Office Romance

Ellie shook her head. "No, I just need to pee." She laughed lightly. "And you can't help me much there." She laughed as she went into the bathroom. When she finished, she washed her hands, then held onto the sink for a moment. "Ouch." She breathed. "Jethro." She called out from the bathroom. She was starting to feel a pain, and just wanted to lay down at this point. "Help."

Tim laughed, and kissed the top of her head. "I think we can manage through anything...together." He winked.

Jethro ran into the bathroom looking at her. "Ellie, what's wrong?" Jethro asked staring at her seeing the pain filled expression she had on her face.

"I think so too." Johanna smiled at Tim and kissed his cheek. "I mean look at us. We're like the rockstar couple." She laughed out softly.

Ellie breathed in and out, "Help me to the couch, please." She said as she reached out, holding his hand. She didn't think it was time, however, she was definitely needing to relax. This was going to be a rough couple of weeks to keep this baby in. She had that feeling.

Jethro helped her to the couch looking at her worried. "Are you sure you don't need to be checked?" Jethro questioned his wife. "Eleanor you have me worried." Jethro told her honestly.

"I planned on it." Johanna smiled at him.

Tim looked to Johanna, nodding with a sweet smile. "Alright, I was just wondering." He leaned over, kissing her softly on the lips. "You are the best." He kissed her once more. "I am so lucky to have you has my wife and the mother-to-be of our unborn baby."

Ellie looked to Jethro, shaking her head when he asked if she should be checked out. "I think I'm okay." She responded as she got up from he couch. She looked to Jethro and kissed him softly. "I don't mean to worry you." She put a hand on his cheek.

“And you, Timothy McGee. Or McGeek as I remember starting years ago.” Johanna smiled beamingly. “You are an amazing husband, I am lucky to have you as my husband. And this baby, will be thankful and beyond blessed to have you as a father.” Johanna whispered cupping his cheek and leaning over and kissing his lips lightly.

Jethro stared at Ellie putting his arms around her. “After today, you just worry me. I can’t help it.” Jethro told her softly keeping her close to him. “Are you sure you’re ok? I mean I can call your OB let him come by and check you if you’re hurting.” Jethro told her softly.

Tim chuckled at his wife's sappy words and just smiled. He leaned in and kissed her softly on the lips once more. He could never get tired of kissing her. "Well, we are just lucky people." He smiled, putting a hand on her stomach. "This baby is going to have the best mother in the world." He grinned. He looked to her, just taking a moment to take her in .

Ellie frowned a little, seeing how worried Jethro has become. She really didn't want to call the doctor, but knew that if Jethro was this worried, then maybe it was a good idea. Even it was just to settled his ease. "If you want to do that babe, you can. " She said, waddling into the kitchen. Grabbing herself a bottle of water from the fridge, Ellie made her way back into the Family Room. "See if the Doctor is willing to make a house call." she breathed.

Johanna looked at Tim smiling, "Thank you." Johanna whispered kissing his cheek. Leaning into her husband she yawned a little. She was really wore out and just wanted to sleep.

"Ok." Jethro said as he called her OB. Hearing him agree it wasn't long till he arrived. Standing in the doorway he watched the doctor go towards Ellie.

Tim nodded, and smiled. He curled up to her, and just yawned lightly. He was slightly exhausted a little, and slowly started to drift off to sleep. "Have you heard from your Uncle on how your Aunt is doing?" He laughed, teasing the idea a little that Ellie was technically her aunt now.

"Thank you Dr. Peters for coming out." Elie said as she remained laying on the bed. "Well I'm glad Jethro called me." He said as he pulled out his stuff. He looked to Jethro in the doorway. "How long as she been feeling like this?" He asked, knowing if he asked Ellie she would say something like she was fine. Ellie laid there, a hand on her belly.

"Since earlier today. But by her facial expressions she's gotten worse the past few hours." Jethro replied. "Is she in labor?" Jethro questioned Dr. Peters.

Johanna looked at Tim swatting his chest, "He hasn't called or anything. I figured I would leave them alone. If anything happens, I know he'll call me." Johanna smiled at TIm.

Dr. Peters nodded, quickly taking the time to look over Ellie. He was a little concerned that she was going into labor, but didn't want to freak her out, considering she was a new mother.

A few minutes later, Dr. Peters looked to Ellie and just smiled. "Alright, sweetheart." The Older Man said as he sat on the side of the bed. "I don't believe you'll be having a baby today. However, I need you to be extremely cautious and careful. Because truth be told, you are ready...it's now just up to this baby." He explained.

Ellie blinked, looking to Dr. Peters. "Okay...does this mean I am on bedrest?" She asked.

Dr. Peters shook his head. "No, not yet. Unless you feel I need to prescribe you being on bed rest."

"No Sir." Ellie quickly responded

He nodded, "Just take it easy. Your body is getting ready for this. But if you need anything else or something changes, please call me."

Tim nodded and laughed a little, thinking about the fact that Johanna just swatted him for calling Ellie her aunt. "I mean, you know I am being technical." He teased once more, before leaning down to kiss her. He then laid his head on his pillow, but kept her close to him.

"I promise. We'll call if we need anything at all." Jethro told the man as he nodded. Holding Ellie's hand he looked at her and smiled softly.

Resting her head on Tim's chest, Johanna laughed lightly, "Yes dear, I know that." She teased. "But Ellie has been my best friend for some time now." She smiled. "I can't see her as nothing more than my best friend, even if she is technically my aunt." She told her husband smiling.

The doctor nodded to Ellie and Jethro, trusting the two of them with knowing that the arrival of their little one would be sooner rather than later. "Good, I will be just a phone call away." He reassured them before gathering his belongings and walking out the door.

When the doctor left, Ellie looked to her husband, not saying a single word. She gently rubbed a hand over her belly, feeling the baby actively moved around, kicking with every motion. "Jethro, I'm sorry." She whispered as tears slowly trickled down her soft cheeks. She had nothing to be apologizing for, but she felt like she needed to.

Tim laughed lightly, kissing the side of her head. "Of course honey." He chuckled as he kissed her on the lips. "I was just teasing you about it." He teased her as he rubbed the side of her body.

Jethro looked at her kind of shocked a moment. "Honey you don't need to apologize." He assured his wife taking her hand into his own. "What is bothering you honey?" He questioned wiping her tears away frowning.

"You just tease all the time." Johanna whispered smiling at her husband kissing his lips softly.

Ellie didn't say anything at first. She just grab a hold of her husband's hand, but didn't look to him as the tears trickled down her soft cheeks. She softly sighed, "I don't know. I just don't like the idea of having to take it so easy. I don't think I have ever felt so fragile in my life, and yes I know it's because our little boy is in here...but still." She whispered as she wiped away her tears. "I'm due any minute, yet I feel like I am not ready for him to come yet."

Tim kissed his wife's lips. "Well I am sorry." He whispered. "I guess when I am just in still shock about things, I don't stop talking about them." He looked up to her and hugged her. "I am so happy to call you my wife and this little one is something very special." He said as he placed a hand on her belly.

Gibbs sat down looking at her, "Honey it's part of this. Everything is going to be fine. I am going to be right by your side through all this, Eleanor." Gibbs smiled at his wife.

Johanna smiled, "I am glad you're my husband, Timothy." Johanna whispered kissing the side of his neck before his cheek. Smiling at him as she rested into her hubby smiling.

Listening to her husband, Ellie nodded. She knew that Jethro was right - everything was going to be fine. A small smile appeared on her face as she heard him address her as Eleanor. In moments like these, when Jethro called Ellie by her full first name, she would instantly become weak at the knees. "Oh honey." She spoke as she hugged him then kissed him. "You're right. Thank you for being so amazing."

A small groan escaped Timothy McGee's lips as his darling wife kissed the side of his neck. "Why do you have to be so perfect." He whispered as he wrapped his arms around her a little more. "I love you more than anything in the world."

Jethro smiled holding to her. "Everything will be fine, I promise." He whispered to her.
