Email Notification Issues

If you have a MSN e-mail (@hotmail.com, @live.com, @outlook.com, etc.), you may not be receiving Mibba e-mails. It seems that MSN is blocking Mibba automatic notifications. This means that you won't be receiving subscription updates or comment notifications, and you won't be able to do a password reset or username retrieval. So if your Mibba account is currently linked to an MSN e-mail address, please update your email address with an alternative.

A free Gmail account is highly recommended.

How do we get old accounts back to get old stories? I had to make this account because I wasn't able to get a password reset email with my hotmail. If there a way to get it back somehow?

If your old account is active, you should be able to see your stories/poems/blogs/etc., so you can copy it that way. If there's formatting stuff you want to save within those stories (like you want the bbcoded versions), send me a PM and I'll see how I can help you with that.

Is there a reason why it's happening all of a sudden? Or a way of fixing it?

I'd rather not have to create another e-mail account to keep up with, just for the sake of Mibba notifications, if there may be a solution to the problem.

From what I remember, it's just that we get put on their spam list because of the amount of automated notifications that gets sent out and the only way to resolve it is for Dujo to deal with them.

Is it possible to add Mibba's e-mail address to my Safe Senders list so that nothing goes to spam/junk? Or does that not work either?

Nope. That won't work. It's like we're on a no-fly list for their e-mails. It looks like they stop them before they're even anywhere near inboxes.

It might be the same problem, so you should definitely consider updating your e-mail.
