Office Romance

Jethro looked at Ellie. Slowly wrapping his arms around her waist. "It's fine honey. I am sorry I was pushy. But I was worried." Jethro told her leaning in and kissing her lips softly. "I worry a lot about my beautiful, pregnant wife." Jethro smiled keeping her close. "Let's go home and i'll call the team let them know that everything is ok." Jethro said as he held to her calling Tim and letting him know things were ok.

Johanna looked up at Tim, "I am fine." Johanna whispered to her husband as she took and let a faint sigh escape her lips.

Ellie nodded as she grabbed her purse then slipped on her flats. As they got into the Charger, she looked over to her husband, smiling as he picked up his phone to call Tim. She immediately decided to text Abby, then received a phone call from her. She figured it was to hear it in her voice that she was okay. However, when Abby said that she wasn't even told that Ellie had went to the hospital, the young pregnant woman couldn't help but laugh a little at the Forensic Scientist's panicking reaction. "Abby, I'm sure Tim, Johanna, or Tony meant to tell you....they were probably going to tell Ducky and Jimmy first then got busy chatting with them. But yes I am okay." She spoke into the phone. She sighed, "Yes, 110%." She reassured her.

Tim nodded, rubbing Johanna's arm before slowly pulling her into his hold. He had just wrapped his arm around her waist when he heard her phone go off. He looked down to it, seeing that Gibbs was calling. "It's the Boss." He said before answering it.

"Oh, I do hope our dear Eleanor is okay." Ducky spoke as he watched the young man answer the phone.

Tim nodded, "Hey Boss. Is everything okay?"

"Just letting you know. Ellie is fine, it was those braxton hicks contractions. We're on our way home." Jethro spoke to the young man. "If you don't care let the rest of the team know." He added.

Johanna took and looked at Tim hoping, that Ellie was fine.

Tim nodded as he listened to Gibbs. "Alright, well thank you for calling and I am glad everything is okay. I will let everyone know else know." He then hung up with his boss. Turning to Johanna, Ducky, and Jimmy, Tim smiled. "Ellie is fine. It was a false alarm." He stated.

Ellie finished chatting with Abby and hung up the phone. She then sat back in the seat, resting a hand on her swollen belly. She was ready to go home and just relax. Tomorrow, she would focus back at work once again with more desk work.

Jethro pulled into the house as he helped Ellie out. Once they were inside he smiled kissing the side of her head. "Are you hungry?" Jethro asked her softly giving her a light smile.

Once they were home, Johanna saw Tim on the phone with someone. Walking inside she headed to their bedroom and stripped out of her clothes. Slipping into a gown and tying her hair into a bun. A small sigh escaped her lips. Taking a step she felt the spell hit her again as she gripped to the dresser. "Breathe in and breathe out. Like the OB said." Johanna whispered to herself.

Ellie carefully got out of the car and inside the house. She smiled as Jethro kissed the side of her head. "I am hungry." She spoke as she went to walk into the kitchen. She wasn't sure what she was in the mood for, or what she was even going to make. "What do you want?" She asked as she opened her phone to the Pinterest App, scrolling through the different recipes she had pinned. "Some kind of chicken dish?" She asked, rubbing the side of her belly as she felt a pain. "Oh do you want something more meaty like steak or ground beef?"

Tim was on the phone with Tony and Abby. The three of them were trying to go over a baby delivery plan if Ellie was to go into labor at the office while Gibbs was out on a case. There was even thinking the same case for him and Johanna when it would come time for that to happen with them. As the conversation died down, Tim said his goodbyes saying that he would see the two of them tomorrow. He walked around the house seeing Johanna was nowhere, so he figured she must have went into their bedroom. When walked in and saw her on the bed, he frowned. "Baby, you okay?"

Jethro smiled, "You tell me. Then you can go rest in the living room, and I will make it." Jethro kissed her lips smiling as she rubbed her stomach lightly watching her carefully.

Johanna had managed to get to the bed. Sitting there she looked up seeing Tim speaking to her. Slowly nodding her head she gave him a light smile. "Just tired, honey." Johanna replied softly.

Ellie sighed softly, but wasn't going to argue. "Hmmm...." She looked to him. "What about Chicken Alfredo?" She asked as she kept rubbing the side of her belly. "There's garlic bread in the freezer." She said as she went to sit down on the couch. "And if you would like, I can make a salad." She called to him.

Tim nodded, leaning down and kissed her. "Just wanting to make sure you're okay." He said with a sweet smile. He looked to her. "Can I get you anything?"

Jethro looked back at her as he began. "I got this. You just rest." Jethro smiled at his wife admiring her a second before he took and went about fixing them some dinner.

Johanna shook her head, "I'm good." Johanna told her husband softly.

Laying on the couch, Ellie grabbed he remote, turning on the TV. She flipped through the channels and smiled as she settled on some medical show. Watching the show, she remained laying on the couch, rubbing the same side of her belly. As she laid there, she felt a pain, but said nothing. She just shifted on the couch and closed her eyes, slowly breathing in then out to ease herself.

Nodding to his wife, Tim laid his head down beside her. "If you say so." He spoke softly as he put a hand on her flat belly. "I can't believe we're going to be parents." He said with a bright smile.

Jethro finished up the food. Making her a salad and fixing her a plate with the garlic bread. He walked into the living room placing it on the small table he'd pulled near. "Here you are, baby." Jethro smiled at his wife.

JOhanna looked at Tim giving him a light smile, "I can't believe we are either." She told him as she placed her hand over his own.

Ellie sat up on the couch, and smiled. "Thank you honey." She kept that same hand on her belly as she picked up the fork. "This looks all so delicious." She said before taking the first bite. "And tastes SO good too." She smiled.

Tim laughed lightly and kissed her before moving down and kissing her belly. "What do you want?" He asked, looking to her. "A boy or girl?"

Smiling at his wife, Jethro nodded his head. "Thank you love." Jethro told her sitting down and getting a bite of his own food.

"I don't care. As long as it's healthy." Johanna smiled.

Ellie continued to eat, enjoying every bite of food. When she finished her food, Ellie laid back down on the couch, rubbing the side of her belly. She looked over to Jethro, seeing he was still eating. She grabbed the remote, still flipping through the channels. As she laid there, she felt a strong kick that caused her to gasp. "Oooh." She breathed.

Tim nodded, "I want the same thing. I don't care if it's a boy or girl. All I want is for the baby to be healthy." He smiled and kissed her. He kept his hand placed on her flat belly. "You're going to take things easy right?"

Jethro took and looked at Ellie, "Are you ok?" Jethro asked concerned.

Johanna gave him a light smile, "Yes, Tim. I promise to take it easy." Johanna told him.

Ellie nodded, "Yep." She said as she sat up more from the couch. "We're just adjusting ourselves." She rubbed the lower part of her belly, getting caught up in watching The Good Witch. "Jethro..." She then said. "Can you come here?"

"Thank you." Tim said with a smile and kissed her. "I'm just looking out for you." He then looked to her. "And you're not going to argue or get mad at me like Ellie did with your Uncle today are you?"

Jethro took and walked over to her and looked at her, "What's wrong?" Jethro asked worried about her.

"There might be some days, I might." Johanna replied softly to her husband with a smile. "Just don't get mad." She kissed his cheek smiling at him.

"Nothing." She said with a sweet smile. "I just need help from the couch, I want to go get some kind of sweet dessert." She reassured him as she got up a little, but needed help the rest of the way up off the couch.
