It was getting late as Orlando was finishing up some "business" meetings. He enjoyed this part of town, it was creepy and seedy so he didn't worry about getting caught, though those things were probably due to the heavy gang presence in this half of town. This half was run by his own gang, The Eagles, the other half was run by their rivals, The Vipers. As Orlando head away from his meeting he kept his eyes careful, looking around constantly. Orlando was a big guy, physically and standards of being known. He stood at 6' 3" and weighed 210 pounds. He was big like a machine, rigid muscles lined his body. He needed to keep in shape and fit like this to run a gang. He was always working out or fighting. His ice blue eyes were scanning the area when he glanced down at one of his more prominent scars on his bicep. That one he got from a knife fight with Ricky Archer, the Vipers leader. Orlando was a big guy, And very young for a gang leader. His father had headed the Eagles for twenty years. And now at the ripe age of 25 Orlando took over. He was definitely ready. Orlando's father had groomed him into the perfect little gang guy as he developed. Orlando went to the gym daily. He was also a ladies man. He didn't get it, but apparently women loved to sleep with the most dangerous man in Brooklyn.

Orlando was a bit surprised when he felt something bump up him. But he hadn't been paying very close attention to his surroundings. However it didn't affect him as it did the small girl he had hit. She was flat on the ground. He kept himself from laughing as Orlando reached a hand down offering help up. "Sorry I was distracted." He said, his voice rough and husky. Once She was up he looked down at her, raising an eyebrow. "What's someone like you doing around here? It is definitely not safe for you. Anyone could snatch you up." He told honestly. Orlando knew this, some of his guys were not the best. Usually when they did something to a women, he kicked them out. Orlando hate three types of people, child abusers, animal abusers, and women abusers. Orlando knew this girl didn't belong in his part of town, not in the least bit. So the reason she would have for being here, utterly confused him.

Frankie had spent her life in politics. From the time she could walk and talk all on her own, her parents had made sure that she was involved in her fathers long campaign for presidency. In her twenty-one years of life he had only made it to governor of the state, but he was doing wonderful things there. Thanks to her father, there had been a significant decrease in crime across state, most of it in the city but that was enough to keep the people in love with him. Her mother had even done well with her education initiatives and in just two short years, test scores were up my three percent. Frankie spent most of her time helping her mother and trying to make her father look good by getting involved with a tutoring program for the more run-down areas of the city. Frankie knew she was doing good things but that didn't keep her from getting tired of it. She wanted to be able to have a day to do noting but sleep every now and then.

She was on the way home from one of these tutoring sessions but instead of driving like she usually was, she was walking. Her car was not where she had parked it so she assumed it had either been towed or stolen, neither of which her parents were going to appreciate hearing when she managed to get home. On top of that, her phone wasn't working and she was trying to turn it on when she hit something hard and fell back onto the concrete. She looked up at the man she had run into and her cheeks flushed from embarrassment. She took his hand. "No, it was my fault. I should pay more attention," she said quietly. She stuttered through a response about her car missing but trailed off, her eyes going wide. Her heart sped up even more than in was and the unconsciously took a step back. Her mother was constantly warning her about the dangers of this part of town and here she was talking to a man she had just knocked into. "I should, um, really be heading home," she said, smiling nervously.

Orlando looked at the girl as she explained her situation, raising an eyebrow at her as her demeanor changed. She reminded him of a scared puppy. He liked people to be scared of him, they didn't fuck with him that way. But he didn't want this girl to be utterly terrified of him right now. She wasn't safe wondering alone. She was also in his territory so he felt as if she was his responsibility. It was his job to keep her safe. "Well I can't do anything about the car as of right now, I could probably find out if it was stolen fairly quickly. But I could help you home. Or at least walk you until you're somewhere safer." He said and raised an eyebrow. Orlando didn't want to come off as scary or creepy. "No one will fuck with you if I'm around. I'm a pretty big guy." He said and chuckled deeply. She seemed a bit familiar but Orlando couldn't quite place why, he was sure it would eventually come to him. He figured maybe if she was scared she recognized him. He was on the news a lot. He was kind of like an infamous celebrity. Media kept tabs on him because he was the biggest crime boss left in Brookelyn. Cops couldn't keep him. He was arrested plenty of times but always won and was free to rule again.

Orlando turned and began to walk alongside Frankie. He kept a distance to show her he meant no harm, and was fairly quiet. "I'm Orlando." He said to her and smiled down at the girl. Orlando knew his territory inside and out, where to avoid, where to go, and what took the longest and shortest times to get to a safer area. "You're also going the long way if you were heading towards that rich part of town, no offense, you look like you belong there. Not in gang territory." He said and took a turn down a street. "This is quicker." He said and the streetlights slowly began to turn on.

Frankie did her best to look anywhere but directly at the man in front of her. He was much taller than she was at only five foot four and then the obvious difference in muscle between the two of them... "Oh," She said surprised that he was going out of his way to help. He didn't strike her as someone that would do that for no reason. "Um, thank you." She smiled and focused on his face, hoping to show sincerity but she knew that wasn't the expression she showed. Unless this guy just happened to look a whole hell of a lot like him, she was almost positive this was her father's biggest adversary. This was just her luck. Her father would have a stroke when he hears about the events of the day, and if a reporter happens to see this man helping her, her father would be ruined! And she would probably be disowned. At the very least her mother wouldn't speak to her again. Lord knows that woman was just in that marriage for the money and the fame.

When he started to lead the way, Frankie made sure that her eyes were focused on the sidewalk in front of her. She didn't want to risk seeing something she didn't need to. Damn, this was who she thought it was. "I'm Frankie," She said. "Well, I mean, that's the way that I know." She shrugged. "If you know it so well, I take it you are from around here?" She said, knowing the answer already but hating the silence. Plus, maybe if she could get him talking, he might not scare her as much, knowing what he has done and what he was capable of.

"You're welcome, aweetheart." He said and flashed a smile down at her as he walked. He walked quietly until she reaponded, when she did Orlando looked down at Frankie, he didn't have his usual cold and emotionless look on his face. That seemed to intimidating for this point of time. "Frankie." He repeated before nodding and smiling. "Cute name. Very nice to meet you." He said and shook her hand. Orlando could be a gentleman when he wanted too. Despite all his bad press he wasn't a cold, heartless, person all the time. He loved his father and brother, his dog, and he cared for the guys in his gang. But he ruled with an iron fist, he didn't put up with shit, and he got shit done. That's why, he thought, all the powerful political people hated him, he got shit done and they couldn't. Their promises to get him off the street failed year after year. While his promises to his gang to bring a group together, and mkney in, and handle everything and anything always worked. He ran the drug trade, the underground fights, even hitmen on a rare occasion. "It's okay around here is tricky to find your way around." He said and smiled before nodding. "Yea I love here, and I walked the area a lot. You get to know your home." He said And ran a hair through his greaser style slicked back hair.

Orlando could see the girls nerves nearly radiating off her. For some reason he didn't like the fact she was terrified of him. Yea sure he liked to scare and intimidate when he was interrogating or berating someone. But this was an innocent girl who he had no reason to scare or harm. "I'm not gonna hurt you, Frankie. I'm not all big and bad all the time." He said, he knew she recognized him, who wouldn't? He put a hand on her shoulder and gave another toothy smile. "I feel a need to make sure you leave the area safe because it is mine. I know you recognize me, please don't act like you don't. I can tell you do. But you're not as scared as like other people. You don't seem to think I'm gonna hurt you. So I don't know what you're scared of."
He said and stuffed his hands into his pockets and frowned slightly because he seemed host she was scared, he didn't know why. "Sorry?" He said confused.
