What A Great Audience

Jimmy walked in with her and put an arm around her waist."Yes but what fun is there in not showing off how dressed up you are to your boyfriend? Come on babe please. It could be fun." he said and kissed her cheek. "Don't you want me to be stunned by your radiance in a pretty little dress?" Jimmy asked. He was happy to be doing this with her. She was letting him in and he liked that he could prove to her that he could fit in to her life too.

Illiana walked into the store and shrugged a shoulder lightly. "You can help me pick out some of my other clothes, okay?" she told him with a small smile. She walked over to the saleswoman who knew her by name and greeted her before showing them both to the private dressing room she always had when she was there. "I'm going to need tux choices for him and cocktail dress choices for me," she told the woman before walking over to stand in front of the mirror, turning to the side as she looked at her body. She noticed she was a little fatter but that was most likely from all the sweets she had eaten recently.

Jimmy chuckled. "That's not exactly the same thing." he said and shrugged. They walked in and the lady already knew Illiana. She got them dressing rooms and they started to go out and get their cloths. He walked over to the mirror and stood beside her. He kissed her cheek. "Hey beautiful." he said and put his hands on her hips. "So we just wait here for the cloths?" he asked. He didn't do his own shopping most the time he had an online service deliver it to him and he sent back the cloths he didn't like or want no more.

Illiana shrugged a shoulder at the sight of her stomach and turned to face Jimmy, smiling at him widely. "We just wait here while they fill a couple racks with clothes and bring them in so that we can check them out," she laughed. She was beyond excited to see what dresses they had for her today and she couldn't wait to see them all. "They're very good at being able to tell your size just from looking but I'm pretty sure they'll alter a tux for you tonight so that it can be ready for the party."

Jimmy smiled "Oh wow. Sounds like they are pretty talented." he said and smiled at her. "So are you excited to see me all dressed up?" he asked and struck a pose chuckling softly. Jimmy was happy to have this time with Illiana. He knew that they could really bond like this.

Illiana nodded her head at Jimmy, laughing as he struck a pose. He was definitely a goofy, laid back guy and she hoped that wouldn't effect how he was going to act at her parents house. She looked over as the woman walked back with the rack of clothes and her eyes lit up in excitement. She clapped her hands happily and walked over to the rack, starting to look through it.

Jimmy smiled and sat back watching Illiana until the second rack was brought in for him. "Oh my." he rubbed the back of his neck. How hard could it be to find the right suit? Jimmy chuckled and flipped through them trying to think like old money. Something old fashioned and elegant but not mothball material. Jimmy looked over at Illiana. "Alright Queen Bee I need your help." he said and did a slight bow hailing to her vast knowledge of what was acceptable attired what was not though he thought you could hardly go wrong with just picking the most expensive items off the rack.

Illiana looked up and walked over to where Jimmy was. She started sorting through the suits before she threw one that looked just right for him together. She threw it at him before going over to get her dress. She started to get dressed where she was before turning to face the mirror. The dress was long and flowing and it hugged her curves in all the right places. It was probably the perfect dress, she'd just have to make sure she didn't mess it up because it was white.

Jimmy chuckled and caught it. He moved to his dressing room and stripped before slipping into the three piece suit. Jimmy smiled at himself in the mirror already knowing there was a bit more primping to do to really impress but already it was quite impressive what a good suit could do to a man. He walked out of the dressing room and walked over to Illiana and smiled at her. "Mademoiselle." he smiled at her and then took her hand. "What do you think beautiful?" he asked and smiled at her in a beautiful white dress. This was perhaps the closest he would get to her in a wedding dress for a very long time to come. she had yet to truly see their potential together.

Illiana ran her eyes over Jimmy, taking in how he looked in his suit. All of his tattoos were covered except for part of the ones on his neck and the ones on his hand so he definitely looked semi professional. He could definitely pass as an old money kind of guy once they got his hair fixed up. She'd never make him cut his hair because she loved it the way it was but they'd just have to fix it up, use a little product and he'd be as good as new.

Jimmy smiled. "So how do I look? Pretty spiffy huh?" he grinned and walked over to her and ran his hands over her sides. "You look stunning." he said and leaned down kissing her gently then smiled glad that he had insisted on this. She would see he could fit into her life like no one else could. Jimmy chuckled as he rubbed the back of his neck. "I do look pretty good but standing next to you I think I need to invest into some gold cufflinks." he said chuckling again.

Illiana smiled up at Jimmy and shook her head. "You're definitely dashing," she teased him, moving away when she felt his hands going to touch her sides. "I can get you those. If you won't be judged for your suit, it'll definitely be the cufflinks," she sighed quietly. Sometimes Illiana hated the life she was born into but other times, she absolutely loved it. Like when she could just take her parents private jet and go anywhere in the world she wished without all the hassle of baggage claim and checking her bags in. The only thing she was nervous about was exposing Jimmy to the cruelty of the people in her life. They could get pretty malicious with the gossip and even the things they'd say to the person they were targeting.

Jimmy sighed as she moved away. She offered to buy him gold cufflinks and he shook his head. "Thanks doll but I'm not a kept man I can pay my own way for now. I might not be able to keep up with you all the time but I can afford a few nice things." he said and smiled at her. "Besides as long as I can claim I am not your kept man then they have as little baggage on me as they can see or normally follows me around." he winked. "I got this." he said and took her hand kissing it. "Now I just will have to deal with them shaming me for not making you a kept woman." he chuckled and shook his head. He already knew what they would say about him and he wouldn't be surprised. He heard it all his life. He was never good enough and he had leaned how to be good enough for himself and the only other person that it mean any difference to if they approved was Illiana. "Anything else I should get while I'm here? Any special lunches or teas you might need a boyfriend for?" he asked and winked.
