Faye hated moving. She should be used to it, she supposed, since her family moved around so often, when things got bad wherever they were living. Though she wasn't entirely sure why her parents were so cautious, she just went with it. Besides, they had suggested that she transfer colleges, too, which she was fine with. Maybe she'd get to stay at this one, though she was rather doubtful about it. With a sigh, she started unpacking, putting her things in her new dorm room. She supposed she could go out later and try to get used to this place.

Spike sat in his crypt, watching his soaps on the television he kept in there. He grabbed onto the liquor bottle that sat on the table next to his recliner, taking a huge gulp of it. He had heard that there was a new slayer moving into town and it made him curious. He was slightly obsessed when it came to slayers. He had killed a few of them in his day and whenever a new one came along, he made sure he was around to see her and at least fight with her once if he didn't get the chance to kill her.
