Audrina headed downstairs, sighing when she saw her brother's friends lounging about their living room. Her brother was cuddled up on the couch with his girlfriend Paige.

Angelo looked up as his sister walked past. "Hey sleepyhead, you finally decided to wake up." He said. Audrina hummed in response before going to the kitchen to get herself a cup of coffee, even though it was nearly three in the afternoon.

Paige looked up from her phone when she saw Audrina come downstairs. “There’s a whole new thing of pumpkin spice creamer in the fridge!” She called in the direction of the kitchen before turning her attention back to Twitter.

Ryan raised a brow when he saw Audrina come downstairs. “Someone probably sensed we were thinking of ordering pizza for dinner and decided to join us.” He teased.

Audrina got her coffee and headed back into the living room, sitting down in the chair, sipping her coffee. She was way younger than her brother who was close to thirty while Audrina herself was approaching her twenty first birthday soon.

She figured that was why Angelo was so protective over her. "How long have you guys been sitting down here?" She asked. "Like Ryan said, we ordered a pizza." Angelo said. Audrina hummed, looking over at Ryan who kept staring at her. Out of all her brother's friends, Ryan was the cutest and closest to her age but even then, Angelo wouldn't allow the two of them to date.

Paige looked over at Ryan when he spoke, sipping the remainder of her coffee that had long since gone cold. She preferred it that way, though. "I just ordered, so it'll be here in about a half hour, maybe forty five minutes." She mumbled before putting her coffee cup on the table. Paige looked over at Audrina (who was about three years younger than her, the two went to the same high school), and followed her gaze to Ryan. The blonde wasn't dumb, she knew what exactly was going through Audrina's mind. "Rina, I'm gonna go smoke a cigarette on the porch. Come with me?"

Ryan nodded his head. 'We got here about an hour ago. I'm surprised the cavalry didn't wake you up." He joked, finishing the rest of his sweet tea. Audrina was cute, he had to admit it. But he was fresh off of his divorce from Allie, and he was rather fond of not having his throat ripped out by both Angelo and Paige. For now, he was just content to kick it with her.

Audrina rolled her eyes at Ryan's comment. Ever since Angelo quit the band, he didn't hang out with the guys as much. He usually only hung out with Ryan or Ricky, sometimes both of them at the same time, like now. "Ricky's so quiet it's like he's not even here." Audrina joked. Ricky just gave her a smile before going back to his phone. Audrina looked at Paige, "sure." She said, getting up and following her outside.

Angelo smiled as his girlfriend and his sister headed outside. He looked at Ryan. "I know what you're thinking, Ryan, and the answer is no." He said. He was very protective of his baby sister, it had been the two of them since Auds was in the nineth grade. Their mother has remarried that year, shortly after their father passed away, and basically moved to California with her new husband and only contacts them once a year, if that. So no one could really blame Angelo for being so protective of his sister and who she befriends or dates.

Paige grabbed her cigarettes off the coffee table before following Audrina outside. She shut the screen door behind her and sat down on the porch swing, handing Audrina a cigarette before lighting her own. A sigh left the blonde's lips as she looked over at her friend. "I know exactly what you're thinking, 'Drina. And don't give me that look. Remember who used to buy your alcohol. I know you." Paige laughed.

Ryan raised his brow at Angelo's words. For a brief second, he wondered if Angelo could read his mind but he shook away the thought. He could understand why Angelo would be protective over Audrina. In a way, all of the guys were. But Audrina was her own person. "I was actually thinking about whether I should have a beer this early or not... But thanks for answerign that for me." He joked, trying to play it off.

Audrina sighed. "Could you try to talk some sense into him? How am I supposed to delvelop as my own person of Angelo is constantly breathing down my neck about every thing?" She sighed as she lit her cigarette. "I can't even leave the house without him going all "dad mode" on me." She sighed.

Angelo laughed, "depends on whose driving. You or Rick?" He joked. "It's always me." Ricky said, sighing as he sat his phone down. "Well nice of you to join the conversation, Rick. What's up?" Angelo asked. "Girlfriend problems." Ricky sighed and got up. "I'm beating Ryan to the punch today and having a beer." He said.

"He loves you, kid. I know he can be a little overbearing at times, trust me, but honestly, he only does it because he cares." Paige spoke, taking a drag of her cigarette. "He worries constantly. I don't mean to defend him, cause I know what it's like to be in your shoes. Remember when my brother threatened to rip Ange's throat out because he's seven years older than me? But that's a completely different situation. My brother's a jackass."

Ryan shook his head-- he'd had to listen to Ricky explain the problems he was having with his girl all the way over, and he felt for him. "Go ahead. I'll let you get the first beer. You need it more than I do." He joked.

Audrina sighed, "yeah. I get that he loves me and that he cares but he needs to ease up a little." She said. "At least you know he'll make a good father if you guys decide to try one day." She smirked.

Ricky came back with a beer and sat down as he took a sip. "What happened now?" Angelo asked. "She thinks I'm cheating on her." Ricky sighed. "What'd you tell her?" Angelo asked. "I'm not but she doesn't believe me." He said.

Paige rolled her eyes before stubbing out her cigarette. “Puh-lease. I have my hands full with you right now. The last thing I need is a mini version of myself running around this place.” She teased. “I’ll see what I can do, okay?”

Ryan shook his head. “Rick, no offense, but she’s kind of a psycho. She’s nice and all but if another girl breathes the same air as you she flips. You’re not a scumbag so she needs to relax.”

Audrina laughed. "Appreciate it." She said and put her cigarette out. "Should we head back in and make sure they didn't destroy the house?" She said as she stood up.

"I can't believe I'm saying this but Ryan's actually right this time." Angelo said. Ricky sighed. "I know but I don't want to break up with her, it'll kill her." He said.

“I don’t hear cop cars, so they’re good. I think they know better than to destroy my house.” Paige laughed before putting her cigarettes back in her pocket and leading the way into the house. She caught the tail end of the conversation. “Yeah, Rick, you honestly should ditch her. I gave you a hug at my birthday party and you would have thought I kicked her puppy down the stairs with the looks she was giving me.”

Ryan nodded his head. “I come up with good ideas like every six years or so. So don’t hold your breath for the next one.” He shrugged.

"Paige is right. She's not good for you, Rick. She was okay in the beginning but she's too jealous." Audrina said, seeing her brother and Ryan nod. Ricky sighed, "I guess you guys are right." He said.

"Well when you think of it, that's what happens when he's the hot one of the band. Girls are obsessed with him." Angelo laughed. "Now they're obsessed with Devin." Ricky laughed. "Nah, they just want Devin to fuck them, they're still obsessed with you." Audrina laughed.

Paige rolled her eyes. "It's true-- half my friends are still asking about 'the cute boy with the eyeshadow' from my party." She joked, plopping down on the couch and propping her feet up on the coffee table. "I should set you up with my friend Larissa... once you get rid of crazy town of course."

Ryan scoffed. "I thought I was the hot one... what the fuck?" He feigned hurt. "Girls like Devin cause he can do their makeup, and girls like Rick because they can wear his clothes."

"Maybe." Ricky told Paige. He chuckled as Ryan pretended to be hurt. "So where does that leave you, Ryan?" Ricky said. "It's his smile." Audrina said. Angelo raised his eyebrow as he looked at his sister. "Or really his whole face in general, a couple of the girls from Paige's party kept staring at him." She said.

Paige nodded her head. "You had my friend Tessa ready to leave her fiance!" She laughed, remembering how her friend from school had freaked out over Ryan. "But then again, she was pretty drunk. Who knows."

Ryan scoffed. "Okay, wow, rude. Way to hurt my feelings, Paige. And I was gonna pay for the pizza." He spoke, sipping his beer. "And I was gonna save you the last beer, but now? I don't think so."

Angelo laughed, "I'm staying out of this one." He said. Ricky chuckled, "poor Ryan." He said. Audrina just smiled as Ryan and Paige went back and forth. She wanted to say something but she knew to watch how she worded things around Angelo, especially about his friends.

Paige rolled her eyes. “Whatever helps you sleep at night, Sitkowski.” She got up from where she was sitting, grabbing a 20 out of Ryan’s wallet before heading towards the front door and paying for the pizza.

Ryan shook his head. “Well, since I paid for the pizza it’s only fair I should get your last beer.” He joked.

Audrina giggled as she went to grab the last beer. She handed it to Ryan. "Here you go." She said with a smile before sitting back down.

Angelo smiled at Ryan. "There ya go. You owe us a six pack next time." He smirked.
