Zacky quickly got up and walked out into the hallway so Aubree could change. He definitely didn't want to be in there for that. He sighed softly and leaned against the wall, shoving his hands in his pockets and looking up and down the hallway. He watched as the people came and went smiles and frowns on their faces. He was so glad he wasn't here in Matt's position with Leah. He just couldn't stop thinking about that. He wasn't sure how he would be able to handle himself or what he would do. He would be so torn apart and devestated. When Leah finally emerged from the room he gave her a small smile, nodding. "I could definitely use a nap myself to be completely honest," he told her with a nod. "Did you say goodbye to everyone? Lets go ahead and get going." Zacky said goodbye to everyone, giving Aubree a small hug goodbye, careful not to hurt her.

Aubree blushed and rolled her eyes at Matt. Of course he had to leave. He needed to go sign her release papers and get things rolling so she could leave. Besides, Leah was the perfect person to help her get dressed. Aubree sighed softly as she carefully got out of the bed, letting Leah help her into her new clothes. "Thank you," she told her softly with a small smile. "So how exactly am I getting home if you decided to come back here as a wolf," she told Matt as he came back into the room. "I am so not transforming while I feel like this." SHe shook her head, grabbing ahold of Matt's shirt tightly. The last thing that Aubree wanted to do was walk home. She just wanted to get in a car and have someone drive her.

"Well let's go home and take a nap, then," Leah said, smiling up at Zacky. She nodded when he asked if she'd said goodbye to everyone, following him outside and transforming into her wolf form. She still wasn't entirely sure how to get back to Zacky's house from the council mansion, so she followed him back, sticking close to his side as they ran. Once they were back at the house, Leah decided she would run over to her dad's house and grab some clothes, since she didn't really have any here at Zacky's. She stuffed some of the clothes she wore most often into a duffel bag, along with her makeup and some toiletries, things she would need to get ready for school in the morning, before going back to Zacky's house. Leah supposed she should stop thinking of it as just Zacky's house, because it was her house now, too. "I'm back!" Leah announced as she slipped into the house. She went upstairs to change clothes and then settled down on the couch with her laptop, pulling up the Google search bar and typing in a search for nearby nursing programs. Of course the most promising was the program at the council mansion, but if Leah went there for school, she wouldn't be able to work at a mixed-species hospital like she wanted.

"Well of course I came back here as a wolf, that's the only way you can get to the mansion," Matt said. "So you'll have to transform, at least to get out to the highway. Or you could walk there as a human, but I don't think you'd wanna do that, considering it's about five miles." Matt thought for a moment, wondering how he could get Aubree back to the house without her having to transform. "How about this? Since you don't feel like transforming into your wolf form, I'll just carry you back. That way you won't have to transform or wait for me to run back to the house to get the SUV." Matt gave his head a nod in the direction of the doorway, indicating for Aubree to follow him outside. Once they were outside, Matt transformed into his wolf form. He looked over at Aubree, waiting for her to climb onto his back. In his human form, he was strong, but in his wolf form he was stronger, and he could easily carry Aubree back to the house. He had to go a bit slower than normal so that she didn't fall off, but eventually he made it back to the house. Letting Aubree climb off of his back, Matt transformed back into a human, stretching out his arms. "Man oh man, it's good to be home," he said. "You need anything? Something to eat? Drink?"

Zacky yawned as he sat down in his seat, stretching and putting his hands behind his head. The last time he was here was for his own graduation, which was a long ass time ago. It was a very nostalgic feeling. He looked around, seeing everyone taking their seats, flowers, and gifts in hand for when their graduate got off stage. Zacky was just looking forward for the party later, just like he did when he graduated himself. Even though this time around it wasn't even his party, it was for the twins. Plus Brian was throwing it, but now that they were mated and gone through their change, they could drink and do whatever the hell they wanted to. Which was a major plus in his book. Zacky couldn't help but notice how off Leah had been acting lately, but he didn't want to put much thought into it. It could have been just stress from graduation for all he knew. He didn't want to get his hopes up and think it was anything else.

Aubree groaned and slumped back against the wall, smoothing out her dress. "It's to hot to put on that damn gown right now," she whined. "I'm so tired. I just want this to be over with so we can go and eat and relax." If it weren't for Matt keeping her up practically all night last night, she probably wouldn't be so whiny. But as soon as she had started feeling better after her surgery, she and Matt had been going at it like a bunch of rabbits. Not that he was completely to blame for last night, she was in heat after all. Her time of the month and all coming up. So it wasn't like she was complaining about going at it for hours on end last night. But still, every time she tried to go to sleep he wined and kept wanting to go again. Aubree had no idea what his deal was last night.

"It's not that hot," Leah said, teasing her sister. "And you have to, the ceremony is going to start soon." Leah had her gown draped over her arm, and one of the teachers was going around telling everyone to put on their gowns. "What's got you so tired, anyway?" Leah asked, shrugging on her gown. She zipped it up, smirking at Aubree. "Was Matt bothering you? I know Zacky's been bothering me a lot lately, Jesus Christ. I think he knows I should be going into heat soon." If I go into heat at all. Lately, Leah had just been feeling off, and her suspicion that she might be pregnant was growing. The last time had just been a scare, but this time she was worried that she might actually be pregnant. And as much as she knew it was part of her role to be a mother - and as much as she knew that Zacky desperately wanted pups - Leah wasn't ready for that. How could she go to nursing school if she was busy raising pups?

Matt stretched out his legs, yawning as he looked around. It seemed like forever since the last time he'd been to one of these, and it really had been. The last one he'd been to had been his own and that was too long ago to even think about. He hardly remembered the ceremony, anyway. What he really remembered was the party afterwards, when he and the guys had gone out and gotten absolutely trashed. Well, except for Brian, since by that point he already had Leah and Aubree. And even if the party Brian was throwing for the twins wouldn't be the same, Matt was still looking forward to having a little to drink. He was kind of curious to see if Aubree would get drunk, and what she was even like when she was drunk. But he didn't want her to get too drunk, because then they wouldn't be able to have sex later. Matt wasn't going to stop pestering her until she was pregnant again.

"It's kind of weird being back here, don't you think?" Zacky mumbled to really no one in particular, just whoever decided to answer him. He glanced to his right and saw Matt, to his left was Brian. The guys were everywhere else with their own mates or dates. All of the guys were starting to settle down and it was actually kind of weird. They always were such party people, always at Brian's drinking and having a good time, hounding Matt for giving Aubree such a hard time about being his bitch. Now they were sitting here watching the twins graduate and Zacky was hoping every second of every day that Leah would come up to him and tell him that she thought she was pregnant. He still thought that was insane. He never thought in a million years he would be mated to Leah, though he wouldn't change it for the world. Somehow though, deep down, he knew it would happen. He always had this special connection with her that he never had with Aubree when they were growing up. "When is this thing supposed to get started?" he groaned.

Aubree just gave Leah a look and shook her head. "You're crazy," she said with a heavy sigh as she put her gown on, straightening her cap on her head. Luckily she and Leah were walking together and it was none of that fuddy-duddy, boy, and girl walking down the isle sort of thing. Obviously, if that happened there would probably be some pretty pissed off mates in the crowd. "Of course he's been pestering me nonstop. Ever since I was given the okay to have sex again Matt practically hasn't let me leave the damn bed," she grumbled with a shake of her head. "I want to be pregnant again just as much as he wants me to be, but fuck, I'm so sore." Aubree rolled her eyes as she heard a few girls snicker behind them, wanting to turn around and give them a piece of her mind but decided against it. "Nothing for you yet? Are you and Zacky using protection at all?"

Leah turned around to glare at the girls who snickered at Aubrey before turning back to her sister. "Only if I absolutely beg him to," she whispered. "I basically have to threaten not to have sex with him at all or he won't. I know he wants me to get pregnant, but fuck, doesn't he understand that I want to do other things with my life besides be a mother?" She sighed. If she wasn't pregnant right now she knew she would be in no time, because Zacky usually insisted on not using a condom. "But I don't think there's really any point in talking to him about it because I know how badly he wants pups, and...and I think I might be pregnant already." Leah didn't know why she was telling Aubree this now, it had just slipped out.

Matt looked over at Zacky. "You mean in the crowd?" he asked. "Yeah, I guess it's a little weird. Not too bad, though. At least we get to sit down instead of walking across the stage. And we don't have to wear those hot ass gowns." Of course they had to have the graduation ceremony on one of the hottest days of the year. But at least it didn't get rained out or anything. "Pretty soon I think," Matt said, answering Zacky. He pointed over at the entrance to the fieldhouse. "Look, there they are, getting lined up," he pointed out. Not long after Matt said this, the band started to play Pomp and Circumstance, and the graduates started to walk across the football field. The twins were about a third of the way through the line, right next to each other, obviously.

Aubree knew how much Leah wanted to go to nursing school but she also knew how much Zacky wanted to pups. The guys were getting any younger and it wasn't like they were vampires. They didn't have all of the eternity to start a family even if they did age a lot slower than humans did. Aubree didn't want to take Zacky's side in this because at one point she felt the same way her sister did. She hadn't wanted pups either until she had gotten pregnant herself and lost them. She was about to say something when suddenly Leah dropped the bomb that she thought she might be pregnant, Aubree's eyes widening as she stared at her sister. Before she could even say anything they were rushing everyone to get lined up, the music begins to play and everyone began to walk out onto the field. "Are you sure?" Aubree whispered as they walked, not really caring if they got in trouble. Out of all the times Leah could have told her, it had to be now.

Zacky nodded. "Yeah, being here is just sort of weird. But I'm glad we're sitting up here and not down there wearing those heavy, hot ass fucking gowns," he said with a face. He looks around some more, tapping his foot as he began getting a bit impatient. When Matt told him to look over, he saw everyone getting lined up. The music began to play and they began to walk out onto the field. When Zacky saw the twins a huge smile broke out onto his face. He was just so happy for them. They were reaching a huge milestone in their lives. Zacky knew that after this Leah really wanted to go to nursing school and he was trying his hardest to let that happen for her, but he really wanted pups. He wasn't exactly getting any younger. He furrowed his brow as he saw the two of them whispering urgently to one another. "What do you think that's about?" he said quietly, nudging Matt.

Leah realized just how bad her timing was when the music started to play and it was time for them to start walking across the stage. "I don't know," she whispered to her sister. "I haven't taken a test yet, because I wanted to see if I was going to go into heat or not. And I know Zacky is already suspicious, so I don't want to tell him unless I know for sure. God, it's going to suck if I'm pregnant. I'm not ready to be a mom yet, I just...I'm not." Leah stopped talking when one of the teachers hushed them, glad when they reached their seats. She hoped that the graduation ceremony might help take her mind off of things, especially since she needed her wits about her so she wouldn't fall on her face while she was receiving her diploma. She really shouldn't have worn heels.

"Leah's probably telling Aubree how much you bug her," Matt joked. But he really did wonder what the girls could be talking about. It must be pretty damn important for them to be talking about it while they were walking across the field at their graduation ceremony. "Just ask her about it later, man," Matt continued. "At the party or something." He watched as a teacher told the twins to hush, which he hoped meant the ceremony was about to start. And thankfully the principal stepped up to the podium, giving his little introductory speech. Matt thought that he would go straight into introducing the graduates - at least he hoped he would - but of course he'd forgotten all about the valedictorian speeches and all that shit. "Oh my fucking God, I forgot graduation ceremonies were this fucking long," Matt groaned.

Zacky rolled his eyes, letting out a dry laugh. "Right, hilarious. I'm sure Aubree is doing the same thing. That poor girl looks exhausted, Shads," Zacky laughed, shaking his head. He bit his lip as he continued to watch the two, sighing softly. He had really forgotten how long the ceremony was that was for sure. With all of the speeches and how much they repeat themselves over and over again. It felt like a lifetime before they finally began calling names for diplomas. "Jesus Christ, finally," he groaned, moving around in his seat and adjusting himself. He waiting almost impatiently for Leah and Aubree, his knee bouncing. When both Leah and Aubree's names were called all of the guys cheered for them even though you weren't supposed to, so of course they got yelled at. Do you think they all cared? Of course not. That was all apart of the fun. Zacky glanced over at Brian, chuckling when he saw some tears in his eyes. It was definitely an emotional day for him.

Aubree furrowed her brow as she listened to Leah. She couldn't say anything back since the teacher hushed them as they walked. She couldn't be anymore thankful for a seat then she was in that moment, really regretting wearing heeels as high as she did. She just wanted to be able to be somewhat close to Matt's height in pictures today, if they even got around to taking any. Aubree started to doze off during some of the speeches, drool coming out of the corner of her mouth. She let out a small snore when the person on the other side of her nudged her to get up, quickly wiping her mouth and clearly her throat. Well taking a nap certainly helped make the time fly by. She walked up to the stage, rolling her eyes and shaking her head a she could hear all of the guys cheering for both her and Leah. They were so enbarsssing. She was glad this was done and over with and she was never going to have to go through this again. Aubree was definitely looking forward to having a few drinks tonight and relaxing. She knew she wasn't pregnant just by the way her body felt so she knew she was safe to drink. She just wanted to relax and not worrry about having to try for pups for one night.

Leah sunk down in her seat when they were told to sit down, slumping back as she listened to the speeches. Thankfully that part didn't last nearly as long as she thought it would, and before long they were starting to hand out diplomas. When is was time for their row to walk, Leah stood, following behind her sister as they slowly made their way forward. She honestly wanted to kill the guys for the way they were cheering for her and Aubree, because it was so embarrassing. Their graduating class was on the larger side, so it took about twenty more minutes before all of the diplomas were handed out. The principal stepped up to give his exit speech, some pseudo-deep rambling about finding their place in the world or something like that, Leah wasn't really paying attention. She stood again when they were told to, turning her tassel and then taking her cap off, tossing it into the air with everyone else. Despite everything that was going on, it felt so good to be able to say that she was done with high school. Now she could move onto bigger and better things, like nursing school. She just hoped that something didn't come along to ruin all of her plans.

"Well she should be," Matt said, smirking. "I kept her up all night." Matt saw no reason to lie about what he and Aubree did. It wasn't like Zacky didn't already know, anyway. Matt sort of zoned out as the speeches were given, coming back around when when he heard names being called. When Aubree and Leah's names were called, he cheered loudly along with everyone else. He knew they weren't supposed to do that, just like he knew the twins would be embarrassed, but he didn't really care. His mate and her sister were graduating from high school, he was going to cheer if he wanted to, dammit. After what seemed like an eternity, the graduates did their recessional, and Matt and the others filtered out of the bleachers to go and find the girls over by the field house. It took a couple of minutes, but eventually Matt spotted Aubree among the throngs of people. "I'm so proud of you," Matt said to her, pulling her into a hug and kissing the top of her head. "And I bet you're happy to be done with school. I know I was when I graduated."

Zacky was so glad to finally get up and go search for Leah in the sea of graduates over by the field house. He wanted to get ahold of her before Brian did since he knew he would probably have ahold of her and Aubree both for a while. When Zacky finally spotted Leah, he smiled big and pulled her into a tight hug, nuzzling the top of her head with his cheek. "I'm so proud of you! You look so cute in your cap and gown," he gushed, holding her tight. He sighed and pulled back, kissing her forehead. "Now you can start on nursing school like you want to. Continue on trying to live your dream." He gave her a wink before the rest of the guys came over and started to congratulate her, Johnny handing her flowers. Jimmy plucked one out of the bouquet and tucked it behind her ear, making Zacky chuckle and shake his head. They were just to much sometimes. "So, who's ready to go party?" He said, rubbing his hands together as he looked at everyone. He was just really hungry and he couldn't wait to go get his grub on more then anything.

Aubree smiled brightly as she turned her tassel over, giggling as she tossed her cap up into the air. She made sure she caught it though, wanting to save it for memories. She walked out to the field house, turning to Leah since they had an unfinished conversation. Even though Aubree really didn't know where to begin. "You know you should really take a pregnancy test tonight. Just to be on the safe side," she told her sister softly. She would be so happy for her if she were pregnant but she knew that it wasn't something that she wanted right now. She saw a familiar man in the corner of her eye and she smiled, turning her head and seeing Matt. She walked towards him, sighing softly as she nuzzled her face into his chest and inhaled his sent. "I'm so glad it's over," she groaned. "I'm so hungry and tired. I just want to eat about a million plates of food." Aubree wished she could take a nap but she knew that she definitely didn't have time for that. There was no way in hell.

"I know," Leah whispered to Aubree. "I'll just have to sneak away to buy one before the party. Maybe we can say we need more ice or something and go to Walmart?" Leah tried not to think about it anymore as they stood in the crowd, waiting for the guys to find them. When they finally did, Leah let Zacky pull her into a tight hug. "I look cute?" she repeated, laughing. "You're silly." She was surprised to hear Zacky say something about her going to nursing school, since he hadn't seemed too enthused about it before. She knew he wanted her to just be a mother to his pups. She smiled when Johnny handed her flowers, giggling when Jimmy took one and tucked it behind her ear. They were too much sometimes. "I think me and Aubree need to run to the store really quick, before the party, but we'll be back at the house in like thirty minutes? Come on, let's go." Before anyone could say anything, Leah grabbed Aubree by the wrist and dragged her out to the parking lot, where their cars were parked.

"Well that can definitely be arranged," Matt said, laughing. "Your dad got a caterer for the party and there's enough food to form an army. Or a wolf pack." He was certainly ready to chow down himself, so when Zacky asked who was ready to party, Matt nodded eagerly. He raised an eyebrow when Leah suddenly spoke up, dragging Aubree away. "What do you think that's about?" Matt asked. Everyone else just shrugged, Jimmy saying something about just going ahead and heading back to Brian's house. They wouldn't start the party without the twins, but there was no reason they had to stand around this crowded ass football field. Matt gave a sort of half wave to everyone as he walked back to his car, climbing in and immediately turning on the air conditioner after he'd started the engine. He really wished he could've come here in his wolf form, but since it was formal occasion, it wasn't really appropriate. That's why everyone had driven, including the girls.

Zacky was so ready to go back to Brian's with Leah and get things started but then all of the sudden she was dragging Aubree off to walmart. "Well okay then," he said with a small sigh. He looked to Matt and just shrugged before making his way to his car, getting in and starting it. He was glad he had left the windows rolled down a bit so it wasn't as stuffy, immediately blasting the air once he turned the car on. He headed off to Brian's, parking in his usual spot and getting out before going around back and grabbing a beer from the cooler. He bent down and gave Pinkly a small pat on the head as she came up to him before walking over and examining all of the tables that were set up and covered in food. Man was he as hungry as ever. Those girls really needed to hurry up and get back so they could chow down. Everything looked and smelled so good.

Aubree groaned as her stomach growled, reaching up and rubbing it. Her eyes widened as Leah grabbed her arm, almost forgetting that she had mentioned going to Walmart. "Oh, right, we'll see you guys later," she said, sending Matt a small wave before following after Leah. "Geez, you totally couldn't make it any more obvious something was up," she said with a raised eyebrow as she opened the car door. She took off her cap and gown, breathing a sigh of relief as her body itself could breathe. She got in the car, relaxing back in the seat as Leah drove to Walmart. "I'll get some ice while you get the goods," she told her sister as they got to the store. She didn't want to end up showing back up empty handed when they said they were going to get more ice or something for the party. Then it would just be weird.

"Sorry, I'm just...freaking out," Leah apologized. She realized that her behavior in front of their dad and the guys was probably super suspicious, but she just couldn't help it. She could possibly be finding out something life-altering in the next thirty minutes or so and she was nervous as hell. Leah didn't really want to separate from her sister, but she supposed they couldn't linger in Walmart for too long. She hurried over to the aisle where the pregnancy tests were stocked, grabbing one of the cheaper ones off of the shelf. She only had ten dollars in her wallet, so she couldn't spend an obscene amount on one of those fancy tests. Finding Aubree waiting at the registers, Leah hurried over, discreetly carrying the pregnancy test. "Okay, I got it," she whispered. "Let's check out and go home."

It took a couple of minutes to get out of the parking lot since it was so crowded, but eventually Matt was on the road back to Brian's. He could smell the food as soon as he pulled into the driveway, and it made his stomach growl. He wished that Leah and Aubree hadn't run off because he was hungry as hell. Copying Zacky, he grabbed a beer from the cooler, popping the top off and taking a seat at a random table. Most everyone was here, they were just waiting on the girls to get back. It was their party, so it would be rude to start without them. "Brian, what the hell is taking your daughters so long?" Matt called out. "They just went to pick up ice, they should've been back by now. And why the hell did they need to get ice, anyway? We already have plenty."

"You know, you're asking me all of these questions like I know the answer," Brian said. "They're teenage girls, I stopped pretending to understand why they do the things that they do a long time ago."

Zacky snagged some pretzels before sitting down beside Matt, munching on a few. He laughed at Brian, shaking his head. "You know, we're the ones that are supposed to know what they're up to, Matt. Not Brian. We're their mates," Zacky told Matt with a pointed look. Zacky figured that they should probably have some sort of clue what Leah and Aubree were up to. Though in all seriousness he didn't exactly want to be one of those mates who were constantly up their bitched ass all the time and always wanting to know what they were doing and where they were going. Zacky sighed and took a sip of his beer, tossing pinkly his last pretzel. "They seriously need to get her though, I'm so hungry." As if the timing couldn't get any better, the girls walked right through the back gate, ice in Aubree's hands.

Aubree quickly got the ice, making a face at how cold it was. Luckily it didn't take long for Leah to get the test that she wanted and they could hurry up and get back out to the car. Aubree out the ice in the backseat, not really caring if it rolled around or not. "So when exactly do you plan on taking it? You know that as soon as we get back you're never going to have a moment to yourself. Though you could do it while Zacky is shoving his mouth full of food so he isn't really paying attention," she told her sister with a small laugh. When they got back to the house she went straight to the backyard where everyone was, finding a cooler and putting the ice in it. They definitely didn't need it but it was better to be safe then sorry. "Okay, you guys can go on and eat!" She told everyone, watching them hurriedly get up and start making their plates. Aubree grabbed Leah by the hand and pulled her inside and upstairs to their old bedroom and into their insuit bathroom. "Okay, let's see if you have a bun in the oven here," she said, rocking back and forth on her heels anxiously. She felt just as nervous as Leah was.

"I'm going to take it as soon as we get home," Leah answered, buckling her seatbelt. "If I don't, I'll just be thinking about it the entire time I'm at the party." When they got back to their dad's house, Leah tucked the pregnancy test underneath her arm, hiding it from view as she and Aubree made a very brief appearance at the party before her sister dragged her to their old bathroom. "I uh, I can't pee with you in here," Leah said, glancing up at Aubree. Once her sister had left the bathroom, Leah used the tests, starting a timer on her phone so that she would know when they were ready. While she waited, all she could think about was how much she hoped to God that she wasn't pregnant. How would she continue with school if she was pregnant or trying to mother pups? It wouldn't be possible. Leah jumped when the timer went off, taking a deep breath as she dared to look over at the tests. She hadn't gotten the fanciest ones out there, but the two little lines on both tests were clear enough. She was pregnant.

"Hey, I'm Aubree's mate, not her keeper," Matt said. "And if I was a dad, I would want to know what my kids were doing." Matt huffed under his breath when the girls finally arrived, wondering where the hell they were up to. Aubree had a bag of ice in her hands as promised, but they both just seemed like they were hiding something. Especially Leah. But oh well. Leah wasn't his mate to worry about, she was Zacky's. And he knew Zacky well enough to know that if he noticed Leah's odd behavior, he wouldn't stop until he knew what was going on. Whether Leah actually told him or not still remained to be seen. Both of the girls were stubborn as hell, just like Brian. "Fucking finally, I'm starving," Matt said when Aubree said they could eat. She didn't have to tell him twice. He stood, going over to make his food and taking his seat again, looking over his plate and wondering what to eat first.

Zacky furrowed his brow as he watched Aubree drag Leah away inside. These two were just acting to weird for their own good. Especially Leah, there was something definitely up. When Aubree told them to go ahead and eat, Zacky really had to think twice about getting himself a plate. He just couldn't find it in himself to eat without his mate. Obviously Matt had no problem eating without Aubree, but Zacky knew that there was something going on. He waited a few minutes before he finished off his beer and got up, tossing it in th trash before grabbing another and heading inside. He made his way up to the twins' room, where he heard what sounded like excited and panicked voices. He slowly pushed back the door, walking in and raising a brow at the over joyed Aubree and the to stunned to move Leah. "What's going on here?" He asked as he crossed his arms over his chest.

Aubre groaned as Leah shooed her out of the bathroom, going into the bedroom and plopping down onto the bed. It felt like they were going to have to wait a freaking life time before they could finally see what was on that test. When the timer on Leah's phone went off Aubree shot up, going into the bathroom and looking over Leah's shoulder quietly to read the tests. Aubree's hand instantly flew to her mouth as she saw the positive signs on the test, telling her sister that she was indeed pregnant. She wanted to bounce around and tell her how happy she was for her but she knew that the feeling wasn't the same. Even though it would be once the pups were born or the realization of being pregnant actually settled in. At least that's how it was for Aubree. When the door opened she about jumped a mile into the air. "I'll see you two outside," she said, giving Leah a small hug before quickly making an exit. She went outside and sad down next to Matt with a heavy sigh, reaching over and grabbing a pickle off of his plate and eating it. She just sat there and gave Matt her usual "I know something and you don't and I'm not telling you" sort of face as she ate her stolen pickle.

Leah honestly thought she might vomit. She could tell that Aubree was excited, but to her, this was the worst possible thing that could happen right now. She didn't want pups right now. She wanted to go to nursing school and have a career, and now she would have to put that off. She supposed it was partially her fault; she could've told Zacky to use a condom more often, but most of the time he insisted on not using one. Leah jumped when the door opened, her heart dropping even more when she saw Zacky. No, she didn't want to tell him yet. She didn't want to tell him at all. "Get out, I don't feel good," Leah mumbled, shoving Zacky out of the bathroom. She knew this wasn't over, far from it, but for now she didn't want to be around him. Or anyone, really. With shaky hands, she wrapped the tests in a bit of toilet paper and shoved them into the trashcan. When she was done, she sat down on the toilet, bringing her legs up and pressing her face into her knees.

In the end, Matt decided that the chicken looked the best, so he picked up a chicken leg and took a bite, watching as Zacky finished off his beer and headed inside Brian's house. A few minutes later, Aubree came out, an odd sort of look on her face. "What's up with you?" Matt asked, just realizing that she'd stolen a pickle from his plate. "And hey, don't steal things from my plate, little missy. If you're hungry, I'll make you your own plate. You should eat anyway, you need your strength. Especially after last night," he added, smirking at her. Matt hoped Aubree knew that he wasn't really going to let her rest until she was pregnant again. He was determined to pass on his genes, and he knew that with Aubree's as well, their pups would be gorgeous. "So...what's going on with your sister?" Matt asked. "And don't say nothing, because you two have been acting weird. Especially Leah."

Zacky's eyes widened as Leah pushed him out the door, in complete shock. "Hey, wait-" he started, but there was a door in front of his face before he even knew it. He wasn't sure if he should try and go back in or let her have her space. Something was definitely going on and he wasn't sure if he liked it or not. Zacky shook his head and tried opening the door, growling when he discovered that it was locked. His wolf wasn't very happy that its mate was sick and it couldn't help her. "Leah? Come on, open up," he said, jiggling the doorknob. "Tell me what's wrong." He didn't like that the twins were keeping secrets. He didn't like that his mate was keeping secrets. Zacky huffed and banged on the door a few more times before he began pacing the hallway. He wasnt going to venture very far and he sure as hell wasnt going to break down any doors. The last thing he needed was for Brian to kick his ass for destroying any party of his house.

Aubree raised a brow at Matt and smirked, feeling her face heat up and goose bumps rise on her skin as he mentioned last night. She giggled and shook her head, finishing off her stolen pickle. She knew that she was in for another repeat of last night, tonight. When Matt asked about what was up with Leah, Aubree just furrowed her brow and shrugged, trying to act like she had no idea what he was talking about as she stood up. "I think you're seeing things," she said as she leaned over, kissing him on the cheek. She walked over to the food tables and made herself a pretty big plate of food before going over and sitting back down with a beer. She took a bite of her hot dog before leaning in close to Matt to tell him what was going on. "Someone has a bun in the oven," she said barely above a whisper, only loud enough so he could pick up on. "And it's not me." She leaned back and popped the top on her beer, taking a sip with a satisfying sigh. She wondered how Leah was doing and if she had even told Zacky about it yet.

Leah could hear Zacky rattling the doorknob, knowing by his growl that he wasn't happy that she'd locked it. She felt bad for pushing him away, but she just couldn't deal with telling him that she was pregnant right now. She was still in shock herself. She wondered how long it had taken Aubree to be excited about having pups. It seemed like her sister had accepted being a mother as soon as she'd found out she was pregnant, but Leah just couldn't bring herself to feel the same way. She dreaded the thought of being pregnant. Maybe when the pups were born she would feel some sort of connection? Glancing up when she heard Zacky banging on the door, Leah finally got up from her seat on the toilet and walking over to unlock the door. She didn't want to go outside and face Zacky, but she knew she had to. If she missed the entire party, someone else might get suspicious. "Before you even say anything, I don't want to talk about anything right now," Leah mumbled. "I just want to go to the party and eat."

"I'm pretty sure I'm not," Matt huffed playfully. He watched Aubree as she went over and made herself a plate, scooping up a forkful of potato salad and stuffing it into his mouth. His raised an eyebrow when he saw Aubree sit down with a beer. She was awfully brave drinking that with her dad around. He wasn't even paying attention to Aubree as she leaned in close to him until she whispered in his ear, but then his eyes widened in shock. "Leah's pregnant?" he asked. "Well shit. Does Zacky know? Is that why you guys have been acting so weird?" Matt had no idea why he asked that, of course that's why they were acting so weird. And he knew Zacky would be thrilled when Leah told him that she was pregnant, because he knew Zacky wanted pups just as badly as he did. And knowing that Zacky and Leah were going to have pups made Matt even more eager to get Aubree pregnant again.
