Nyx was incredibly pissed off that she had let herself get caught. She didn't understand how she managed not to kill someone. Now, she had to play nice with the ugh Avengers. She honestly found them repulsive with their do good this. Do good that. This world was cruel and selfish and hadn't treated her with any kindess, so why should she show the world kindness? She wished she had just killed them at this point instead of being tied up. Like that could stop her power. If she wanted to, she could get loose, but she figured she could get interesting information out of them. She could easily make her skin hard and get out of these stupid chains that held her. They hadn't managed to take her clothes yet and she donned a blue tank top that flattered her upper body as well as a pair of black shorts and her hair was falling onto one part of her face, but as she tilted her head, her nose ring glinted in the light.

She was stuck in a room now that was surrounded by glass she wouldn't be able to break. She frowned before hissing and sat down glancing around. She saw Banner walk in and smirked wondering if she could piss him off enough to turn into the hulk. She looked and then almost groaned seeing Tony, knowing for a fact that he took everything as a joke or an experiment, and she refused to be seen as a stupid science experiment. She was a human, kind of. She didn't appreciate them just assuming she would comply. She could run circles around any of them easily.

Tony sat in the briefing room with Banner. They had captured a girl who had insane powers. He didn't want to hurt her but he did want to learn about her. Like who she was and where she came from. They had been following the girl for a while watching her until finally they were able to catch her. With a sigh, Tony got up and walked into the cell with Banner. This was going to be a very interesting converstation especially if Nyx was going to fight against them the whole time.

He walked over to Nyx. "Hello. We just want to ask a couple of questions" he said sitting in a chair across from her before laying her file on to the table. He knew that she could get out if she wanted to but he was curious to know what she was wanted that caused her stay. "You keep going from town to town. Leaving chaos behind. Why is that?" he asked her as he watched her. He was trying to give the girl the benefit of a doubt and trying to give her a chance.

Nyx watched as they waltzed into the room, her eyes narrowing slightly. Her eyes were a beautiful emerald color and they never missed a beat. She watched as he sat in a chair and just tilted her head watching him as though she were a wild predator. She noticed he had a file with her name on it and snorted crossing her arms over her chest her nose piercing glinting in the light as well as her hair seeming like fire against her skin. Hearing his words she laughed, "I didn't cause the chaos. If you've been tracking me, then you should know that, Mr. Stark." She said looking around the stupid cube she had been placed into. She noticed Banner was just quietly studying her and she raised an eyebrow and murmured, "I'm not a science experiment." She raised an eyebrow before looking around again feeling like a cornered animal. She hated this. She saw Captain America standing outside in a corner just watching her and she snorted again. "What does pretty boy think he's going to do if I decide that I want out?" She smirked before shaking her head. She returned her eyes to Tony and decided she might as well play nice for the time being.

Tony watched her for a moment, not saying anything. There was no denying the woman was beautiful but she was a trouble maker. He wasn't going to throw her in jail or hurt her. His intention was only for her to join their time and this was the only way they could get her. "No one said you were. You aren't here to be poke and prodded at" he said as he looked through the file. He let out a sigh when she made the comment about Steve. "You aren't in any trouble. The only reason you are here is beacause we want to help you" he said looking into her eyes. He was being sincere about what he was saying. There was a lot of people that would pick up meta-humans and torture them.
"We don't want to hurt you. You gotta trust me" he said before looking at the hulk and captain. He signaled for them to leave the room. Once he did, he turned back to her. "Now its just me and you." He said as he looked at her again. "Are you going to let me help you?" He asked her.

Nyx felt his eyes on her, and simply crossed her arms over her chest watching him as she tilted her head to the side. She had two powers. One was that she could transform her body into anything she wanted, and the other could use manipulate Ice. Her body was her defense and the ice was her offense. She popped her neck while watching Tony her eyebrow raised as she did so. "Even if I was in trouble, I wouldn't care." She told him coldly. "If I'm not a science experiment, then what do you want?" She asked making it abundantly clear that she was not comfortable being in a giant cube. Hearing him say he wanted to help her made her scoff. "Help me? And How would you do that?" She questioned him her eyes shining with mischief. She watched Banner and Steve leave the room and laughed. "Oh yes, because being alone in a room with the infamous Ironman is going to make me feel better." She said sarcastically. "Depends on how you're going to want to "help" me." She said using air quotes around the word. "Your version of help, could be a ginormous difference between my version of help." She told him wanting to very badly get the fuck out of the box. She didn't like being caged. She wasn't some wild animal -- she was a person, no matter her abilities or not.

Tony watched her as she sat, listening to her answers to his comments. It was true he really did want to help her. He could tell she was putting a front and lying. It was something he could pick up on quickly since he was guilty of doing the same thing. "Well it makes the room less crowded plus I didn't want you to intentionally piss Banner off" He said, knowing that she probably had that idea in her head to escape. "Help you as in. Give you a home that you can come and go as you please. That along with food and supplies. Plus you would be apart of a team" he said. It wasn't like Tony to be a team player but he understood why the Avengers needed to exist. "Its up to you though I won't make you." I said I watched her. He wasn't going to use her as a science experiment. He simply wanted her to be apart of the team and that was all.

Nyx snorted softly looking out the glass studying something out in the distance before turning to him and laughed hearing him, "I would do that. Actually, I would piss him off just because I'd like to see it up close." She told him before sighing as she took her shirt off getting hot. Where she had grown up, being naked wasn't something that bothered her or the people she was around. She still had on her sports bra on though and paced the room gently. Hearing him, she shook her head stopping having her back to her. "I don't want a team." She said aggressively. "I just want out of this fucking cube and to do whatever I want whenever I want." She glared at him, knowing she wasn't going to use her powers at the moment considering she didn't want to kill anyone. "Teams just get in the way." She murmured before crossing her arms over her chest again and sighing as she looked out. Multiple scars littered her back and her abdomen and shoulders leaving what could only be assumed torture or worse. She shook her head before turning to him. "Let me guess, you can't let me leave." She told him knowing how the script went.

Tony continued to watch the girl in front of him, trying to read her face as she spoke. He then was surprised when she took her shirt off, throwing him off a bit but he didn't let it show. His gaze folllowed her as she began to pace the cube, listening to her little rant about teams. He was about to say something but then he noticed the scars on her body, figuring that the girl in front of him went through hell. "Right now, No I can't" he said before standing up. "But I can put you in a room in that is not a cube" he added, opening the door for her.

Nyx knew that he was surprised simply from how his body had reacted to the fact that her shirt had come off. He couldn't hide the jolt his body got from the surprise of it all. She was glad when he didn't say anything about her ranting and was glad that he didn't try to argue with her. Snorting as she heard his response she walked forward passing him the scent of vanilla and strawberries filling the air when she did pass. She rolled her eyes before seeing Banner watching from a distance and tilted her head as she met his gaze raising an eyebrow.

Tony walked after her once she passed by her. "Don't start anything you too" he said talking to Nyx and Bruce. He then went in front, grabbing her hand and leading her. He lead her to a living room like a area that was a bigger space and it was a lot more comfortable. "Is this better?" He asked as went to the chair. He really wanted her to consider to be apart of their team. "So tell me what you do want for you to consider to be apart of this team" he said.

Nyx shot Tony a look that could kill. She glanced back at Banner watching him curiously as he just watched her cautiously. She felt Tony grab her hand and was too surprised to rip away from him. She looked around seeing the bigger space and crossed her arms over her chest as she heard him. "It's not my place." She told him sourly. She sighed hearing him. "Nothing. I like being by myself." She told him shrugging as she went over by a window and watched as the leaves swirling around in the wind. She liked the cold.

Tony let out a sigh as he watched Nyx walk around the large room. He had to come up with something for her to join the team but he knew that if he kept pushing she would last out more towards him and want to even less. "Alright. I'll give you space" He said, getting up and walking towards the door. The room didn't have a lock or a door. If she wanted to, she could leave the room. "Let me know if you need anything" He said before leaving the room and walking to his lab. He had hoped that even if Nyx did leave the room. She would atleast stay and look around a bit before deciding if she wanted to leave or not. Tony understood where Nyx was coming from. They did in a sense kidnap her but Tony was never going to harm her. He wanted to learn more about her and wanted her to join the team.

Nyx just wanted to leave and go find somewhere abandoned so she could use her powers. She watched as he left. She waited a few minutes before leaving through the window. She ran off not looking back because she didn't want anything to do with this. She was well aware that he knew she had left. She ran a hand throughout her red hair before pulling it into a messy bun and finding a dark and abandoned building and sat down sighing as she looked up and started to make little snow flurries in the air and smiled before making other things. She loved to just mess around with her powers. She wondered why Tony even cared. She didn't want anything to do with them. She just didn't want to be part of a team once more.

Tony went to his lab and checked the cameras. He knew that she would leave but apart of him hoped that she wouldn't. After a few minutes, He got up and walked out of the building. He figured he went to the abandoned building that wasn't far from where they were. Once he got there, he walked in. "Nyx" he said, walking in. He saw her playing with snow flurries but he didn't get any closer. "I just wish you would give it a chance instead of just turning it down" he said. It took tony awhile to convice the rest of the team to even consider Nyx to be apart of their team.

Nyx heard footsteps and sighed looking up as she heard a voice. Seeing Tony there was not surprising and she didn't need him here nor did she want him here. She watched him carefully making sure he didn't get any closer than that. Hearing his words, she rolled her eyes before saying, "Why would I give any of you people a chance when none of you were willing to give me a chance before I turned into a free lancing person?" She asked shaking her head. "I don't need pity. I don't want a team. I want to watch the world burn." She murmured. "Maybe then it won't be so cold." She watched as the flurries danced in the wind and reserved herself to just watching them.

Tony watched her for a moment before he got closer to her but not to close, giving her space. "We made a mistake and we are sorry. I am sorry" he said as he watched her. He knew that she would have to either join the team or they were going to have to stop her. "Please take this chance" He said, hoping she would said yes. This was something he believed in thats why he fought so hard for it.

Hearing him, Nyx laughed and said, "If only I believed the apology." She looked over as he moved closer her body tensing up as if she were a cat bristling from anger. "Mistakes don't just magically fix themselves." She hissed her eyes going almost silver as she said these things the room dropping in temperature as her anger surged. She controlled herself before shaking her head. "The only thing I would even consider if to be able to get extra practice without being on the team." She told him sharply.

Tony watched her as she laughed. He then backed up when he could tell that she was angry. "Tell me what I can do to fix it" he said as he watched her, making sure to keep a safe distance so she wouldn't go after him. "What do you mean extra practice?" He asked her. He was willing to do anything to get her on their team. She was going to be a great asset to the team and he wanted to help her.
