn't going to let one stupid person ruin that not Heather and most certainly not Emelia.

Dr. Daniel Woo
"Almost," he nodded putting away the sample and going for the flu shot. It was true that Carson was getting better but her status, like Emelia's, was still too fragile to have them placed as possible candidates for experiment B27... At least in his eyes. Emelia had been pulled from that possible experiment weeks ago, her diabetes adding too many unknowns and health risks for the hopefully prosperous study. Carson was still mandatorily on the list, Morris liked his options after all, but after her visit this weekend, his wife's findings would support his data and have her stripped from eligibility. At least he assumed so, normally cases such as hers would only intensify if put under the stress of the next undertaking he was beginning. At the same time though, if she did qualify... He would suggest her as the subject. She was submissive and not his daughter, two winning qualities which would make her a great host. He could only narrow the candidates and allow Morris to make his decision, as always this would come down to him.

"We're done now," he paused placing a bandage over the site before pulling of his gloves. "Remember your appointment this weekend, and you are free to go, the nurse will have your new medications ready by tomorrow morning," he nodded ushering her to leave.

Carson Anderson
"Aye-Aye Mr. Woo." Carson said saluting him as she all to eagerly jumped up. As soon as she landed in her feet she knew it wasn't the smartest idea as a wave of dizziness hit her. She swayed from side to side for a moment trying to regain her composure. "I'm good. I just forgot to eat lunch. I was studying." She murmured after she regained her composure.

"Alright. I'm off. I will get my meds in the morning and appointment on sunday." She said as she walked out more talking to herself then to him.

Dr. Amy Woo
"Nad...Nadine- Professor Kopple." The older asian woman smirked as her fellow science teacher waltzed on past her office like she was in a trance. Before realizing who had spoken to her.

Nad was brilliant, young, but brilliant none the less. Amy had actually grown rather fond of the girl as things go... Considering that her husband was a bleeding heart fool liable to be the reason the ship could go down. A metaphor of course, but Amy Woo held no esteem for Eric, even if he had found a way to whisper little things in Morris' ears. Only way he was still here and not occupying a slab in the basement. His little fiasco with the Mistress could have put all their hard work down the drain 17 years ago.

Nad in her opinion was much more suitable for the job than that man could ever hope to be.

Nadine Kopple
Nadine was walking through the halls thinking to herself. It had bothered her for a year and half since she discovered Emily's existence. How? How was it possible and she had a theory. It was crazy and she tried to find another theory considering all her own trials had failed but it was possible not easy and obviously there had been some complications. But she needed to know and if he had been able to accomplish it there would just be a few minor tweeks and they wouldn't even need the host parents anymore. She had to find his notes any evidence and she knew he still had it. She stopped at the the sound of her name turning back around to find the source of the interruption.

"Did you need me Doctor Woo?" She asked stopping in the doorway of the other's office leaning against the door frame for a moment. The other had intimidated her at first but over the years it turned to respect. They were both passionate about the project they had so much riding on this most of their lives really and like Amy she wasn't going to let anybody ruin that. But even in his stupid mistake he may have found a way to benefit them. It had been a long lost dream being able to observe the twins even in the very beginning stages but if he had somehow figured out how to stabalize the plant cells like she had tried then it was possible even if there were complications Emilia was proof that it was possible.

Dr. Amy Woo
"Bad news I'm afraid; I just finished my inspection of Brigid Browne, we'll have to remove her from the selection for experiment B27. She's starile." The doctor tisked in disappointment as she handed the thick file over to the younger woman.

"So promising, the other one, Ashling, does not meet the criteria, she's too easily razzled, it's such a shame, I'll have to go back to square one but it was not something foreseeable without the x-ray. Which granted, was hard enough to convince her was of no significance mind you," Woo grunted leaning towards the other woman with a slightly hopeful look.

"More of the girls are coming in this weekend... I just had hoped to wrap this up for Morris before our meeting tonight. If you're going by his office would you mind dropping off Brigid's report for me, I'd like for him to be ready before our staff meeting at seven, speaking of which how is your current project coming along?" She asked with general interest.

Birdy, Annie & Abbie

"Ahhh young love, how sweet!" Abbie snorted picking up a taco before jokingly mocking the young girl as Birdy explained Caiden's response to dinner to the group. Annie did not appear to find the joke in good taste.

"They're just friends," she defended softly annoyance apparent on her set brow.

"He is Aaron's twin, cute enough if you can get past the shitty attitude," Abbie laughed taking a bite before frowning as Annie shot her a dirty look from her spot next to Chase. "Fine... Joking just joking, I have to go on my date anyways," The girl grumbled wishing Faye was in the cafeteria to back her up, but the flippant girl had disappeared again and right before date crunchtime too.

"Don't forget your key," Annie called in exasperation as the heel wearing diva slipped off leaving uncomfortable silence behind.

Birdy was obviously slightly embarrassed. "Your sister is not that nice," she expressed fiddling with her braid before going back to eating her well deserved tacos.

"She just takes getting used to," Annie offered up lamely as she occupied herself with linking fingers with Chase. Giving his hand a soft squeeze as if to tell him to reassure the child.

Nadine Kopple
"What a shame." Nadine said with a frown as she looked over the file. She knew that he had wanted a couple prospects some where well most were disqualified before the tests could even be confirmed Emilia she knew was off the list as soon as it was being compiled 'To many complications.' The other Doctor Woo had said. That was very disappointing. "I am actually on my way there I need access to Eric's other lab." She said looking back up in response to Amy's question.

"My trials have failed." She said with a frown. Eight sets of twins unavle to make it to full term in her synthetic wombs. "But I've recently come into some knowledge. One may have made it. Could you go over Emilia's medical files?" She asked not bothering to hide it from the woman. Eric was another story but she could fool him long enough. "I noticed an abnormality but I want to make sure I'm not jumping to any conclusions. I'd hate to inform Morris and be wrong." She cringed at the idea but she'd gone over the files and all the lab reports at least a hundred times in the last year, something was different.

"If I'm correct then I just need to make a few adjustments and I can begin a new trail." She said as she thought about it. Maybe her existence wasn't a terrible thing it could open up new possibilities for them. It was all due to one desperate man in an attempt to keep something of her alive as if he knew she would not have made it but that was a crazy thought he was smart but he couldn't have known he was prepared though for even the worst outcome.

"I believe he has evidence in his lab off campus the one on the far end of the island." She said a small amount of anger tracing the beginning of her words. He'd used her and her theory years ago before she even attempted her first trial run and had nearly perfected it but hid that from her. She was angry at his selfishness she could have completely perfected it had he given her his information.

Chase Kemp
Chase looked over at Annie with a small smile before looking back at Birdy. "I'm with Birdy on that one." He said with a small nervous chuckle before patting the younger girl on her shoulder. He was clearly uncomfortable this kind of situation was new to him it was serious and he didn't handle serious very well.

"Just don't listen to her. I never do." He said with a small mischievous grin. " I honestly couldn't tell you half of what the girl says most of the time." He admitted as he looked at Birdy. "I don't think she really has it in her to be well anything but what she is." What was she? Honestly he couldn't say all he knew was that she was nothing like Annie not even close and so he tried to keep his distance.

"But don't let her get to you. I mean come on you got an A+ on your Spanish test." He said excitedly hoping to change the subject.

Dr. Amy Woo
"You know, I was just telling Daniel that... Seriously what does Eric take us for? A secret laboratory away from the basement. Does he expect us to assume he's not hiding anything. Research should be open here, we should trust each other, not divided," Amy paused her voice critical. "If Emilia does have something to do with the experiment then he was being reckless, the girl is practically a walking hospital, would serve him right," the woman snorted walking over to her filing cabinet and pulling out the two thick folders, "If you'd like I can have my assistant send you a photocopy for your own files," Amy offered plopping the overflowing files onto her desk. "If you have any new tests you'd like me to run, let me know, I have an appointment with her on Monday." If it wasn't Nad she wouldn't be bothered, but Amy couldn't help but feel kindred to the woman. Their work was hard enough without Eric hiding things.

Aaron Odell
Aaron adjusted his shirt one last time before grabbing a basket and the flowers he'd bargained Emilia for. Though she gave them fairly easily a trade for a book that he'd had nearly forgotten about. He looked back over his shoulder at Caiden who was laying on the bed scribbling something away though it wasn't unusual. "You know you might find more inspiration in the world outside this room." He commented to his twin earning the middle finger though he simply shrugged it off as he slipped out of the room on his way to Abbie's room.

It was strange normally at about this time he'd be running laps but he'd been told he was to focused by a few people. But it was a little nice to be able to do more than just practice, run, and study. Though he knew he couldn't get to distracted. He took a deep breath honestly a little nervous as he knocked on Abbie's door.

Nadine Kopple
"But his recklessness may have opened up the door for something else. New possibilities." Nadine said in thought. "A photo copy would be very much appreciated. But could you compare her blood sample to two other." She asked as she opened up her purse pulling out a flash drive and two viles of blood. "If there is an abnormality it should be similar to these." She added carefully handing the viles over to the other. They were failed attempts but they had lasted longer than the others nearly six months but of course they weren't stable enough but they had been closer than anything she'd thought possible.

Years she'd spent on this it had been her thesis when she graduated and what had initially gotten the job here. And Eric's selfishness could have ruined it he could have destroyed her entire life's work and for what? Nothing a nobody reporter trying to mark her place in history and ruin everything for them. "I should be back before the staff meeting tonight." Nadine said as she took a step back. As much as she wanted to find the evidence a small part of her didn't want it to be true. Heather was one thing but hiding the missing piece of the puzzle for her research that was something she didn't want to believe. She wanted to believe they still had at least their passion for this experiment in common.
