Rules:

1. Only one active request per user. Once I finish one, you can ask for more.
2. I'll do four requests at a time.
3. This shop may open and close whenever I choose.
4. Once your request is filled, please edit your post accordingly (strike it our or edit it to say finished).
5. Please be patient!
6. I'll go in order of request.
7. Please, give me credit. I'll add it in to the Banners and Profile layouts, but there is a reference for credit below the forms. :)

After I finish the layout, I can add it for you privately or you can add it yourself publicly. It's all up to you :)
