Allison shrugged, "I was just wondering." She said as she sat down on a stump. "I just..i was told that werewolves would be different." She said, frowning. She sighed as she ran her fingers through her hair, "So you don't attack people?" She asked him, looking up at him. Allison felt very betrayed. Luckily she hadn't killed any werewolves. Though it was kind of upsetting to know that last night they killed a person.

Milo frowned. "You know how some humans attack people just to feel powerful? Well I am not saying there are not wolves like that but no that is not the norm. We attack normally only when provoked. For example when we are attacked or there is a perceived threat. Sometimes in the beginning there is fear and that can make a wolf more easily prone to loosing their humanity for a short while, some never come back from it." he said and watched her. She looked so upset. "What is wrong?" he asked.

Allison shook her head, "I was just told that werewolves attacked everyone and anyone." She said. "I was lied to." She said, feeling upset. She sighed as she leaned back against the tree. "This sucks." She said, looking up at him. "I'm sorry about last night." She told him. She got his friend killed.

Milo frowned. "Sounds like the person who told you that is close to you." he said and crouched down to her level. "And it sounds like that person came across one of those wolves or a pack of them that kill for sport and they took someone special to them." he said. Milo could only guess but usually hurt people hurt people. When she started to apologize he shook his head. "Did you pull the trigger?" he asked knowing she hadn't because she wouldn't have been able to get from there to here so quickly. When she shook her head he nodded. "Then you have nothing to apologize for, you were simply a pawn in someone else game now you have become your own player so use your checkers board wisely." he said and chuckled at himself standing. "Really should go though. Parker will wonder where I am."

Allison frowned when he said he had to go. "But i want you to stay." She said, seeing the surprised look on his face. She shook her head, "Nevermind i was just being silly." She said as she stood up ans crossed her arms. Allison bit her bottom lip lightly as she watched him.

Milo's eyebrows raised as she said she wanted him to stay. He shook his head. "People usually mean what they say the first time." he said and moved closer to her. "Is it because you know the truth or because you don't know anyone else who will tell it to you?" he asked and sighed. "Come on I'm starving." he said and started to walk towards town.

Allison followed him out of the woods and walked into town. She followed him into a restuarant. She wasnt worried about being seen with him. Nobody knew that he was a wolf. "What else can you tell me?" She asked as she looked over the menu. She bit her bottom lip lightly as she tried to decide.

Milo shrugged as they sat down at a restaurant. "Umm about what specifically?" he asked and looked at her wondering what it was she was really after anyways. He was trying to be very careful what he told her about the pack. He had to protect that at all costs. Milo didn't think she passed a threat at this very moment but perhaps she was getting information for later or someone else. Milo wasn't about to risk it and regret it later. "So Allison how old are you?" he asked at least trying to get some answers for an answer.

Allison looked at him, "Im nineteen." She said. She looked over at the waiter and ordered a lemonade. She looked back at Milo, "How many people are in your pack?" She asked as she watched him. She just wantef to know how the wovles worked.

Milo nodded and smirked. At least she was of age. She started asking about the pack and he frowned. "I'm sorry Allison but for now please understand why I can not answer that after last night. The pack needs to be kept safe and for now that means ket a secret." he said and looked at his menu. "what looks good to you?" he asked.

Allison frowned when he said he couldn't answer, "Okay." She said softly. She looked over the menu, "I think i want to get a soup in salad." She said. She started to look over the list. She never ate much and people always thought she was weird for it. Allison looked at him, taking in his features. "What can you tell me?" She asked.

Milo nodded and waited for her to go on then he chuckled. Oh that was all she was getting, right human girls. Milo looked over at her. "Well I can tell you about wolves in general and some things about me but let's not get into the why this or that yeah?" he asked and then looked back at his menu. "It's not a lot but it's something." he said and then glanced back at her.

Allison nodded, "Tell me about you." She said, smiling. She knew enough about wolves, but him as an individual fascinated her. He was so calm, but yet the night before he had looked so broken and wanted to give up. She felt terrible for him. "Why did you want to die last night?" She asked.

Milo sighed. "I said some things about me. Basics first Allison. You don't quit do you?" he asked and smiled softly. "Well I am 20 and I moved to this state when I was 14 with my mother. She knew what I was and had let my father explain everything before he disappeared when I was 16." he said and shrugged. The pack can't find him. But really I spend most my time collecting food for the pack." he said knowing he wasn't;t the only one they ate like pigs. When the waiter came over he ordered and smiled softly as the man gaped at him with how much food he was ordering. It was three entries and he didn't care this was a normal meal if not slightly small form him.

Allison ordered her soup and salad then looked at him. "And how do you not weight five hundred pounds?" She asked, giggling. She relaxed against her seat and ran her fingers through her hair. "Tell me more." She said as she took a sip of her water. "You avoided my question about last night." She added, "So start there." She said.

Milo laughed. "Well do you know anything about the biology of a wolf other then were to shoot to kill?" he asked and sighed seeing that look in her eyes again. "I have a high metabolism due to the fur and the animal needs. It keeps me at high energy and eating nearly a house a week." he smirked and chuckled. "And you're right I did avoid your question because I don't want to talk about Katie." he said his voice low enough to convey his great disapproval of the subject. It was one of the two things he was not going to talk about the other being the pack.

Allison nodded, "No i do not and i really was told not to care about that subject too much." She said, watching him. She sighed when he said he didn't want to talk about Katie, "Okay then we won't talk about that." She said as she leaned back against her chair and crossed her arms.

Milo sighed. "I'm sorry it's a soar subject." he said and an a hand through his hair. "Allison just so you know for the future if you are told to do something and not question it you should always question it because you never know if what you are being told is true or not. Milo shrugged. "Hmm what else can I tell you about us. Well we shift with the moon yes but also when we are scared or in danger. Otherwise we normally hold our human form which is also probably the most vulnerable form, depending who you ask that is." Milo said and smiled as the food arrived and he dug in. "Mmmm." he said around a fork full of food.

Allison nodded as he explained how he worked, "Can you control the changing?" She asked as he began to eat. She started to eat, really liking the food there. She hadn't eaten there in so long. She smiled at him, glad that he was a great as she had thought he would be.
