Alex shook his head, "No thanks. I'm actually craving a steak right now." He said, looking at Marge who went back to make him something to eat. He looked at her, "Are you alright though?" He asked.

Makenna smiled, "Well, what do you want to do then?" She asked. She figured he had something in mind.

Claire laughed saying, "Alright." She continued to eat slowly and looked at Marge giving her a smile seeing her flash a warm look towards her. Hearing his words, she raised an eyebrow. "Yes? Why wouldn't I be? I think you're under the impression that I haven't taken self defense courses and haven't had to deal with guys badgering me my whole life." She teased smiling. "I'm fine though, but thank you."

Raine chuckled shrugging. "I'm not sure. I just hate being cooped up. I feel like I'm in a cage when I don't leave." He murmured looking bcak at her. "Any ideas?" He asked her.

Alex looked at her, "Yea well I don't like when guys do that." He said. He was happy when his steak and baked potato was set in front of him. "Thanks Marge." He said. He put some steak sauce on his steak and began to eat.

Makenna thought for a moment, "We could go get some ice cream. That sounds really good right now." She said, smiling.

Claire laughed and said, "I don't like it any more than you do, but it happens, and it happens way more than guys think it does." She sighed before smiling at Marge before just talking to her as if they were old friends letting her leave when she saw someone else come up and ask for something. "It's just part of life." She said shrugging gently as she ran a hand throughout her hair.

Raine smiled and nodded. "Alright. Ice cream sounds good." He said to her before standing up offering her his hand before leading the way to his bike.

Alex looked at her, "Yea well it shouldn't be." He said. He kept eating and thought about how he had to go do a job for Butch tonight. He couldn't wait til Raine was back on his feet so he could do his part.

Makenna smiled, "Oh good." She said. She took his hand and walked out with him. Makenna got on his bike with him and wrapped her arms around his waist.

Claire laughed and said, "I never said it should be this way, but I can only do so much." She replied. She saw Butch come downstairs and immediately glared at him unable to keep her emotions of anger away from him. He was the person who had killed her father. There was only animosity towards him for what he had done. She looked away before mumbling. "I'll see you later." Being in the same room as him made her nauseous. She started towards the stairs.

Raine laughed. He smiled as he zipped through the city to an Ice cream shop that he liked. He parked turning off the engine before getting off and headed inside the shop. "What's your favorite flavor?" He asked her with a smile.

Alex watched as she got up and left the room. He frowned as Butch stopped her. "Where are you going?" He asked her, looking down a Claire.

Makenna walked in with him, "I like mint chocolate chip." She said, looking at him. "What flavor do you like?" She asked him.

Claire felt Butch touch her immediately ripping her arm from his hold before saying, "To my room." She looked up at him before looking away. "Why?" She asked knowing that she had to not look at him otherwise she was sure he'd hit her from the hatred that brewed in her gaze. Her fists were clenched at her sides, so much so that her nails dug into her palms.

Raine smiled before saying, "I like cookie dough. I swear I'd get fat and I'd one hundred percent be okay with it." He told her laughing. He did so much shit though that it was possible. He worked out because it helped his muscles keep from getting sore. He ordered his ice cream before letting Makenna order for herself. He then paid getting his waffle cone when it was done and smiled before sitting down with makenna.

Butch smirked, "I want to send you with Alex tonight." He said. He watched as Alex looked at him, "Take her with you." He said. Alex frowned and nodded. He sighed as he took a sip of his drink, watching as Butch marched off.

Makenna smiled at him, "I had a feeling that was your favorite." She said. She got her ice cream then sat down with him. It was nice to actually feel slightly normal. Though they did get a few looks because of the way Raine looked. She sat there happily eating her ice cream.

Claire just gave a nod. Once he was gone, her tensed body started to relax, her hands unballing. She looked at them seeing that they were bleeding from her nails having been pressed into the skin. She looked back at Alex and said, "Well, looks like you're stuck with me tonight." She then sighed and said "No point going upstairs now." She sat back down beside him.

Raine laughed, "Why's that?" He questioned with a quirked eyebrow. He ignored the looks of his leather jacket and the bruises on his head as well as the stiches. He knew he looked like a hot mess, but he also looked like sometone no one wanted to fuck with. He ate his ice cream and sighed. "How's your icecream?" He asked her with a grin.

Alex nodded, "I guess so." He said, chuckling. "You aren't going to like what we are doing tonight though." He said as he finished his food. He took a sip of his drink, "We are killing someone." He said.

Makenna shrugged, "I don't know you just seem like someone who would like it." She said. She relaxed and looked at him when he asked how the ice cream was. "It's really good." She said. She hadn't had ice cream in a long time ago.

Claire laughed hollowly. "I knew I wouldn't when he told me I was going with you, no offense. If he has me do it, chances are I won't like it." She murmured shaking her head. She felt shivers go up her spine and looked at him. She shook her head again feeling emotions churning within her. She wanted to ask him not to have her do anything, but knew he could get in trouble for that.

Raine smiled and laughed, "I like to think I'm just a plain person." He teased knowing he wasn't. Not in the least. He pulled his beanie over his head and smiled. "Good. I'm glad." He was glad that she was enjoying herself. He knew in a few days or so, Butch would have him up and working again.

Alex smirked, "Don't worry it will be easy." He said. He finished his drink, "Alright, I'm going to get ready and then we are going to head out." He said. He walked away from her and went to his room to get dressed.

Makenna got up when they were done eating and she walked out with him. She took his hand as they walked back to his bike. She climbed onto his bike with him and wrapped her arms around his waist. "That was fun." She said.

Claire heard his words but was concerned as to what he meant by that, but knew better than to ask. She just nodded looking over seeing Marge was watching her and just tried to smile for her. The woman came over and just laid a hand over hers and Claire gave her a nod keeping the tears at bay. "You'll be fine." She whispered to her. Claire just gave a nod and murmured, "I hope you're right." She felt her take her hand back to go back to her customers.

Raine walked with her and said, "Damn, it's getting cold again." He sighed before he smiled lacing their fingers. Once at his bike, he climbed on before laughed. "I agree." He told her before he revved hte engine to life and sped out of the parking lot towards the bar. Once there, he let her get off before he got off as well and wrapped an around her as they headed inside.

Alex came back when he was ready, "Alright let's go." He said. He really didn't want her to go along. He didn't want her to see him like that. He walked out with her to the jeep and climbed in. "You can just stay in here for this part." He said as he parked in front of the house. He got out, leaving her there. He broke into the house and knocked the guy out and tied him up. He carried him out, throwing him in the back of the jeep. He climbed back in and looked at her, "Now the part you are going to hate." He said as he drove to the middle of nowhere. He sighed as he drug the guy into the middle of the wood. He stopped when they got to a hole in the ground that was already prepared. "Alright buddy wake up." He said, slapping the man's face. He smirked as he woke up, "Good morning." He teased him.

Makenna smiled as they walked inside. She walked to his room with him and walked in. She sighed as she sat down on the bed, looking at him. "You were right about it being cold." She said, laughing softly.

Claire nodded. She sighed as she got into the jeep and nodded gently hearing his words. "I wouldn't be much help anyways." She told him knowing she wasn't very strong. She frowned and just nodded before she walked with him into the woods and looked down at the guy. She saw the grave and was immediately sick to her stomach. She knew her dad and brother had done this for a living, but she knew she wasn't meant for this. She was far too kind at heart. She looked down at the man seeing him look at Alex terrified before his eyes found her and he began to beg her for help. She just stayed silent shaking her head before saying, "No one is going to help you." It disgusted her to say that, but it was true. She watched Alex unable to help the part of her that was recoiling away from him.

Raine chuckled hearing her words. He tossed her one of his hoodies that smelled like him. "I have that." He told her before using the bathroom and coming back stretching and putting his leather jacket on a hanger. He took another pain killer feeling his head throbbing before he went and sat down on the bed next to her. "Damn you're tiny." He teased seeing the way it hung loosely from her body.

Alex threw the guy into the open grave. "You owed Butch money and you didn't pay up. So now you pay with your life." He said. He spent the next few hours burying the guy alive then sighed when he was done. "Well that was interesting." He said. "come on." He said, leading Claire away from the grave. He knew that she was having a hard time with this.

Makenna smiled as she took his hoodie and pulled it on. She looked at him when he said she was tiny, "Maybe you are just huge? Ever think of that? Huh?" She asked him, smiling as she laid next to him.

Claire crossed her arms and felt like it was a little excessive killing someone because they owed money, she had to admit, it kept people from not paying again when word got out. She watched him bury the guy alive feeling extremely nauseous by the fact that she couldn't help with anything. She nodded before following him. She sighed and said, "Thank you." She knew he could've made her help, but he didn't.

Raine laughed shaking his head. "No, you're just tiny. I mean, I know i'm a big guy, but there's nothing to help with the fact that you are tiny at least compared to me." He teased before he laid down and watched her, knowing the pain killers would kick in soon and make him sleep again.
