Gabby laughed a little at her husband, smiling as she got up. She quickly got dressed, getting ready for the day. Once she was ready, she turned to Derek, who was taking his sweet time getting ready. "You really don't want to go to work today...do you?" She laughed.

“Not one bit.” Derek smiled at her as he took and finished getting ready. “I honestly, would like a few more days, of my newly wedded, beautiful wife to be with me. Alone.” Derek grinned at her. “But I know we have to return. Or Richard might have my ass.” Derek laughed.

Emily giggled, “You have to say that.” Emily told her boyfriend placing her hand to her stomach. Sighing a little she lent into the island. “So Richard talked to me yesterday while you were busy.” Emily looked at Mark. “I can do rounds, but far as surgeries and everything. He said I would have to stay in your office, and another intern would do surgeries with you. Till Sophia is born and I return from Maternity leave.” Emily informed Mark.

Gabby couldn't help but shake her head a little to her husband. "Derek, you act like you are never going to be able to see me." She laughed a little as she walked over to him. She put a hand on his chest, gently giving his chest a small pat. "You're right baby. We have to return, or Richard will have your ass...especially yours since you are his Chief of Neuro." She chuckled, and kissing him deeply. "Just think the faster we get to work, the faster we can get our shift over, and the faster we can get home." She winked.

Mark nodded, liking the way that Richard was thinking. It was so nice for him to know that his Chief was looking out for his girlfriend. "Well, I couldn't agree more with Richard on that one." He said with a small smile. He leaned over and kissed her softly on the lips, placing a hand on her stomach. "Well at least you can keep me entertained and well informed with rounds." He winked, looking to her, placing a hand on her cheek. "You're always the start pupil when comes to that...I mean you are the star in everything, but still."

Derek chuckled lightly to himself pulling her close. "The closer, to a on call room." Derek winked smirking as he kissed her lips. "Alright lets get going baby." Derek told her smiling kissing her lips softly as he grabbed everything he needed heading to the vehicle to head to the hospital.

Emily laughed lightly, "Charming and corny this morning aren't, we dear?" Emily leaned over kissing his lips softly. "We better get ready and get in to work, before you get in trouble." Emily told her boyfriend smiling at him as she took and pushed herself off the counter making her way to the bedroom to get ready.

Gabby shook her head, laughing lightly at her husband. "Oh you are ridiculous." She rolled her eyes as she picked up her bag. Grabbing her bags, she started to head downstairs to their car. When they got into he vehicle, Gabby smiled. "I am so excited about the fact that I get to be Mrs. Derek Shepherd now at the hospital." She giggled.

Mark nodded, with a bright smile upon his face. "Yes, yes we are." He smiled, watching her. He followed her into their bedroom, watching her get ready. He then started getting ready for work himself. He looks over to her and smiled. "Aren't Derek and Gabby coming back to work today?"

Derek looked at Gabby laughing lightly. "I can't wait for you to be Mrs. Shepherd now at the hospital." Derek grinned. Pulling into the parking area Derek parked the SUV and turned it off. Getting out he took and walked over helping Gabby. Smiling at her he kissed her lips softly heading inside the hospital.

"Supposed to be." Emily sat on the edge of the bed groaning. "Mark, honey." Emily took and frowned. "Can you hand me my sneakers?" She frowned. "I swear I can't even see my feet now to put my shoes on." She pouted feeling helpless.

When they got to the hospital, Gabby smiled as they quickly shared a kiss before heading inside. "Gosh, I feel like it's been forever since we were last year." She smiled, walking through the entrance of Seattle Grace. Seeing some of her friends and coworkers, Gabby nodded to them then looked to Derek. "Do you have any idea of what's your agenda today?" She asked, getting right back into work mode.

Mark frowned a little, walking over to her. "Baby, you don't worry if you can see your feet now or not, that's why you have me." He smiled, kneeling down to help her with her shoes. Once he had her sneakers slipped on and tied, Mark got back up on his face, leaning right over her, and gently kissing her. "Now, what do you say we go to work?" He asked as he slowly pulled away.

Derek glanced over at her shaking his head. “Not one bit. Knowing Richard, he’ll pile it on me to get me back into work flow.” Derek told his wife smiling. “But it’s a beautiful day, to save lives.” He winked kissing her lips lightly as they made their way to the elevator.

Emily smiled at Mark, “Thank you, love.” Emily pecked him one more time. “Yes, I guess we shall get to work.” Emily smiled slowly getting up from the bed edge, after Mark had helped her up.

Gabby smiled into the kiss from her husband. 'Yes, my dear, it is a beautiful day to save lives." She replied when she pulled back from his kiss. When the elevator doors opened, Gabby stepped in, smiling at the fact that no one was in the elevator. "An elevator alone...that's dangerous for the newlyweds." She laughed as she kissed him. "This makes me not want to be back at work." She laughed.

Once they were all settled and ready to go, Mark made his way to his car with Emily. When they arrived to the hospital, he noticed Derek's SUV was back in his parking space. "Well looks like the newlyweds are back." He grinned, looking to his girlfriend. "Are you excited about seeing your best friend again?" He asked with a small chuckle while he parked the car.

"But remember." Derek grinned at her. "We have to be here." He told his wife kissing her lips softly. "But I could do things in here though." He grinned turning and pinning her against the wall as he lent in kissing her lips softly before moving to her neck.

Emily smiled, "I am." Emily giggled softly placing her hand to her stomach feeling Mark park their car.

"I know, I know." Gabby reassured her husband as she smiled. A small giggle escaped her lips as she felt him pin her against the wall. "You can easily do things in here," she commented as she kissed him deeper than before. "Kissing in the elevator, we snuck around doing that for a while."

"If I have to be." Emily smiled softly. "I'd rather be curled in the bed but life goes on." She giggled slowly getting out of the vehicle.

Gabby couldn't help but giggle as Derek kissed her deeply. As they pulled back from kissing, the young woman looked to her newly wedded husband and just smiled. "I just hope today goes by fast, so we can get home." She giggled.

Mark looked to her, not saying a word. He looked over her cautiously making sure that she was okay. He just hoped that everything was going to be okay from now on .

Derek grinned at her, "I do too." Derek told her smiling. "So we can get back to the fun, and not worry about all eyes on us. If we're caught doing something in the elevator we shouldn't be doing." Derek smirked winking at her.

Emily glanced back at Mark once she was around the vehicle. Seeing him eyeing her she smiled, "I'm fine." Emily promised. "The OB cleared me, and said Sophia and I are just fine." She assured her boyfriend. "I'm just really tired." Emily smiled. "Part of the third trimester honey." She patted his arm walking with him.

Gabby laughed lightly, giggling a little when Derek winked at her. Gosh this man easily made her weak at the knees. "I guess this means we need to be on our best before." She giggled once more before moving a little closer to him. She kissed him softly on the lips, keeping her body close as possible to his.

"I trust you." Mark said softly, walking beside her. "Well I don't want to see you over do it." He reassured her while his arms moved her, pulling her to him. He then placed a hand on her rounded bump, rubbing her belly. "You look good."

Emily smiled up at him, "Thank you." Emily told him softly patting his chest as they entered the hospital. She bit her lip exhaling as she looked around seeing how busy it already was.

Gabby giggled and kissed him deeply. "I love you more than anything in the world." She whispered against his lips. She kept herself close to him, not wanting to let him go.

Mark smiled. "You're welcome." He kissed her cheek as they entered the hospital. "Are you okay?" He asked. His hand dropped down to her rounded belly, still rubbing her belly.
