Ryan sat in class, watching Claire from a distance. He had been wanting to go out with her for two years now. She had turned him down every single time. It was starting to get on his nerves. He did have a plan this year though. With his grades slipping he was going to get her to tutor him. He smirked as the bell rang and caught up to her in the hallway. He leaned against the locker next to her. "Hey Claire." He said. He smiled, "I know." He said, cutting her off before she could tell him to leave. "I need your help. Im not here to bother you." He explained. He was hoping she would hear him out.

Santana sat in Julie's room laughing. They had decided to have a sleepover on this Friday night. Santana heard loud rock music begin to come from Julie's brother Jake's room. Julie sighed and beat on the wall, "Jake turn it down!" She yelled. "God he is so annoying." She said. Santana smiled at her friends words. "Lets get popcorn! Im starving." She said, getting to her feet. Julie's parents were gone for the weekend so they had the house to themselves. Santana opened the door, surprised to see Jake standing there The two siblinga always fought. Santana assumed it was because they were so different. She did have to admit that Jake was extremely hot. "Hey Jake." She said, smiling up at him. She always got along with Jake and he wasnt too bad.

Claire had already finished up her paper and was quietly reading a book. She felt eyes on her, but simply ignored her. She had been getting stared at for years -- today was no different. She was always that kid that everyone wanted to punch with how she seemed to finish her assignments in no time. When she turned her head, her brown locks seemed to move with her face, they reached just about chin length and framed her heart shaped face. Hearing the bell ring, she stood up her tank top swaying and her skinny jeans complimenting her darker skin tone. She had soccer next and was desperate to escape to just playing on the field. Hearing her name, she looked up her emerald green eyes shining before seeing Ryan. She sighed opening her mouth, "Rya-." She was abruptly cut off blinking when she heard him and crossed her arms across her chest, her collar bone jutting out against her skin. "Okay. What do you need help on?" She asked him sighing as she watched him trying to ignore the fact that he was actually incredibly cute. She didn't care, you could be the cutest person, but have a terrible personality. He just used girls for their bodies. She wasn't into that.

Jake had just gotten back home and heard two girls giggling and rolled his eyes annoyed by the fact of Julie's laugh being so cringe worthy. He loved his sister, but damn she was annoying. He turned his music on and headbanged with the rhythm. He heard Julie banging on the wall and he had just taken his shirt off to change and sighed turning it off and heading into the hallway. He saw Santana and saw her eyes visualize his nicely toned body and smirked before meeting eyes with Julie and saying, "I just got home, Jules." He sighed and shook his head, "Just let me have my damn music as loud as I want. You know for a fact I never get to have it playing otherwise." He frowned furrowing his brow as he watched her. He crossed his toned arms over his chest, his tattoos shining in the bright light. The only girl to ever turn him down was Santana and he needed that to change.

Ryan looked at her, "Well, I need help in a few classes and seeing how you are one of the smartest people in school i thought maybe you could help me out." He said. He really hoped she would go for it. Sure it was mostly just to get her alone with him, but it wouldn't hurt to get some of his grades up as well. He would absorb some of the information right? Ryan watched her, "Please, we can meet in the library if that makes you feel better." He offered. He knew that she would feel more comfortable that way. Ryan also knew that she would probably not turn him down because she liked to help people. It was something that he liked about her. Ryan let his arms fall to his side, "So will you help me?" He asked, smirking slightly.

Julie glared at Jake, "Well if your music wasn't so awful then maybe i wouldn't mind it." She said, not backing down. Santana sighed and leaned against the doorway. "You two argue i'm going to make popcorn." She said, squeezing by Jake, their bodies brushing together slightly. She walked down the stairs and found a bag of popcorn, putting it in. Julie looked at Jake, "Just keep it at a reasonable level. I should have to hear you crappy music over a movie downstairs." She said before pushing him out of the way. She turned to him, "And quit staring at my friend." She said, knowing that he had looked at her that way. "Weirdo." She muttered before she walked off. Santana stood in the kitchen, waiting for the microwave to ding. She looked over as Julie returned, "Did you kill him? Do we have to hide a body tonight?" She joked, laughing softly. Julie shook her head, "No he's still breathing...for now." She teased back. Santana grabbed a bowl and walked out of the kitchen seeing Jake. Why not have some fun with him? "Hey Jake you should watch a movie with us. Julie picked out a scary one." She said, smiling at him. Santana knew exactly what she was doing. She did it all the time to Jake. She teased him constantly. She made sure she wore her booty shorts tonight and a crop top to show off her body. Julie looked at Jake, then went to the living room to set the movie up.

Claire studied him as he spoke, trying to figure out if he had an alterior motive. He probably did, but she didn't understand why he would pick this thing out of anything else. She sighed hearing him and said, "Fine, library though. I have soccer practice after schools most days, and you can decide when we meet because I'm free most nights, unless I have a game." She took his arm and took a marker out of her bag and wrote her number on his arm. "I really have to go, or coach is going to get pissed off. We can talk more at lunch or something." She told him before turning around and started to walk off. "You better take it seriously." She murmured to him before starting off towards the locker room. She changed into her uniform and sighed stretching and doing some runs before going out into the field. Once she was warmed up, she headed into the field, her hair up in a clip so it wouldn't be in her face. She smiled at her teammates and started to kick the ball around swerving around the other girls.

Jake rolled his eyes and said, "Way better than that godawful shit you listen to. I mean Nicki Minaj sounds like she's trying to sing while having a dick stuck in her throat." He retorted shaking his head. He watched Santana leave and turned to Julie raising an eyebrow. He ignored the feeling he got from feeling Santana's body against his. He rolled his eyes and blinked hearing her last remark and smirked, "That's none of your business." He turned and followed her figuring he needed a drink. He got a shirt back on first before rummaging around in the fridge. He looked up seeing Santana and blinked hearing her say he should watch the movie with them and rolled his eyes, "Nah, all you're gonna do is just tease me." He told her walking past her accidentally brushing against her ass and headed upstairs. He shook his head once he was in his room and muttered something about her being the death of him under his breath. He knew! He was going to ask her to tutor him in math.

Ryan smiled as she wrote her number on his arm, "Alright, I will call you later." He said. Once he got home from school he went up to his room and laid on his bed, staring at the ceiling. He waited til about six to call Claire. He sat up as she answered, "Hey, its Ryan." He said as he got to his feet. "I was wondering if maybe we could at your place." He suggested, "Whatever makes you comfortable." He said, smiling.

Santana smiled at his words, "I would do no such thing." She said laughing. She went to the living room and sat down on the couch. She popped a few pieces of popcorn in her mouth as the movie started. Once the movie was over Julie put a comedy in and Santana set the empty bowl on the table. She couldnt get her mind off of Jake.

Claire sighed after soccer was over and had to run two miles afterwards because coach wanted them to. When she got home it was around 5. She showered and dried her hair before getting some shorts and a tank top on and heard her phone ringing. She picked it up and murmured, "Hello?" She heard him say it was Ryan and nodded to herself, "Hey. My place is probably a bad idea to be honest. The library is fine. When?" She asked him over the phone sipping on her drink gently while laying back on her bed and trying to just chill out from the running she just did. Her legs fucking hurt at the moment. Her mocha colored skin shone in the light.

Jake rolled his eyes and said, "Evil." He smirked before going up stairs. He invited one of his boys over. He grinned wanting to let fireworks go off tonight. He heard the doorbell ring and headed downstairs and opened the door. "Hey Mike!" He grinned clapping him on the back. "Jake!" He laughed and looked over once inside and whistled, "Damn, I didn't know your sister was hot." Jake wrinkled his nose and laughed, "Hands off man, that's my sister." He grinned before grabbing a lighter and some fireworks. "We'll be outside. If you hear explosions, It's alright." He smirked before closing the front door.

Ryan thought for a moment, "How about after you get done with practice." He said. Ryan smiled as he thought of her, "Does that work?" He asked. Ryan was glad that she was going along with this. "I appreciate you doing this for me Claire." He said.

Santana rolled her eyes when she heard the guys, "Whatever, dont lose a finger!" She called. After awhile Julie got up, "Those idiots are going to get in trouble." She said. Julie walked out on the back porch, "Jake you are going to get in trouble." She said, crossing her arms. Santana walked out after her, "Oh its just fireworks. I doubt your neighbors are that lame." She said as she leaned against the banister. She looked at Jake, "Light another one Jake." She said, smiling at him.

Claire blinked hearing him, "My practice just ended if you're wanting to do it today. My practices normally end around 4:30 and I get home at 5 so I can get to the library at like 5:30." She told him. She heard him say her name and blushed over the phone and said, "No problem." She was glad he couldn't see her. "I'll head to the library now. What subjects do you need help on?" She questioned him. She stood up getting on a pair of jean shorts and finding a different tank top and getting it onto herself. She smoothed her hair down before just letting her makeup stay the way it was. She grabbed her bag and reached for her keys.

Jake laughed seeing one hit a tree. He couldn't help but fucking fall over and laughing when he saw Mike put one in his ass and try to shoot it like a dumbass. He saw the girls come out and laughed even harder. He couldn't stop it. He stopped laughing when he heard her and shrugged. He aimed one right for the neighbor's roof and lit it watching as it soared over the house. "Fuck." He grinned again and lit another one aiming down a little more and cheered happily when it hit the roof. It started to freak out and fly everywhere.

Ryan smiled when she said she would meet him at the library, "I need help with Math and biology." He explained. He hung up and got ready. He grabbed his bad and headed to the library. He smiled at Claire, "Hey Claire." He said as he sat with her. He pulled out his stuff, "How should we start?" He asked.

Santana laughed softly at the boys. Julie narrowed her eyes at Jake, "Jake seriously knock it off." She said. Santana smiled as she walked into the yard with them. She hated that she was drawn to Jake. Mike opened his cooler, "I brought refreshments." He said, tossing Jake a beer. "Would you like one?" He asked offeeing Santana one. Santana took the beer and opened it. Julie sighed, "Santana really?" She scolded. Santana looked at her friend, "Julie i havent even drank a beer and you are killing my buzz." She said laughing.

Claire nodded hearing him and told him alright. She got to the library after telling her mom she would be home later and was helping someone with school. She saw him already there and sat down at the table. She heard someone call her name and saw Johnathon and waved him at him telling him hi. He was on the guy's soccer team and asked for her help sometimes. She smiled before turning back to Ryan and said, "Hey. Well, which one is giving you the most trouble? That's the one you want the most work on." She explained to him. She brushed some of her brown locks away from her face turning her pretty green eyes up at him and tilting her head waiting for his answer. She gave him a small smile, figuring it wouldn't kill her to be nice.

Jake cackled seeing it fly around. He couldn't help himself. He sighed hearing Julie and rolled his eyes. He heard Mike and laughed taking one and taking a drink of it. "Yes." He said. He heard Julie and took one and walked over to her. "Okay, look, you can either drink one or not, and if you don't want to that's fine, no one is making you, but Jules damn calm down and have some fun. " He told her before setting the beer down. He lit another firework and grinned as it exploded in the air. "Live a little Julie. We're only young once." He grinned at her. He laughed hearing Santana.

Ryan looked at her, getting lost in her eyes for a moment. He shook his heaf, "Mostly math." He said. Ryan opened his book amd started studying with her. After a few hours he leaned back and looked at her. "So...are you hungry?" He asked, "We could get something to eat." He said smiling.

Santana laughed softly as she took a sip of her beer. She watched as Julie sat down, "You know Mike Julie is single." She urged. Julie glared at her, "Santana i swear to god i will.make you sleep outside." She snapped. Santana smiled, "Oh im sure Jake will give me somewhere to sleep." she said, looking up at him, seeing him smirk. Fuck that smirk was sexy. Julie shook her head and grabbed a drink, "I hate you all." She said as she took a swig of the beer.

She looked at the time and saw that it was eight and winced knowing for a fact that she didn't eat. She heard him and raised an eyebrow at him, "I thought you only wanted to study." She mused softly. She didn't want to accept if it was going to be considered a date. She refused. He would just get in her head and fuck her up.

Jake heard Santana and looked at Mike, "Don't even think of it, dude. I'll kill you in your sleep." He laughed finishing up his beer before getting another one. He wasn't going to get drunk, just have some fun. He saw a pool next door and bumped Mike with his elbow and grinned nodding his head towards it. He saw Mike nod and smirked before hearing Santana and said, "I'm sure I could find somewhere for you to sleep." He laughed smirking again. He heard Julie and snickered, "No you don't. Don't be such a downer." He told her.

Julie stood up, "Im not being a downer. I just dont want to get in trouble." She said. She followed his gaze, "Jake no. We are not using the Johnson's pool." She said, knowing the neighbors were out of town. Santana looked ovee as well, "Oh yes!! Let's go." She said, grabbing Jake's hand and pulling him. Julie groaned as she walked with them. Santana smiled when they got to the pool, "Julie we cant get in trouble if nobody is here." She said laughing. She grabbes another and drank some of it. Santana looked at the boys, "Alright, get in and test the water." She teased them.

Ryan smiled aa they walked out, "I was thinking a diner downtown." He said as they walked. He walked towards his motorcycle and looked at her, offering his helmet. "Its quicker this way." He said, smirking. "I will drive slow." He said, seeing her looking scared for a moment. "I promise." He said. He helped her with the helmet and got on,waiting for her to get on.

Santana gasped as he picked her up, coming up from the water. "You ass." She said, laughing as she splashed him. Mike came running and jumped in. Santana looked at Julie, "Come on Julie get in." She said as she swam over to the side of the pool. She grabbed her beer, taking a swig of it. It didnt take her much to get tipsy but she was having fun. She watched as Julie finished her beer and started on another.

Claire smiled gently and nodded, "Alright." She told him and checked to make sure she had her wallet. She saw his motorcycle and bit her lip gently sighing and took the helmet before fastening it onto her head. She yawned for a moment before getting on after him and wrapped her arms around his torso and holding on tightly so she was sure she wouldn't fall off or anything. She wasn't scared of the motorcycle so much as that she was scared ebecause she had never been on one before.

Jake shrugged feeling her splash him and grinned for a moment. Jake laughed as Mike did a cannonball into the pool and dunked his ass underwater before laughing as they wrestled with each other. He wasn't going to drink too much especially since they were in the pool. He had to be the "responsible" one.
