Taehyung smiled at Yoongi, knowing his friend only meant well. "Nah, you guys go ahead, I'm going to go back to the common room." He shrugged, knowing the two of them had things they needed to talk about. "I've got a shit ton to do before the tournament begins." He told him, before turning and heading towards their common room. He knew that he wasn't really being a good friend, but right now he needed to lick his wound on his own, and figure away to okay. With or with out Lyla, he had to work on himself.

Rhea smiled at Yoongi, "guess it's just you and me." She said softly. She didn't know if this was a good idea, but they both needed to hear the other out, get all the cards on the table so they could at least know what their options were and think level headed. She knew that what they'd done was great and fun, she'd do it again. But would it be something that got in the way of a friendship or would it be a real relationship.

Yoongi frowned slightly as he watched Taehyung walk off and, while he was sure his friend was just trying to get him and Rhea to talk about what had happened, he still wasn't sure how they should approach the topic. "I guess so," he agreed to Rhea's words before he sighed and rubbed the back of his neck. "Should we try to talk about what happened again?"

Rhea shrugged, she knew it was right to talk about it. "Maybe we can skip it for now." She offered, "and take a walk, maybe try and get to know each other better." She suggested, "because I feel like we barely know each other, or that just me." She knew he'd always looked out for her, "then talking about this might be a bit easier." She didn't know if it would help or make things worse. But it really couldn't hurt to get to know him better.

"I don't think it's such a good idea to keep skipping the conversation," Yoongi said honestly as he looked over at her, "We keep talking and joking around it, avoiding really making any progress in figuring out exactly what we should do after what happened last night. If we keep skipping past the conversation, we won't get anywhere."

Rhea furrowed her brow, "but getting to know you will help with my descion too." She told him shrugging. "But if you really want to talk about it, can we not do it in the castle." She knew the painting gossiped just as much as students. She grabbed his hand before moving them out of the castle, walking down a familiar path that lead by the lake. "So what do you want?" She asked him, she needed to hear from him his want were so she could make a rational decision.

"I know we should get to know each other and I don't think we have to make a decision right away, but we do need to talk about what happened," Yoongi told her once they neared the lake, though he sighed and paused in his steps to look out at the water. "I don't know what I want. I want you, even Taehyung knows that, but I know that going about it the way we did might not have been the best idea, because you could be confused about how you feel, especially considering why you came to me in the first place."

Rhea's steps faltered hearing him confess he wanted her. Blinking over at him she watched him as his attention was on the lake. Her thoughts jumbled. He'd liked her, that's the reason why he constantly warned her. He was trying to protect her from getting hurt. Nibbling on her lip she smiled softly. "I'm sorry." She told him, now understanding. "I never meant to hurt you." She could only imagine the pain he felt watching her try and force a relationship to work. "I knew he and I weren't ever going to work, I didn't realize that you were watching from the sidelines." She said, her heart hurt as she thought over the ache he must have felt seeing another man kiss and touch her. "Last night is hard for me to explain." She started. "I want you to know that I never meant to hurt or use you." She sighed knowing that's exactly what she did.

"Watching you be with another person wasn't nearly as hard as watching you be with a person who I knew was scum," Yoongi told her honestly. "If you were with a person who actually cherished you, that would have been fine with me, but to see you with somebody who didn't treat you the way you deserve to be treated when I felt like I could was a lot harder than I thought it'd be." He shrugged slightly before he turned his attention to her finally. "You don't have anything to apologize for. I could tell when you came to me last night that something was wrong and that you were trying to get back at the guy."

"No." Rhea said without thinking. "I didn't sleep with you to get back at him or even or what ever. I did it to prove to myself, I'm free." She knew he didn't know what she was talking about, "I only kissed you to thank you, and everything twisted." She smiled softly. "I never meant for any of that to happen, but when you kissed me back and wanted me too, that caused that to happen." She couldn't voice it, feeling a warm glow spread on her checks as a blushed formed.

Yoongi watched her carefully, taking in the sight of her red cheeks. "Did you want it to happen, though?" he asked after a moment, "You said you didn't mean for it to happen, but did you want it to?"

Rhea nibbled on her lips. "Well no, I didn't want it to happen." She said before seeing the hurt flash across his face. "But I don't regret doing it." She quickly added. "I can't explain things to you, I feel so different now." She couldn't explain it. She wanted him in a sexual way, but she didn't know him well enough to want him any other way.

"If you didn't want it to happen and you can't explain things to me, is there really a point in even trying to talk about it, then?" Yoongi asked as he looked over at her, though his words came out more so because of the fact that her words hurt rather than it being what he actually thought about the situation.

Rhea took a step back as she stared up at him, shaking her head. "I guess not." She told him, feeling like he'd just struck her. Turning she headed towards the castle, she wasn't going to leave on guy who treated her poorly for another. She'd requested they talk about other things in a sense to get to know one another. But she couldn't stand a man treating her so poorly. She knew that she was partly to blame, but he had allowed it to happen too.

Yoongi watched her leave with a small frown. What was he supposed to do? She didn't want him and she hadn't even wanted what happened to happen. Even if they got to know each other better, it wouldn't change what had happened or that he had feelings for her when she clearly didn't for him. Shaking his head, he turned his attention to the lake for a few minutes, though he eventually headed back inside. She'd looked hurt by his words, but he was the one who had feelings for her and he didn't want to get hurt more than he already had.

Tae sat in the common room pouring over the note Lyla had given him. He was surprised at the death toll, at the same time he understood the danger behind it. He turned to another scroll, just as Rhea stormed into the common room. His eyes lifted to the noise, watching as all the younger years scattered out of her way, before retreating out of the room. He raised a brow at her watching as she slumped down on the couch next to him. "What's up?" He questioned. Not sure if he really wanted to hear the answer. "Yoongi." She said crossing her arms over her chest. Tae looked at her to continue because he knew his friend could be an ass. "He thinks I don't like him or something." She snapped shaking her head. "I wouldn't have slept with him if I didn't like him." She growled, watching Taehyungs face switch to one of surprise. "Oh shit he didn't tell you." She bit her lip before looking down at her hands. Well the cats out of the bag.

A few days had passed since then and the first trial was coming up fast, which had Lyla on edge. She worried for Taehyung and it drove her to continue staying up for many nights, studying more books and writing out notes on scrolls. Instead of giving the scrolls directly to Taehyung, though, she'd leave them at his spot at the Slytherin table each morning or at his spot in the classes they shared. Having finished another round of books - ones that she found useless and repetitive, hence finding no need to give them to Tae, - she headed to the library to turn them in before she began wandering once more in search of books that held better information regarding the tournament.

Yoongi hadn't really spent much time with Rhea since the day they spoke at the lake. Though he'd wanted to make attempts at speaking with her, he usually talked himself out of it, because it seemed pointless. Considering she'd told him that she hadn't wanted things to progress that night the way they had, he wasn't sure approaching her about the subject would change anything. For now, he figured it was best to just keep his distance and let her figure out what it was she wanted - because he knew what he wanted, but it didn't seem, to him, like she knew what she wanted, and that would only serve to make things difficult for them in the long run.

Taehyung moved through the rows of books, his eyes on the one in his hand. He knew it was helpful but he needed to return it. He'd taken notes and now needed to return it. Letting the book go he watched as it rose and put its self back onto the shelf. Turning to leave the library he rounded a bookshelf before smacking right into someone. "Oh sorry." He quickly said looking up, his hands grasping the person in front of him to prevent them from falling. "Lyla." He gasped out, quickly removing his hands from her.

Rhea looked out over the lake, it was one of her favorite places to be at. That was it until her and Yoongi had their talk out here. Glaring out of the water she didn't understand why they couldn't have figured things out. She liked the way things had went with them, she was just being honest. She knew that he didn't want her to lie to him. "Hey." His voice rang out, causing her to snapped out of her thoughts. "Huh?" She asked turning her attention towards him. "Rhea." He smiled watching her as she moved, almost like she was a spooked deer. "Tye?" She asked wondering why he would even bother standing in front of her. "Can we talk?" He questioned, moving closer to him. "What can you possibly say that would make what I saw okay?" She questioned him, his words blurred together as she stood there. Not understanding anything he was saying she stood their frozen. "Rhea." He whispered out standing in front of her his hand brushing her face. "I love you." He told her, before leaning in and pressing his lips to hers.

Lyla froze when she heard Taehyung's voice, only lifting her head to look at him after she recovered from them bumping into each other. For a moment, she wasn't sure what to say and eventually, she just settled with the most obvious thing to say in the situation. "It's fine, I wasn't paying attention to where I was going," she said, though she stepped back from him and glanced around for a moment. She wanted to duck behind a nearby bookshelf and hide or brush past him and pretend that this wasn't the most awkward thing ever, but she was really just frozen in place.

Yoongi was on his way back to the castle, though he had planned to take the more... scenic route, he supposed. Plus, the path by the lake was usually empty. Not today, though, apparently. Halfway through the route, near the lake, he could see Rhea and Tye and a frown formed on his features when he spotted them kissing. He supposed that answered any questions he had regarding what had happened between himself and Rhea, but he wasn't going to just pretend that he hadn't seen it. Instead, he walked right past them, his fists clenched in his robes as he continued on his way.

Taehyung smiled at her, before rubbing the back of his neck. "I actually wanted to thank you." He told​ her. "The notes and stuff you've been leaving me is helpful." He informed her. "I feel like I'm not going into this blind." He shifted a bit wanting to be closer to her, but he didn't want to push his luck.

Rhea couldn't react fast enough as she shoved him away. "What the bloody hell do you think you're doing?" She screaked before slapping him. The force from the slap had him bowing down, that was when she notice a familiar blonde walking away from them. "Yoongi." She whispered out before taking off after him, she didn't know what she was going to say. But before she could even get her thoughts together she'd already grasped his arm in hopes to stop him. "Please, wait." She huffed out in a panic, "I," she started to tell him that wasnt what it looked liked. But she stopped herself. "Yoongi I like you, not him." She managed to to get out, her heart pounding hard in her chest, hoping he'd believe her.

Lyla was mildly surprised to hear his gratitude and she found herself staring at him for a few moments before she blinked and shook her head quickly. "You don't have to thank me," she told him after a moment, "I just... I don't want you to die. I'm not even sure if all of that information will help at all."

Yoongi paused when he felt Rhea grasping his arm and he looked at her as he listened to her speak. He wasn't really sure what he was expecting her to say - it wasn't like he'd expected her to chase after him at all, anyways. But, when he heard her words, he couldn't stop himself from fully turning to her and pressing his lips to hers, because it was all he really needed to hear.
