"Have you been listening to a word I've said?" Saoirse heard Deaton say as he crossed his arms and sent her a look she was only used to her mother giving her.

Saoirse nodded her head. "Of course I've been listening," she said sending him a smile. "I know the plan and before you mention it I know the rules. No messing around, we're here on a mission to help Scott and his pack with the alpha pack. Though I think it's a little strange that we can't tell them what we're up to. I mean it's not like we're the bad guys here." She said running her fingers through her hair. She didn't make the rules, though, of course, half the time she didn't even follow the rules either, but that was beside the point.

"you know why you can't tell them. You have to get Scott and the rest of his pack to trust you on their own. Because if I just tell them about you they'll have more questions than we have the time for right now. Plus with Scott's potential to become the first true alpha in over a hundred years it's best for all of us if we guide him without him realising we're guiding him." Deaton told both girls, which also didn't exactly make sense to Saoirse, but she was just going to go with it.
Scott was ready to start this new school year. He was more than determined to make the most of this year and actually apply himself. Because if there was one thing that Scott wanted it was to actually pass his classes and stop making a fool out of himself. He knew that he had potential, not only to have a good future for himself but also to be a good leader to his pack. That he was still a little unsure about. He was aware that he, Lydia, Stiles, and Allison, were some sort of unconventional pack but he was a little unsure of how it'd come to be. He wasn't going to question it though because honestly, he liked things they way they were. Even though they still were all unaware of what Lydia was or if she was anything. She was still an important park of the pack.

And so far the only thing that couple possibly get in the way of this being a good year, and probably only first day he wasn't running late, or dreading, was the whole alpha pack thing looming over them all. That and the fact that no one had seen or heard from Boyd or Erica in months now. There was also the fact that he wasn't sure what Derek and Issac were up to. However he wasn't going to let any of that get in his way today, and if it did turn out to be something he should be worried about he kind of hoped he could just find out at the end of the day when school was over.

Stiles had been unsuccessful with waking up when his alarm rang, he wasn’t used to waking up early as today was the first day of the new school year. A day that he had been dreading for the past week, even if it would make him feel like a normal teenager again after everything that has happened recently. So when he finally did wake up and saw what the time was, he jumped from his bed and threw on whatever clean clothes that he could find before grabbing some breakfast.

That was all he had time for and thankfully his old Jeep decided to play nice and started when he turned the key in the ignition, eating his breakfast as he drove through the familiar streets until he neared the Beacon Hill high school. Finding a parking space, he locked up his car and headed towards the main school entrance.

It was long before his eyes landed on his best friend, he made his way over to Scott who also had just arrived. “Ready for the new year?” He asked as he wasn’t, but that’s how he felt about school in general. It took a lot for Stiles to enjoy school, this year was slightly different for him. He, kind of, wanted to be at school and do normal things for once. But with this new Alpha pack in town, he wasn’t certain how long his hope for normalcy was going to last.
Keela was beginning to think that Deaton was going to tell them both the plan again, just to make sure the girls were listening to what he was saying. Keela knew the plan down to the very last point, she wanted to be prepared for what was going to occur in the town. “You don’t have to worry about us, we know the reason we’re here.” She spoke to assure him, even though he’d be around to keep an eye on the sisters either way. Keela liked plans and following rules, Saoirse could very well be the opposite at times.

“Go, don’t be late for your first day at school.” Deaton ushered the girls out of his veterinary clinic before they would be late, walking across the parking lot to where a car was which had been supplied to them for their stay in Beacon Hills. Keela had the keys in her hand and pressed the unlock button, climbing inside she was shortly pulling away from the clinic and following the directions towards the school.

“You will follow the rules, right? I know how you can get,” Keela commented as she glanced over to her sister, their emotions were still raw when it came to the Alpha pack. Mostly because of Deucalion and what he did to their older brother, she couldn’t afford her sister losing sight of what was important here. Their revenge on Deucalion wasn’t important right now, helping Scott and his pack was the reason they were there.

Saoirse followed her sister out of the clinic and to the car they'd been provided so they could get around. She wasn't exactly ready for this whole school thing, and she knew that it would take a lot of adjusting to so she hoped it wouldn't be too bad or make the mission she already had to deal with harder.

"You worry too much," she told her sister sending her a smile as she pushed her fingers through her hair. "If it'll make you feel better, though, I will try my very best to follow the rules," she said knowing she couldn't promise her sister or Deaton for that matter that she would indeed follow every rule. She knew telling them that would've been a lie, telling them she'd try to follow the rules though was the best she could give. Because she would try and follow the rules not only given to her by the school but also Deaton's rules, that, of course, did not mean that wouldn't end up breaking at least one of them.

"You do have to admit though that some of these rules Deaton gave us are insane, though," she added. "I mean if we're supposed to fit in and act like normal teenage girls then we should be also be allowed to do normal teenage things." She said hoping slightly that she would be invited to at least one party or something just so do something that normal American teenagers did. Even though she wasn't your typical teenager or American for that matter.
Scott looked over to his best friend and smiled. "I am actually," he said a little shocked by it still. "I'm a little sad that summer's over already, though. I'm also keeping my fingers crossed that we're able to make it through the first day at least without any kind of supernatural interference," he said running his fingers through his hair and praying that it was a good first day.

"So you remember the two Irish girls I was telling you about? Saoirse and Keela, the sisters who I thought were just staying with Deaton for the summer. Well apparently according to Deaton anyways the plans changed and they're not going home anytime soon. So they were enrolled here and he asked me if we could show them around the town and school and stuff to make them feel welcomed. Because well they don't really know anyone, and I told him we'd do it." he told Stiles also hoping his best friend wouldn't get upset that Scott had said Stiles would help out as well even though Stiles had yet to meet them.

Stiles hoped this year was going to be different, be better for him but mostly for Scott. Ever since he was bitten, his life had been turned upside down and he hated watching his best friend be constantly pushed to his limits. “It was a good summer,” He commented as the summer had been great, normal actually as no new threats showed up in town and he had been able to relax and just do normal teenage stuff with his friends.

Listening to what Scott was saying, a slight frown tugged at his brows. He did remember his friend mentioning something about two sisters, but he had never met them so he forgot everything that Scott had told him about them. “And you just decided to tell me this now?” It was all very last minute, probably done on purpose so Stiles couldn’t say no. Although he wouldn’t have refused either way, if the sisters were staying with Deaton then they were trustworthy. “Fine, I’ll help show them around. But if they turn out to be trouble then I’m ditching them with you,” He warned his friend, it was a light hearted warning and one that undoubtedly wouldn’t happen.
The small town was beautiful, Keela hadn’t been able to thoroughly explore as much of the town as she would have liked. But what she had seen was stunning. “I have to worry because you don’t,” She drove although the street, people weren’t rushing around to get to work nor was there much traffic on the streets. Which made arriving at the high school easier and didn’t cause Keela’s stress levels to escalate, parking the car and killing the engine she turned in the seat to look right at her sister.

“That’s all I wanted to hear from you, besides I’m sure Deaton won’t get too upset if we do go out or go to a party. I know you’ll get invited to heaps, just pick out a few good ones.” She sent her sister a smile, she knew Saoirse better than anyone. Climbing out of the car she grabbed her bag and locked the doors, thankfully Deaton had already enrolled them into the school and had their books and class schedules delivered to his house.

So the girls could just worry about getting there on time, Keela felt the nerves fill her stomach as she wasn’t all that good at making friends. Saoirse was the friendly, bubbly one who could make friends instantly, while Keela was more quiet and reserved. A heavy sigh weighed on her chest as she made her way across the school grounds, thankfully her sister was right beside her. “I hate this,” She whispered as she tried her hardest to keep herself calm, to stop the nerves from overtaking her senses.

"Well I suppose one of us does have to be responsible and whatnot," Saoirse said glad it was her sister and not her. Though Saoirse wasn't irresponsible she also wasn't anywhere near as responsible as her sister. Honestly, out of the two of them, Saoirse took more after their father as she was also free-spirited and less likely to follow rules. She was also more likely to come up with her own plans and expect people to just trust that she knew what she was doing, she was a natural born leader. Her sister, however, was just like their mother. She was always worrying because she felt someone had to. Keela was also the one who usually had to talk Saoirse out of her more under thought through plans. They usually equalled each other out really.

Saoirse linked her arm with her sisters once they were out of the car and standing in front of the school. "I do too, but at least we have each other," she told her sister glad they didn't have to go about this alone. It was already hard enough just being in a country they weren't used to. On top of being in America when it wasn't their home was the added stress of knowing they had to complete what they were there for which led to secrets. And she didn't even want to get into how badly she just wanted to spill everything and come up with a plan right away to get rid of the alpha pack once and for all because of what they'd done to her brother. She knew she had to keep a level head, though. So she was really glad she had her sister.
"Good to know," Scott said smiling at his best friend, and they both knew deep down that even if the twins turned out to not be the good guys that Stiles wasn't going anywhere. They were best friends, and Scott was willing to bet his life that Stiles would do whatever it took to save Scott's life just like Scott was willing to whatever it took to save Stiles if he ever needed to. Scott would do anything for his friend, even if it meant giving him in the bite in the end to save his life. Though of course, Scott prayed that never happened. Sure he'd admit that having the bite hadn't turned out too bad, it did come with a lot of responsibility. It also came with a lot of stress and he hoped he never had to put any of that on Stiles. He already felt like he put enough on his friend as it was.

"They should be here any minute. I did tell you last minute, though, just so you couldn't say no," he said probably confirming what Stiles was thinking. What Scott didn't know however was how important it was for him and Stiles to show the twins around. He had no idea that they had a plan in place, or should've had a plan in place. He didn't even know that they had motives for wanting to become friends with him and Stiles. Of course, why would he even think any of that? Deaton trusted these girls, so Scott why shouldn't he trust them.

Stiles knew it. He knew Scott waited until the last minute to tell him about this plan, just so he wouldn’t have time to refuse and walk away before the sisters arrived. He simply gave his friend an unimpressed look as they waited for the sisters to arrive, he really hoped they were decent people. Scott has gone through more than enough since he was bitten, he really didn’t deserve to have more people in town that he had to worry about or fight off to protect the people and town that he loved.

Looking around the school, it wasn’t long before his eyes landed on two blonde girls that he hadn’t seen before. Clearly sisters and clearly new to the school. “Dude… you didn’t tell me how beautiful they were going to be… I would have worn something nicer.” He grumbled to his friend, although he didn’t really have any nicer clothes. All his clothes were the same, jeans and a shirt with sneakers for when he went outside his house. Both of the sisters were gorgeous but one caught his attention more, her hair was longer and her eyes were a much brighter and clearer blue.

Now he had to try and not come across as an idiot, he never has been the best when it came to talking to pretty girls. He prayed that he could act cool and give the sisters a good first impression, although knowing his luck that wouldn’t happen.
“That’s true and I wouldn’t want anyone else by my side,” Keela smiled at her sister as they walked, Saoirse always seemed to make Keela feel more confident in everything she did. She knew the first day of school would be fine because her sister was going to be right there, Keela always felt Saoirse’s energy and it could change how she was feeling.

“There he is,” Keela spotted Scott standing around with a friend of his as they waited for them, she kept her arm linked with her sister’s as they headed over to the two boys. “Hi, thanks for waiting for us.” Her darker blue eyes landed on Scott and a sweet smile graced her lips, she was pretty certain that she wouldn’t get lost around the school. A map of the school had been sent with the books, out of habit Keela had studied the map and nearly had it all memorized.

Something that Saoirse often teased her about, she knew she could over prepare but it was a habit she picked up from her mother. She glanced over at the other boy when Scott introduced him as his best friends, Stiles. “Hi… should we head in? I don’t want us to make you two late,” She would hate for any of them to be late for class, that wouldn’t look good for her or her sister.

Saoirse smiled at her sister as they made their way into the school for their first day. "You want to know what I think the best part about getting close to Scott and his friends is?" She asked her sister once the boys came into view. "It's that they're rather attractive," she said still knowing that she had to keep her head on straight, and she didn't exactly have time to be boy crazy. That didn't, however, stop her from finding boys, especially the boys she and her sister were walking towards, attractive.

Once they'd come to a stop she smiled at both Scott and his friend Stiles, whom she hadn't been introduced to but knew of, only thanks to Deaton though. She didn't tell Scott that however because it might've seemed a little suspicious. "It's nice to meet you, Stiles," she said smiling specifically at Stiles once Scott introduced him.

"I'm Saoirse, and this is my sister Keela," she told him given that they didn't know him and he didn't know them either. And even in the case of Deaton telling the girls about Stiles and possibly Scott telling Stiles about them they'd never met and the polite thing was to introduce yourself. "Lead the way boys," she finally said motioning for them to walk ahead and show her and Keela where to go. Even though there wasn't a doubt in her mind that Keela could've gotten them both to their first class of the day without any help. Or at least you'd think she could after how much she'd studied her map of the school.
Scott had to hold himself back from laughing at his friend, "Dude you don't own anything nicer," he finally said giving Stiles a look. "Honestly, you've been dressing the exact same since the day we met." He added shaking his head. "And I guess I hadn't really noticed how beautiful they were. I mean I only met them once and it was a rather brief meeting." He added remembering the night Deaton had told him about the twins. They'd stopped in a little before closing time and Deaton had done a quick introduction before giving them a key or something to his house so they could get in and unpack their things.

"Yea not a problem," Scott said smiling at Keela. "Oh this is my friend Stiles by the way, so if you guys happen to need help finding anything or have questions and can't find me he'll be able to help you out as well," he told them doubting they'd really need his or Stiles help to figure things out but he figured it would be nice for them to know they had at least two people they could turn to if need be.

"Oh and yea I guess we should probably head to class soon. Wouldn't want us all to be late on the first day," he said not even realising the time until she'd mentioned it. If they were a little late though he hoped maybe the teachers would understand they were all still trying to get used to being in school again, not to mention the whole he and Stiles were showing the new students around which had to count for something. Hopefully, they wouldn't be late, though. "So I think we all have English first, and I can't really tell you anything about Ms. Blake because she's new this year so I don't even know anything about her."

Stiles rolled his eyes, how could anyone not notice how beautiful the sisters were? But he let it slide as the two blondes were now too close to them for him to talk about them, he sent them both a smile when they introduced themselves. “But I’m sure you’ll both be fine, the school isn’t huge and the halls all lead into one another after a while.” He assured them as it was pretty easy to find a way around the school, although it was easy for him to say that. He had never changed schools, he’s lived his entire life in Beacon Hills so far.

“Are you two glad that you’re staying in town a little longer?” He asked as he really didn’t know what else to say, he had never been good at this. Talking to girls that he didn’t know, he was surprised that Scott was so calm about this all. Must be the werewolf genes in him now. Leading the girls into the school, they all headed for the same class room which was good because it meant it would be easier to show them around.

“I heard Ms. Blake is pretty new to town as well, why anyone would want to move into a small town and teach English is beyond me.” Stiles grinned as he glanced over at Saoirse, it was disappointing really. She would have all the boys wanting to talk to her and date her, although rejection was something that Stiles was used to. Lydia had never known he existed until recently, and every other girl that he was interested in wasn’t interested in him.
“Thank you,” Keela felt it was right to thank them, they were taking time out of their day to show them around. Even though she would have been fine making her way around the school, she would allow Scott and Stiles to because it would be the easiest way for her to get closer to the werewolf and his friend. “Please don’t get her started, she’s probably already planning out which classes she’s going to skip.” She grinned over at her sister in a teasing way, Saoirse was exactly like her dad. She wanted to be out in the world doing something that was important or would make a difference, not sitting in a room all day long learning about stuff that would never matter.

Keela wasn’t that different in that way, but she still knew how important it was for them to finish school and at least past classes. She still didn’t enjoy school or being stuck inside all day long, but it wasn’t enough to make her skip classes. “I’m sure Ms. Blake will be nice,” She turned her attention onto Scott as she gave him a smile, she usually always saw the good in everyone she met. Until someone proved her wrong, often that could end in tears because Keela tended to trust way too easily.

Saoirse was more wary of people they didn’t know, and would always need to comfort her sister when someone broke her trust. The hall was filled with other students, most stared at them which Keela had been waiting for but it was still making her feel uncomfortable. She hated being in the spotlight or in everyone’s attention, she wasn’t a leader. She was more than happy to follow and listen to someone in charge, so when they reached the correct classroom she quickly stepped in to get away from the staring eyes.

Saoirse sent her sister a pointed look before rolling her eyes and tossing her hair over her shoulder. "I hadn't made any plans to skip class," she said matter of factly. Though it was likely that she'd skip at least once. She wasn't exactly the girl who had fun sitting in a classroom learning all day long. Especially when the things you were supposed to be learning weren't always valuable. And it wasn't her fault that she saw so many flaws in the public schooling system and would just rather not be there than continue to sit around and let them drill stupid things into her mind.

"I suppose," Saoirse replied to Stiles. "I mean it's nice here in California, the beaches are beautiful and I could spend every day on them if I were able. Mostly because I've always wanted to learn how to surf, and because I love the ocean. But I do already miss home. It's hard being away Ireland," she told him with a soft sigh. Saoirse was honestly torn about where she wanted to be. Because while she did want to go home and be in Ireland again, she'd already been here in California for the summer and felt she'd miss it was they to leave now. Plus there was still a lot to be done here. "I'm hoping that the longer we stay here the less I'll miss it," she added really hoping that her homesickness would go away once they'd settled in a little bit more.

Saoirse's guess as to why someone would move to a small town to each English of all things was as good as Stiles'. "Maybe she just really loves English and this was the only place she could find a job. As you can see my guess is as good as yours," she said figuring she might as well say something to keep some kind of conversation going. After all, they were supposed to be getting close to Scott and his friends. And maybe the best way to go about that was to divide and conquer. She could get close to Stiles and learn all that she could that way, while Keela got closer to Scott and learn all she could that way.
"It's really not a problem," Scott told her as they walked down the hall to English. He really didn't mind doing Deaton a favor and showing the girls around. He also didn't mind showing the girls around because paying attention now he knew Stiles was really right. They were both beautiful girls, and Scott wasn't going to pass up a chance to have beautiful girls in his life. Even though he hadn't been actively looking for anyone and he still wasn't he wouldn't complain if something were to happen.

He wasn't entirely sure how Stiles felt about that whole situation because if there was one thing he knew about Stiles, it was that the boy sometimes had a hard time talking to pretty girls. He also kind of got attached easily and would develop feelings strong and quick. Scott only knew this because that's what had happened with Lydia. Luckily he felt their relationship had changed and that maybe Stiles didn't still have strong feelings for Lydia. But even if he did maybe meeting someone new would help him move past them. Not because Scott didn't like Lydia, but because he wanted Stiles to be happy and maybe Lydia and Stiles were only meant to be friends.

"Has your sister been known to skip class before?" He asked Keela as they approached the classroom figuring he'd ask about her sister while he had the chance. "Would Deaton really approve of you guys skipping class?" He asked feeling a little weird asking the question altogether. It was still a little strange for Scott to think of Deaton having teenage girls live with him and being responable for them. Not that Deaton would be bad at it, but because Scott had worked for him for awhile now and he'd only just recnetly gotten used to the idea of Deaton even knowing about the supernatural stuff. Which for a split second made him wonder if somehow the twins also knew about everything and him. But he quickly pushed that thought aside telling himself there was no way because surely someone would've told him if they knew.

Stiles listened as Saoirse answered his questions, he wished he could tell her that things would get better but he couldn’t. He hadn’t really travelled anywhere, and he hadn’t been to a different country before. “It is nice here but I hear that Ireland is beautiful, I’d love to see it one day.” He would like to travel once he finished school and had saved up enough money, he wasn’t sure why he would want to go first but just leaving Beacon Hills would be fantastic. Not having to deal with supernatural creatures or the trouble they always seemed to bring along, but he had plenty of time to think and make plans.

“What made you stay here? Scott mentioned that you were only meant to stay for the summer,” He wasn’t sure if that question was alright to ask or if it was too personal, but she didn’t tell him to shut up or anything and he was curious about why they were staying longer in the small town. Deaton hadn’t mentioned anything to him, then again Scott had been the one to tell him that Deaton even had the girls staying at his house for the summer. He had no idea how Deaton knew the girls or why they did come here for the summer, however he knew it wouldn’t go down well if he suddenly bombarded Saoirse with all the questions that were running through his mind.

“She’d have to really love teaching English, or maybe she’s one of those people that like living in a small town.” Shrugging his shoulders lightly as he also made a guess as to why a new teacher had been brought in to teach the subject, “So did you get up to much during the summer?” He asked as they entered the classroom, not many students had arrived yet as it seemed everyone was still struggling to get off of summer break mode. Because of that it meant they would be able to get desks close to each other, “Did you want to sit beside your sister?” He asked not sure what he should do, he was fine to sit beside Scott or with Saoirse.
Keela nodded her head lightly, “She has been known to skip some classes. And no, Deaton wouldn’t approve of her skipping classes. So it’s a good thing that he doesn’t know, well I think that he doesn’t know.” Deaton would flip out if he found out that Saoirse was starting to skip classes, although in a town this size there wasn’t all that much to do during school. But her sister always did manage to find something to do with her time, “I won’t be skipping any classes.” She didn’t have the guts, she was afraid that she would get caught and that meant she would get into trouble.

As Scott pointed out the class room she stepped inside and allowed her eyes to scan over the room, most desks were free so she decided to lead the way. Finding some desks in the middle of the room, she sat down at one and begun pulling books from her backpack. Upon hearing Stiles’ question she looked to her sister, they wouldn’t get far in getting to know the boys if they sat together in class. “Scott could sit with me, she tends to distract me.” It wasn’t all that true, but if the boys believed that then it gave the sisters a reason not to sit with each other during class.

Her sister seemed to agree with her line of thinking and took the desk behind her’s, seconds later the bell rang to signal it was time for students to make their way to class as quickly as they could. Kids begun to fill the room but there was still no teacher, a second bell rang which signaled that class was to start which is when Ms Blake entered the room and introduced herself to the class.

Saoirse nodded her head in agreeance. "It is beautiful, especially out in the countryside," she told him with a smile. "Maybe one day you can go. You could even look my sister and I up and stay with us so you didn't have to pay an outrageous lodge fee. Plus we'd be able to give you the grand tour of our beautiful country." She said more than willing to show people around were they to visit. She knew when she was visiting other places she'd rather have someone show her around than try and figure out where everything was on her own where she could potentially get lost.

"Our mum," she told him sighing. "See we lost our brother about a year or so ago and it's been hard for everyone. So she thought it would be a good idea for a chance of scenery for us. And we were only supposed to stay for the summer. But her and our dad are trying to work through things and felt it was best for us to stay a while longer. Plus I think she thinks it'll help us work through our own things." She said shrugged her shoulders a little. Honestly, she'd just lied. Not entirely of course, because they had lost their brother within the past year, and it was hard for everyone. But their mum had sent them so they could work alongside Deaton to get to the bottom of everything and try to help end the alpha pack. Their parents as far as she knew weren't working through anything, though she supposed they could be now that she and her sister were gone. She'd had to tell him something, though. And at least what she'd told him made sense.

Saoirse took a seat next to Stiles as she agreed with her sister. "It really probably is best that we don't sit together," she said pretty sure if they were to sit together they'd get nowhere. And they were supposed to be getting close to Scott and his friends. So separating was the best plan. And if they needed to discuss anything they could just wait until they arrived back at Deaton's later after school.
Scott couldn't help but laugh a little at the whole ordeal. "I don't really know you or your sister that well, but I could totally see her being the one to skip class. And well Deaton isn't my legal guardian but I could also see him getting upset with the whole thing." He said not sure if Saoirse would skip class, or if she'd skip alone or have someone go with her. Though he had no doubts in his mind she'd be able to convince someone to go with her if she wanted. Honestly, either one of them would've easily been able to convince someone to skip with them if they wanted.

"That's good. I skipped school all together once and well it didn't exactly end well," he told her remembering the time he skipped school with Allison just to spend time with her. It'd been such a nice day one that he'd wanted to relive all over again for awhile. At least up until the end of the day when they'd had to go back to the school only to get into trouble with their parents for skipping. And he'd kind of made her parents dislike him because he'd gotten Allison into trouble, and the whole thing had just been a mess. It'd been fun while it lasted, though.

Scott figuring since both sisters had made it clear they wanted to be seperated that he could go along with it and sit next to Keela. And shortly after he'd taken a seat the new English teacher Ms. Blake had made her way into the classroom and was introducing herself to the class. And in a rather different form than he was used to, but he supposed it was nice to have a chance in how things were done every once in a while.

Stiles felt like such an idiot once Saoirse told him about the reason why the sisters had come over for summer break and why they had stayed, it really wasn’t any of his business to know and yet he had asked anyway. “I’m so sorry, I shouldn’t have asked. You didn’t even need to tell me all of that, you should have just told me to shut up.” He was rambling and he knew it but he didn’t know what else to say, which was stupid in its self because he did know what to say.

After losing his mom, he knew exactly what it was like to lose a loved one when it wasn’t their time to go. So he forced himself to stop talking before he made things any worse, instead he just walked into class and sat down at the desk beside Saoirse. He looked at the front of the room when Ms Blake entered and begun the class for the first time that year, she was younger than Stiles had been expecting though. His question about why anyone would move to a small town to teach, was even more confusing now by Ms Blake’s age.

But he couldn’t think about it too much as Ms Blake went through what they were going to learn throughout the year, it was all boring stuff that most teachers did on the front day back but Stiles didn’t mind as it took up time before he actually had to start paying attention. The new teacher seemed nice enough as she spoke to the room full of teenagers.
Scott was right, he didn’t know her or Saoirse well but hopefully it wouldn’t take too long and that would change. Although that isn’t what the sisters were there for, they didn’t have a task to make friends but being friends with Scott and his pack would only make the true mission easier for everyone. “You skipped a whole day of school? I don’t even think my sister has done that yet,” Keela smiled softly as she looked at Scott as he sat down next to her, she was beginning to piece him together a little bit more.

Deaton had told the girls what Scott was like, how he always protected the ones he loved and kept them safe. How he did what he thought was best for his family and friends and the town that he was raised in, before Keela had met Scott she already thought he was an amazing person. She just hoped that what she has been told is true about him, although he hasn’t proved her wrong yet.

“Did you skip with Stiles?” She asked quietly because the class was starting, she normally wasn’t the type to continue talking in class when the teacher was speaking but she wanted to know more about the werewolf that was sitting beside her.

Saoirse shook her head and smiled at Stiles. "It's okay really," she told him. Honestly, she would rather just tell people the truth that her older brother had died and their parents felt it was good for them to get a change of scenery. Sure it wasn't the whole truth, but it was good enough. But on top of all of that, she didn't want people to start treating her differently because they suddenly knew she'd lost a loved one. Of course, she was still grieving and yes she still missed him more than ever, but she was also moving forward and healing. She understood why people reacted the way they did though, it was just kind of the natural way to react for whatever reason. So it's not like she could get upset with people for reacting how normal people react to sad news.

Thankfully before things had the chance to get awkward Ms Blake walked into the classroom and began to talking to them all. Mostly what any other teacher would've talked about. What they were going to be learning throughout the year, rules for the classroom, normal things she expected of her students. All things Saoirse couldn't be inclined to pay attention to. Mostly because well she figured she'd find out what they were learning about when it came around to learning about something new, and she wasn't a savage who needed to be told how to act in a classroom, plus most teachers all expected the same thing from their students.

So while Ms. Blake went on about things she didn't really care to listen to Saoirse made herself seemed interested while she was really thinking of all the different ways she could get close to Stiles. Since it'd been made clear given their seats her and her sister were using the divide and conquer strategy, which was smart for sure. It just also meant they were going to have to be on their own for a while as to not give anything away. And while she didn't think it would be hard to get close to him, she knew she could be wrong.
Scott shook his head. "No. I skipped with my girlfriend at the time. Stiles would've gotten in way too much trouble. His dad's the sheriff and I'm not too sure Sheriff Stilinski would've been happy with me or Stiles if we'd skipped together. Plus I got into enough trouble myself when we were caught." He told Keela. He had done stupid stuff with Stiles, like go into the woods to search for a dead body. That had all led to right now honestly, had they not gone out that night Scott probably would've have gotten bitten and would probably not be well talking to Keela as easily as he was.

There was also the night Stiles had invaded his dad liquor cabinet and drank an entire bottle of whiskey and gotten so drunk Scott wasn't even sure what to do with him. Or when he'd been a little full of himself thanks to the whole werewolf thing and made out with Lydia Martin knowing Stiles liked her. Yea the two of them had been in difficult positions multiple times, they'd even done stupid shit with one another because apparently neither of them were good at seeing that something was stupid, or even at talking the other one out of those stupid choices but in the end Scott wasn't sure he'd want anyone else as a best friend. Because he wasn't sure anyone else would've been able to stick through everything with him like Stiles had.

Stiles wasn’t sure if he should continue talking to Saoirse or not, he couldn’t tell if she was paying attention to what Ms Blake was saying. She looked like she was paying attention but then at the same time Stiles wasn’t sure if she was or not, so he decided to just try and see if she told him to be quiet or talk with him. “Has Deaton shown you around town yet?” He asked softly so neither of them would get into trouble, he had glanced at where Ms Blake was standing and she wasn’t looking in their direction so it was safe for them to talk quietly. He had no idea if Deaton had shown the sisters around the town, the man tended to always be busy but there were a few amazing places in Beacon Hills that only the locals knew about.

“Scott and I could always show you and your sister around… if you wanted and have some free time,” He asked the blonde, he didn’t want to come across as pushy. She could say no if she wanted and he wouldn’t take offense to it, Scott had told him to welcome the girls and that is what he was doing. It would be easier living there if the girls knew where things were and what the town had to offer in terms of fun, although he couldn’t remember the last time he had hung out with his friends and did normal teenage stuff. It was probably the day before Scott was bitten by Peter, that night had changed everything for them both.

Of course Stiles wouldn’t have done anything differently, he wasn’t sure if he had the chance to change Scott back into being human, if he would do it. Sure if he did, their lives would have been stress free and less dangerous. But then he wouldn’t have made friends, it would have just been himself and Scott like it always has been.
Scott had skipped school with his then girlfriend, Keela silently wondered if this girl was still in the picture and knew that he was a werewolf. But she couldn’t ask that as it would give her and Saoirse up, which Deaton told them not to do. They had to keep their task to themselves until it came for the Alpha pack to be taken down, Keela didn’t agree with Deaton’s plan at keeping their motive a secret. But she would follow the plan until it was finished, it might not be easy but she wouldn’t give up on this. Her brother deserved this, he had never done anything wrong in his life and he should have still been alive. “I can imagine the trouble you got into,” She sent Scott a smile as Ms Blake spoke to the class, not that Keela was listening because she would find out the subject she had to learn about when it came to study it.

“He’s dad’s the Sheriff? That must be pretty cool and annoying at the same time,” Would this news alter the plan? Deaton would have to know about this and could have warned them, Saoirse would just have to be careful if she were to get closer to Stiles. Did the Sheriff know as well? Another question that wouldn’t be answered, “Have you two always been friends?” She felt that was a safe question to ask, she knew exactly what it was like to have a best friend. She had her best friend since before she was born, she wouldn’t change that for anything.

[No, your post is fine. I may take longer to reply, I hurt my hand at work and it’s sore to type a lot.]

Saoirse shook her head and whispered softly so only Stiles could hear her because she didn't want to get either of them into trouble on the first day of school. "No he hasn't, he's always kind of busy so he hasn't really had the time," she told him not really bothered by the fact that Deaton hadn't shown her and her sister around. Though she'd totally understood that on top of being a Vet he had other important things to work on. Like gathering as much intel as he could about the new alpha pack making it's way into town. She did think it would be kind of fun, and rather beneficial to the plan really for Stiles and Scott to show her and Keela around town. Plus she was sure the two of them knew a lot more about the local spots people their age liked to hang out better than Deaton would anyways.

"I'd really like that," She told him with a smile, "I, of course, can't speak for Keela on it, but I'm sure she wouldn't mind either. I'll ask her after class actually," she said figuring she could at least make it look like her and her sister were discussing things. When in reality anything that would give them a reason to hang around Scott and Stiles was a go. That was something they'd already settled on.
"It's a little annoying usually honestly," Scott told her honestly. "I mean it's kind of hard to break the rules with your friends with the Sheriff's kid. But I guess at the same time we're both gotten used to his dad being sheriff so it's not really a big deal anymore." He said knowing that were Stiles' dad, not the sheriff the two of them more than likely would've gotten into a lot more trouble than they had.

"And uh we've been friends since age six. So the majority of our lives yea," he said finding it hard to believe he'd known Stiles that long but that was probably because he didn't often think of how long he'd known Stiles. Really he wasn't even sure if he could accurately tell anyone how they'd became friends or met for that matter it was so long ago. Which he wasn't sure if that made him a bad friend or not, but truthfully he suspected that Stiles couldn't remember either. If he did though then Scott would probably feel a bit bad about it.

Stiles gave a small nod of his head when Saoirse informed him that Deaton hadn’t shown her around town yet and that she’d really like it if he and Scott could, “Great. We can either do it after school or on the weekend,” He suggested quietly as he lowered his torso, so he was hiding behind Scott if Miss Blake looked in their direction. He wasn’t sure if it was more obvious that he was talking in class by this, but to him it made sense. He wasn’t sure if the sisters had plans or activities after school or on the weekend, but right now he thankfully didn’t have anything taking up his time.

Apart from homework and lacrosse practice, although he usually still just sat on the bench at lacrosse practice so that didn’t really count. “I’m glad Deaton hasn’t shown you around, he’d probably take you to all the boring places because he’s old. I mean… well he isn’t super old, but he is older… please don’t tell him I just called him old.” He was babbling and he knew it, but it happened when he got nervous and he’d be blind if Saoirse didn’t make him nervous.
“That’s really nice,” Keela spoke softly as it was nice to have known someone for that long, Saoirse was that person for Keela and she wouldn’t want it any other way. “It must come in handy sometimes though,” She commented about Stiles’ father being the town sheriff, if the boys did get into trouble then surely they would have more leeway then everyone else in town. It also might be nice if the sheriff did know about Scott and werewolves, it would be easier for the sheriff to cover things up before anyone became too suspicious. However that would then be a risk for his position as sheriff.

Smiling lightly she glanced over to where Miss Blake was standing, she still hadn’t seen them talking which she was glad about. She would hate to get into trouble on the day, in the first class of the day as well. She was tempted to continue talking to Scott but it was risky, even though if they were to get into trouble and get a detention then it would give Keela a chance to get closer to Scott and get to know him more. But she wasn’t the one who received detentions, that was usually her sister, not that Saoirse has gotten many detentions but there have been a few here and there over the years.

"Either would work us really," Saoirse told Stiles pretty sure the only thing her or her sister had after school was homework. Of course, there was the possibility of maybe taking up hobbies by joining a club or a sport or something, but at the moment there wasn't anything going on to take up their time after school aside from homework. Which honestly she supposed part of their homework would be to do whatever needed to get close to Scott, Stiles, and anyone else in their pack. That was, after all, part of the reason they were there. To get close to Scott and his pack so they could help them with the alpha pack. Which as far as Saoirse knew Scott and his friends didn't even know that much about them. Honestly, she wasn't even sure if they'd put together that there was an alpha pack in town about to totally fuck things up.

Saoirse smiled at Stiles, "I won't tell him," she told him having no intentions of telling Deaton that Stiles had called him old. Of course, Saoirse was sure that hadn't been his intention. Though Stiles did have a point. While Deaton wasn't 'old' he was older than all of them and he was bound to find different things interesting. So with Scott and Stiles showing her and Keela around they'd be likely to go to places they'd all find interesting. Like the beach, or cool places to hang out. Deaton probably would've shown them things that weren't as young and fun. Plus she knew exactly what would happen if Deaton showed them around town. He'd take them to quiet places he could show them, but while they were there he'd also make a note to talk about the plan. She was pretty sure Deaton was too busy with other things, though, and that was why he hadn't shown them around.
"It is. Because I mean we've been friends for so long and nothing's come between us yet so I know I can count on him always. Which is a nice quality to have in a friend," Scott told her honestly not sure what he would do without Stiles. He was 100% sure though that without Stiles he wouldn't be where he was right now. After all were he not friends with Stiles he never would've been in the forest a couple years ago looking for a body, so he wouldn't have become a werewolf. He was also sure that without Stiles even if he had been bitten that he wouldn't have had a clue what was going on and possibly could've ended up going crazy or something. Stiles was just Scott's platonic other half and he was kind of thankful for that. Plus at this point in time, he and Stiles had been through so much together that well it'd be heartbreaking for them to not be friends anymore.

Scott nodded his head, "it does come in handy sometimes. Like when we need to get out of trouble for something stupid we did the two of us are more likely to get out of trouble because well his dad's the sheriff." He said not planning to mention that his dad worked for the FBI so technically he kind of hard higher up connections. He wasn't going to mention it though because he and his dad didn't actually get along. Scott felt like it was understandable though that he didn't get along with his dad. After all, his dad had kind of just abandoned him and his mom. And it wasn't like dad stopped by to visit often so really Scott hadn't even seen him in so long he couldn't even remember the last time he'd seen him once he really thought about it.
