Lately I've Been Craving More

Annabelle laughed lightly, “Yeah we can never forget about your ma. She’s the greatest.” Annabelle said honestly. Lisa was always so sweet and nice to Annabelle when Chris and Annabelle were together. Lisa actually really treated Annabelle like one of her own children. Never once had Annabelle felt awkward or felt like anything other than a part of the family when Lisa was around. The whole Evans family was really like that, but with Chris being Lisa’s oldest son, she could have been super protective of Chris and didn’t have to treat Annabelle that way, but she never did, and Annabelle was thankful for it.

“Yeah it’ll be like I’m there. It’ll be day time for you guys, and you all will be dressed in your everyday clothes and I’ll just be here in my pajamas while I watch my nightly TV shows and act like I’m there.” She joked with a smile. When he asked about hanging out, Annabelle smiled widely, “Yeah that sounds awesome, I would love to!” She replied back happily. It was just like college all over again. Annabelle could remember how excited she would get when she would get to hang out with Chris before the two got together because she just loved all the time that she would get to spend with Chris, “I’m sure I’ll be off work or will be able to squeeze you in. Trust me. I may sound busy, but I’m really not. I just like to keep myself occupied while Wendy is at work.” She said with a laugh.

    --

“It was decided when you first decided to be my friend.” Sebastian replied with a laugh. He was really glad that they were just able to joke with each other. He loved having her around more than anything. Usually he didn’t get time to make friends with the people that worked outside of where he was on set, and as arrogant as that sounds, it was true because of being so busy filming on set he couldn’t venture off to meet the people that worked behind the curtain and weren’t the main people he would have to see during his time on set, but he was really glad that somehow Wendy managed to get a spot in being one of the people he got to see every day, so he was able to become friends with her.

“I think I heard you say that they’re adorable especially when they look as cute as me.” He joked with a smile. When she spoke again, he frowned and shook his head, “No, I appreciate it. I would much rather be the one you have a date with every night than your bed.” He stated with a smirk. He wasn’t intentionally flirting, but he knew that in some ways it probably came off like he was, and he really didn’t mind it that much if it did come off that way. He knew that if Chris was there that he would tell Sebastian that his flirting needed to be better if he was going to get Wendy to like him, even if Sebastian would deny the way he felt towards Wendy.

  • "We're friends?" Wendy asked, feigning confusion. "I don't recall a friendship forming at all." She was only teasing obviously. She definitely considered Sebastian to be one of her friends. He was one of her close friends actually. She might have only known him for a short amount of time, but she still felt as though she'd gotten to know him pretty well, and she felt as though there was a great deal she confide in him about. She sort of hoped he felt the same about her too.

She scoffed playfully in response to his later words, and elbowed him lightly. "You are so full of it!" She exclaimed, punctuating her words with a quiet laugh. They were constantly bickering and teasing each other. Mackie always teased her about sexual tension amongst other things whenever Sebastian wasn't around. She always told him he was full of crap and that she and Seb were only friends, nothing more, nothing less. Even though he was totally fuckable, lets be real. "And now we're going on dates? Am I missing something here?" She laughed once more.
Chris smiled. "She most certainly is." He said. His mom was always so supportive of his career and life choices. She was always there when he needed her, and she really did appreciate everything that she'd done for him over the years. His entire family was pretty damn supportive, but his mom sort of blew them all out of the water sometimes. He knew how much she'd loved Annie when they were dating back in college. She was one of the girlfriends he'd brought home who everyone loved and welcomed with open arms. She'd fit in with the crazy Evans clan perfectly.

"So you won't have time to miss me or Wendy at all then." He chuckled slightly. He could tell that she and Wendy were really close so he had no doubt that the two girls would be in contact constantly when they were filming over in Europe. He wouldn't mind hearing from Annie a bit himself as well, but they'd only just started talking again, so he didn't want to push the envelope too much or anything like that. "Alright, well I think we're off on Monday, so if you can pencil me in then that would be great." He chuckled once more.

Annabelle smiled at his words. She remembered how well Lisa had welcomed Annabelle to the family. The whole Evans family really had welcomed her with open arms. Even after Chris and Annabelle had broken up, Annabelle still received texts from Chris's sisters or his brother asking how she was or something along those lines. Annabelle remembered how upset all of Chris's siblings had been that they were back down to four 'siblings'. Annabelle had always been considered just another one of the family members to the three other children besides Chris. Annabelle loved that she had been able to become so close to the family and had really felt like she was losing her second family when her and Chris had broken up.

"Who said I would have missed you at all?" She joked. Obviously she was only kidding, of course she was going to miss him. She had only just saw him for the first time in many years earlier that day, but she knew that they would be spending a lot of time together before he left for Europe. That meant that she would more than likely miss him once he left, "I guess I could try to pencil you in. It might be for like twenty minutes." She teased, "No but seriously, Monday is great. I'll even call off of work actually. I highly doubt they would have needed me in anyway. So you'll have me for the whole day on Monday if that's okay with you."

    ---

Sebastian frowned at her comment and pretended to cry, "I didn't know that you felt that way, Wendy. I guess I'll just leave then." He pouted before he walked away from her slightly. He laughed lightly before he returned back to her side, "You know what? It doesn't even matter if we aren't friends. We're still friends. You're still stuck with me." He stated with a laugh. Wendy had managed to become one of his closest friends in the short amount of time that she had been working on set. She was able to put herself up with friends that he had on set for years before she came around, but when she first made her introductions with him, he knew that things were going to be different because he knew they would become fast friends.

Sebastian laughed at her exclamation, "I am not!" He replied with a laugh. Their constant bickering and teasing always made people think that there was more to their relationship than just a friendship, but Sebastian figured that was just how Wendy wanted it to be, so that's how he kept it. Strictly platonic. He knew that he wanted more. Hell, everyone on set pretty much knew that he wanted more, but Wendy didn't so he just left it as friends and dealt with it. When she spoke again he smirked, "Yeah all the nights you help me with getting the arm off and on, those were all dates? Weren't you informed?" He teased.

  • Wendy didn't bother containing her laughter as she watched him pretend to cry and pout like a toddler. Sebastian was absolutely ridiculous and a total dork sometimes, but that was one of her favorite things about him. There was just never a dull moment when he was around. "I have no say in this whatsoever, do I?" She asked, punctuating her words with a raised eyebrow. Truthfully, being stuck with him didn't bother her one bit. After all, he was definitely one of her closest friends now, and she definitely didn't want to lose that friendship between them.

"You most certainly are!" She laughed, shoving him lightly as they walked. "You are totally full of it, Stan." She knew that a lot of people assumed that there was more between them other than friendship whenever they saw them interact, but that wasn't the case at all. They were just friends, and as much as there was a small part of her who wouldn't mind them becoming something more, it just couldn't happen. She had personal reasons for that, it wasn't Sebastian at all. Not in the slightest. "I think there's been a great deal of miscommunication here." She laughed once more.
Chris scoffed. "Please, Annie. You don't have to deny it. We both know that you'll miss me. Just admit it." He teased lightly, letting out a soft chuckle as he gathered his personal belongings and exited his trailer. He figured it was about time he headed back to his hotel room. He needed to be up and back on set in a few hours, and figured that he should probably try to get at least a little bit of sleep in. He'd keep talking to Annie until he got back to the hotel though. Unless she was tired and wanted to get some sleep as well, then he'd let her go. For now he'd just enjoy talking to her though.

"Twenty minutes?" He let out a low whistle. "You wound me, Annie, you really do." He shook his head despite knowing that she couldn't actually see him doing so. He liked that they were back to joking around like they used to in college. It was almost like no time had passed between them at all, and Chris was very thankful for that. "I have no qualms against that at all." He assured her, smiling at the thought of spending the entire day with her. It was going to be great, he'd make sure of it.

Annabelle laughed at Chris's words before, "It's true. I might actually miss you more than Wendy. Actually no that's a lie." She laughed. She knew that she would definitely miss Chris a lot by the time he left for the European filming, "How long are you guys over there for?" Annabelle asked curiously. She knew that Wendy had told her, but Annabelle was having a hard time remembering just how long her best friend had said that the filming would be. With the technology today, though, it would be almost like Annabelle was there with them, and she wasn't stuck at home.

She giggled lightly at his words before she smiled, "Well I'm glad you're not against spending the whole day with me. We have a lot of catching up to do, so we are going to need all day." She stated, actually really excited to spend Monday with Chris. She wouldn't admit it aloud, but she had really missed him over the years. Sure there were days that were worse, and Annabelle would think about what would have happened if the two hadn't broken up, but overall, Annabelle just really missed having him in her life period.

    ---

Sebastian shook his head at her question, "No ma'am you do not." He said honestly with a grin on his face. He knew that she probably didn't mind it seeing as the fact that the two both were good friends and the joking between them was just that. At this point, Sebastian wasn't really sure what he would do without Wendy's friendship anymore. She was kind of like a permanent thing in his life now whether he wanted her to be or not. Of course, he didn't mind her being so rooted in his life, and he really hoped that she wouldn't be exiting his life any time soon.

"I have no idea what you are referring to, Wendy, but I am not full of it. Whatever 'it' is." He teased and stuck his tongue out at her once more for that night. Sebastian knew that if Chris were there in that moment, he would have been giving Sebastian "the look" about how he was acting with Wendy, but Chris wasn't there, so Sebastian could save himself the lecture on how he needed to make a move on Wendy already, "Well now you're being informed. You have been having dates with me almost every night for the past couple of weeks whenever you help me with getting out of the arm."

  • "Why am I not surprised?" Wendy shook her head as a slight laugh escaped her lips. She really didn't mind being stuck with him at all. They had gotten extremely close in a very short amount of time, and she definitely didn't take their friendship for granted. She really couldn't imagine herself not being friends with Sebastian. She didn't know where she'd be right now if she hadn't taken the intern position she'd been offered, and she also didn't like the thought of not ever having the opportunity to even become friends with him. She hoped that things never changed, and that they remained just as close as they were now.

His later words caused her to roll her eyes playfully as she shoved him yet again that evening. "You're such a jerk, I can't." She laughed once more. She knew that Annie would probably accuse her of flirting with him if she were there right now. It wouldn't be the first time. Just about everyone assumed there was something going on between them when there wasn't. They were just really good friends, that was it. Nothing more, nothing less. "We've already been on a few dates and you haven't even taken me out to dinner once yet? You clearly know how to treat a woman, Stan." She teased.
"I'm sure she'd be happy to know that too. I won't be telling her though, she'll just use it against me constantly." Chris said, chuckling slightly. He really did like Wendy though, he definitely saw her almost as a sister now, and he was glad that she and Annie seemed as close as they did. They were both great people, and now it seemed like he'd be seeing Annie again, and possibly a bit more of Wendy outside of work. He was definitely going to drag Seb along when he did end up seeing both girls. He was determined to get the pair together, no matter how stubborn they both were about just being friends. That was total bullshit and Chris knew it. Hell, everyone else did too. It was just them claiming that there was nothing going on between them that was preventing anything from happening.

"Three or four weeks, I think." He said as he made his way to the parking lot. He was looking forward to filming in the different areas in Europe. Stuff like that was always fun. "Wendy's definitely looking forward to it, and I know a certain someone is excited that she's going to be there with us." He said with a slight smirk. It was really honestly so obvious that Sebastian had a thing for Wendy. He just didn't understand how literally nothing had happened between them yet. It made no sense to him whatsoever. "Well, since we'll be doing a lot of catching up that day, I wouldn't want to rush any of it now, and I should probably let you get some sleep. I don't want you to wake up all grumpy tomorrow and suddenly start pointing fingers at me." He chuckled.

Annabelle laughed at his words, "She definitely would." She replied, "She does it to my brother all the time because I mentioned once that I liked her more than him most of the time and now that's all she talks about when he comes to visit." She explained and laughed once more. Annabelle knew that if she was to mention to Wendy that she might miss Chris more, even if Annabelle was joking, Wendy would throw a bitch fit, in a joking way, and make Annabelle feel guilty enough to take it back. It was all in good fun though and Annabelle didn't mind it at all.

Annabelle groaned at his words, "That's such a long time." She complained, "I'm gonna be here by myself for all that time. It's going to suck." She added with a frown. She knew that if she was actually able to go than she would have, but she couldn't and now all she could do was complain because she could go. When Chris spoke again, Annabelle smirked at his words, "I think I just might know who you're talking about." She replied with a grin, "I've only just met him today but it was pretty obvious. Plus when Wendy talks about him and some of the things he says to her it's totally obvious." She stated and laughed to herself. When Chris said he would let her get some sleep, she frowned, actually kind of sad because she was really enjoying talking to him, but she knew she should probably get some sleep anyway, "I'm glad you remember that I'm not a morning person, but I guess you're right. You'll text me tomorrow though, right?" She asked.

    ---

"Because even though you haven't been working on set very long, you already know me too well. That's why you're not surprised." He replied and smiled widely at her. It was totally true as well. They had gotten to know each other pretty well over the past couple of weeks that Wendy had been working on set, but Sebastian loved that he was able to make that connection with her so quickly, and they were able to become such goof friends in such a short amount of time. Sebastian knew what most people on set thought about his and Wendy's relationship, but they were just friends, even if he wouldn't mind being more.

Sebastian frowned, "I'm not a jerk. I'm such a nice person. People tell me all the time." He replied and smiled slightly. When she spoke again, he grinned, "Well if you want me to take you out to dinner, Wendy, all you have to do is say so, but until then helping me get out of the arm is our every night dates. Plus if we didn't finish filming so late, I would be able to get you dinner, so it wasn't like you get me out of the arm and then the date is over. You're much more than just someone to get me out of the arm." He joked with a laugh. He had no idea where his shameless flirting was coming from, but he didn't plan on stopping if she wasn't going to make him.
    May 25th, 2016 at 05:42am
  • "This is true." Wendy said with a smile. Sebastian was right, she did just know him that well, and she was sure that he knew her just as well too. They may have only known each other for a short amount of time but, in the grand scheme of things, that didn't matter. She felt like she'd known him for much longer than the few short weeks she'd been working on set, and she hoped that their friendship was one that would last. If she was stuck with him, he was just as much stuck with her.

"That's because you're nice to them. You're mean to me." She stuck her lower lip out in a slight pout. She was only teasing him obviously. She didn't think that he was mean to her, and what people said about him being nice was very true. He was one of the nicest people she'd ever met. There were nice people and then there was Sebastian. He was just a different level of nice entirely. "And now you're making excuses and trying to butter me up. I can't believe you, Stan." She shook her head as if in disbelief though she couldn't really maintain composure as she started laughing.
"Why does that not surprise me?" Chris chuckled slightly. He might not have gotten to know Wendy on the same level that Sebastian had, but he had still gotten to know the redhead pretty well. She was a fairly open person, so it was an easy enough task, however Sebastian had gotten to know her on a completely different level. That was why so many people suspected that something was going on between them, and most of them didn't fall for the crap thrown their way about them just being friends. It didn't take a genius to pick up on what was going on between them.

"Well, you'll still be Facetiming with Wendy either way, and you said that you have work too, so I'm sure that'll keep you busy and help the time pass a little bit better." He said. He wished that she could come with them, it would be a lot of fun if she could, but he understood that work came first. He knew that Annie was doing what she loved and had dreamed about doing when they were younger, and he was happy for her. He didn't want her to jeopardize anything by coming to Europe with them. "Oh, it's so beyond obvious that something's going on there, but they both deny it up and down whenever someone brings it up. I don't get it." He chuckled once more. "Anthony, he's one of the other actors, and I are determined to get them to come to their senses before filming wraps up." And they were serious about making it happen too, so he hoped that it would work out because Wendy and Sebastian were good for each other. It was so beyond obvious to everyone but the two of them clearly. "Of course I will. You can't get rid of me that easily." He grinned.

“Because it’s Wendy, and if you know her for at least twenty-four hours, you know that it’s something that she would do.” Annabelle replied with a laugh. Nothing with Wendy came as a surprise to Annabelle anymore after living with the other girl for so long now. Annabelle didn’t mind, though, because she loved her best friend’s personality and everything that came with Wendy. It was almost next to impossible to not like Wendy. Annabelle knew that first hand. Annabelle could never stay mad at Wendy for very long because of the way that Wendy was, she was able to make Annabelle forget about her anger and what had made her upset in the first place.

Annabelle shrugged even though Chris couldn’t see, “I guess. I still think I would have more fun with you guys in Europe.” She responded and frowned. She really did wish that she could tag along, but knew that with work it was next to impossible, “Maybe someday you can take me to Europe when you’re not filming this way I can sightsee and not have to do it by myself like I would have if I went while you were filming there.” She suggested. For a moment, Annabelle pictured going to Europe with Chris, like they had talked about when they were younger, but then remembered that they weren’t together anymore and that her suggestion sounded a bit weird at that moment. When he spoke about he and Anthony getting Sebastian and Wendy to realize their feelings before filming wrapped, Annabelle smiled, “I’m going to have to get in on that action because it’s so clear that they need to be together.” She stated. She grinned widely when he said he would text her tomorrow and that she couldn’t get rid of him that easily, and she blushed. She actually blushed, and just like that, Annabelle felt like she was back in college. Then she remembered that this wasn’t college, and she and Chris weren’t together or even in the process of getting together anymore, “I’ll hold you to that, Evans.” She replied with a small smile.

    --

Sebastian nodded as they reached the parking lot, “Exactly. See I’m right. Like always.” He said with a laugh. He knew that there were still things that he didn’t know about Wendy, and he accepted that because he knew with more time he would find them out. It had only been a few weeks she had been there, after all. There was only so much one person could find out in a short amount of time, and Sebastian felt like he had found out a lot about Wendy in the short time that they had been granted together over the past few weeks that she had been working on set. It was sort of like a little achievement for himself.

He pressed a hand over his heart and pouted at Wendy, “I can’t believe you would say something like that, Wendy. I’m never mean to you. You’re always incredibly mean to me. Like earlier when you called me the “Wiener Soldier”. That’s not a nice thing to say, Wendy.” He replied back to her with a frown. He knew that all the times that she was “mean” to him were always just times that they were joking around together, and they both knew it as well. He laughed at her following words and shook his head back at her, “It’s damn near impossible to butter you up, Wendy, so don’t even try to pull that card. You don’t take kindly to being bribed or “buttered up”, and I know it too. You can’t try to play me like that. I know better.”

  • Wendy scoffed playfully. "Yeah, okay." She said sarcastically. "I'm not so sure always right is how I'd put it." She smirked slightly. There were a lot of things that she was sure that she still didn't know about Sebastian, but she felt as though she'd learned a lot in the short amount of time that they'd known each other. In time she was sure that she'd learn more about him and vice-versa, but she was okay with what she knew right now. She was just glad that she knew someone like him. He was a great person all around, and she just loved spending time with him.

She let out a laugh in response to his later words. "Are you kidding me?! You're always mean to me, Seb. Always." She shook her head as if in disbelief, though she was obviously still only joking around with him. This was just how their conversations normally went. Of course, they could both be serious when they wanted to, but only when it was necessary. Right now, it wasn't necessary. "Everyone on set calls you Wiener Soldier, you dork." She shoved his shoulder lightly as they walked before laughing in response to his later words. "Alright, I guess you're right. You've got me there."
Chris laughed. "That's very true. It's such a Wendy thing to do." He said, shaking his head slightly. He didn't know Wendy as well as Sebastian did, she spent more time with him than anyone else on set, but Chris did feel like he knew her well enough to agree with what Annie had just said. It was definitely something the redhead would do, and he had no doubts about that being a fact at all. "I mean, I don't spend as much time with her as Seb does, but I think I've gotten to know her pretty well, and I wouldn't put it past her at all." He laughed once more.

"We'll all be back before you know it. I'm sure you won't even have a chance to miss us, specifically me." He smirked slightly despite knowing that she couldn't see him. The tone in his voice said it all. "I'd like that a lot actually. I'll be your personal tour guide." He chuckled. He really did like the sound of that, and it meant that she obviously wanted to spend more time with him and eventually maybe even travel somewhere with him. All great things in his books for sure. "Well, maybe if we all work together on this one we can get them to stop denying it." He said with a grin. He just couldn't see why Wendy and Sebastian shouldn't try things out. They clearly got on well, and he could see them being good together as more than friends too. "You have my word, Annie. I'll text you tomorrow, scout's honor and all that." He laughed.

Annabelle laughed along with Chris to his words, “You just can’t. I’ve known her long enough that I can’t even judge her for half the shit that she does because when I go back and think about it, I’m just like that is such a Wendy thing to do, and then I have to forgive her for whatever it is that she did and just move on from it. It’s impossible to put anything past her anymore. I’ve just known her too long, and soon you will come to that realization as well.” She explained to Chris with a laugh. It was all true. With time they all will realize that you can’t be surprised by anything that Wendy does anymore.

Annabelle smiled at the beginning of Chris’s words before rolling her eyes when he spoke about her missing him again, “I know you can’t see it, but I just rolled my eyes.” She told him with a laugh. When he said that he would like to go to Europe with her and that he would be her tour guide, Annabelle couldn’t help but smile and blush, “That sounds like fun. I’ve never had a tour guide where I’ve had to wear sunglasses and a hat constantly so the guide didn’t get mobbed by fans.” She teased before shaking her head, “No but seriously, you would probably be my favorite tour guide I’ve ever had for anything.” She admitted honestly.

“I’m more than willing to help get the two together because they really need to realize their feelings for each other. The way that Wendy talks about Sebastian when she’s at home is like they’ve known each other for years and she talks about him with such adoration. It’s crazy that they only met a few weeks ago.” She explained with a smile because Annabelle knew that she used to talk about Chris the same exact way when she would talk about him with her parents or friends, “Well now that I’ve received your word, I will let you go and will talk to you tomorrow. Goodnight, Chris. I’m really glad that you called me tonight.” She stated with a huge smile on her face.

    --

Sebastian rolled his eyes at her words, “I’m always right, Wendy. You just don’t want to admit it.” He replied with a small laugh. He knew that he was not even close to always right, but he just liked to tease Wendy with it. That’s usually what happened with the two anyway, teasing. That was clearly one of their favorite things to do. Sebastian also really liked to push Wendy’s buttons sometimes just to see her get flustered. It was another reason why people thought they were more than friends, that old elementary school thing about if the girl and guy pick on each other they like each other and all that.

Sebastian shook his head at her words, “You’re lying to yourself so hard right now, Wendy. You’re always mean to me not the other way around.” He said with a frown, “Yeah everyone calls me that, but at least they don’t do it to my face like you do.” Sebastian explained and laughed, not able to keep his angry face much longer. He knew that Wendy never meant anything when she teased him, just like he didn’t when he teased her.

When they reached Wendy’s car, Sebastian frowned slightly, upset that he had to wait until tomorrow to talk with her again. It was things like that thought that makes people think that he and Wendy were something more than friends. He usually played it off as him just really liking spending time with Wendy because she was fun, but he knew deep down that it was more than that, “Well I do believe that this your carriage, M’lady. So, I will bid you goodnight until tomorrow.” He said with a smile.

  • "There's literally nothing for me to admit! Nobody's that perfect, and you most certainly aren't an exception." Wendy said, letting out a quiet laugh. She knew nothing about this conversation was serious. Sebastian wasn't an obnoxious, pompous asshole by any means. He really honestly was one of the sweetest people she'd ever met. He was also one of the biggest dweebs she'd ever met, but she was just as much of a dweeb sometimes, so she didn't really have any room to talk.

"That's such a lie! Tons of people call you that to your face!" She argued before laughing once more. Sebastian was one of the easier targets on set. He was always stumbling and tripping or walking into things, it was crazy to think he'd actually filmed a lot of his own stunts so far for this movie with how clumsy he was most of the time, and that made him an easy target for teasing and name-calling like Wiener Soldier. It was all in good fun though, and she and pretty much everyone else knew that Sebastian didn't mind it at all.

She stopped once they'd reached her car and turned to look at him. She couldn't help laughing at his words as she wrapped her arms around him in a tight hug. "You're such a nerd." She said, shaking her head.
"She's definitely one of a kind." Chris laughed. He was pretty sure that's what he liked so much about Wendy. She was just so free-spirited and didn't give two shits about what people thought about her. She acted how she wanted, said what she wanted and did what she wanted most of the time. There was never dull moment when she was around. Not that there were many before she came around, because there was always something going on on set. There were just too many jokesters on set for there to be any dull moments.

"Why am I not surprised?" He laughed once more. He was honestly so glad that he'd seen Annie today. Though several years had gone by since he'd last seen or spoken to her, he still did think about her every so often, and it was nice catching up with her, in a sense, today. He was really looking forward to spending all day with her on Monday. They'd have a great time, he wasn't worried about that at all. "Hey, it's unique experiences that you always end up remembering." He chuckled.

"You should see how quickly Seb deserts Mackie and I once filming wraps up every day. It's like he can't get back to his trailer to meet up with her any quicker." He just didn't understand why neither of them would admit that they had feelings for the other. It was honestly so beyond obvious to everyone but them. So freaking obvious. "It was my pleasure. I'll talk to you tomorrow. Goodnight, Annie." He smiled.

Annabelle was really excited that Chris had called and they had been able to talk and make plans for that Monday to spend the whole day together. Though their relationship ended kind of badly all those years ago, she was really glad that they were able to both move past it and act like adults and that they could both still be friends after all this time. After all, she and Chris were best friends before they had gotten together and Annabelle would always consider Chris to be one of her best friends. She really liked that she could still think that about him.

Annabelle checked the time on her phone before deciding she should probably head to bed even though she wanted to wait for Wendy to get home, but before she could talk herself out of the sleep she so desperately wanted she let out a huge yawn and stood from her spot on the couch. She flipped off the TV and left a note for Wendy for when she got home, Wanted to stay up to talk about your day. Had a lonnnngggggg day on my end and needed my sleep. We will catch up in the morning. Love ya. –Tink She laid the note on the island in the kitchen before heading off to her room and almost passing out as soon as her head hit the pillow.

Sebastian shook his head, knowing that Wendy’s words were true. Nobody was perfect and he wasn’t even close to perfect himself, and he knew it, “I guess you’re right.” He admitted with a laugh. When she said how lots of people called him the Wiener Soldier to his face, he laughed once more and shrugged, “I try not to think about it too much. You’re the only one I really focus on.” He said with a smile. At that moment he hadn’t been trying to flirt, but once he said the words, he knew that’s exactly how it came off.

“I may be a nerd, but you know damn well that I’m your favorite nerd.” He said with a laugh before he sighed, “I guess I will see you tomorrow.” He stated before looking down at his phone, checking the time and seeing it was well past midnight, “Err I mean I’ll see you today but later today.” Sebastian clarified before he smiled at Wendy, not ready to leave just yet, but he knew he needed to get back so he could get some sleep and be at least a little energized for filming the next day.

  • "I'm sorry, what was that? Did you just admit that I was right?" Wendy teased, a faint smirk tugging at the corners of her lips. She loved teasing him, and really just going back and fourth with their somewhat childish, at times, banter. She just always had a great time when she was with Sebastian. She could honestly say he was one of her favorite people to be around on set, but she'd never actually admit that out loud because it would just fuel whatever suspicions everyone else had about something going on between her and Seb. There was enough of that already. "Aw, how sweet!" She cooed, reaching up to pinch his cheek once more like she had earlier that day as she let out a quiet laugh.

"This is true." She said with a slight grin. He might have been one of the biggest nerds she'd ever met, but he was definitely her favorite one and she wasn't even going to deny it either. "See you in a few hours, dweeb." She said before pressing a totally platonic and harmless kiss to his cheek and getting into her car.
Chris hung up the phone not long after bidding Annie goodnight. He had a spring in his step and a huge ass grin on his face as he walked out to the parking lot. He was really looking forward to spending all day with her on Monday. He knew that things hadn't ended too well between them back in college, and he was glad that they both were obviously putting that all behind them and starting over. He'd missed her a lot over the years, and he'd started realizing that more and more as the day went on. He knew that he couldn't let her slip away from him again. This was a second chance here, and he wouldn't lose her again like he had last time. He couldn't.

Thankfully the drive back to the hotel wasn't a long one. It was pretty late and he had to be up in a few hours and back on set pretty damn early. He loved his job, and there was never a dull moment on set with all of the clowns in the cast, but he was definitely looking forward to Monday now. He'd been looking forward to it as a day off for a little while now, but now he had something else to look forward that day as well. Annie.

(I'll just post for Seb and it's probably going to only be a paragraph)
Sebastian rolled his eyes at her words, "Don't get used to it." He said and shook his head at her. When she pinched his cheek, he swatted her hand away like he had done earlier that day, "I don't understand why you have to kill my masculinity by pinching my cheek, woman." He joked and chuckled lightly. He honestly didn't mind that much and just liked to tease her. When she pressed a kiss to his cheek, he froze for a second before realizing that it didn't mean anything because they were just friends, though he felt his heart beat a little faster when she did it, "See you then, Wendy." He replied back before he smiled at her and walked away towards his car to drive back to the hotel.

  • "So you and Chris are spending all day together?" Wendy asked, a faint, slightly smug, smirk tugging at the corners of her lips. She couldn't help teasing her friend about her "not-date" with Evans. It was just too in her nature not to do. The last couple of days of filming for the week had wrapped up, and the much-needed full day off had finally arrived. Of course, it wasn't really technically a day off for Wendy though. She was planning on trying to film a video or two and get some editing done on them so that she could, hopefully, post them at some point towards the end of the week.

That was the plan anyway, but Sebastian had been texting her all morning already, bugging her about hanging out. Sometimes she wondered if she was friends with a five year old instead of grown-ass man.
Chris was really looking forward to spending the day with Annie today. He'd been looking forward to it since they first made plans towards the end of last week, and now the day was finally here. A day off was always nice, but getting to spend it with Annie would make it ten times better than it already would have been. Normally, he liked to sleep in on his days off, but he and Annie were grabbing breakfast this morning, so he could definitely make an exception today. Truthfully, he'd been up earlier than he'd care to admit. Sometimes his thoughts were just a bit too loud and that morning was one of those mornings. He'd managed to get his shit together though, thankfully, and he was dressed and ready to spend the entire day with Annie.

I'm going to head out in a few minutes...hope you're ready for one of the best days in your entire life ;)

Annabelle was finishing putting her dishes away and rolled out her eyes at Wendy's words, "Yes we are. As friends." She replied. Ever since Annabelle had told Wendy about her history with Chris, her best friend had been constantly teasing her about her upcoming day with Chris. Annabelle knew it was all in good fun, but it still got to her a little bit. When her phone vibrated, Annabelle smiled when she saw it was a text from Chris. Best day of my entire life? That’s a hard promise to keep, Meatball ;p. She replied back before she leaned against the counter and looked at Wendy, “I’m surprised you’re not hanging out with your boyfriend today.” She joked with a smirk. If Wendy was going to tease her about Chris, then Annabelle was going to tease her about Sebastian. When she finished her words, Annabelle heard Wendy’s phone go off from a text, she smirked when she saw it was from Sebastian, “Speaking of your—oh what do you call him—Romanian puppy!” She laughed and smiled at her friend.

Sebastian loved days off. He really did. Especially after a long time period where he didn’t have a day off and had been doing a lot of filming. The thing was, he easily got bored. He really was like a five year. He needed to be constantly entertained, which is why he was bugging Wendy about hanging out. He was practically begging her to keep him entertained. He would normally take no for an answer and go bother Chris, but Sebastian knew that Chris was hanging out with Annabelle today and didn’t need a third wheel around. So he continued to bother Wendy, not taking no for an answer. Wenddyyyyyyy!!!! I’m so bored I might actually die. Please hang out with me? :”( He sent her. It was the third text he had sent her within the last minute. Without giving her time to reply, he sent her another text, I’ll bring you whatever you want on my way over. Just name it. I’ll get it. I’ll do whatever. Just don’t let me die of boredom.

  • "Yeah? And I'm the damn queen of England." Wendy sassed. After learning that Annie and Chris had a history, Wendy had been teasing her friend near constantly about this "not-date". She and Sebastian had been right to assume that there had once been something more than friendship between the two, and it made total sense why Wendy thought the two would be perfect for each other. She'd tried telling Annie that this was a sign. It was a second chance for her and Chris. They had the chance to rekindle what they had once had, but Annie insisted that she and Chris were just remaining friends and that was that. Wendy was calling bullshit on that one already. "For the five millionth time, Sebastian's not my boyfriend. I don't know who's worse. You, Chris or Mackie." She shook her head slightly before glancing down at her phone as it went off not once, not twice, not thrice, but four times! And of course it was Sebastian. He'd been texting her since she'd gotten up, practically begging her to hang out with him.

"I never should have called him that in front of you." She shook her head slightly as she began to text him back. Someone's being a little dramatic...I'm sure you aren't going to die of boredom, Seb. She swore it was like dealing with a five year old. Alright, I'll bite. Bring me a cup of coffee and an egg sandwich from the diner down the street from mine and Annie's apartment. She hit send before typing out one last message. You have to let me get shit done today though, no distractions!
Chris let out a soft chuckle as he typed back a response. You have so little faith in me, Annie! I'm hurt! He sent back, a slight grin tugging at the corners of his lips. He was really looking forward to today, he had been since they'd made the plans last week. Though they had seen each other here and there since Wendy had Annie come to set, and they'd been texting and talking on the phone since then as well, he knew that this would be a great opportunity for him and Annie to really catch up. He was so glad that he had the entire day off, and that he could spend it with Annie. After giving himself one last once over in the mirror in his hotel room, he decided to head out. The apartment complex that Annie and Wendy lived in wasn't very far from the hotel, and it only took him maybe five minutes to get there, ten tops. Once he got there, he pulled out his phone, and sent Annie a text. Are you going to leave a guy standing out here by himself or buzz me up?

Annie rolled her eyes and raised an eyebrow, "Yeah well sometimes you do act like the Queen of England." She teased before Wendy started to defend that her and Seb weren't together, "I honestly think it's probably me because I get the juicy details that you don't tell Chris or Anthony." She replied with a smile. When Annie's phone buzzed twice, she smiled at Chris's text before she rushed to the open window and looked down to see Chris standing at the door to the apartment building, "I don't know! I might just leave you down there for a while!" She called down to him with a laugh before smiling. She rushed over to the buzzer and quickly let him up. She turned to Wendy, "You can never take it back now that you've called him that. I'm going to hold it against you for the rest of your life and your adorable relationship with Sebastian." She stated before she opened the door for Chris, knowing that he should be getting to their door soon.

    ---

Sebastian smiled widely at Wendy's text messages before he shot up and quickly put his shoes on before texting her back, I'll be there in about twenty. He sent her before grabbing his keys and walked out of the room. He headed quickly to the diner and order everything that Wendy wanted plus a coffee for himself. Once he received and paid for everything, he hurried towards Wendy's apartment building, hitting the buzzer multiple times to get them to let him up. He pulled out his phone and texted Wendy quickly, Let me up, woman! He sent. He knew she said no distractions, but he was fully prepared to distract the living shit out of her while she tried to work. Sebastian knew it was a bad thing to do, but he loved to annoy Wendy, and he knew that she wouldn't get that mad over it...or at least he hoped she wouldn't.

  • "That's because I am a queen." Wendy shot back, a faint smirk tugging at the corners of her lips. She paused to glance down at her phone when it buzzed, not really all that surprised by how quickly Sebastian had responded back. "Of course, only best friends get the burning details." She said with a slight laugh as she set her phone back down on the counter. She raised an eyebrow in question when her friend ran over and opened their window, though when she shouted out it she realized that Chris had to be there. It was the only person who would've needed to be buzzed in seeing as there was no way in hell Sebastian had gone to the diner and gotten to the apartment that quickly. "Except there's no relationship...like at all. We're just friends. I don't understand why everyone seems to think otherwise." She groaned.
Chris looked up when he heard Annie's voice, letting out a slight chuckle when he saw her head sticking out of one of the windows. "Keep me waiting long enough and I'll leave and go get breakfast without you!" He called up to her moments before he heard her buzz him in. Grinning slightly, he walked into the apartment building and made his way up to their floor. Annie had already told him the floor and apartment number, so it didn't take him long to find it at all. He grinned slightly when he saw Annie was waiting by the door, having opened it for him and everything. He happened to get there just as Wendy was complaining about everyone thinking there was something going on between her and Seb.

"Everyone thinks that because there's definitely something more than friendship developing between you two." He said before pulling Annie into a tight embrace. He chuckled slightly when he saw the look Wendy was giving him. "You know it's true, Wendy Bird." He said just before the buzzer for the apartment and Wendy's phone went off simultaneously. "You two spend every waking moment together, and I'm sure that's him, so you might want to buzz him up." He watched the redhead type out a response on her phone before buzzing Sebastian in. He turned back to Annie. "You ready to go?" He asked with a grin.
