Kennedy's eyes widened as she was shoved against the wall, letting out a quiet gasp as she made eye contact with Gabriel. Her stomach flipped as he spoke, trying to twist away from him but all she could accomplish was turning her head so she wouldn't have to look at him. Wouldn't have to focus on just how very blue his eyes were. She was visibly shaking as she pressed against the wall, refusing to look up from the spot her eyes had found. "Whatever fae is, I'm not it. Whoever lied to you," she whispered, closing her eyes tightly. "It's a lie. I'm sorry," she finished, jumping when the drawer dropped to the ground. Turning to face it, Kennedy froze as she caught sight of just what lay in the drawer.
"Don't you... don't you have normal clothes?" Kennedy tested, closing her eyes. "Please."
Adrian raised an eyebrow, reaching out to grip Heidi's ankle in his hand. He smirked as he ripped her foot out from under her while stepping forward to force her to fall. He let out a low chuckle as he stepped around her and when he was up to the stair where her head rested, Adrian reached down to lace his fingers through her hair. Without a word, Adrian began to drag her up the stairs by her hair. "If all you're going to do is misbehave, you're going to fuckin' regret every moment of your life here and oh, sweetheart, I'm going to love it," he whispered, throwing her down to the ground when they reached a pair of dark brown french doors. "Understood, pet?"
