It'd been ten years since Phoebe Stuart, had been in Huntington Beach, CA. Phoebe gripped to the steering wheel of her 67 mustang GT. She saw her son in the passenger seat beside of her snoozing away. Dove was her world, and a secret to her ex boyfriend. The only one that knew out of her ex's group was her cousin, Matt. Sighing as she took the turn towards the condo she'd bought. She let a faint sigh escape her lips knowing that sooner rather than later. She'd have to tell Brian about his son.

Zack took and sat in the studio with the guys. He looked at Matt and noticed him not into the session today. He also noticed Brian staring into space. "What is up with you guys?" Zack questioned.

Brian hadn't seen Matt's cousin Phoebe in years and now she was back in town with a kid. It honestly bugged Brian that she had seemingly moved on from him when apart of him still hadn't moved on from her. He always found himself comparing his girlfriends or one night stands to Phoebe. The dark haired guitarist sighed softly, looking at Zack when he asked what was up. "I guess Phoebe and Prue are both back in town," he mumbled. "And they have kids."

Prue sighed softly as she walked into her new apartment, less than pleased that she had run into her former best friends Johnny and Matt earlier while she was running errands with the twins. The last thing the dark haired woman needed was Zack knowing she was back in town with kids. She honestly hoped one day she would be able to tell Kenzi or Dallin the truth about who their dad is but she honestly didn't think she was ready for that just yet.

Zack looked at Brian, "Wait what?" He questioned sighing. "Are you telling me that she had kids with her?" He sighed. He had never moved on from Prue. Now knowing she had moved on and was back in town with her children. Some part of him had wished she'd came back to him. But knew it'd never happen. He sighed picking at his guitar before letting a long sigh escape his lips.

Phoebe watched Dove work on his homework and smiled helping him when he needed. She couldn't believe after this school year he'd be going into the sixth grade. The question he continuously asked her was about his dad. But she couldn't find herself to tell him that his father, was his idol. She watched her son and sighed, getting lost in her own thoughts about everything.

"That's pretty much the same way I reacted," Brian grumbled. He took a drink from his water bottle, a part of him wishing it was something harder like whiskey. He knew the warm burn of the amber liquid even if it was just a single shot would at least help him pretend he was okay with the fact Phoebe never came back to him or even tried to let him know she was back in town.

Prue pulled her long straight locks back into a messy ponytail as she began helping the twins get their rooms organized. She was honestly blessed she could afford the small house she got since Southern California was never known for having inexpensive housing. Of course working at Alternative Press and getting the raise she did when they asked her to move helped a lot.

Zack sighed leaning back into the sofa. He downed his water and tossed the bottle. He got up and walked out needing a smoke. Once he got outside he sat in the lawn chair and lit up his cigarette. The thought kept wondering through his mind. Was the kids his? He shook his head figuring she'd moved on and everything. He took another long draw and sighed seeing Brian and Matt sitting down.

Phoebe frowned watching Dove before getting up. She took and got her phone calling Matt. Once she had it arrange she knew she had to do this now. For the sake of her son. Even if he hated her in the long run. He needed to know the truth. "Hey squirt. C'mon. We're going to hang out with uncle Matt." Phoebe smiled.

Once they were on their way. She pulled her charger in behind Matt's. She climbed out with Dove getting out on the passenger side. She saw Brian sitting outside as Matt jogged towards them. His family had adopted her when her mom had died in a car crash. He was more of a brother than a cousin to her. She took and hugged Matt laughing as Dove hugged him as well.

Brian watched as Matt began talking to Phoebe, his eyes wandering to her kid as he began wondering and questioning a lot of things. Why had she left? Why hadn't she even said goodbye? Was there a chance his kid was hers? There were honestly so many questions Brian had and he knew the only way he could get them answered was if he just watched Phoebe from afar. The dark haired guitarist walked over to the pair of cousin's forcing a smile on his face as he did. "Hey," he greeted. "When did you get back in town?"

Prue sighed softly as she listened to Kenzi and Dallin bicker about god only knows what. It was honestly a little frustrating at times how the twins found ways to argue about the tiniest of things. "Alright you guys," Prue explained. "Go get changed. I'm going to text Aunt Phoebe and see if she and Dove want to come eat out with us." She pulled her cell phone as her kids walked into their respective rooms and closed their doors while they changed. Hey. Are you and Dove hungry? I'll be my treat.

"A couple of days ago." Phoebe replied to Brian and smiled lightly. Phoebe kept Dove close to her and saw Dove's eyes light up as Brian walked to them.

"Mom it's my idol!" Dove smirked trying not to fan too much.

"Brian this is Dove. Dove you know who this is." Phoebe smiled.

"It's an honor to meet you." Dove told him.

Phoebe looked at Matt and smiled lightly biting on her lip. She heard her phone go off and grabbed the message. She smiled replying back to Prue. Sure, where do you want to meet at?

Zack watched Brian with Phoebe and Matt. He kind of figured the kid was Brian's. He looked just like Brian. Zack shook the thoughts from his head. He took and walked to the studio and inside as he sat down grabbing his guitar. He wondered if Prue's number was the same. He decided on texting her. Hey Prue, it's Zack. When did you get back into town?

"Do you play guitar too," Brian asked. He was honestly a little unsure of how excited Dove seemed to be around him. He wasn't even sure why either. He was used to being around younger more high energy fans. The only thing he could assume was that it was because of who Dove's mother was. In Brian's mind if Phoebe had stayed they probably would have had a kid by now. When Brian heard Dove say he did play guitar he couldn't help but smile. "How about I show you my guitars and we see how good you are."

Prue smiled when Kenzi and Dallin sat next to her on the couch. Dallin grabbed the remote and turned on the tv, figuring since his mom wasn't ready yet they could watch tv while they figured out where they were going to eat. How does that taco place by the pier sound? Prue text Phoebe back, hoping the twins would behave since sometimes they got rowdy in public. She felt her phone vibrate again, shocked when she saw a text from Zack. Hey Zack. I've been back a couple days now. I actually ran into Matt and Johnny at the grocery store yesterday.

"Can I mom?" Dove asked.

Phoebe nodded her head and saw how excited he was. She heard Dove scream and jump and down. She laughed lightly watching him. She watched Brian and Dove disappear. "You know you got to tell him, Phoebe." Matt told her. All she could do was nod her head. She knew she had to tell Brian that was his kid.

Phoebe grabbed her phone, Sounds great. Give me a bit. Dove is with Brian. Long story.

Zack sighed and bit his lip. He took and texted her back. Can we meet up and talk later?

Brian lead Dove inside, glancing over at Zack before he grabbed two of his acoustic guitars. He had Dove sit down, handing one to the boy before he sat down besides him with the other. "What kind of sings do you know how to play already?"

Prue's eyes widened when she read Phoebe's text. She knew just how nervous the brunette was about telling Brian he was a dad and honestly she felt the exact same way with the twins and Zack. Let's hope everything goes well if you end up telling Brian. Zack is texting me right now so I'm sure he'll end up finding out soon.

Prue bit down on her bottom lip when Zack text her back, apart of her unsure of meeting with him would be a good idea. It'll be kind of hard to talk with kids. Sometimes they find the silliest things to argue about.

Dove smiled, "About all of the avenged ones." Dove told Brian. "Plus some Metallica one's." Dove held the guitar and smiled at Brian as he cleared his throat a little.

I don't plan on telling him. Though Matt is pressuring me to do so. Phoebe sighed texting her friend.

Zack sighed and shook his head. Maybe a park or something?

"How well can you play Almost Easy," Brian asked. He knew that was definitely a song that would be played better on an electric guitar but the acoustic wasn't as heavy so he figured it would be easier and better for Dove to play.

Prue bit down on her bottom lip as she read Phoebe's text. Would you admit it to Brian if he actually figured it out? Kenzi and Dallin began whining they were hungry, causing their mother to lead them to the car before she replied to Zack's text. I just have to take the kids to lunch with Phoebe and Dove first.

Dove grinned, "Very well actually." Dove told Brian and smiled at him. He looked up seeing his mom walk in and groaned.

"I hate to be a party pooper. But we need to get you fed. I promise you can come back and hang out." Phoebe assured Dove.

She saw him get up and get upset. She watched him walked him out and looked at Brian. If he had figured it out, she'd admit it to him. But if he didn't she'd figure it out.

Zack looked at the message, Ok. Zack replied to her and laid his phone down. He took and sighed a little bit running his hands over his face.

"Your mom knows where I am so we can always jam later," Brian rimless. He looked at Phoebe, hoping to see her again. The guitarist didn't care she had a kid now he had missed her too much to not try and have her back in his life again.

Prue made sure Kenzi and Dallin were buckled up before she began driving to the pier. She knew the twins loved the ocean so they could spend a little time at the beach before she met up with Zack to talk.

"I need to talk to you a second, Brian." Phoebe said watching Matt take Dove out to the car for her. She crossed her arms staring at her ex. "Remember the night I left. I had came home to tell you something so exciting. But I overheard you and Matt talking." Phoebe sighed. "I heard you tell Matt you weren't ready for marriage, or to be tied down." Phoebe saw him nod.

"I found out that I was pregnant. Ten years ago when I left, I was pregnant. I figured that me being pregnant, would tie you down so you couldn't live the dream you'd wanted. So I fled." Phoebe sighed staring at Brian.

Zack finished laying his tracks and saw Jimmy grinning. "Brian has a kid." Jimmy told Zack laughing. Zack rolled his eyes shaking his head. If Brian couldn't catch on to that. Then something was wrong with his friend.

Brian looked at Phoebe, glad he was sitting down because his legs felt like jello. He had a kid? That was the reason the love of his life has just up and disappeared. "For the past ten years I've been wondering what I did to make you run," he mumbled. "If you had just told me we could have made it work Phoebe." He ran his hands over his face, trying not to get upset because he had missed ten years of his kid's life because of a misunderstanding.

"How funny would it be if Prue's kids were yours," Johnny joked with Zack.

Prue let the twins run around in the beach, having already reserved a table for herself, the twins, Phoebe and Dove. She figured if Phoebe was around Brian a reservation for a half hour from then. She sat down in th dand on the beach, smiling as she watch Kenzi and Dallin run around. She had sacrificed a lot for the twins but she loved every song moment she had with them.

Phoebe sighed sitting beside of him, "I made a mistake. But at the time I felt like it was right." Phoebe told Brian. "He loves you to pieces. You are his idol. HE kind of knows your his dad. But not fully." Phoebe told Brian. "I'm sorry Brian, that's all I can say." Phoebe told him getting up. "I have to go." Phoebe told him and walked out going to her car to meet Prue and the twins.

"That isn't even funny." Zack said but kind of wondered. He texted Prue, Brian just found out he has a kid. Are your kids mine? Is that why you left? Zack texted Prue and waited a moment.

Brian watched as Phoebe walked away, cursing under his breath as he ran his fingers through his hair. The whole situation was fucked up but he wanted to make things right by Dove and Phoebe. He planned on being there for them even if Phoebe didn't have feelings for him anymore. Brian got Phoebe's number from Matt and decided to text her. I want to meet Dove properly as his dad.

Prue's eyes widened slightly as she read the text from Zack. She wondered if Phoebe had maybe let it slip but she highly doubted that. One of the guys probably joked with Zack about kids and now he was paranoid Kenzi and Dallin were his. She bit down on her bottom lip, tugging on the skin as she thought of a response. We can talk about it when we meet up later. This isn't something I want to talk about through text messages.

Phoebe arrived at the pier and saw the twins running to her. She hugged them and watched Dove run to Prue and hug her. Phoebe hugged her friend and walked over to the table they were seated at and sat down. "So Brian knows now." Phoebe sighed heavily. She heard her phone and saw the message. She took and bit her lip replying back. When we are finished here.

Zack saw the message and sighed. He didn't reply back. He sat there and wondered if it were true. If it were, why would she keep them from him? He got lost in his thoughts and sighed.
