Hey, I'm not too sure if my story fits the creteria so I'd like to ask. A story that revolves Heaven and Hell as I think of it with mythical beings counts for this???

Thats a questionable area. High fantasies are typically also adventure stories (see: Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones), so if it's also an adventure story I would accept it. But unless heaven and hell as you think of it in the story is completely different than our idea of the two today, I would not consider it a "high fantasy".

There is adventure and I have modernized heaven and hell. If you think that works, my story is called Flames in Heaven.
