Looking around at all of the senseless killing made Gwen's heart drop to her feet, and then suddenly she felt a fire ignite in herself and she narrowed her eyes, getting angry at the fact that her people hadn't done anything to these demons. Her village were pacifists and had refused to join the fight. Clenching her fists, Gwen looked up and saw a demon coming her way and ducked before he could take her head off and narrowed her eyes before raising her hand. As she did so a dirt clump rose from the ground. She thrust her hand outwards and the clump hit the demon, burying him beneath the soil. Turning her head she soon found herself surrounded. She started to freeze the fires that were cast out among the houses and buildings among the village. Gwen had a "power." She could manipulate the element of earth and as long as she could remember couldn't harness an affinity for ice. With a fire in the pit of her stomach and a feeling of dread in her heart, she did her best against the demons that just seemed to appear more and more. Seeing a commotion from her left, she turned seeing one demon push another out of the way and start to attack her. Gwen did her best, but soon felt outnumbered as they closed in on her and felt herself hit on the head. She stumbled for what seemed like forever before she fell to the ground, her eyes slipping closed and her mind slipping into unconsciousness. Her eyes fluttered close and she was soon out like a light. Waking up was less than fun. Feeling a pounding in her head, like a thumping kind of thing as she blinked her eyes open glancing around not knowing where she was. Immediately, Gwen jerked herself awake looking around trying to find out where she was. She looked down seeing that she was still in her torn lavender dress. She sighed frowning as she stood up for a moment, biting down on her lip trying to see more, but it quite dark. Gwen was not used to the dark, she almost always was in the light for a good reason too. Creatures lurked in the darkness. There were scarier things in the world besides demons, and they weren't the only things that thrived in the dark. The thought made her shiver.
Blaine severed some elves' head from their body before rolling his eyes bored like. He hated being bored, and most importantly wanted to find something far more fun to do than simply pillage the remains of some village, that in years to come no one would give a single thought about. A yawn found it's way to his lips as he glanced around lazily. He caught a sight to behold when he looked to his left. A smirk soon formed on the corners of his lips as he saw an elf fighting, doing well surprisingly, but most importantly it was a girl. A girl with ebony colored hair, sapphire like eyes, and a pretty little face that made him lick his lips. He walked forward humming gently as he went, seeing her fall to the ground but then kill the demon that had caused the damage. He plucked the sword from her fingers, not caring that it cut his hand as he reached for it. Throwing it behind him, he grabbed her arm pulling her to her feet. "Well hello." He grinned before hitting her over the head. When her body went limp, he caught her before hoisting her up into his arms, and then grabbing her waist and throwing her over his shoulder. He waved to his guys, a grin on his face as he walked forward to their own camp. Once there, he tossed her down on the ground of his tent, tying her hands up, knowing he didn't really need to, but he felt as if she would be a fighter, and he was in no mood to smack someone over and over again. They said doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result was insanity. He got some water before plopping down on his cot.
