Best of luck with the 5k!! you'll definitely feel the pain the next morning but I think it's worth it hahaha.
I went running yesterday (during the day and my god, it was so hot) and I ran a little over 2 miles. My legs ached a little since I haven't been running in two weeks, so I had to use a foam roller on my hamstrings. Yoga's good so far! I watch videos on YouTube of yoga teachers and I go along with the breathing exercises and the poses. Since I started a little over a week ago, I'm still at a beginner phase lol. I definitely enjoy it.
