Nicole didn't like Bellamy not telling her exactly what he'd done to get himself on the dropship. She didn't exactly like knowing either that he'd clearly hurt someone important but wouldn't tell her who. And she'd thought that she and Bellamy told each other everything. He had told her about Octavia after all, that was why they were both down there. Clearly, she'd been wrong about something though because he wasn't telling her this. She knew she couldn't hold this against him, though because he'd been desperate given both his girlfriend and his younger sister were being sent to the ground and if he didn't find some way onto the drop ship they'd never see one another again. That didn't, however, mean she had to be happy about him not telling her.

"I don't mean to," she told him softly leaning her head against his shoulder. "It's just that I love you and I don't like being caught off guard by things," she told him knowing he already knew that, but she felt like she needed to tell him anyways. "And I know you would. I mean you're here. And I know it's not just because of me you're here for Octavia as well but it's still nice knowing that you're here with me and I don't have to go through all of this alone." She added glad both Bellamy and Clara were there on the ground with her. Sure it meant she was going to worry about them both more than she would were they both still on the ark. But it'd be worth it. "I say we go back into camp now and work on setting up some form of shelter. After all it won't be sunny forever and well it might feel nice now but given we don't know anything really about Earth's habits it could get cold tonight,"
Finn smiled at Clara finding that she and her sister had a lot in common. Which wasn't unexpected he supposed, they were as far as he knew twins after all. Of course he didn't really know much about twins, or even what it was like to have a sibbling given the rules on the ark. At the time though he supposed it could be strange for them to have a lot in common. He really didn't know much about how all that worked. It was interesting though. "Well I'm glad you're tagging along with us since if you liked earth skills then. Because the more people who know what they're doing down here the better." He said pretty sure that they were all more likely to survive if they had enough people who knew earth skills. Because well they were down there with no guidance from the ark honestly, so it was kind of up to each other them.

Finn nodded his head as he also looked around as they followed Clarke towards Mt. Weather. "It really is beautiful," he said knowing he hadn't pictured earth looking like this back on the ark. He wouldn't say he'd pictured everything black and burnt, but he hadn't pictured anything alive. He'd always pictured it more or less with nothing really living. There weren't trees, or even grass. It was just dirt everywhere, and he hadn't pictured there to be any bodies of water either. He'd kind of just pictured it as a wasteland where nothing was surviable.
Clearly he'd been wrong though, and that was something he couldn't be more thankful for. "I like to build things. And explore the unknown," he told her thinking back to all the times he'd sneaked out of his room on the ark only to go on some form of adventure.
