@ salander.
Nora smiled, "Well Enzo you are showing me that not all Vampires are evil, done deal, considering I am a student and barely able to afford anything with the amount text books cost. It is ridiculous, they want students to attend college but you have to cough up a lung to afford anything." she stated shaking her head. "Oh no, I am finding it quite amusing. Especially when you take no notice of her and her face crinkles in annoyance... does that make me a bad person for enjoying that? Am I sadistic?" she questioned jokingly. If Nora had been in the waitresses shoes she too would have been annoyed that an attractive male is paying her no attention especially since she is trying her hardest to capture it.
The waitress returned with their drinks, Nora turned to look for Bryn who was no at the bar engaged in conversation with a dark haired male that she had never seen around her before. She was relived when she saw that she was smiling and having fun. The alcohol in her hand was a little worrisome however she chose to give her the benefit of doubt and leave her be. If things got messy she could get her out of their easy. She would simply fling her over her shoulder and walk out.
She turned back to Enzo and saw the waitress was talking to him, quickly she grabbed her drink to try and stifle the giggle that wanted to escape. Nora couldn't help but watch the male. He was so very, very unnaturally attractive. It really wasn't fair on the female population, especially when he also had a accent to make hearts melt and knees go week.
As she sat there her thoughts wandered back to her father, she tried to shake her head of him. His voice resounded in her mind telling her that all vampires deserved to be killed, they weren't normal, they were evil. They had no heart. How wrong he was. She was learning that maybe not all of them were bad. That and he had never read the journals Maggie had left behind. That had been her and her mothers secret. Whenever the topic of Maggie came up everyone made sure her father was out of the room.
Damon snorted at the mention of his brother, then again perhaps the two would bond over things like art and poetry. Then again he had Caroline, there was an unspoken thing between those two. It was patently obvious that the blonde had a serious thing for his brother but she was too chicken to say anything. It took every ounce of Damon's strength not to bang their heads together in an effort to make them see how stupid they are being.
"Perhaps I will, you two can bond over art and poetry."
Yes food. he thought to himself everyone in this bar was beginning to look like a breathing blood bag, he was going to have to drink this place out of liquor if Elena didn't hurry the hell up. He turned his head and looked at Bryn. Maybe, just maybe if he got her alone and compelled her. No what was he thinking that was a terrible idea.
Or was it.
He had been so deep in thought and he could hear her heart beating and knew that her blood was running through her veins that he had missed what she had actually done. It wasn't until she turned to look at him that he snapped out of his zone and nodded his head.
"Right..." was all he could say he finished his drink before grabbing her arm. Come with me. He hoped she wasn't on vervain or drinking vervain otherwise this was going to go horribly wrong. He pulled her outside of the bar and around to a dark corner where no one would be able to see them before he stopped moving.
