Luna nodded, "Yes." She said as she got in his car. She told him where he house was then looked out the window as he drove. She sighed as they pulled into the driveway. He dad was leaning against his jeep with the surfboards already loaded up. Luna opened the door, surprised when she heard Brian get out of the car.

Marcus looked at the two of them, "Its about time you got here." He said. "Who's your friend?" He asked, looking over at Brian who was clearly older than Luna.

Luna looked at Brian then looked back at her dad, "Um..This is my friend Brian." She said, introducing them. She figured it was better than telling him it was her boss. She heard the dreaded words of her dad inviting Brian to go with them and looked at Brian. She wasn't sure if he would agree to go, but she was shocked when he did. She looked at them as they turned their attention to her, "Okay well i guess I should go get changed." She said. She walked into her house and got changed into her black bikini, pulling a pair of shorts on over the bottoms. She put her hair up and grabbed what she needed. She walked out of the house, "Ready?" She asked them. Luna frowned when her dad suggested her riding with Brian. She wanted to say no, but her dad was already getting in his car. She got in and looked at Brian as they followed his dad. "Why did you agree to this?" She asked him.

Matt smiled as he pulled her close to him, "Maybe you can make it look less boring in here." He said laughing. He ran his fingers through her hair. "Do you want to watch a movie or something?" He asked. He looked at her before he placed his hands on her cheeks and kissed her softly.

Brian got into the driver seat of his car, he was surprised at the offer. Though his intention was purely to see if this was really her dad. He didn't like the fact that she was going alone with a man he'd never met before. Thought he really couldn't say much since he'd only know Luna for a few weeks. "Because I wanted to annoy the shit out of you." He smirked over at her, as they followed her father to the beach. Brian hadn't planned on doing much today, so this was a great way to get to know Luna better. Her father was the perfect object to observe. He wanted to get to the bottom of her stubbornness.

Lexie sighed out against his lips, she was enjoying him finally touching her. Granted before this day started she wanted him to sweat it out. But it was proving to be harder than she'd imagined. Brian left his wallet and phone in his car, taking his keys he exited his car before locking it. Decided it was best to give her some space, he moved to her father grabbing a board from him. "Ever surfed before Brian." He father asked. "I have." Brian laughed out, before taking his shirt off. "If I had of known we were going surfing I'd have brought my board." He informed the older male. For some reason he felt very relaxed and happy to just enjoy the company of the man. Brian knew that if the man knew what he'd done to his daughter he might not be this welcoming. Smiling he noticed Luna staring at him. Normally he'd have said something but her father standing so close he'd let it slide for now.

Lexie smiled up at Matt, she wondered just how lonely he was. She knew it was a miserable feeling. But after long it became welcoming to be alone. Though she could tell that Matt wasn't one for being alone. "Hmm." She smirked up at him, "oh really?" Her hand placed on his chest, "how glad?" She asked.

Luna was already paddling out into the water by the time the guys got in. She sat up on her board as she waited for a good wave. She watched as the guys joined her and looked at Brian. Luna watched as her dad took the one wave and she looked at Brian. “Are you doing this to annoy me or are you actually enjoying it?” She asked him frowning. She hated to think that he was just trying to get under her skin. She could tell that he did like surfing though.

Brian looked over at her as she spoke, his eyes taking in the way the water droplets slid down her chest and arms. "I love surfing." He shrugged, before looking at her face. "I actually think he's a really good guy." He didn't want to see that in her father, but it would explain why she only seen him twice a year. He wasn't ready to grow up. And he noticed how Luna adored him, it made him know that her problem was separation issue, the men in her life were never authoritative so she was a strong willed woman. No wonder she didn't like to be told to do something.

Lexie smiled as she made herself comfortable on his lap. "What's there to tell that you don't know?" She questioned him, knowing he really didn't know any thing about her. Brian watched Luna as she left him chasing a wave. His eyes trailed over her as she stood on her board. She was so sure of her movement making him smile. Was there anything this girl wasn't good at. Shaking his thoughts he took the next wave, enjoying the spraying of the water. And the cool breeze on his skin, grabbed his board moved to the beach. He was about to go back out when Luna's voice stopped him. "Surprisingly?" He scoffed, before shaking his head. "I've been surfing since I was five." He informed her, knowing that she was just teasing. But it was something he took pride it. He took off back into the water, not letting her get to him. The water calmed him, and he was happy right here.

Lexie furrowed her brow before looking up at him. "Well I live with my mom and step dad, and my sister Luna you know." He'd actually taught Luna the year before. She shrugged her shoulders not knowing what else she could say. Her family was dysfunctional at best. But it wasn't something she could escape easily. Though the summer couldn't get here fast enough. Luna laughed at his comment then moved back into the water. She sat up on her board as they sat in the water. She listened to her dad talk and ran her fingers through her hair. His next question floored Brian, he was trying to keep his cool. He didn't know if it was because he was trying to get under his skin or actually get to know him. "I own a productizing company. Syn Inc." He elaborated, wondering if Luna had told him about her internship there. "No shit." The man said smiling, "you must make a lot of money then." He smirked over at his daughter before sending her and wink then catching the next wave.

Lexie chuckled hearing Matt's questioned. "Well beside hanging with my rebellious friends, I like to read." She watched his expression. "Yes I like to read, shut up." She laughed knowing she never read any of the book he assigned. Feeling his hands on her side she shivered lightly. "I like having sex." She teased him, hoping to pull his attention away from her.

Brian bit his lip he knew he put his foot in his mouth informing her father he was rich. It would cause more problems than he thought. Like how did they meet and where they more than friends. But he prayed it didn't come down to that. Brian watched at the shore line got closer, stepping from his board. He grabbed it and tucked in under his arm before moving onto the beach. He noticed Luna and her father were still standing there, he wondered if they were ready to leave.

She said before she left the two there and got back in the water. She went out into the water and sat on her board. She hated that her dad was now only focused on Brian's money. She looked at her hands, then looked in front of her.

Her father was a chill man, but he was fuming right now.
