Nova smiled as he pulled her close, “Oh! I forgot there is a rock band at the bar downtown tonight. Do you want to go with me?” She asked him. "Of course, I would love to go with you, and hang out with you the rest of the day. I'll admit that I'm going to force you to go to the store. We need to have something to eat until the concert," Travis said, looking at her. She laughed as she started to scoot out of the booth. "Oh, don't laugh. You have very little food to eat at your place," he joked.

Nova laughed, "Sorry I'm never home." She said as they walked. "Lets go by the store though." She said. They walked into the grocery store and got some things for the apartment before they got in the checkout line. "Is that everything?" She asked him, looking over at him.

Travis looked in the basket. It was filled enough to last at least a few days. "I think that we should be good for a while," he answered as they moved up in line. He looked around at the others. He felt normal when they were like this out in public--just them doing the normal every day things. After checking out, they headed back to her house and dragged in the groceries. They each grabbed everything they could and made it all in one trip.

Nova smiled as she put away the groceries. "Well i think i have enough to feed you now." She said laughing. She sat on the couch when she was done. "So what should we do to waste time?" She asked him. Nova bit her bottom lip lightly as she watched him.

Travis laughed. "Don't tell me that you are calling me fat. I try very hard to stay in shape," he teased. He sat next to her on the couch, and noticed her biting her lip as she looked at me. "I don't know. Tell me what you want me to do, babe," he said, meeting her eyes.

Nova didn’t know what to say when he asked her to pick something to do. She knew exactly what she wanted to do, but she knew that it wasn’t appropriate. “Well we can watch some movies if you want.” She suggested. “Maybe drink some before we go out?” She suggested. "Oh, Nova, why do I get an odd feeling that you are wanting to do something other than watch a movie, and start getting drunk?" he asked, pushing his luck with his words. Travis looked at her as he tried to find a way to word his thoughts. He really didn't want to overstep and assume she would be okay with what he wanted, but he also knew that if he didn't ever say anything, then the chance would pass and never return.
