Chatroom for Night Owls

THIS IS MY NEW HOME hello, fellow night owls!

I am almost always awake until, at least, 4am with no one to talk to so I just lurk around, reading stuff

I'm Rachel, I usually lurk in the blog section, read other people's threads/conversations (such a creeper ) to occupy myself. I should be tired right now, I had one hell of a day in work. But nope. It's close to midnight and I'm bright eyed and bushy tailed

Everyone was so busy with finals and work. I definitely feel that next year's cup should be set during the summer or something so people have time to write. Finals set a lot of people back.

I understand that. When I was banned I didn't write for about two weeks, even after I had been allowed back on Mibba. I used that time to think about my decisions, so it was good I got banned, tbh. It also made the plot bunnies in my head go absolutely crazy after awhile, because it had been so long.

Congratulations on reaching 15k! That's so awesome!

That's good enough for me, haha! but I agree. It was definitely something to think about. I have more of a filter now & tend to stay away from touchy subjects. If it isn't my facial expressions getting me in trouble, it's my mouth.

I'm usually up till somewhere between 2:30-4am myself last night I went I bed around 4 but didn't fall asleep till after 6 I was super excited to see this thread because sometimes I get so bored being up late but I'm not tired enough to sleep.

I'm sad. I got home and was like, "Oh yessssss naptime." But no. My hopes and dreams were crushed and I'm gonna end up staying awake later than I wanted. I'm just gonna go and cry now. Oh and my laptop is making funny noises.

So I've been thinking of opening a shop for story/blog/poem layouts. Since I'm like, "Fuck it" on the writing front after my spree I kind of want to work on something else and I'm in love with making layouts.
which is why i'm 95% sure i joined more contests. "ooooohhh I could make a really nice layout about that."
What does everyone think? Should I?

Everyone's talking about writing and I need to seriously finish the third rewrite of my story, and work out my contest entry for El's contest but my attention span is so short right now that I even keep forgetting to put the laundry in the dryer.

It's currently 12:30 AM and I'm going to comment on all of the LaC,TaC stories. I haven't been able to write at all today and I'm pretty sure it's going to be like that for the next week or two probably. Ugh. I'm already sick of this block.

Its only 9:30 but I'm feeling a bit too lazy to even read. I'm kinda watching an anime (which sucks and I'm going to change the second I find motivation to get up and get the controller) and jumping between facebook, mibba, and 9gag.
I'm tired but the BF is out and i like to wait up until he gets home. Otherwise I wake up in the middle of the night freaking out (on nights he plays video games until dawn -.-)

Ahhh, I'm the same way! If my fiance is out in the middle of the night it's hard to me to actually sleep because my mind goes super crazy with all the 'what if' scenarios. What anime are you watching?

Good luck! I usually go on WeHeartIt or Tumblr to find inspiration. I haven't really done much of either, so this block is totally my fault. Sometimes layout making helps me as well.

You didn't sound creepy at all! May was crazy for a lot of people, so it makes sense no one really wrote much. All of you that have to deal with classes and a job are great because you're able to save time for writing too, and fff. Bless you people.

I hate time zones. When it's midnight for everyone else, it's broad day light for me.

NIGHT OWL BUDDIES. okay so this may sound cheesy, but i just checked my email & saw i had one from my momma & what she wrote made me tear up. She's basically proud of me because of how hard working I am. I'm working 56 hour weeks with no days off. & shes just so proud of me. I'm a hard worker just like my momma. Like mother like daughter.

It sucks. So much suckage. He's home now but he's playing Black Ops. I convinced him to go get me Taco Bell because I'm starving and its almost 10:30 so I'm naked and don't want to get dressed.
IDK some weird one about the future and space. I was half paying attention. I just finished Rosario + Vampire; I tried to watch it a year ago but couldn't take all the panty shots so gave up, it's on netflix and I finished the 2 seasons of Inuyasha that are on there so was like, "Fuck it," and just did it. Now I want to find something else but I'm having trouble. I guess I'm picky with my animes? I just won't watch it, it has to come recommended or look really interesting. The one I wish I could watch over again like I'd never seen if before is FMA; oh god, I loved that anime. Oh and Soul Eater.
