It had been almost three months since she'd last seen her mother, they were close; often communicating through letters or e-mails when she had the time to be on the internet. Sina had been at a all girls private school for her entire life, going home for summer break and holidays only - it was more realistic considering her mother was a doctor; and once her father died her being home alone just wasn't an option her mom saw viable. This year her mom had big news - she'd met someone. Sina couldn't have even hide her shock over skype when she saw how different her mother looked, for once in a long time she actually looked happy. This year she'd be starting public school with her soon to be step brother, she'd spoken to him a few times over the phone but she hadn't actually seen him. Her mother had linked her to his facebook but she just hadn't had the time to look at it - with her studying being her number one priority in order to get into med school - social media would just have to wait.
Sina carried her backpack and carry-on off the plane towards the luggage carousel so she could gather the rest of her things. A majority of her items were being shipped home and would arrive later that week, so she didn't have too much to bring her right away. Her mother had informed her that Chanyeol would be arriving to pick her up from the airport because she was at work and his father was out of town on business till Wednesday.
