I have to stay away from Baskin Robbins because it's a temptation lmfao

Best of luck with the 5k!! tehe you'll definitely feel the pain the next morning but I think it's worth it hahaha.

I went running yesterday (during the day and my god, it was so hot) and I ran a little over 2 miles. My legs ached a little since I haven't been running in two weeks, so I had to use a foam roller on my hamstrings. Yoga's good so far! I watch videos on YouTube of yoga teachers and I go along with the breathing exercises and the poses. Since I started a little over a week ago, I'm still at a beginner phase lol. I definitely enjoy it. Wow

Thanks!! I'll do my best to finish without ending up in too much pain.

Hats off for running in the heat!!Thumb up And oh my goodness, I discovered rollers when I was at uni; would literally spend half an hour on them. Is it weird that whenever I used them I felt like I was tenderising meat?Unsure It just felt so good and soft afterwards and I always had meat cravings after going gym.

Oh and I never thought about looking up videos online Facepalm so I might try that too, but I hope your legs are okay now and I'm glad that you're enjoying it Cute

Let me know how it goes tehe

Thank you! I’m going running again today but maybe at 4 or 5 PM because then it won’t be as hot as midday lmfao Rollers are great OMGYES I also discovered rollers at school, except during high school gym. When my teacher would make us do the Insanity workouts, she let us roll, and it was such a great feeling! When I rolled two days ago, I had to mostly do it on my hamstrings and thighs because that was the most painful part of my body lol.

Yeah! It’s really nice to do yoga at home, especially if you don’t have time to take a class. I might want to join this yoga club, though, when I get back to school. Something to keep me busy during my breaks. My legs are good now, thank you! Cute

I just reread your first post and you included the climbing stairs thing without struggling~ and I definitely agree that I too would like to change that about myself when walking up two to three flights of stairs lmfao I just hate the feeling I get when I walk up stairs Twitch

This is honestly a suuuuper delayed input but !!!! I'm not sure if it's the same for everyone else, but I've found I don't get as tired or experience as much loss of breath when I go climb stairs with my back straight instead of leaning forward. It works your thighs, but I've been able to climb up to at least the fifth floor of our office building without getting too out-of-breath! Might be worth a try c:
