Micah grumbled a little to himself, thinking about what he had to do now. He had woken up from a drunken stupor to find himself naked in bed with his arms wrapped around a girl. He was upset with himself because that girl wasn't his girlfriend, Kaycee. Luckily, that was why they had made provisions for issues like this. Now that he had cheated, she was going to have the right to cheat with whoever she wanted - the only difference was she wasn't going to be drunk like he just was. He only had himself to be angry at for letting this happen but he knew he had to tell Kaycee, that was what made their relationship so strong - their trust... He excused himself from the foreign bed and made his way home. During the car ride, he called Kaycee. "Hey babe, we need to talk..."

Sophie smiled a little as she sat holding hands with Bennett. She couldn't be happier - he was the guy that she always wanted to date and now she was ecstatic that she was. They had been going out for three weeks now and she felt comfortable with him - but she had also been hurt in the past, so she was guarded. That was why she had come up with the proposition - to save her from getting hurt again... "Bennett, I think we should set up a rule in case one of us ever gets the urge to cheat..." She said, knowing this was going to be an interesting conversation - but she thought it was a good idea, and hopefully it would never have to be used, so it would be just a warning.

Kaycee was still asleep when she got the call, but the familiar ringtone that announced a call from her boyfriend stirred her fairly easily. Rubbing at her eyes, she reached for the phone and answered it but put it on speaker because she didn't feel up for holding the phone right now when she'd only just woken up. "Hey," she mumbled tiredly as she moved to sit up and stretched out, though she paused once she heard his words. Those words never meant anything good, but it wasn't really anything new for them. Micah tended to enjoy partying and it usually led him to cheat. Thanks to their agreement, it meant that she could do the same, but she was a little vindictive and she usually went for his brother as an extra punch because she hoped that it would put a stop to Micah cheating, but it hadn't yet. "Alright. Since I already know where this is going, just spill the details."

Bennett was fairly happy with how things had been going so far for him and Sophie. Sure, their relationship was still incredibly new for him - he hadn't really bothered with many relationships in the past but he wanted to give it a chance with Sophie - but things were nice right now. Granted, he did have a reputation when it came to girls, but he didn't want to hurt Sophie ever. He supposed that her words didn't really come as a surprise, given that reputation, and he gave her hand a squeeze. "Do you have any idea of what the rule should be, in that case?" he asked with curiosity, though he hoped to be able to contain that urge. He didn't want to risk losing her, after all. Regardless, he did intend to do his best to avoid cheating. "I don't mind agreeing to the rule as long as it means that I won't lose you if I screw up," he admitted after a moment before he turned his attention fully to her.

Micah sighed. Kaycee didn't exactly sound happy with the phone call and he knew why - he had made this phone call too many times before. What could he say - alcohol made him horny... and she was never around when he was drinking, but there were always plenty of girls who would happily please him. He shrugged a little. "Not particularly sure... Don't really remember this one to be honest. It was a really long night - I kept getting handed shots - and you know I don't turn down shots..." He didn't want to say that much about it - he remembered more than he let on, but the more he told her, the more she felt she should tell him and that was normally with her brother which was just gross. "I'm sorry babe. You know I don't mean to."

Sophie leaned in and pecked his lips. She was a little embarrassed by what her idea had been, but she figured this was the easiest way... "Yes, I have thought about it a lot." She said with a blush. "I think that we have to be honest with each other... I don't plan on cheating on you and I really don't want you to cheat on me like ever, but I think the best way to handle it is for the other person to get a free pass.. Let's say I cheat on you, you get one time to sleep with whoever you want or vice versa. And I would assume that after one time we would get the message to not do it again, so I think that's the best way to handle our situation." She explained.

"So, you don't remember anything? Positions? Did you stay over? How many times you did it?" Kaycee chanted with an arched brow as she climbed off her bed to move to her closet. "Shame. I guess I'll just have to improvise when I meet with your brother, huh?" Oh, she liked rubbing it in his face, too. She knew it was cruel, but she kept hoping that the cruelty would make it so that Micah would stop cheating, but it never seemed to work. When she heard his later words, she sighed quietly. "I know you don't mean to. But, really, can't you just call me if you're so drunk that you want to have sex with somebody?" Sometimes, she felt like he had random sex more than he had sex with her and, admittedly, the thought bothered her quite a bit.

Bennett listened to her quietly, thinking over the idea, though he offered a small nod in response to her words. "I guess that could work," he said after a moment, though he turned his attention to her. "I don't really plan on cheating on you, either, though, so let's hope we never have to enact that rule." But, he knew that he wasn't really the best at keeping it in his pants. He liked to party, after all, and partying got pretty personal sometimes. With how close some people liked to dance and how girls loved to grind against him when they danced, mixed with the alcohol... Well, it was only a matter of time, he was sure. "And, if one of us does cheat and this rule has to be enacted, I hope it helps us to avoid the situation again."

Micah rolled his eyes and grumbled at her talking about sleeping with his brother. He wouldn't really mind getting all of the gory details of the sex - in fact it might be sexy - if it wasn't with his fucking brother... "Ugh, couldn't you lay off my brother...? That's unnecessary." He said in argument. "You know my drunk self doesn't really think very clearly - it just happens that I get horny and girls are around... If you were around I would always 100% choose you... I can't help that you don't want to come party with me. We would have fun babe." He urged. That would make this so much easier. He really didn't mean to cheat. He cared about Kaycee completely.

Sophie smiled and nodded her head, kissing his cheek.. He was saying the exact things that had developed her reasoning and she thought this was going to be a great deal. If they were both worried about the other sleeping with another person, it was going to be very easy to stay away from cheating. "My thoughts exactly." She said with a smile. "And so this is a deal?" She asked happily. This would make her life a lot easier. She was always too nervous in a relationship, but now she had leverage. This was turning out to be a very good thing after all.

"But your brother's fun in bed," Kaycee hummed out, though it was clear she was mostly just teasing Micah by the tone of her voice. Then again, sex with Joel was actually really great. The two brothers in general were completely different from each other, even when it came to sex. "Partying with you wouldn't be fun. You'd wander off to get a refill or get tugged away for some drinking game and then I'd likely have to actually watch you have sex with somebody else," she whined with a pout.

Bennett smiled with the affection she gave him and he shifted, cupping her face as he pressed his lips to hers for a moment. "It's a deal," he assured her quietly when he parted from the kiss and he pressed another kiss to her forehead. "I just hope things don't come to that." He knew it would be bad if he cheated on her, but he knew he'd be hurt if it was her who cheated first. She didn't seem like she'd do that, though, and it was why he trusted her so much. "Anyways, what do you want to do today?"

Micah groaned deep in his throat at her words and then shook his head. "Are you really implying that my brother is more fun in bed than me?!" He asked angrily. He knew she was just holding it over his head because she could but he still could't help but feel a little jealous at the whole situation. "That's not true. Drunk me would know that you're there and then I would get to have sex with my girlfriend. You know you're the one that I want to have sex with."

Sophie smiled. This was all a relief. Now that they had this deal, she felt like it was a safe buffer where neither of them would make this bad choice. "I hope they don't either." She said with a smile pecking her lips against his again for a quick moment. "I think we should go out." She said with a smile. "We could go catch some dinner - and then I know Ty was advertising a party at his house.. I think we should go."

"I never said he was more fun," Kaycee chanted teasingly, though she knew she was probably getting on Micah's nerves with the conversation. She couldn't help it, though. Considering how much he cheated, it was only fair that she rubbed the fact that her sleeping with his brother was his fault in his face. "I have trouble believing that. I know those girls like to steal you away."

"Dinner, huh?" Bennett mentioned with a smile. He didn't mind the thought at all. It meant some alone time with her and he liked the idea of it. "I'm all for it. Where do you want to go?" He arched a brow, though her mention of a party surprised him. He was all for a party, too, but it surprised him that she wanted to go to a party. "If you're sure you want to go, I'm fine with us going to the party."

Micah tried to stop talking about his brother. It would be so much better if she didn't use him to get to him but he knew that he fully deserved it. He was sometimes a shitty boyfriend and he wanted to be better for her - but he had a lot of trouble. "I know I haven't been a great boyfriend lately, but you know I would choose you. That's why I'm dating you and not someone else."

Sophie smiled and kissed his cheek. "I was thinking that little Italian place... It's romantic and a nice quaint place." She smiled at him. "I mean, I don't really want to go to the party - but I would be okay with you going if you wanted to... You know I'm not much of a party person."

Kaycee listened to his words quietly, though she wished that his words didn't give her the same familiar hope that always seemed to explode in her face later on. "I know how those girls are, though," she said with a pout, "They'd keep giving you shots just to prove that you'd have sex with them even with me there."

"I'm fine with that," Bennett decided with a smile, though he blinked to her words. "Are you sure? I mean, I don't mind going, but... Well, if you don't come along, I don't want you to worry, you know? So, are you sure you're okay with me going to the party without you?" He loved the parties but if she didn't want him to go, he wouldn't go.

Micah sighed and shook his head. "Is that why you won't party with me - just because you think girls are out to get me? If you were there, I would only stay with you. I'm trying to be better for you Kaycee -- you should know that!" He said and shook his head. Why did she not trust him at all?

Sophie smiled at him and kissed his cheek. "That's why we have the rule... for extra trust. I don't want you to feel like you can't do what you like to do-- the only difference is I don't want you sleeping with other people... but we have the rule set up for that. I would be happy to let you go."

Kaycee sighed as she listened to him and pinched the bridge of her nose. "You know you attract a lot of attention, Micah," she reminded him, "And the girls like that. Do you know how many of your hook ups post pictures of you with them?" She frowned and moved back to her phone, picking it up as she took it off speaker. "I don't want to argue with you, but seeing that online hurts enough. Why would I want to risk seeing it in person?"

Bennett offered a small nod in response and gave her hand a gentle squeeze. "If you're sure," he decided quietly, though he made a mental note to do his best not to cheat on her. Even with the rule in place, he worried she might just tire of him if he couldn't control himself. "Anyways, let's get to that restaurant so we can eat, yeah? It's been a long day, I'm sure we're both pretty hungry. And you can eat whatever you want to as well."

Micah groaned a little at her further argument as to why she wouldn't go with him. "Because if you were there you wouldn't see it in person. I don't mean to cheat and I wouldn't just do it in front of you... but fine - just have your hook up and we can talk about this later when you're not angry, okay?" He said. He wanted to be better for her but he also really liked sex and that was proving to be a problem.

Sophie smiled and nodded her head. "Yeah sounds good to me." She smiled as she took his hand. The restaurant was pretty crazy for a Friday night, which was typical but they didn't have to wait too long. "I'm happy that you're mine." She said. She also was happy that an opportunity like tonight presented itself. This was almost like a test, where hopefully he didn't cheat. Of course if he didn't it wouldn't end things, but she was hoping he wouldn't mess up already.

Kaycee sighed quietly in response and rubbed her forehead with frustration. "Yeah, okay, I'll talk to you later," she told him before she went ahead to hang up the call. She wasn't sure that she'd talk to him again that day, because she was sure he'd stayed the night with the girl, so she'd probably be spending her night with Joel. With that thought in mind, she went ahead to dial Joel's number.

Bennett smiled and nodded as they sat down at the restaurant, though her words made him fairly happy. "I'm happy you're mine, too," he said quietly in response, "I didn't think I'd be that lucky, honestly." And, it was the truth. It was why he didn't want to screw things up with her. He wasn't usually one for relationships, but Sophie was different to every other girl that he knew.

Joel smiled when he saw Kaycee's number appear on his phone. Yes, that meant he got to have some time. Micah messed up enough that he had grown fond of her, but he knew he was just her revenge. Didn't mean he didn't enjoy it when he got to have his fun with her. "So what are we trying tonight?" He asked with a chuckle.

Sophie smiled and held his hand. "So... are you going to drink tonight?" She asked. She couldn't help that she was curious. Yeah, she was letting him go to the party but she was still allowed to be curious about what he would do. She knew he wouldn't be so stupid to screw it up just yet. He wasn't that daft.

Kaycee couldn't help the small grin that formed on her features upon hearing his words. "Well, I don't know. Micah's not really telling me what went down, aside from him cheating, so I guess anything is fair game," she mentioned with a small shrug. "Seems like I get to sleep over, at least."

Bennett wasn't sure how to take her words and he blinked for a moment as he thought over how to react and what to say. "Would you prefer that I don't?" he asked, figuring it'd be left up to her. Parties sucked without alcohol, though. And if she said she didn't care either way, he'd definitely drink.

Joel smirked at her words, even though she couldn't see him and nodded his head. "Good, that means the possibilities are endless and we can do whatever you'd like to do." He, for some reason enjoyed the fact that he was who she chose for this bad revenge plot.

Sophie shook her head, wanting to roll her eyes but she didn't. "Bennett, I'm not going to limit you - I trust you. That's the point of this whole thing. You're free to do your thing, hopefully without intentional cheating, and I'll do mine. I don't want you to feel like I'm limiting you in someway...."

Kaycee laughed quietly upon hearing his words and nodded slightly. "Yeah, I guess that is what that means," she hummed out quietly before she searched through her closet for clothes to change into. "You mind picking me up when you're ready for me to come over?" she asked.

Bennett stared at her for a few moments before he offered a nod and pressed a kiss to her nose. "I'll be on my best behavior," he promised quietly, though he hoped that he could stay true to his words. He genuinely cared about Sophie and he didn't want to mess that up.
