Beth smiled as she listened to Stiles ramble on about class schedules and classes and everything else in between. He really was cute, and she wouldn't be surprised if Kaycee picked up on the fact that she thought he was cute. Her assumption was proved correct when she glanced over to her friend once they reached the main office and she saw her wiggle her eyebrows at her. Beth's cheeks flushed lightly and she shifted her gaze back over to Stiles briefly. "We'll be back." She said, reiterating what Kaycee had just said. She didn't even realize that she had though because she was still flustered over her friend's teasing. "I hate you." She mumbled to her friend once they were inside the main office, shooting a playful glare her way before Kaycee greeted the secretary and gave her their names.

"Thank you, ma'am." She said politely once the woman had handed them their schedules. She followed Kaycee out of the main office and handed her schedule over to Stiles. "What classes do we have together?" She asked curiously.

[I'm going to hold off on Scott and Isaac until everyone's all in class or lunch or something together ]

Kaycee laughed quietly in response to her friend's words. She couldn't help but to tease her friend, though. They didn't really get the chance to be around people they could like or grow attached to. If her friend wanted a shot with that Stiles guy, Kaycee was all for it. "You love me," she corrected with a playful nudge before she looked to her schedule and followed Beth out.

Stiles grinned and nodded. Taking their schedules, he looked over them. "Alright, let's see..." he started before he showed them which classes they each had with him or even the others, from what he could remember of his friends' schedules.

"That's debatable." Beth teased, nudging her friend back lightly before she walked out of the main office. She wasn't at all surprised that Kaycee was teasing her about the small crush she already had on Stiles. They really never had the opportunity until now to get to know people, let alone develop a crush on them. Once they were outside, she handed her schedule to Stiles and waited for him to tell her and Kaycee if they had any classes with either him, Scott or Isaac. She figured there was bound to be at least one with how small the school seemed. She honestly kind of hoped she had more than one with Stiles.

"It looks like you and I have three classes together, Beth. Math, Science, and History," Stiles told her with a smile. "Our first class is together, so I can show you there without a problem." He nodded once before he looked over their schedules and hummed. "Kaycee has Science with Scott and History with Isaac and Math with both. We all have English together."

"So, then I have to go find Isaac to get to my first class?" Kaycee asked, since her first class was History. She sighed quietly because he'd been the difficult one. "Great. Lucky me. I'll see you later, Beth." She offered a smile to Beth before she went to look for Isaac.

Beth smiled when Stiles told her that they had three classes together. That was good, it would take some of the edge off of being the new kid if she at least knew one person in a majority of her classes. It also helped that she had three classes with the guy she had already taken somewhat of a liking to. She was sure Kaycee would tease her about it later on. She was positive on that actually. "See you later, Kay." She sent a smile her friend's way before turning her attention back to Stiles. "Alright, show me to math class."

Isaac and Scott had gone their separate ways not long after Stiles had shown Beth and Kaycee to the main office. Part of him really hoped he didn't have any classes with the brunette. He still didn't know how he felt about her. He knew that Stiles and Scott seemed to trust both of the girls enough, but he didn't know if he could just yet. They'd given them their story and they hadn't been lying, but he was still pretty hesitant to trust either of them. He also wasn't too sure if he liked Kaycee regardless of whether he trusted her or not.

Stiles watched Kaycee leave before he looked to Beth and smiled slightly. "Yeah, okay, come on," he told her with a nod before he quickly led the way. When he realized that he was walking in that quick, awkward way that he sometimes did, he slowed down to avoid Beth losing him in the crowd. "Are you any good at Math?" He looked at her and arched a brow. He didn't have much of a problem with it, but... Well, his mind was usually elsewhere, especially this year and... Well, ever since Scott turned into a werewolf, really.

It wasn't hard to find Isaac's scent and Kaycee followed it without an issue and without seeming like some creep. When she finally spotted him, she slipped through the crowd to catch up to him. "So, guess who's unlucky enough to have me in their first class?" she asked with an arched brow as she walked next to him, though she held up her schedule so he could see it. "Or, rather, who's unlucky enough to have you in their first class. I guess even running from a twisted Alpha doesn't fix my luck, hm?"

Beth tried her best to keep up with him, though he was significantly taller than she was and the hallways were crowded enough. She was glad that he seemed to notice and slow down for her, allowing her to catch up to him with ease. "I'm not terrible at it." She responded, shrugging her shoulders. "I like history more if I'm being honest. Numbers give me a headache sometimes. Give me something to research or read up on and I'm golden though." She told him with a smile. She'd had a lot of free time over the years being homeschooled and all. Plenty of time to read book after book after book. "What about you? Tell me what the strengths of Stiles are."

Isaac caught her scent before he saw her. He glanced over to her when she spoke and eyed her schedule. "Don't expect me talk to you." He said cooly as he continued down the hallway towards history class. It was like someone was pulling some kind of a joke on him this year. First the Alpha pack showed up, then Derek kicked him out, then they lost Erica and then Boyd and now he had to deal with Kaycee first thing every single day, five days a week.

"Class wise, I'm not sure," Stiles said honestly as he rubbed the back of his neck. "I make decent grades, but I'm a little distracted by every danger that seems to center itself in Beacon Hills. Plus... Well, I guess I'm good at connecting dots and figuring things out, but there's not really a class on that." He smiled and shrugged, though he wondered if he sounded like some weirdo. He hoped not; this was one of the few girls who'd likely talk to him and she was pretty, so he didn't want to miss out on befriending her if he could.

Kaycee rolled her eyes and slipped her schedule into her pocket. "What? You think I want to be stuck with you? I'd rather be stuck with the cute one," she drawled out in response. "But, maybe if you weren't such a dick, even you could manage to be cute. Imagine that." She snorted quietly and turned her attention ahead, though she fell silent after that. This guy was an ass, she'd already noticed that. But, she had at least hoped that he would have been understanding of the situation. The others seemed to understand easily, so what was his problem?

"That's understandable." Beth told him. She didn't blame him for getting distracted by dangerous things happening in town. If stuff like the Alpha pack happened a lot in Beacon Hills, it was even more understandable. "So you're a regular Sherlock Holmes then?" She asked lightly when he said he was good at connecting the dots, sending a smile his way. God, he really was cute. Sure, he was a little awkward, but she didn't think he was weird or anything like that. That was the last thing that came to mind when she looked at him. She was really glad that they had a couple of classes together. Hopefully she'd be able to get to know him because of that.

"You're the last person I want to think I'm cute." Isaac said with a slight roll of his eyes before he walked into the classroom. He was glad they didn't have science together. If they did, with his luck he would probably end up stuck with her as his lab partner or something. There was group work in history class too, but not to the same extent or degree that there was in a science class. Normally classes were straight lecture with occasional group activities. That meant he could sit and take notes and hopefully never have to talk to her at all.

Stiles nodded. "Something like that," he said with a smile before he shrugged. "I mean, somebody has to figure things out, right? The police... They can't deal with the supernatural. They'd think we're crazy if we even tried to tell them. So, I guess the job kind of falls on me if I want to keep my friends safe." And his dad. He couldn't lose his dad. The fact that his dad was already in danger sometimes because of his job as sheriff was enough for him to not drag his dad into this. "It's easier said than done, of course." Shrugging, he entered their class.

Kaycee tried not to feel irritated with the situation but she didn't say anything. Instead, she walked into the classroom but since she wasn't sure what seats were available, she just sort of stood around, watching people take their seats.

(Sorry this is short; I'm about to do a quick 10 question quiz for Biology that I almost forgot about)

Beth nodded. "That's true." She said. "You must be a really good friend if you involve yourself in all of this though." Someone had to deal with all of that supernatural crap, and it was fairly obvious that Stiles was a really good friend if he was human but still seemingly as involved in all of this as he was. "Most things are easier said than done." She pointed out as she followed him into the classroom. She wasn't dreading today as much as she had been originally. It was nice having someone to talk to seeing as she and Kaycee didn't have many classes together, and Stiles was extremely easy to talk to.

Isaac made his way to his usual seat, setting his books down on the desk as he sat down. He couldn't help smirking when he saw that Kaycee was standing up at the front of the classroom rather awkwardly. If he'd wanted to be nice, he would have told her that the seat behind him was always empty, but he wasn't feeling all that generous today. And watching her stand up there and wait and make it all the more obvious that she was new was far too entertaining for him to stop being kind of childish and tell her. He knew that when it came down to it he'd have to at least learn to coexist with the brunette, but that didn't mean he had to like her. So far he definitely didn't like her.

Stiles blinked but smiled slightly and nodded. "Yeah, I guess so. I'll tell you more about all of that later, though," he told her, figuring that he could explain how he got wrapped up in everything. It was only fair; the girls didn't seem to mind letting them in on their life, so there was no reason for him to really hide anything, either. Moving to take his seat, he gestured to the one next to him. "You can sit there, if you want. The guy who used to sit there moved about a month ago," he told her with a small nod.

Kaycee could see the smirk on Isaac's features and she stared at him, her eyes narrowed. Eventually, she muttered quietly, "Grow up, Isaac." She knew nobody with normal hearing would hear her, but she knew that Isaac would be able to easily. She didn't really mind standing up there and taking in the way the classroom was. It was just that students would mutter about a new kid when they saw her and she didn't want that attention. She was good at telling people off, but she wasn't good with people paying attention to her.

Beth nodded. "Alright, I'm expecting a full explanation later then." She said with a small smile. She was sure that there was quite a bit that he and his friends had to tell her and Kaycee if they were asking them to meet up after school. Not that she minded. That meant she'd get to hang out with Stiles some more. She'd tell him more about what was going on with her and Kaycee if he wanted to know. It was only fair really. When he told her to take the seat next to him she nodded and took a seat. She was glad that she was sitting next to him and not next to someone she didn't know at all who would likely gawk at her for being the new kid.

Isaac laughed quietly when he heard her comment. He knew that she had muttered it quietly enough so that only he would be able to hear her because of his wolf hearing. He didn't respond with a comment of his own though. Instead he opened up his notebook to a clean page, ready to take down notes on whatever topic was going to be covered in class that day. He figured the teacher would be in any minute now to instruct her on where to sit once the bell rang.

Stiles nodded slightly in response, figuring that it wouldn't be too hard to give her a full explanation of what all had happened. If nothing else, he could at least give her a summary, though he knew they'd all been through so much lately that there really was no telling how long the explanation would last. He fell silent, though, when the bell rang and the teacher came in, and focused on pulling out his notebook and pencil, along with the textbook for the class.

Kaycee narrowed her eyes when she heard Isaac laugh, even if it was quiet. Before long, the class was full and the only spot available was the one behind Isaac. Mentally, she cursed her luck but moved to sit down just as the teacher entered, because there weren't any other seats available and she doubted the teacher would just switch up the seats because of a new student. Sighing, she leaned back in the seat with a frown and glared at Isaac's back.

Beth was extremely curious to know what had happened in Beacon Hills. When she and Kaycee chose to come here, they both assumed it to be a small town that they could hide out in for a while. She hoped that would still hold true once Stiles told her everything, or mostly everything anyway. She shifted her attention to the front of the room when the bell rang, hoping that attention wouldn't be brought to the fact that she was a new student. She really didn't feel the need to go up in the front of the room and give some Cliff Notes summary about herself.

Isaac smirked slightly, sensing the glare she was sending his way. He didn't quite know why he chose to act the way he was towards her, not completely anyway, but it really only partially had to do with the fact that he didn't trust her or her friend. He wasn't about to willingly be a part of the welcoming committee. It just seemed too much of a coincidence for him that they would show up around the same time that all the crap with the alpha pack was happening. He'd tolerate her at best, but that was it.

Stiles allowed himself to relax in his seat, though he did occasionally glance over at Beth. For the most part, he wondered if she was nervous about being in a new school. If she was, would she be able to control herself? To stop herself from shifting? He hoped it wouldn't be too much of an issue. Then again, it seemed that she and her friend had a pretty good idea of how to handle themselves; after all, they hadn't shifted when it was pretty obvious that they had been nervous when the group approached them.

Kaycee let out a quiet sigh and leaned back in an attempt to at least look calm and relaxed. Mentally, though, she was trying to think of ways to get out of Beacon Hills now that they knew there were far too many werewolves there for Kaycee's liking. Kaycee didn't really like the idea of being surrounded by werewolves, especially when it would only serve to attract attention. They couldn't afford to have attention on them, with their alpha likely attempting to hunt them down.
