I love the way the title is formatted in the layout.

I feel like I'm going to fictionalise myself and I'm totally using Jess as the name because that nickname stuck about a gazillion years ago when I joined staff and I feel like it'd make me giggle.

Sorry friends! I've been crazy busy the past little while and I keep forgetting to look at this thread

I will, however, get stuff sorted out on the weekend because I have a break from school next week!

Everything has been super hectic, my old laptop broke and I lost a lot of stuff on it. I'm gonna start rewriting it tomorrow.

My character will be Nathan Duke. He's pretty chill and laid back, and also one of my most favorite characters of mine.

You could possibly have mines, but I don't know how that'd work with me basically using me as my own character. I could think up a new character username for mines, and then you could use my username for the email? I don't mind.

Alright, so I'm missing some information for this letter.
~I need a time and date (Are we futurizing it? Are we making it in the past? Are we keeping it modern? What's the Date we wanna have it on?)
~I need a location. (Country, City, possibly address[can be fake])

If we futurize it, that means that we'd have to write about the events leading up to going to prison (just like OITNB). If we make it in the past, we can go straight into action and talk about our first day or something. And in terms of location, I think it'd be cool to make a place up!

Yeah, I agree, we'd probably be best jumping right into the action, so I'm also seconding going for the past. And making up a place would be pretty cool. Maybe we could go with an island, seeing as we're all from different parts of the world and it wouldn't make much sense for us to hold it in one specific country when that country might not be anywhere near the other people?

(I have minor jetlag / serious lack of sleep / plane brain so this may not make any sense)

Deadlines sounds good. Can I request that we have the deadline at some point after the 26th of this month? I have my dissertation draft due in on the 22nd, so I need to focus on that just now.

Well, We need to brainstorm up the island, which is what I think we decided on as the setting.

I always forget to check this forum and I don't get notifications for it for some reason
